试看软硬得所。即是成膏。发背未脓者。半入银石器。慢火熬及半盏许。去滓。次下乳香碾
碎。又熬之。候如一茶脚许。先将蜜熬去滓放冷。却入前熬者膏子及众末搅匀。再熬候金漆
状乃成。入不犯水瓷器内收之。每用少许点。大妙。
梧枝膏

上先用梧枝入锅内。文武火煎。俟焦黑色。滤去滓。次入黄丹不住手用柳枝搅黑色。试滴水

寒水石膏 治一切痈发背。热毒猛异。攻肌肉赤色。肿痛不可忍。未成脓及已成脓
。并风毒热在关节。欲结成痈。便令内消。

槐树和椿树的枝条。烧至冒出青白色的烟。每一料药使用清油五两。黄丹一两。用药末一钱。用慢火煎煮。不停地
用木篦子搅拌。等到即将成为膏状时，倒在纸上。直到油完全浸透在纸上即可。每次使用时按照常规方法。有非常奇妙的疗效。
败风膏 治疗本脏的风毒攻注、疰虫疮。以及热毒瓦斯流注引起的红肿瘙痒。
白芨（半两） 白蔹（半两二文） 白矾（一钱一文） 吴茱萸（一分一文） 剪草（一
两半，洗净后细切，四文） 水银（如小豆大小，三文） 麝香（二十文） 以上七味药研成粉末混合。先用半盏以下的油。
放在
瓷碗内。用慢火熬至沸腾。再加入蜡一分。共同煎煮三五次沸腾。然后放置在冷处。加入前面的药末调和。自然形成膏剂。
如果疮口用盐水汤清洗后，将药贴在疮上。
乌金膏 治疗疮疖，促进肌肉生长，止痛。消除肿毒。
乳香 没药（各半钱） 麒麟竭（半两） 当归（一钱） 木鳖子（半两） 血余（三两，来自妇人的）
黄丹（用水淘洗去土，一两） 先将血余、黄丹放入铫子内。使用清油十两。黄蜡二两。共同煎熬至黑色。
之后加入各种药末。共同煎煮后去除药渣。再用慢火熬制。等到滴入水中能结成珠子不散开。就停止加热。然后放入干净的瓷盒内收藏。挖掘一个深三尺的坑。将其埋在里面。经过两个晚上取出。使用时按照常规方法。另一版本中有杏仁。
残霞膏 治疗风毒流注。恶疮热痛。促进肌肉生长，化解毒素。
乌蛇（四两） 五倍子（一两半） 蛇皮（半两以上，生用，切碎） 巴豆（二十个，去壳） 雄黄
牙硝（各一钱，细研） 麝香（随后添加一钱） 以上药材按照方法处理。在铫子内加入油二两半。煎至闻到油香。

只要有风毒疮。用小纸摊开贴敷效果很好。
麒麟竭膏 治疗八发痈疽。一切恶疮软疖。不论病程长短。已经化脓或未化脓。贴敷即
有效。烫伤、火烧、刀斧所伤。都可以内服外贴。神效。

拳大的团块） 以上全部细切。用好酒拌匀浸泡一夜。放入铛内用油煎。等到药物呈深赤色。过滤去渣。另放入干净的铛内。
慢火煎煮。片刻后。就加入已研磨的麒麟竭、乳香等。以及黄丹、蜡。用柳枝不停地搅拌拍打。不时滴入水中。
测试软硬适中。就是成膏。发背未化脓的。一半放入银石器中。慢火熬至约半盏。去渣。接着下乳香碾碎。
又熬制。等到像茶脚那样稠。先将蜜熬制去渣放冷。然后加入前面熬制的膏子和各种粉末搅拌均匀。再熬制直到呈现金漆状才完成。放入不沾水的瓷器内收藏。每次用少许点涂。非常好。
梧枝膏
用香油（一斤） 黄丹（五两） 槐枝 柳枝 梧桐树枝 桑枝 桃枝（各长一寸，各重
一两）
以上先用梧枝放入锅内。用文武火煎。等到焦黑色。过滤去渣。接着放入黄丹，不停地用柳枝搅拌至黑色。测试滴水
成珠不散，膏成就成。使用时按照常规方法摊贴。
三黄膏 治疗杖疮（受杖刑打的伤口）。
黄栀子（一两，去壳） 黄白皮（一两，去粗皮） 槐花 黄连 以上四件捣成粗末。用井水一
碗。
浸泡药物一夜。第二天去渣。用无灰白皮纸将药水浸透。取出晒干。接着用下面的药。
麻黄（三两） 轻粉（五十文，煎油成膏后加入） 蓖麻子（七粒，煎焦后取出） 杏仁（七粒，煎焦后取出）
黄丹（一两，煎油成膏后加入） 先将油刷在纸上。制成油单纸。根据杖疮的大小贴敷。感觉像冰一样。屡次有神效。

