雄黄洗方 治阴疝肿缩痛。人所不能忍。及阴肿大如斗核痛者。
雄黄（研） 甘草（各一两） 矾石（研二两） 上为末。每用药一两。热汤五升。随
手洗肿处。
鸡翅灰散 治阴疝肿缩。
鸡翅（左右俱用不限多少烧灰） 上细研为散。每服二钱。温酒调下。不拘时。
槐子丸 治阴疝肿缩。
槐子（炒一两） 上为末。炼蜜丸。如梧桐子大。每服二十丸。温酒下。空心服。
蔓荆散涂方 治阴疝肿缩。
蔓荆根（不拘多少锉碎） 上为散。温水调涂肿处。或以绢布缚之。以瘥为度。
车前子涂方 治阴疝肿缩。
车前子（不拘多少） 上为末。汤调涂肿处。一方酒调服之。
野狼毒丸 治男子阴猝缩入腹。急痛欲死。名阴疝。
野狼毒（四两） 防风（二两） 附子（三两） 上为末炼蜜。丸如梧桐子大。每服三丸。
日夜三度
治男子阴疝 用槐白皮煎淋浴。
【附论】
所谓阴疝肿缩，是因为寒邪侵袭厥阴经脉，导致阳气无法自我温煦，从而使各种筋脉拘挛紧急，阴器紧缩并出现肿痛。
缩者方（针对阴器收缩的方剂）：
砂丸：治疗阴疝，症状为肿胀、收缩、疼痛。
药材：砂（研碎）、木香（各半两）、楝实（去核后炒制）、香子（炒制）、京三棱（炮制，各一两）。
用法：将上述药材研为细末，用炼蜜制成丸药。
消肾丸：治疗下部肾囊肿胀，攻冲作痛。
药材：牵牛子（半斤，取头末四两；其中二两炒热，二两生用）、香附子（净选一两半；其中半两炒制，半两生用）、破故纸（补骨脂，一两）。
用法：研为细末。用盐汤送服，以大便排出二三行为度。若未通利则再加量，若已通利则减量。忌食湿面。
野狼毒丸：治疗阴疝肿缩疼痛，气机欲绝。
药材：野狼毒（炙制二两）、防葵（炮制）、附子（炮制去皮脐，各二两）。
用法：研为细末，用炼蜜制成如梧桐子大小的丸药。每次服用十丸。
黄连丸：治疗阴疝肿缩。
药材：黄连（去须）、熟艾（炙制）、杏仁（去皮尖白，研碎，各半两）。

莴苣熨方：治疗阴疝肿缩疼痛。
药材：莴苣（切块半斤）、皂荚（锉碎三梃）、蜀椒（去目及闭口者，炒至出汗一两）。

药材：槐子（炒制一两）。

蔓荆散涂方：治疗阴疝肿缩。
药材：蔓荆根（数量不限，锉碎）。
用法：研为散剂，用温水调匀涂抹于肿胀处，或用绢布包扎固定。以痊愈为度。
车前子涂方：治疗阴疝肿缩。
药材：车前子（数量不限）。
用法：研为细末，用开水调匀涂抹于肿胀处。另一法是用酒调服。
野狼毒丸（另一方）：治疗男子阴囊突然收缩入腹，急痛欲死，名为阴疝。
药材：野狼毒（四两）、防风（二两）、附子（三两）。
用法：研为细末，用炼蜜制成如梧桐子大小的丸药。每次服用三丸，日夜三次。

The condition known as Yin Hernia with swelling and retraction occurs when cold pathogenic factors invade the Jueyin Meridian (Jueyin Jing, the Liver and Pericardium meridians), causing Yang Qi to fail in self-warming. Formula for Retraction:

