如果在人的骨头里……在人的脾脏，则语声变散乱。如果侵蚀人的肾脏，则耳鸣嗡嗡作响。心脏不受此病影响，所以不提。如果侵蚀人的筋，肢节会堕落。如果侵蚀人的肌肉，则顽痹不知痛痒，身上好像有虫子爬。或者长出像桃李小枣一样的肉瘤，或多生疮癣，或者形状像鱼鳞，或者形状像榆荚。这叫“逆”。风邪产生的原因，都是因为冷热之气交通流于五脏，深入骨髓，气血内虚，风湿相搏，便生出虫。又因为用力过度，饮食违和，酒后行房，汗入骨髓，也会患这种病。如果想要治疗，先服用此散，排出虫体作为验证。见到青、黄、赤、白四种颜色的虫便可治愈。都能除去这四种虫。如果肌肉欲坏，眉毛胡须脱落，都以此药为良方。

A miraculous formula for severe wind disease. This wind has five types, corresponding to the Five Elements (Metal, Wood, Water, Fire, Earth). Black worms indicate karmic illness, which is incurable.
If it affects the bones... if it affects the spleen, voice becomes scattered. If it erodes the kidneys, tinnitus occurs. The heart is not affected, so it is not mentioned. If it erodes the sinews, limbs fall off. If it erodes the muscles, there is stubborn numbness without pain or itch, sensation of insects crawling on the body, or growths like peach/plum/jujube, or sores/scabies, or scales like fish, or shapes like elm seeds. This is called "Ni". The cause of wind is the interaction of cold and heat flowing into the five zang organs, penetrating to the marrow, with internal deficiency of qi and blood, and struggle between wind and dampness, generating worms. Also caused by excessive effort, improper diet, intercourse after drinking, and sweat entering the marrow. To treat, first take this powder to expel worms as verification. Seeing green, yellow, red, white worms indicates curability. All four types of worms can be removed. If muscles are about to decay and eyebrows/beard fall out, this medicine is excellent.