Boswellia Resina (selecting the purest, 2.5 fen) Nifen (20 wen) Chinese Gall (large ones, 2 wen). The above three ingredients are placed in a porcelain bottle and burned.
Only use
branches of Sophora japonica (Huai tree) and Toona sinensis (Chun tree). Burn until blue-white smoke appears. For each batch, use 5 liang of refined sesame oil. 1 liang of Minium (Huangdan). 1 qian of the powdered medicine. Simmer over low heat. Continuously
stir with a wooden spatula. When it is about to become an ointment, pour it onto paper. Wait until the oil has completely soaked into the paper. Use as usual for each application. It has wonderful effects.
Bai Feng Gao (Defeating Wind Ointment) Treats wind-toxin attacking the internal organs, Zhu insect sores. And redness and itching caused by heat-toxin flowing through meridians.
Bletilla Rhizome (Banji, 0.5 liang) Ampelopsis Rhizome (Banliangerwen, 0.5 liang 2 wen) Alum (Yiqianyiwen, 1 qian 1 wen) Evodia Fruit (Yifenyiwen, 1 fen 1 wen) Cut Grass (Yiliangjingxi cu siwen, 1.5 liang, cleaned and finely cut, 4 wen) Mercury (Xiaodou da sanwen, size of a small bean, 3 wen) Musk (Ershiw en, 20 wen). The above seven ingredients are ground into powder and mixed. First, use less than half a zhan of oil.
Place in
a porcelain bowl. Simmer over low heat until boiling. Add 1 fen of beeswax. Boil together for three to five boils. Then place in a cool area. Mix with the aforementioned powdered medicines. It naturally forms an ointment.
If the sore is washed with salt water first, apply the medicine directly onto the sore.
Wu Jin Gao (Black Gold Ointment) Treats carbuncles and furuncles, promotes tissue regeneration, relieves pain. Reduces swelling and toxicity.
Boswellia Resina Myrrh (each 0.5 qian) Dragon's Blood (0.5 liang) Angelica Root (1 qian) Momordica Seed (0.5 liang) Scalded Human Hair (Sanliang furen zhe, 3 liang from women)
Minium (Shuitao qutu yiliang, 1 liang, washed with water to remove dirt). First, place the scalded human hair and Minium in a dingzi (small cauldron). Use 10 liang of refined sesame oil. 2 liang of yellow beeswax. Simmer together until black.
Then add various powdered medicines. Simmer together and filter out the dregs. Simmer again over low heat. When a drop falls into water and forms a bead that does not disperse, stop heating. Store in a clean porcelain box. Dig a pit three chi deep. Bury it inside. Retrieve after two nights. Use as usual. Another prescription includes Apricot Kernel.
Can Xia Gao (Residual Clouds Ointment) Treats wind-toxin flowing and accumulating. Malignant sores with heat and pain. Promotes tissue regeneration, resolves toxins.
Naja atra (Wushe, 4 liang) Chinese Gall (1.5 liang) Snake Skin (Banshang shi cu sui, 0.5 liang or more, raw, crushed) Croton Seed (Ershige qu ke, 20 seeds, husked) Realgar
Sal Nitre (each 1 qian, finely ground) Musk (Xu tian yiqian, subsequently add 1 qian). Process the above ingredients according to the method. Add 2.5 liang of oil to the dingzi. Fry until the oil aroma is detected.
Add
the previous medicines and simmer. When the medicines and Croton seeds turn scorched black, strain out all medicines and discard. Add 1.5 liang of yellow beeswax. Simmer over low heat to form an ointment. Store in porcelain vessels.
For any wind-toxin sores, applying with small pieces of paper is excellent.
Qilin Jie Gao (Dragon's Blood Ointment) Treats Ba Fa carbuncles and ulcers. All malignant sores and soft boils. Regardless of how long the disease has lasted. Whether pus has formed or not. Applying it yields immediate effect. For burns, fire injuries, knife or axe wounds. Can be taken internally and applied externally. Divine efficacy.
Angelica Dahurica (Baizhi) Ampelopsis Rhizome (Bailian) Ligusticum Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong) Licorice Root (Gancao) (above each 4 liang) Angelica Sinensis (Danggui) Clove (Dingxiang, 0.5 liang) Momordica Seed (Mubiezi, 38 seeds) Myrrh (Moyao, 1.5 liang, separately ground) Boswellia Resina (Ruxiang, 1.5 liang, separately ground) Brain (Na, 4 liang) Dried Toad (Ganchan, 0.5 liang) Apricot Kernel (Xingren, 98 seeds) Rat Head (Shutou, December
made, two heads) Refined Hemp Oil (Qingmayou, 2 jin) Dragon's Blood (Qilinjie, 1 liang) True Crimson Silk (Zhenfeijuan, 1 chi, burnt to ash) Minium (Huangdan, 10 liang) Virgin Girl's Oily Hair (Shinv you toufa, one fist-sized ball). Finely chop all ingredients. Soak overnight in good wine mixed well. Place in a chang (pan) and fry in oil. When the medicine turns deep red, filter out the dregs. Transfer to another clean chang.
Simmer over low heat. After a short while, add the ground Dragon's Blood, Boswellia Resina, etc. As well as Minium and wax. Stir and beat continuously with willow branches. Occasionally drip into water.
Test for appropriate consistency. This indicates the ointment is ready. For back abscesses before suppuration. Take half and put in silver or earthenware vessel. Simmer over low heat until about half a zhan remains. Remove dregs. Next, add ground Myrrh.
Simmer again. Until it resembles tea sediment in thickness. First, boil honey to remove dregs and let cool. Then add the previously simmered ointment and all powders, stirring evenly. Simmer again until it resembles gold lacquer. Store in porcelain vessels that do not touch water. Apply a small amount each time. Very excellent.
Wu Zhi Gao (Wu Branch Ointment)
Use Sesame Oil (Xiangyou, 1 jin) Minium (Huangdan, 5 liang) Sophora Branches (Huai zhi) Willow Branches (Liu zhi) Parasol Tree Branches (Wutong shuzhi) Mulberry Branches (Sang zhi) Peach Branches (Tao zhi) (each 1 cun long, each weighing 1 liang)
First, place the Wu branch in the pot. Fry over medium-low heat. Until scorched black. Filter out dregs. Then add Minium. Continuously stir with willow branch until black. Test by dripping water; if it forms beads that do not disperse, the ointment is ready. Apply as usual.
San Huang Gao (Three Yellows Ointment) Treats cane whip injuries.
Gardenia Fruit (Huangzhizi, 1 liang, husked) Yellow White Bark (Huangbai pi, 1 liang, coarse bark removed) Sophora Flower (Huai hua) Coptis Rhizome (Huanglian). Grind the above four items into coarse powder. Use one bowl of well water.
Soak the medicine overnight. The next day, remove dregs. Soak unbleached white paper in the medicinal liquid until thoroughly penetrated. Take out and dry in the sun. Then use the following medicines.
Ephedra Herb (Mahuang, 3 liang) Calomelas (Qingfen, 50 wen, added after frying oil into ointment) Castor Seed (Bimazi, 7 seeds, fried until scorched and removed) Apricot Kernel (Xingren, 7 seeds, fried until scorched and removed)
Minium (Huangdan, 1 liang, added after frying oil into ointment). First, brush the oil onto paper. Make oil-paper sheets. Apply according to the size of the cane whip injury. Feels like ice. Repeatedly shows divine efficacy.
Sima Wen Gong Jie Du Gao (Sima Guang's Detoxifying Ointment) Treats various sores and cane whip injuries. Especially suitable for application.