Preparation: Grind into fine powder and form pills using refined honey.
Xiao Shen Wan (Kidney-Draining Pill): Treats cystic swelling in the lower jiao (lower burner) with attacking pain.
Ingredients: Morning Glory Seed (Qianniu, 8 liang total; take the finest sifted powder, 4 liang; half [2 liang] stir-fried hot, half [2 liang] raw), Cyperus Rhizome (Xiangfu, cleaned 1.5 liang; half [0.75 liang] stir-fried, half [0.75 liang] raw), Psoralea Fruit (Poguzhi/Buguzhi, 1 liang).
Preparation: Grind into fine powder. Administer with salt water decoction until two or three bowel movements occur. If no effect, increase dose; if diarrhea occurs, decrease dose. Avoid damp noodles.
Yelangdu Wan (Metaplexis Isaria Pill): Treats Yin Hernia with swelling, retraction, and pain, accompanied by a sensation of impending qi exhaustion.
Ingredients: Metaplexis Root (Yelangdu, roasted 2 liang), Anemarrhena Rhizome (Fang Kui, processed), Aconite Lateral Root (Fuzi, processed, skin and bud removed, 2 liang each).
Preparation: Grind into fine powder, mix with refined honey, and form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 10 pills per dose.
Huanglian Wan (Coptis Pill): Treats Yin Hernia with swelling and retraction.
Ingredients: Coptis Rhizome (Huanglian, remove roots), Prepared Mugwort Leaf (Shuai Ai, roasted), Apricot Seed (Xingren, remove skin, tip, and white part, crush, 0.5 liang each).
Preparation: Grind into fine powder, mix with refined honey, and form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 20 pills per dose.
Wojie Yi Fang (Lettice Compress Formula): Treats Yin Hernia with swelling, retraction, and pain.
Ingredients: Lettuce Stem (Woju, cut 0.5 jin), Gleditsia Sinensis Fruit (Zaojia, chopped into three sticks), Sichuan Pepper (Shujiao, remove eyes and closed ones, stir-fry until sweat appears, 1 liang).

Xionghuang Xi Fang (Realgar Wash Formula): Treats Yin Hernia with swelling, retraction, and unbearable pain, or cases where the scrotum swells as large as a nut and is painful.
Ingredients: Realgar (Xionghuang, crushed), Licorice Root (Gancao, 1 liang each), Alum (Fanshi, crushed, 2 liang).

Jichi Hui San (Chicken Wing Ash Powder): Treats Yin Hernia with swelling and retraction.
Ingredients: Chicken Wings (both left and right, quantity unlimited, burned to ash).
Preparation: Grind finely into powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with warm wine. Take at any time.
Huai Zi Wan (Locust Seed Pill): Treats Yin Hernia with swelling and retraction.
Ingredients: Locust Seed (Huai Zi, stir-fried 1 liang).
Preparation: Grind into fine powder, mix with refined honey, and form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 20 pills per dose, washed down with warm wine. Take on an empty stomach.
Manjing San Tu Fang (Vitex Root Paste Formula): Treats Yin Hernia with swelling and retraction.
Ingredients: Vitex Root (Manjing Gen, quantity unlimited, chopped).
Preparation: Grind into powder, mix with warm water, and apply to the swollen area. Alternatively, bind with silk cloth. Continue until healed.
Cheqianzi Tu Fang (Plantago Seed Paste Formula): Treats Yin Hernia with swelling and retraction.
Ingredients: Plantago Seed (Cheqianzi, quantity unlimited).
Preparation: Grind into fine powder, mix with boiled water, and apply to the swollen area. Another method is to mix with wine and ingest.
Yelangdu Wan (Metaplexis Isaria Pill - Second Formula): Treats sudden retraction of the male genitals into the abdomen, causing acute severe pain resembling death, known as Yin Hernia.
Ingredients: Metaplexis Root (Yelangdu, 4 liang), Saposhnikovia Root (Fangfeng, 2 liang), Aconite Lateral Root (Fuzi, 3 liang).
Preparation: Grind into fine powder, mix with refined honey, and form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 3 pills per dose, three times day and night.
Treatment for Male Yin Hernia: Bathe with decoction made from the inner bark of the Locust Tree (Huai Baipi).
