白芷（四两），川芎，藁本，玉竹，冬瓜仁，桃仁（各三两），枣肉（三十枚），猪脂（一副），冬瓜瓤汁（一升），橘肉（十枚），栝蒌子（十枚）。以上药材用水六升，煮取药液二升。加入酒二升。
猪脂取汁。
口脂方
熟朱砂（二两），紫草末（五两），丁香末（二两），麝香（一两）。以上药材用甲煎调和成膏状。

蜡（二分），甲煎（一合，须另外制作，自有配方），紫草（半分），朱砂（二分）。以上药材在铜锅中。

优质的熟朱砂（三两），紫草（五两），丁香末（二两），麝香末（一两），沉香（三斤），乌药，苏合香（一两），蜜（一大升，约四升容量）。纳入。

Angelica Dahurica Root (Baizhi) (4 liang), Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong), Ligusticum Wallichii Rhizome (Gaoben), Polygonatum Odoratum Rhizome (Weirui), Winter Melon Seed (Dongguaren), Peach Kernel (Tao Ren) (3 liang each), Jujube Flesh (Zaorou) (30 pieces), Porcine Fat (one whole carcass yield), Winter Melon Pulp Juice (Dongguang Jiang) (1 sheng), Tangerine Flesh (Juro) (10 pieces), Trichosanthes Seed (Gualouzi) (10 pieces). Boil the above ingredients in 6 sheng of water to obtain 2 sheng of decoction. Add 2 sheng of wine.
Extract juice from Porcine Fat.
Lip Balm Formula
Calcined Cinnabar (Shu Zhusha) (2 liang), Powdered Arnebia Root (Zicao Mo) (5 liang), Clove Dingxiang (2 liang, powdered), Moschus (Shexiang) (1 liang). Mix the above ingredients with Jiajian (insect wax preparation) to form an ointment.