In Summer, add Minium (Huangdan, 4 liang). In Winter, add Minium (Huangdan, 3 liang). Simmer the above ingredients until black. Stop when drops do not disperse in water. When using, bathe in water then apply. Filter through a piece of good cotton.
Ding Tong Gao (Pain-Relieving Ointment)
Refined Sesame Oil (Qingyou, 12 liang) Asphaltum (Qingli, 1 jin) Minium (Huangdan, 10 liang) Myrrh (Moyao) Boswellia Resina (Ruxiang) (each 1.5 liang, separately ground). First,
heat the refined sesame oil until fragrant and hot. Then add Asphaltum and simmer again. Filter out dregs. Then add Minium. Stir with Sophora branch. Simmer over medium-low heat. Stop when drops form beads in water that do not disperse. After removing from fire, add Myrrh powder. Stir evenly. Mix uniformly with Boswellia Resina.

fry Refine Sesame Oil, Momordica Seed, Ash Wood, and other medicines until fragrant and hot. Then add Asphaltum. Boil dozens of times and filter out dregs. Then add Minium. Stir with Sophora and Willow twigs.

time of use, mix with 1 he of raw honey. 1 he of Rehmannia Juice. Immediately adjust to form an ointment. Spread on raw silk and apply. Change when dry. Continue until swelling subsides.
