【附论】
《内经》说：悲哀过度会导致胞络阻滞，阳气在体内动乱，导致频繁小便出血。又说：膀胱之热移注于小肠，会导致尿血、溺血。
病证表现为小便出血，多因心烦气结所致。或因忧思劳累、房事过度而引起。这属于虚寒性质的病症。所以养生书中提到：心主血，小肠与心脏相合。如果心脏有热，积蓄不散，留滞溢出于小肠，就会导致小便出血。下部脉象急强有力的，是风邪所致。
茯苓调血汤：治疗因饮酒吃辛辣面食过度，以及房劳后小便下血。
处方：赤茯苓（一两）、赤芍药、川芎、半夏曲（各半两）、前胡、柴胡、青皮、枳壳、桔梗、桑白皮。
用法：汲水煎服。
地黄丸（出自危氏方）：治疗小便出血。
处方：白芷、生干地黄、牡荆实（去蕊）、冬葵子、菟丝子（酒浸一夜后晒干另捣）、当归、川芎、赤茯苓。
用法：米饮送服。
淡竹叶汤：治疗尿血。
处方：淡竹叶、麦门冬（去心）、天门冬（去心）、白茅花、灯心草、车前子、陈柳枝、香附子、地榆。
人参汤：治疗小便出血。
处方：人参、生干地黄、芍药、桔梗、当归（切后焙干）、甘草（炙锉）、桂枝（去粗皮）、川芎（锉碎，各一两）。
蒲黄丸（出自《圣惠方》）：治疗虚损导致膀胱有热，尿血不止。
处方：蒲黄、葵子、黄芪、赤茯苓（各一两）、生干地黄、麦门冬（去心焙干，各二两）、荆实、当归。
用法：制成丸剂。
滑石丸：治疗小便出血且疼痛。
处方：滑石、车前子、海蛤（各一两）、瞿麦穗、牡蛎（煅）、海金沙、木通、甘草（炙，半两）。
用法：上药研为细末，炼蜜为丸。
生干地黄散（出自《圣惠方》）：治疗小便出血。皆因心脏积存邪毒流注于小肠所致。
处方：生干地黄、川芎、葵子（各二两）、赤芍药、茅根、车前子、人参、甘草（各一两）。
用法：上药研为散剂。
阿胶汤：治疗肾受客热连心，小便出血疼痛。
处方：阿胶（炒燥）、黄芩（各三两）、甘草（半两）、生地黄（绞取汁四合）、车前子（新鲜叶绞取汁四合）。
用法：用水一大盏，同煎至适量，温服。
车前子散：治疗小便色赤，或小便出鲜血。
处方：车前子、木通、泽泻、当归、桑螵蛸、桂枝（去粗皮）、滑石（各等分）。
用法：上药研为散剂。每服二钱，煎汤送服。
治小便出血方：
处方：戎盐（六钱）、甘草、蒲黄、鹿角胶、芍药（各三两）、矾石（三两）、大枣。
用法：上药研为散剂。以水九升煎煮，温服。
茅根散（出自《圣惠方》）：治疗尿血，尿道中疼痛难忍。
处方：白茅根（三两）、赤芍药（一两）、滑石、木通（二两）、葵子（二合）、子芩、乱发灰（各一两半）。
用法：上药研为散剂。
榆白皮汤（出自《圣惠方》）：治疗小便出血，尿道中涩痛。
处方：榆白皮（三两）、冬葵子（一合）、滑石（二两）、石苇、瞿麦穗、生干地黄（一两）。
用法：上药捣筛。每服三钱，水煎服。
车前子汤：治疗小便出血。
处方：车前子、茜根、黄芩（去黑皮）、阿胶、地骨皮（洗）、红蓝花（各一两）。
用法：上药捣筛。每服三钱，水煎服。
柏叶散（出自余居士选奇方）：治疗因损伤导致的小便出血。
处方：柏叶、黄芩、桂心、阿胶（捣碎炒至金黄色，各一两）、甘草（半两，锉碎生用）、熟干地黄（一两）。
用法：上药研为散剂。
牡蛎散：治疗劳损伤中导致的尿血。
处方：牡蛎（烧成粉）、车前子、桂心、黄芩、熟干地黄、白龙骨（烧至通红，各一两）。
用法：上药研为细散。每服二钱，温水调下。
治小便下血不止，或小便不通。
用法：用咸酸草自然汁，调五苓散服之即痊愈。如小便不通，加川木通、麦门冬、灯心草煎汤调药送下。
如神散：治疗小肠有热，如血渗入小肠，故见尿血。
处方：阿胶、山栀子、车前子、黄芩、甘草。
用法：上等分为末。井华水调下半钱，加至一钱，日服三次。

用法：上药烧灰研匀。空心，酒调一钱顿服。

Usage: Powder. Take 2 qian per dose, taken with warm rice broth.
Danggui San (Angelica Powder) (from Yu Jushi's *Xuanqi Fang*): Treats continuous lower bleeding.

Xiangfu Diyü Tang (Cyperus and Sanguisorba Decoction) (from *Zhinan Fang*): Treats hematuria.
Ingredients: Xiangfuzi (Cyperi Rhizoma, sliced), Xin Diyü (Fresh Sanguisorbae Radix, sliced, quantity not fixed).
