《黄帝内经》说：因为饱食过度，导致筋脉松弛散乱，大肠泄泻形成痔疮。痔疮病的成因有很多，这里只列举饱食这一种情况。

治疗五种痔疮，众医不能治愈者。
秦艽、白芷、浓朴、紫参、乳发、紫菀（各一两）、雷丸、本[川芎?]（各二两）、石南[藤?][原文残缺]虫（各半两）、贯众（三两）、虻虫（半两）、猪后悬蹄（十四枚）。上药为末，用羊髓脂煎和制成桐子大小的丸。每服空腹时米饮送下十五丸，每日两次。如果病情剧烈，夜间加服一次。四日后感觉肛边痒，则停药。八日后脓血排尽。
鼠乳悉瘥。满六十日，则终身不复发。能久服更好。忌食鱼猪肉等物。
