（附论）
凡是竹木刺造成的伤害。虽然起初病情轻微。但如果刺入肌肉深处久久不能取出。就会损伤营卫之气而引发疮疡。或者感染风邪水毒。就会导致肿胀疼痛。
方剂
绿矾散（出自《危氏方》）
治疗竹草刺伤引起的疮疡。出现肿胀疼痛。受伤时没有将瘀血排尽。导致毒气内攻，疼痛不止。夜间睡眠不安稳。伤口破裂时。疮面呈现紫、赤、黑等颜色。且红肿层次较厚，约有三五层皮。
绿矾（半两，用小便熬热后放入绿矾，待其融化后取出，晒干） 丹参（二钱半） 马兜铃根（一钱半） 麝香（少许）
用法：上药研为细末。每次取适量，用醋和酒调匀敷于患处。
治疗被刺入肉，或者是针棘、竹木等异物，多日无法取出，疼痛的方子。（出自《圣惠方》）
人参（一两，去芦头） 龙葵根（一把，洗净取皮） 醋（少许） 腊月猪脂（一两）
用法：以上药物混合均匀。每次取适量敷于患处。
治疗刺伤疮口，疼痛难以忍受的情况。
天茄苗（四根，长约一握，干燥者更佳） 干姜（一块，较大的）
用法：先取刚种植的葱白，与上述药物一同捣烂至粘稠，捏成饼状，粘贴在患处。
治疗手足突然被刺中并感染水毒的方子（出自《千金方》）
韭菜 蓝靛青
用法：将二者捣碎，敷在疮口上。用火灸烤，热力透达内部即可痊愈。
蒜豆膏（出自《圣济总录》）
治疗竹木针刺入肉无法取出，以及恶疮。
大蒜（一棵） 巴豆（七枚，去皮）
用法：将二者共同研磨成膏状，敷于患处。每天更换一次。
皂荚灰（出自《圣济总录》）
治疗竹木刺导致化脓的情况。
皂荚（一枚） 胆矾（一分）
用法：将二者烧成灰烬，细细研磨。直接干撒在疮口上。
治疗竹木刺留在皮中无法取出的方法（出自《千金方》）
用蔷薇灰的水溶液。服用一方寸匕的量。每天服用三次。十日后刺会自行排出。用温酒送服也可以。

用凿子的柄烧成灰。用酒送服二寸匕的量。

用蝼蛄脑捶烂，涂上即可排出。另一法将蝼蛄加盐打烂，涂在患处，刺立出。
又一方
用硫黄研细调匀贴敷。用纸花固定。感觉痒时，针即排出。

用九里光（植物名），覆盖在患处，刺即排出。
治疗竹刺签卡住脚部无法取出的方子
用苦薏捣细敷用。肿胀立刻消退，毒素自然散发，刺即排出。
治疗菱角划伤的方法
以上用生姜自然汁饮用。绝妙。
取出入肉之刺
用针挑破伤处。滴少许真桐油在上面。刺会突出。用镊子拔除。
王不留行散

牛蒡叶散

Injuries caused by bamboo or wood splinters. Although the initial condition is mild, if a splinter penetrates deep into the muscles and remains for a long time without being removed, it will damage the Ying (Nutritive Qi) and Wei (Defensive Qi), leading to the formation of sores. It may also be affected by Wind and Water pathogens, resulting in swelling and pain.

Lvfan San (Green Vitriol Powder)

Treats sores caused by bamboo or grass splinters, characterized by swelling and pain. This occurs when blood stasis is not fully expelled during the injury, allowing toxic factors to attack internally, causing unceasing pain and restlessness at night. When the sore breaks open, the tissue appears purple, red, or black, with significant edema involving multiple layers of skin.
Ingredients: Lvfan (Green Vitriol, *Chalcanthitum*, 0.5 liang, boiled in urine until dissolved, then dried); Danshen (*Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma*, 2.5 qian); Madouling Gen (*Aristolochiae Radix*, 1.5 qian); Shexiang (Musk, *Moschus*, a small amount).
Usage: Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Apply externally mixed with vinegar and wine.
Formula for Splinters Embedded in Flesh

Treats pain from needles, thorns, bamboo, or wood splinters embedded in flesh for many days.

