对于疮肿，用手指从疮旁按压，如果按下去颜色不变，说明脓已经结成；如果再按下去，皮肤立刻变红，这也是有脓的表现。凡是浸渍疮肿的方法，应当通行表气，发散邪气，使疮毒在内部消散。因为汤水有荡涤的功效。疮肿初生时……血……泽……君……气……如……浮皮……黑……鲜……用棉花子就在血处封定。疼痛不可忍受且血色红色，痛极且有汗出的，可以治疗。疼痛无汗且出血黑色的，是死证。如果治疗这类疮，只需让亲人侍候，外人不要进入房间。人来探望，也不得吃葱、韭、蒜等荤腥，以及一切鱼腥物和油面，十日之后才可以进食。
又说，腹泻已止，但肿胀处未消的，可以去掉大黄，使用生地黄及干地黄，根据情况随时调整。热势逐渐减退但余风未停的，可……痈……凡是病喜欢发于四肢，其症状是赤脉突起像编织的绳子一样，急痛壮热，喜欢从……起直到脚踝，也像编织的绳子一样。所以称之为……病也。其久……针……敷之……方……解毒丸（出自德生堂方）
