柏子仁散治产后荒言乱语。皆由内虚。是血邪攻心。
柏子仁远志（去心）人参（去芦头）桑寄生防风（去芦头）琥珀（细研）当
归（锉微炒）熟干地黄甘草（炙微赤锉各半两）上为散。每服以水一大盏。入白羊心
一枚切。先煎至
茯神散治产后血邪。心神恍惚。言语失度。睡卧不安。

麒麟竭散治产后血邪攻心。恍惚如悭狂。
麒麟竭（一分）蒲黄（三分）上相和研令细。不计时候。以温酒调下二钱。
治血攻心。癫狂不识人。宜服此方。
赤马蹄（炒令焦黄）白僵蚕（微炒各一两）上为细散。不计时候。煎苦参汤调下一
钱。
又方
延胡索（半两）狗胆（一分干者）琥珀（半两）上为细散。不计时候。以温酒调
下一钱。童
茯苓汤治产后心气不足。血邪狂乱。眠卧不安。

治妇人产后发狂。
用木香、附子去须皮净为末。每用二钱。再入研极细真辰砂末一钱。以烧通红称锤淬好

八珍散治产后痰迷心窍。言语不正。状如癫狂。

黑龙丹（出济生方）治产后败血冲心。不省人事。狂言如癫。
当归（去芦酒浸）五灵脂川芎高良姜（三两）生地黄（三两）以上锉入砂锅
内。纸筋盐
生硫黄花蕊石百草霜乳香琥珀上五味一两一钱细末。同前药和匀。米醋煮面
糊为
如弹子大。每服一丸。服时再入炭火药通红。入生姜汁内浸碎。以无灰酒合童子小
便顿服。神效不可述。
治产后癫狂。（出永类钤方）
用小柴胡汤加生地黄同煎百余沸安。又有服逍遥散外加远志、桃仁、苏木、红花、每服
一钱重。服后再服平胃散安。此先理血而后理脾者。
宁中膏（出如宜方）治产后心志不宁。心血耗散。狂乱见鬼。
人参酸枣仁（各一两）辰砂（半钱）上为末。蜜丸如弹子大。每服一丸。薄荷汤
化下。又

（附论）
所谓血邪攻心导致胡言乱语的症状，是由于产后脏腑功能均处于虚弱状态，败血（恶露不尽之瘀血）奔涌冲逆，邪气侵扰心脏。心脏无法承受这种刺激，气血相互蒸腾搏结，气机郁滞于……

柏子仁散：治疗产后胡言乱语。这都是因为体内正气亏虚，是血邪攻心的表现。
组成：柏子仁、远志（去除心部）、人参（去除芦头）、桑寄生、防风（去除芦头）、琥珀（细研）、当归（切碎微炒）、熟干地黄、甘草（炙至微红并切碎，各半两）。
制法与用法：将上述药物研为散剂。每次服用时，取水一大盏，加入一枚切碎的白羊心，先煎煮至……

茯神散：治疗产后血邪所致的心神恍惚、言语失度、睡卧不安。
组成：茯神（一两）、人参（去芦头）、龙齿、琥珀、赤芍药、黄芩、牛膝（去苗，以上各二分）、生干地黄……
制法与用法：煎煮至六分满，去渣……

羊肾汤：治疗产后胡言乱语，如见鬼神。这都是因为身体虚弱、心气不足，被邪血所攻。
组成：羊肾（一对，切碎去脂膜）、远志（三分，去心）、白芍药（三分）、熟干地黄（一两）、黄芪（切碎）、白茯苓屑（以上各半两）。
制法与用法：将上述药物制成散剂……去滓，不拘时候温服。

麝香散：治疗产后血邪攻心，言语无度，烦闷不安。
组成：麝香（一分）、牛黄（一分）、朱砂（三分）、龙齿（三分）、麒麟竭（半两）。
制法与用法：将上述药物细研为散剂，不拘时候……

琥珀散：治疗产后昏迷闷乱，言语错乱。
组成：琥珀（一两，细研）、人参（三分，去芦头）、远志（三分，去心）、茯神（三分）、生干地黄（三分）、阿胶（炙至微红切碎）、麝香（一分）……
制法与用法：……钱。

金乌散：治疗产后血邪冲心，言语不能，心神迷闷。
组成：乌鸦（一两，烧成灰）、麝香（半两）、虎粪（一两，烧成灰）。
制法与用法：将上述药物共同研细，不拘时候，用童子小便调服。

铁粉丸：治疗产后身体虚弱，血邪攻心，胡言乱语或见鬼神。
组成：铁粉（一两）、天竹黄（半两）、真珠末（半两）、地黄（半两）、砒黄（一两，研）、朱砂（一分）、麝香（一分）、琥珀（半两）、金箔（二十片）、银箔（二十片）。
制法与用法：将上述药物研如面粉状，用粟米饭和丸，如梧桐子大……

丹砂丸：治疗产后血邪攻心致迷闷，气不足，脏腑虚弱，使人如癫狂怕惊，或啼或笑，或惊或恐，言语无准，状如鬼魅，宜服用此方。
组成：光明朱砂（二两）、白矾（二两）、金箔（五十片）。
制法与用法：先将光明朱砂和白矾放入瓷瓶子中封闭好，置于甑上……

组成：延胡索（半两）、狗胆（一分，干者）、琥珀（半两）。
制法与用法：将上述药物为细散，不拘时候，用温酒调下一钱。童……

组成：白茯苓（去黑心）、熟地黄（焙，各一两半）、甘草（炙锉）、远志（去心焙）、独活（去芦头）、防风……

组成：木香、附子（去须皮净为末）。
用法：每用二钱，再入研极细的真辰砂末一钱，用烧通红的秤锤淬入好酒中调服。

八珍散：治疗产后痰迷心窍，言语不正，状如癫狂。
组成：人参、石菖蒲、生地黄、川芎（各一两）、朱砂（别研）、防风（去芦，各半两）、细辛（洗净，一钱）……
用法：脾胃不快者，即……

黑龙丹（出自《济生方》）：治疗产后败血冲心，不省人事，狂言如癫。
组成：当归（去芦，酒浸）、五灵脂、川芎、高良姜（三两）、生地黄（三两）。
制法与用法：以上药物切碎放入砂锅内，加入纸筋盐……
组成：生硫黄、花蕊石、百草霜、乳香、琥珀。
制法与用法：以上五味药各一两一钱，研为细末，与前药和匀，用米醋煮面糊为丸，如弹子大。每服一丸，服药时再将药丸在炭火上烤红，浸入生姜汁内化碎，用无灰酒合童子小便顿服，神效不可述。
