处方：旋复花、桂心（去除粗皮）、枳实（去除瓤麸后炒制）、人参（各一两一钱）、干姜（炮制）、芍药、白术、辛夷（去除芦头和泥土后焙干）、吴茱萸（炒制后用汤浸泡）、芫花（炒至焦黄）。
制作与服用方法：研为细末，用炼蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用五丸……
大黄附子丸（出自《圣济总录》）治疗涌水引起的腹部胀满。
处方：大黄（炒制锉碎）、旋复花、附子（炮制去皮脐）、赤茯苓（去除黑皮）、椒目、桂心（去除皮）、芫花（炒至焦黄）。
制作与服用方法：用炼蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸剂……
猪苓丸（出自《圣济总录》）治疗涌水。
处方：猪苓（去皮三分）、牵牛子（炒制一两）、葶苈子（炒制半两）、桑根白皮（一两）、赤小豆（炒制半合）、郁李仁……

处方：槟榔、牵牛子（炒制）、赤小豆（炒制）、郁李仁（炒制后用汤浸泡去皮）、桑根白皮（锉碎）、肉豆蔻（去壳）、杏仁……

7. Fengshui (Wind Water Edema): The swelling originates from the four limbs, with its root in the Stomach; treated with Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma).
8. Shishui (Stone Water Edema): The swelling originates from the kidney region, with its root in the Bladder; treated with Sangbaipi (Mori Cortex).
9. Pishui (Skin Water Edema): The swelling originates from abdominal fullness, with its root in the Small Intestine; treated with Badou (Crotonis Fructus) with all oil removed.
10. Qishui (Qi Water Edema): The condition fluctuates in severity, with its root in the abdomen; treated with Chixiaodou (Vigna Semen Rubrum).
The above ten types of water diseases each have distinct origins and manifestations. Based on the roots of these ten diseases, one herb is selected, and the remaining nine herbs are used in equal proportions. Then, according to this method, they are processed and compounded into twenty...
The *Neijing* states: "When Lung transfers cold to the Kidney, it is called Yongshui (Gushing Water)." Upon pressing the abdomen, it does not feel hard. Water qi lodges in the Large Intestine; when walking quickly, a gurgling sound is heard, as if a bag contains liquid.
Xuanfuhua Wan (Inula Pill). (From *Shengji Zonglu*). Treats Yongshui causing abdominal rumbling like water sounds, and also treats Phlegm-Fluid retention causing distension and fullness in the hypochondrium.

Tingli Wan. Treats Yongshui, abdominal fullness but not hard, with gurgling sounds when walking quickly.
Ingredients: Tinglizi (Descurainiae Semen seu Lepidii Semen, stir-fried), Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma, 1 liang each), Zhuling (Polyporus, remove skin), Jiaomu (Zanthoxyli Semen), Sanggenbaipi (Mori Cortex), Xingren (Armeniacae Semen Amarum, remove skin, tip, and twin kernels, stir-fry with bran), Daji (Euphorbiae Pekinensis Radix, soaked), Raohua (Edwardsiae Radix, 0.5 liang).
Preparation and Administration: Cut the above herbs into pieces the size of hemp or beans. Take 5 qian bi per dose, decoct with one sheng of water until reduced to 0.7 sheng. Take warm before morning and evening meals. Stop when bowel movement is unobstructed.
Binglang Wan. Treats Yongshui.
Ingredients: Binglang (Arecae Semen), Qianniu Zi (Pharbitidis Semen, stir-fried), Chixiaodou (Vigna Semen Rubrum, stir-fried), Yuliren (Pruni Semen, stir-fried, soaked in decoction, remove skin), Sanggenbaipi (Mori Cortex, cut), Roudoukou (Myristicae Semen, remove shell), Xingren (Armeniacae Semen Amarum, ...).

Zhuling Yin (Polyporus Decoction). Specifically treats Yongshui, difficult and scanty urination, and wheezing/dyspnea upon lying down.
