用生附子一两，无灰酒一升。将附子切碎，放入酒中，经过七天七夜，每隔一天饮用一次，每次一小合。病愈。
治疗半身不遂。失音不语。
取蓖麻子油一升，酒一斗，用铜钵盛放油和酒，煮一天，使酒和油变热后服用。
《养生方》记载：一只手长伸并合掌，另一只手托住下巴，向外牵引，尽力保持姿势二十一次，左右交替进行。手部不动，向两侧伸展，向后拉长，调和风气。
所谓风偏枯，是由于气血偏虚，腠理（皮肤纹理及汗孔）开泄，受风湿之邪侵袭。风湿客居于半身，在分肉腠理之间，导致气血凝滞涩痛。言语不变，智力不乱，就是这种情况。邪气初在分肉腠理之间，适宜温暖卧床取汗，补益不足，损害有余，才可以恢复。
诊察：三十岁发病，当年死亡；年龄未满二十岁的，三年后死亡。又左手尺部神门穴以后的脉象，属于足太阳经。脉虚则生病。恶风偏枯，这是由愁思所致，忧思造成的。
凝水石酒（出自《圣济总录》），治疗八风十二痹。偏枯不遂，宿食虚冷，五劳七伤。

Use Longshouteng (Lonicerae Japonicae Caulis). Decide the dosage according to the condition. Soak it in wine, warm it near fire, and take it on an empty stomach until sweating occurs.
Treat Pianfeng (Wind-induced hemiplegia). Hemiplegia. Lengpi Zhu (a chronic condition caused by cold pathogen accumulation) (from Bencao).
Use one liang of raw Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata), one sheng of unadulterated wine. Chop the Fuzi, place it in the wine, and let it steep for seven days and nights. Drink every other day, one xiaohe at a time. The disease will be cured.
Treat hemiplegia. Aphasia and inability to speak.
Take one sheng of Ricinus Communis seed oil (Bimazi You), one dou of wine. Place the oil and wine in a copper bowl, boil for one day until the wine and oil are hot, then drink while warm.
The Yangsheng Fang records: Extend one hand long and press palms together; use the other hand to hold the chin and pull outward. Maintain this extreme posture for 28 repetitions (two sets of seven), alternating sides. Keep hands still, stretch towards both sides, and extend backwards to harmonize wind qi.
Pianku (Wind-induced witheredness) is caused by deficiency of blood and qi in one part, leading to open couli (pores and skin texture) and invasion of wind-dampness. Wind-dampness lodges in half of the body, between the muscle layers and couli, causing stagnation and涩 (astringency/stasis) of blood and qi with pain. Speech remains unchanged, and intelligence is not confused; this is the nature of the condition. When the pathogen is initially in the couli, it is appropriate to lie warm and induce sweating, tonify deficiency, and reduce excess, so recovery can occur.
Diagnosis: If onset occurs at age thirty, death follows that year; if under twenty years old, death occurs three years later. Furthermore, the pulse at the Chi position on the left hand, posterior to Shenmen, belongs to the Foot-Taiyang channel. Deficiency here causes illness. Aversion to wind and pianku result from sorrow and anxiety.
