（附论）
气血得到温热则运行通畅，遇到寒冷则凝滞不畅。肝藏血并上注于目。如果肝经虚寒，就会出现眼睛昏暗、流泪的症状。
古代医籍记载：
凡是五脏虚损劳伤，风热之邪上冲于肝，若翳障从上向下生长，称为“逆翳”；若从下向上生长，称为“顺翳”。这种疾病适宜使用熨烙法治疗。
熨眼饼子（出自《太平圣惠方》），治疗眼睑肿胀生翳、眼睑下垂疼痛。
配方：大黄（锉碎）、郁金、黄连（去须），各二两。将上述药材研为散剂。用酸性的粟米饭调和捣匀。每次取药五钱，捏制成饼状。
贴熨地黄膏方（出自《济生方》/《圣济总录》），治疗眼睑肿胀。
配方：生地黄、极酸的粟米饭淀，上等分。将其烂研成细膏，均匀摊在薄绢上，方圆约二寸大小，贴敷熨烫眼部。
治眼疾有脓液流出的马齿苋熨方（出自《太平圣惠方》）。
配方：马齿苋子、人苋子（各半两）。将上述药材研为末，放入铜器中，在饭锅上蒸熟，用棉布包裹，熨烫患处，使脓水排出。
治疗眼睛红痒涩痛及一切眼疾的汤器熨方（出自《圣济总录》）。
上方：盛满热汤于容器中，以铜器为佳。用来熨烫眼部，闭目不睁开，也不要用手揉眼。随后捧起容器中的热汤淋洗眼部，待稍凉后继续操作。
治疗眼睛昏暗的中指熨法（出自《圣济总录》）。
上方：面向东方端坐，调整呼吸使其平稳。用两手的中指，沾唾液七次，相互摩擦擦拭，然后熨烫眼部，效果佳。
针烙法（出自《圣济总录》），治疗热病后失明，或白翳极厚者。
上方：取平头针，根据翳障的大小烧红，直接在翳障中心进行烙烫。必须轻手下手。如果烙后翳障已破，随即少量敷涂除翳药物。
治疗眼睛昏暗的掌心熨法（出自《圣济总录》）。
上方：鸡鸣时分，将两手相互摩擦至极热，熨烫眼部三遍。仍用指甲刮擦眼角两端，感觉有神光出现，甚妙。
熨眼方，治疗热毒风邪攻袭眼部导致的红肿疼痛，以及眼睑浮肿。
上方：挑选黑豆一升，分成十份。用软绢帛包裹固定，在沸水中蘸过，趁热交替熨烫。每一份熨烫三次。
(Attached Treatise)
When Qi and Blood are warmed, they flow freely; when exposed to cold, they coagulate and stagnate. The Liver stores Blood and sends it upward to nourish the eyes. If the Liver Meridian is deficient and cold, symptoms such as dim vision and tearing will occur.
Ancient texts record:
In cases of deficiency and consumptive disorders of the Five Zang Organs, if Wind-Heat rushes upward to the Liver, a nebula (cataract/opaque area on the cornea) growing from top to bottom is called "Ni Yi" (Reverse Nebula); one growing from bottom to top is called "Shun Yi" (Smooth Nebula). This disease is suitable for treatment with moxibustion and cauterization methods.
Eye Moxibustion Cake (from *Taiping Shenghui Fang*), treating eyelid swelling with nebula formation, ptosis, and pain.
Ingredients: Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati (Dahuang, 大黄), prepared and crushed; Radix Curcumae (Yujin, 郁金); Rhizoma Coptidis (Huanglian, 黄连), stamens removed; each two liang. Grind the above herbs into a powder. Mix with sour millet rice paste and knead until uniform. Take five qian of the medicine each time, shape into cakes.
Poultice and Moxibustion Rehmannia Ointment Formula (from *Shengji Zonglu*), treating eyelid swelling.
Ingredients: Fresh Radix Rehmanniae (Sheng Dihuang, 生地黄); sour millet rice starch. Use equal parts. Mash thoroughly into a fine ointment, spread evenly on thin silk cloth, approximately two cun square in size, apply and moxibustion over the eye.
Mache Moxibustion Formula for Eye Diseases with Pus Discharge (from *Taiping Shenghui Fang*).
Ingredients: Seeds of Portulaca Oleracea (Machi Zi, 马齿子); Seeds of Amaranthus Manjusha (Ren Xian Zi, 人苋子); each half liang. Grind the above herbs into powder, place in a copper vessel, steam over rice until cooked. Wrap in cotton cloth and moxibustion the affected area to discharge pus and fluid.
Soup Vessel Moxibustion Formula for Red, Itchy, Gritty Eyes and All Eye Disorders (from *Shengji Zonglu*).
Method: Fill a container with hot water, preferably copper. Use to moxibustion the eyes. Keep eyes closed, do not open them, and do not rub the eyes with hands. Then, scoop up the hot water from the vessel to wash the eyes. Wait until slightly cool and repeat.
Middle Finger Moxibustion Method for Dim Vision (from *Shengji Zonglu*).
Method: Sit facing East, regulate breathing until calm. Use both middle fingers, moisten with saliva seven times, rub them together vigorously, then moxibustion the eyes. This is effective.
Needle Cauterization Method (from *Shengji Zonglu*), treating blindness after febrile diseases or thick white nebulae.
Method: Take a flat-headed needle, heat it red-hot according to the size of the nebula. Cauterize directly at the center of the nebula. Handle gently. If the nebula breaks after cauterization, immediately apply a small amount of medicine to remove the nebula.
Palm Moxibustion Method for Dim Vision (from *Shengji Zonglu*).
Method: At cockcrow, rub both hands together until extremely hot, moxibustion the eyes three times. Still use fingernails to scrape the inner and outer canthi. Feeling divine light emerge is excellent.
Eye Moxibustion Formula, treating redness and pain caused by Heat-Toxicity and Wind attacking the eyes, along with eyelid edema.
Method: Select one sheng of black soybeans, divide into ten portions. Wrap each securely in soft silk gauze, dip in boiling water, and alternately moxibustion while hot. Each portion is used three times.
Formula for Eye Pain Preventing Sleep and Redness/Pain with Nebula After Toxic Disease.
At dusk, moxibustion with new blue cloth, and steam soybeans. Place in a bag and use as a pillow, keeping it warm throughout the night.
Formula for Eye Injury Caused by Foreign Object Contacting the Cornea.
Method: Cook mutton until tender, moxibustion while hot. Do not make it too hot. Pork liver is also acceptable.
