三圣散 治无名肿毒。恶物所伤。并破伤风。
以好锻石一斤。铁锅内炒红。倾入瓷器内。加大黄二两和匀。水调搽肿晕处。
又方
以贝母、香白芷、酒擂服。以滓敷之。初患者一宿即消。
腮方
（附论）
《内经》说，阳气结滞于阳经会导致四肢肿胀。因为热邪亢盛就会引起肿胀。而四肢是诸阳经的根本所在。如果阳气结滞于体表，不能运行到阴分，那么热气就会郁积在体内。
方剂：
白藓皮散（出自《圣济总录》），治疗气机郁滞于四肢，导致实证肿胀不散，使人感到气机壅塞。
犀角汤（又名犀角散），治疗阳气结滞引起的四肢肿胀满闷，热气郁积不散，或者毒邪攻注，导致大便闭塞涩滞。
防己丸，治疗四肢肿胀发热，气脉壅滞不通。
升麻汤（出自《圣济总录》），治疗热毒流注于四肢，导致肿痛不消。
组成：升麻、大黄（锉成如半粒粟米大小，用醋炒至紫色，各二两）、前胡（去芦头）、栀子仁、射干（去毛，炙，各一两半）。
制法：粗捣筛碎。每次服用三钱。
木香丸（出自《圣济总录》），治疗阳气结滞、气机壅塞，四肢肿胀发热，大小便闭塞涩滞。
组成：木香、川芎、羌活（去芦头）、桂枝（去粗皮，各二两）、槟榔（煨）、大黄（锉成如半粒粟米大小，用醋炒至紫色）。
制法：制成丸药，梧桐子大小。
（附论）
肿胀的发生，都是由风邪、寒热毒气，客居于经络之中，使血液涩滞不通，壅结而成肿胀。由风邪引起的，肿胀有头有根，颜色红赤疼痛肿胀。由热毒引起的，也没有固定的头部，只是急骤肿胀且长久不消退。热气结聚旺盛，血液壅滞，就会化为脓液。其症状表现不一。
凡是突然发生的肿胀，各不相同，无论病情轻重远近，都服用五香连翘汤，并针刺放血，用小豆末外敷。期间多次用针刺洗患处。
方剂：
犀角膏，治疗热毒风邪引发的发背痈肿。
组成：犀角、羚羊角、玄参、续断、大黄、白蔹、射干、白芷、黄芩、麻黄（去节，各六分）、升麻……
水石（十二……）
脂三升。
延寿济世方，治疗疮肿。
组成：朱砂、盐花（各二钱）、雄黄、明矾（生用）、枫香（各二钱）、黄丹、赤石脂、琥珀、轻粉（各一钱……研细）。

Formulas:

Swelling arises from wind pathogens, cold-heat, and toxic vapors lodging in the collaterals and meridians, causing blood stasis and obstruction, leading to congestion and knotting which form swelling. Swelling caused by wind pathogens has a head and root, with red color, pain, and swelling. Swelling caused by heat-toxin also lacks a definite head but presents as acute swelling that persists for a long time. When heat qi knots and becomes abundant, and blood stagnates, pus forms. The manifestations vary.
For all sudden swellings, regardless of severity or location, administer Wuxiang Liaoqiao Tang (Five Fragrances and Forsythia Decoction), puncture to release blood, and apply powder of Adzuki beans. During this period, frequently wash the affected area with needle pricks.
