（附论）
所谓金疮烦闷，是因为失血过多，导致经络空虚，从而产生发热和燥热的感觉。正如医经所说：“阴虚则生内热，阳虚则生外寒。”
方剂：
瞿麦散
治疗金疮引起的烦闷及口渴，具有内补功效。
药材包括：瞿麦穗、芍药、细辛（去除苗叶）、桔梗（炒制）、川芎、当归（切片焙干）、甘草（炙烤后锉碎）、干姜（炮制）、熟干地黄（焙干）、防风（去除叉枝）、续断、人参、蜀椒（去除目及闭口者，炒至出汗）、辛夷（去毛）、牡蛎（炙烤）。以上各一两。将上述药物研为散剂。每次服用二钱匕，加续断三分。
生干地黄散
治疗金疮引起的烦闷。
药材包括：生干地黄、甘草（炙烤至微赤色并锉碎）、白芷、当归（锉碎后微炒）、续断、桃仁（用汤浸泡，去皮尖及双仁，用麸皮炒至微黄）。以上各一两。用温酒调服二钱匕。
白薇散
治疗金疮引起的烦闷，疼痛不止。
药材包括：白薇、栝蒌、枳实（去除瓤，用麸皮炒制）、辛夷（去毛）、甘草（炙烤后锉碎）、石膏（研磨如粉）、浓朴（去除粗皮）。以上各一两。每日午时及临睡前服用。
白薇散
治疗金疮引起的烦闷，无法安睡，伴有疼痛。
药材包括：白薇、栝蒌根、枳实（用麸皮炒至微黄）、辛夷（取仁）、甘草（炙烤至微赤色并锉碎）、赤芍药（各一两）、酸枣仁（微炒）。以上各一两。每日午时及临睡前服用。
硝石散
治疗金疮烦闷欲死，大小便不通。
药材包括：硝石（炼制）、寒水石（研磨）、栝蒌根、泽泻、白蔹、芍药（各一两）。将上述药物研为散剂。每次服用二钱匕，用温水送服。
地骨皮散
治疗金疮引起的烦渴、神志昏乱、头痛。
药材包括：地骨皮、黄连（去除须根）、麦门冬（去除心）、生干地黄（各一两）、甘草（炙烤至微赤色并锉碎）、石膏（二两）。每日三次服用。
白芷散
治疗金疮引起的烦闷。
药材包括：白芷、甘草、川芎（各一两）。将药物细细锉碎，炒至变色，捣碎成散剂。每次服用一钱匕，用熟水调服。空腹、日午时及临睡前服用。
酸枣仁散
治疗金疮引起的烦闷。
药材包括：酸枣仁（微炒）、川芎、甘草（炙烤至微赤色并锉碎，各二两）。将上述药物研为细末。每次服用二钱，用温水调下。每日四次服用。
大黄丸
治疗金疮引起的烦闷疼痛，大便不通利。
药材包括：川大黄（三两，蒸三次）、桃仁（一两，用汤浸泡去皮尖及双仁，微炒）、枳壳（一两，用麸皮炒至微黄，去除瓤）。将上述药物研为末，炼蜜为丸，如梧桐子大。每次服用十丸，饭前服用，每日两次。
又方
治疗金疮疼痛，大便不通利。
药材包括：大黄、黄芩（各等分）。将上述药物研为末，用蜂蜜调和制成丸剂，如梧桐子大。饭前服用十丸，每日两次。
石膏散
治疗金疮引起的烦闷，止烦。
药材包括：石膏（研磨）、甘草（锉碎，各二两）。将上述药物研为散剂。每次服用二钱匕，用温熟水调下。空腹、日午时、临睡前及半夜服用。
又方（出自《千金方》）
治疗金疮烦痛。
使用赤小豆一升，用苦酒浸泡，熬至干燥，再次浸泡满三日，使其颜色变黑。每次服用方寸匕，每日三次。
磁石散（出自《圣惠方》）
治疗金疮烦痛。
将磁石捣碎过筛，再重研五两，制成细散。根据疮口大小，酌情敷于患处，以止痛止血。
雄黄散
治疗金疮出血并引发口渴。
药材包括：雄黄。将雄黄研为细末，每次服用方寸匕，每日三次。
琥珀散（出自《圣惠方》）
治疗金疮被弓弩箭射中，导致闷绝，意识丧失。
使用琥珀研磨如粉，用童子小便调和一钱，服用三次可愈。唐高祖时期，宁州进贡琥珀枕，破碎后赐予军士敷治金疮。
蒲黄散（出自《危氏方》）
治疗跌打损伤及金疮导致的闷绝。
使用蒲黄适量，研为末，用热酒灌服。
治疗金疮烦满、心闷的方剂（出自《圣惠方》）
使用赤小豆一升，用生地黄汁浸泡，熬至干燥，再次浸泡满三日，候干后研为末。每次用温酒调服二钱，每日三次。
又方（出自《圣惠方》）
使用茅根捣绞取汁，与酒各一中盏混合，分三次温服。
生地黄汁方（出自《肘后方》）
治疗金疮腹中血液留滞，导致胀闷心烦。
使用生地黄捣取汁一升，加入川芒硝一两半，混合搅匀。不限时候，温服一小盏。

The condition of restlessness and oppression due to metal wounds (Jin Chuang, i.e., traumatic injuries from blades or arrows) is caused by excessive blood loss, leading to emptiness in the meridians and collaterals, resulting in fever and dryness. As stated in the classics: "Yin deficiency generates internal heat; Yang deficiency generates external cold."
