（附论）
禽兽的种类繁多，有的天生本性有毒，有的本身无毒却吃了有毒的食物，还有的因为相互畏惧、相互厌恶或相互影响而生成毒性。人如果不谨慎地食用这些家畜（指牛、马、猪、羊、鸡、狗），虽然它们本身通常无毒且不伤人，但如果遇到自死或感染瘟疫死亡的，则含有毒素。人食用后，会出现面色改变、胸闷、身体麻木痹痛等症状，严重的甚至出现呕吐逆气、腹泻痢疾、腹痛难以忍受的情况，因此导致死亡的案例并不少见。凡是骏马的肉，以及马鞍接触部位的肉，都有毒，不可食用，食用后会致人死亡。普通的马肉本身无毒，但如果因瘟疫死亡，食用后对人就有毒。凡是没有毒性的肉类，如果是野外放养或吃了杂物后死亡的，其肉有毒，人食用后毒素会进入脏腑，导致呕吐、腹泻、困倦闷乱、不安稳。狗肉性质非常燥热，不可多吃。那些因瘟疫或中毒死亡的狗肉都有毒，难以消化，会导致人腹胀、心烦、急躁闷乱。鸭肉本身无毒，不损伤人体，偶尔食用如果消化不良，会在腹内结聚形成疾病。凡是禽兽自死的，肝脏都有毒，不可食用，往往伤人，如果是瘟疫死亡的更是严重，被毒害的人多出现泄泻痢疾、呕吐、闷乱不安。各种肉干，如果放置在茅草屋漏雨处，会有大毒，人食用后会形成暴症，无法治疗，也有刚吃下去就杀人的。各种肉干，烤制时不动，遇水却动的，不可食用。肉干及熟肉，都不可密封收藏，使气味不散发，食用后会杀人。凡是射猎的猎人多用毒药涂抹箭头来射杀虫鹿，伤到皮就会死，因为有毒的缘故。人获得这种肉，除去中箭有毒部分的肉不吃，其余部分可以吃。如果误食了那部分肉，就会导致身死。
獭肝丸（出自《圣惠方》）专门治疗食用鱼类消化不良产生癥瘕，经常想吃鱼的症状。
獭骨、肝肺、干胡荽、大黄（各八分）、芦根、鹊骨（各七分）、桔梗（五分）、干姜、桂心（各四分）。
五蛊黄丸（又名万病丸，出自《千金方》）专门治疗食用螃蟹中毒，烦乱欲死的情况。服用后通过吐下症状即可痊愈。
雄黄（一两，用水从早煎到晚，取出另研）、莽草（取叶用水煎洗晒干一两）、蜈蚣（一条，去头足炙黄）。
治食用各种肉类中毒方（出自《圣惠方》）专门治疗因受冷导致消化不良，形成虫症。
大黄（炒一两）、朴硝（研细一两）、杏仁（打破带皮一两）。以上捣为粗末，每次服三钱，用水一盏，煎煮...
橘姜丸（出自《十便良方》）专门治疗食用鱼类中毒。
陈橘皮（用汤浸泡去白焙干为末）、生姜（去皮切碎捣烂）、豆豉（为末，一方有冬瓜汁）。以上各等分。
三圣饮 治疗蟹腹中有毒，食用后可能致死，紧急治疗。

治食用螃蟹中毒方（出自《圣惠方》）
生藕汁、蒜汁、冬瓜汁。以上各取汁，分别饮用。如果一种汁已解毒，其他汁就不必再喝。另一方，专用紫苏。
治食用马肉血导致下痢欲死方（出自《圣惠方》）
豆豉（二百粒）、杏仁（二十枚）。以上切碎，用蒸五升米的米汤送下，熟捣后服用，直到服完。又用甘豆汤...

以上烧猪屎为末，服用方寸匕。狗屎也可以。
治食用鱼类中毒方（出自《圣惠方》）
用水煮橘皮，冷却至极冷冻后饮用，立即见效。另一方，用大小黑豆，取汁服用。或用朴硝汁服用，都能痊愈。另一方，大黄汁也能解毒。
治食用鱼类中毒，面部肿胀烦乱，以及鲈鱼中毒欲死的情况。还有食用某种鱼中毒，锉碎芦根，吞取汁液。多做汤浴更好。
治食用鱼类消化不良，以及食用各种鱼类中毒，不治疗必定形成症瘕。（出自《圣惠方》）
舂捣马鞭草，饮用汁液一升即消。生姜也好。姜叶汁一升也能消除。又可以服用催吐药吐出来。
