（附论）
眼睛受到外界物体的伤害。轻度的情况是因为物体撞击，导致眼睑红肿疼痛；重度的情况可能导致眼球突出。只要眼带没有断裂，就可以将眼球纳入眼睑中。
《龙木论》记载：偶尔初次被物体撞破外障。这是眼睛刚患病时，忽然被物体误打碰撞，眼睑和眼球疼痛肿胀难以睁开。
歌诀说：无缘无故遭受撞击受伤，忍受不了疼痛非常慌张。瞳孔因撞击打击而颜色浑浊，恶血仍然流在眼眶里。想要治疗还需要用镰刀刺破生翳的外障。这是眼睛刚患病时，因为被物体误撞刺伤。如果治疗不彻底，会有残留的疤痕积血留在眼睑之中。
歌诀说：如果有撞刺导致的翳膜生根，治疗不彻底会留下余痕。等到疼痛平息后再徒劳地磨治，劝您调养休息，忌讳过度愤怒和嗔怒。

(Attached Discussion)
The eye is injured by external objects. In mild cases, it is due to impact from an object, causing swelling and pain in the eyelids; in severe cases, it may lead to protrusion of the eyeball. As long as the ocular ligaments are not severed, the eyeball can be returned into the eyelid.
*Longmu Lun* (Treatise on Dragon Wood) states: Occasionally, the outer obstruction is initially ruptured by an object. This occurs when the eye first becomes diseased, suddenly being accidentally struck or bumped, causing the eyelids and eyeball to swell and hurt so much that they cannot be opened.
The verse says: Suffering injury from an unprovoked collision, enduring unbearable pain with great panic. The pupil becomes cloudy in color due to the blow, and evil blood remains flowing in the orbital cavity. To treat this, one must still use a blade to pierce the outer obstruction where the nebula has grown. This happens when the eye is first injured by accidental collision or piercing. If treatment is incomplete, residual scars and accumulated blood remain within the eyelid.
The verse says: If there is a nebula rooted from collision and piercing, incomplete treatment leaves residual traces. Waiting until the pain subsides only leads to futile grinding therapy. I advise you to rest and recuperate, avoiding excessive anger and resentment.

Methods for treating rice and wheat awns entering the eye. (From *Longmu Lun*)
Remove the larva of *Otiorhynchus sulcatus*, cover the eye with new cloth, and rub the larva on the cloth. It is best if the awn comes out attached to the cloth.
Bai Yu Fang (White Fish Formula, from *Shenghui Fang*): Treats sand, stones, wood, and grass entering the eye and unable to come out.
Use bookworms found in books, mix with milk, and drip into the eye. Another method uses bookworms from clothes, dried and ground into powder for application.
Methods for treating miscellaneous objects stuck in the eye. (From *Shenghui Fang*)
Select clean silkworm excrement. On an empty stomach, take 10 pills mixed with fresh well water. Do not chew.

Use fresh white bark from the root of Xungen. Take a piece about the size of a chopstick, shave one end thin and soft so it can be gently inserted into the eye to dislodge the object. It will come out shortly.

Rub Chinese cabbage and Vitex fruit branches in a handkerchief, open the eye, and drip 2-3 drops of juice to expel.

Male sheep deer tendon. Split like pulling a chopstick. Chew thoroughly in the mouth. Place inside the split eye onto the pupil/eyelid. Cover the eyelid with your palm and gently rub.