Formulas:
Qumai San (Epimedium Seed Powder)
Treats restlessness and thirst due to metal wounds, with an effect of internal tonification.
Ingredients: Qumai Sui (Epimedii Herba), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma, remove seedlings and leaves), Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix, stir-fried), Xiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, slice and bake), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, honey-fried and crushed), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma, processed), Shu Gadihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, baked), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, remove forks), Xuduan (Dianthi Herba), Renshen (Ginseng Radix), Shujiao (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium, remove eyes and closed-mouth ones, stir-fry until sweat appears), Xinyi (Magnoliae Flos, remove hairs), Muli (Ostreae Concha, calcined). Each ingredient one liang. Grind into powder. Take two qianbi per dose, add Xuduan three fen.
Sheng Gadihuang San (Raw Rehmannia Root Powder)
Treats restlessness due to metal wounds.
Ingredients: Sheng Gadihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Recens or Sicca), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, honey-fried until slightly red and crushed), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, crushed and slightly stir-fried), Xuduan (Dianthi Herba), Taoren (Persicae Semen, soak in water, remove skin and sharp ends, double-kernel ones removed, stir-fry with bran until slightly yellow). Each ingredient one liang. Take two qianbi, mixed with warm wine.
Baiwei San (Cynanchi Atrati Radix Powder)
Treats restlessness due to metal wounds, with unceasing pain.
Ingredients: Baiwei (Cynanchi Atrati Radix), Gualou (Trichosanthis Fructus), Zhishi (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus, remove pulp, stir-fry with bran), Xinyi (Magnoliae Flos, remove hairs), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, honey-fried and crushed), Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum, grind into powder), Houpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex, remove bark). Each ingredient one liang. Take at noon and before bedtime.
Baiwei San (Cynanchi Atrati Radix Powder)
Treats restlessness due to metal wounds, insomnia, and pain.
Ingredients: Baiwei (Cynanchi Atrati Radix), Gualou Gen (Trichosanthis Radix), Zhishi (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus, stir-fry with bran until slightly yellow), Xinyi Ren (Magnoliae Flos, take the stamen/pistil area), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, honey-fried until slightly red and crushed), Chishaoyao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra). Each ingredient one liang. Take at noon and before bedtime.
Xiaoshi San (Natri Nitri Powder)
Treats severe restlessness due to metal wounds, with obstruction of urination and defecation.
Ingredients: Xiaoshi (Natri Nitri, refined), Hanshuishi (Stibnitas, ground), Gualou Gen (Trichosanthis Radix), Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma), Bailian (Amomi Fructus), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix). Each ingredient one liang. Grind into powder. Take two qianbi per dose, with warm water.
Digupi San (Bark of Ground Tree Bone Powder)
Treats restlessness, thirst, confusion, and headache due to metal wounds.
Ingredients: Digupi (Lycii Cortex), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma, remove roots), Maidong (Ophiopogonis Tuber, remove heart), Sheng Gadihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Recens or Sicca). Each ingredient one liang. Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum) two liang. Take three times a day.