Formula for Unbearable Pain from Splinter Wounds
Ingredients: Tianqiaomiao (*Solanum lyratum* stems, 4 roots, approx. one fist length, dried is better); Ganjiang (Dried Ginger, *Zingiberis Rhizoma*, one large piece).
Usage: Take fresh scallion whites (Congbai, *Allii Fistulosi Bulbus*), crush together with the above herbs until sticky. Shape into cakes and apply to the affected area.
Formula for Sudden Water Toxicity from Hand/Foot Splinters

Ingredients: Jiucai (Chinese Chives, *Allii Tuberosi Herba*); Lanqing (Indigo Naturalis, *Isidis Folium*).

Usage: Grind with water and apply. The splinter expels immediately, and the wound heals. Case: A patient's finger was severely painful from a bamboo splinter; cured by this application. Another method uses Mouse Brain (Shu nao, *Mus Cerebrum*).

Crush Hei Yang Fen (Black Sheep Manure) and mix with water. Apply thickly to the injury. Case: A servant had a splinter in his foot causing extreme pain; treated with this medicine... pain ceased/spinner expelled.
Duli Gao
Treats bamboo/wood and needle splinters embedded in flesh.
Another Formula
Apply Xian Bai Yu Biao (Salted White Fish Bladder) to the wound. Then burn the bladder glue to charcoal, mix with wine, and ingest.
Treatment for Non-expelling Splinters
Crush Bimangu (Castor Seed, *Ricini Semen*). Place silk gauze over the wound, then apply the castor paste. Monitor closely. Once the splinter emerges, pull it out. Caution: Do not let the medicine tighten too much, lest healthy flesh be pulled out.
Treatment for Needles Embedded in Flesh
Use Lougu Nao (Mole Brain, *Talpa Cerebrum)* crushed and applied. Expels immediately. Another method: Mix mole brain with salt, crush, and apply.
Another Formula
Mix Huangliu (Sulfur, *Sulfur*) finely and apply. Secure with paper flower. When itching is felt, the needle expels.
Another Formula
Crush Shuang Xingren (Double Almonds, *Amygdalus Communis Seed*) and mix with Che Zhi (Cart Grease). Apply to the needle wound. Expels immediately.
Treatment for Non-expelling Bamboo/Wood Splinters
Use Jiuligu (Murraya Paniculata, *Murrhae Cortex*). Cover the area; the splinter expels.
Treatment for Bamboo Slivers in Feet
Ku Yi (Bitter Mugwort/Artemisia, *Artemisiae Argyi Folium* - Note: Context suggests a specific local herb, possibly Ku Shen or similar, but literally Ku Yi). Crush finely and apply. Swelling subsides, toxin disperses, splinter expels.
Treatment for Water Chestnut Injuries
Drink fresh Jiangsheng Juice (Ginger Juice, *Zingiberis Recensis Succus*). Excellent.
Extraction of Embedded Splinters
Puncture the wound with a needle. Drop a little Zhen Tong You (True Tung Oil, *Verniciae Folii Oleum*). The splinter will protrude. Extract with tweezers.
Wangbuliuxing San
Treats long-standing bamboo/wood splinters in flesh.
Ingredients: Wangbuliuxing (Vaccaria Seed, *Vaccariae Semen*, 5 liang).
Usage: Crush and sieve into powder. Take 1 qian-bi with warm wine. Take on an empty stomach, at noon, and before bed. Roots can also be used.
Qumai San
Treats non-expelling bamboo/wood splinters.
Ingredients: Qumai (Herba Dianthi, *Dianthi Herba*, 5 liang).
Usage: Crush and sieve into powder. Take 1 qian-bi with warm wine. Take on an empty stomach, at noon, and before bed. Decoction in water is also acceptable.
Zhizi Tao Fang (Gardenia Sleeve Method)
Treats slivers stuck in fingernails, causing unbearable pain.
Half a Zhizi shell (Gardenia Fruit, *Gardeniae Fructus*) is filled with Che Zhi (Cart Grease). Place over the painful finger. Mild itching indicates the splinter is emerging. Extract with tweezers. Applies to other fingers as well.
Niubang Ye San
Treats all injuries from metal, wood, and bamboo.
Ingredients: Niubang Ye (Burdock Leaf, *Arctii Lappa Folium*, harvested in June/July).