Baizhi San (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix Powder)
Treats restlessness due to metal wounds.
Ingredients: Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Xiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma). Each ingredient one liang. Finely crush, stir-fry until color changes, grind into powder. Take one qianbi per dose, mixed with boiled water. Take on an empty stomach, at noon, and before bedtime.
Suanzaoren San (Ziziphi Spinosae Semen Powder)
Treats restlessness due to metal wounds.
Ingredients: Suanzaoren (Ziziphi Spinosae Semen, slightly stir-fried), Xiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, honey-fried until slightly red and crushed). Each ingredient two liang. Grind into fine powder. Take two qian per dose, mixed with warm water. Take four times a day.
Dahuang Wan (Rhubarb Pill)
Treats restlessness and pain due to metal wounds, with difficult defecation.
Ingredients: Chuan Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, three liang, steamed three times), Taoren (Persicae Semen, one liang, soak in water, remove skin and sharp ends, double-kernel ones removed, slightly stir-fried), Zhiqiao (Aurantii Fructus, one liang, stir-fry with bran until slightly yellow, remove pulp). Grind into powder, mix with honey to form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take ten pills per dose before meals, twice a day.
Another Formula
Treats pain due to metal wounds, with difficult defecation.
Ingredients: Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix). Equal parts. Grind into powder, mix with honey to form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take ten pills per dose before meals, twice a day.
Shigao San (Gypsum Fibrosum Powder)
Treats restlessness due to metal wounds, relieving irritability.
Ingredients: Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum, ground), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, crushed). Each ingredient two liang. Grind into powder. Take two qianbi per dose, mixed with warm boiled water. Take on an empty stomach, at noon, before bedtime, and at midnight.
Another Formula (from *Qianjin Fang*)
Treats painful restlessness due to metal wounds.
Take one sheng of Chi Xiaodou (Vigna angularis), soak in Kujiu (bitter vinegar), roast until dry, soak again for three full days until black. Take one fangcunbi per dose, three times a day.
Cishi San (Magnetite Powder) (from *Shenghui Fang*)
Treats painful restlessness due to metal wounds.
Grind Cishi (Magnetitum), sieve, and re-grind five liang into fine powder. Apply according to the size of the wound to stop pain and bleeding.
Xionghuang San (Realgar Powder)
Treats bleeding and thirst due to metal wounds.
Ingredient: Xionghuang (Realgar). Grind into fine powder. Take one fangcunbi per dose, three times a day.
Qingui Yin (Green Turtle Decoction)
Treats syncope due to knife or arrow wounds.
Ingredient: Qingui (Chinemys Reevesii). Decoct and drink.
Hupo San (Amber Powder) (from *Shenghui Fang*)
Treats syncope and loss of consciousness due to metal wounds from bow and arrow.
Grind Hupo (Electrum) into powder. Mix one qian with Tongzi Xiaonian (urine of a healthy boy). Take three doses to cure. During the reign of Emperor Gaozu, Ningzhou presented an amber pillow. It was broken and given to soldiers to apply to metal wounds.
Puhuang San (Lygodii Spora Powder) (from *Weishi Fang*)
Treats trauma and syncope due to metal wounds.
Take Puhuang (Lygodii Spora) as needed, grind into powder, and administer with hot wine.
Formula for Treating Restlessness and Fullness in Metal Wounds with Heart Distress (from *Shenghui Fang*)
Take one sheng of Chi Xiaodou (Vigna angularis), soak in Sheng Dihuang Zhi (juice of fresh Rehmannia root), roast until dry, soak again for three full days. Dry and grind into powder. Take two qian per dose, mixed with warm wine, three times a day.
Another Formula (from *Shenghui Fang*)
Crush Maogen (Imperatae Rhizoma) and squeeze out the juice. Mix with wine, one zhongzhan each. Divide into three warm doses.
Sheng Dihuang Zhi Fang (Fresh Rehmannia Juice Formula) (from *Zhouhou Fang*)
Treats blood stagnation in the abdomen due to metal wounds, causing fullness, distress, and vexation.
Take one sheng of Sheng Dihuang Zhi (juice of fresh Rehmannia root), add one and a half liang of Chuan Mangxiao (Natri Sulfas). Mix well. Drink one small zhan warm, at any time.
