用大豆黄卷一升。炒令香为末。空心暖酒下一匙。大豆黄卷者。乃黑豆芽也。
黑痣，大概是由于风邪与血气搏结，变化而形成的。人的血气充盛，皮肤就会润泽悦目，不生瑕疵。如果受损，就会产生点状或痣状物。然而黑痣，是风邪改变了血气所生成的。如果是先天就有的，药物无法治愈。凡是面部及身体上生长的黑点，称为黑痣，也称为黑子。损伤其表皮，使其破开，用药点涂。这叫做三灰煎。
方剂：灰煎，治疗疣赘、瘢痕、瑕疵痣，以及痈疽恶疮等。
锻石（一斗五升）、温桑灰（四斗）、柞栎灰（四斗），以上合计九斗五升。用沸水调湿。
放入甑中，斟量剩下五斗汁液，用微火慢慢煎取一升。洗过的乱发晒干后，如鸡蛋大小，放入汁液中即完全溶解。又取五色丝线，剪成韭菜叶形状，鸡犬见到人，应当详细谨慎地处理。
治疗去除黑子的方子：
大丁香、刚子（各等分），以上研末涂抹于黑处。
神手膏，专门用于去除痣。
锻石（一两）、斑蝥（七个），以上蘸取少许苦竹、麻油，调和均匀。将锻石揭开调制，然后加入少许浓醋，搅拌。
糯米膏，去除面靥。
锻石、木炭灰（三钱），以上称量均匀，用少量水调至稀稠适宜。盛放在瓷甑内，用竹篦子摊平。
燃烧产生的烟气，等候四五日，取出其中已化作粥浆状的一二粒，若未化成则再候一二日。如果要去除面靥，先洗净，用竹针削成针状，在灯上烧过，尖端稍锋利。先在面靥周围轻轻拨动，然后用竹针轻批。将糯米浆汁均匀涂抹在拨动处，面靥上不用。片刻后微红，不痛，不作脓，三数日后结成痂，不要剥落，任其自然脱落，不留瘢痕，面靥自然消除。
治疗去除面靥的方子：
用荞麦秸一担，不腐烂的，烧灰存性，加入锻石半斤，同灰一起经过冷火熄灭。然后用热水淋灰，淋下的灰水，用铁器煮，用漆匙搅拌成膏状，点在面靥上。或者先用草茎刺破也可以。
七白丸，治疗面上面靥色及雀斑。
白附子、白芨、白蔹、白芷、白僵蚕、白茯苓、白术（各等分），以上为末，用鸡蛋清调制成锭子，阴干。每次用浆水磨敷面部，按时更换敷药，七日见效。加密陀僧。
治疗面上黑痣及赘生物的方子：
雄黄、硫黄、珍珠末、白矾、兰茹、藜芦（各半两）、巴豆（三枚），以上为末，都研磨均匀。用黑漆调和如膏状，点上它。会形成疮痂自然脱落。以及去除面皮中的紫点。不耐受漆的人，用鸡蛋清调和涂抹也很好。
治疗赤疵及黑痣，去除面靥秽浊。

Black moles are generally believed to be formed by the interaction of wind pathogen with blood and qi, leading to transformation. When a person's blood and qi are abundant, the skin is moist and lustrous, free from blemishes. If damaged, spots or moles may arise. However, black moles are generated when wind pathogen alters the blood and qi. Congenital ones cannot be treated with medicine. Any black spots appearing on the face or body are called black moles, also known as black seeds. By damaging the epidermis to cause it to break, and applying medicine, this is named San Hui Jian (Three-Ashe Decoction).
Formula: Hui Jian treats warts, scars, blemish moles, and malignant sores/ulcers.
Duan Shi (Calcined Iron Ore, 1 dou 5 sheng), Wen Sang Hui (Warm Mulberry Ash, 4 dou), Zha Li Hui (Ziziphus Jujuba Ash, 4 dou). Combine the above totaling 9 dou 5 sheng. Moisten with boiling water.
Place in a steamer basket. Measure out the remaining five dou of liquid. Simmer slowly over low heat to obtain one sheng. Wash dry hair resembling chicken eggs, place in the liquid until completely dissolved. Also take five-colored silk threads, cut into leek-leaf shapes; chickens and dogs seeing people should be handled with extreme caution.
Formula for removing black seeds:
Da Ding Xiang (Clove) and Gang Zi (each equal parts). Grind into powder and apply to the black area.
Shen Shou Gao (Divine Hand Ointment) specifically removes moles.
Duan Shi (Calcined Iron Ore, 1 liang), Ban Mao (Mylabris, 7 pieces). Dip slightly in bitter bamboo and sesame oil, mix evenly. Prepare the Duan Shi, then add a small amount of strong vinegar and stir.
Nuo Mi Gao (Glutinous Rice Ointment) removes facial nevi.
Duan Shi (Calcined Iron Ore), Mu Tan Hui (Wood Charcoal Ash, 3 qian). Weigh evenly, mix with a little water to appropriate consistency. Place in a porcelain steamer, spread flat with a bamboo spatula.
Smoke treatment: Wait four to five days, take out one or two grains that have turned into porridge-like paste. If not ready, wait another day or two. To remove facial nevi, first clean thoroughly. Shape a bamboo needle, burn the tip on a lamp to make it slightly sharp. Gently disturb the area around the nevus, then lightly scrape with the bamboo needle. Apply glutinous rice浆 evenly to the disturbed area, avoiding the nevus itself. It will turn slightly red, painless, without pus formation. Scabs form in three to five days; do not peel them off, let them fall naturally without scarring. The nevus is removed.
Formula for removing facial nevi:
Use one dan of unrotten buckwheat stalks, burn to ash retaining its nature. Add half a jin of Duan Shi. Extinguish the fire after mixing with ash. Leach the ash with hot water. Boil the leached ash water in an iron vessel, stirring with a lacquer spoon until it becomes a paste. Apply dots on the nevus. Alternatively, prick with a grass stem first.
Qi Bai Wan (Seven Whites Pill) treats facial nevi color and freckles.
Bai Fu Zi (Aconitum Carleilii Tuber), Bai Ji (Bletilla Rhizome), Bai Lian (Pueraria Lobata Root), Bai Zhi (Angelica Dahurica Root), Bai Jiang Can (Bombyx Batryticatus), Bai Fu Ling (Poria), Bai Zhu (Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome) (each equal parts). Grind into powder, mix with egg white to form pills. Dry in shade. Each time, grind with fermented grain water and apply to the face, changing regularly. Effective in seven days. Add Qie Luo Seng (Arsenic Trisulfide).
Formula for treating black moles and growths on the face:
Xiong Huang (Realgar), Liu Huang (Sulfur), Zhen Zhu Mo (Pearl Powder), Bai Fan (Alumen), Lan Ru (Indigo Naturalis), Li Lu (Veratrum Nigrum) (each half liang), Ba Dou (Croton Seed, 3 seeds). Grind all into fine powder. Mix with black lacquer to form a paste. Apply to the spot. It will form a sore and fall off naturally. Also removes purple spots in the facial skin. For those intolerant to lacquer, mixing with egg white is effective.

Wu Hui Jian (Five-Ash Decoction) treats black seeds and removes warts.
Duan Shi (Calcined Iron Ore), Shuo Hui (Ash from First Month), Sang Hui (Mulberry Ash), Tan Hui (Charcoal Ash), Zhun Hui (Mushroom Ash) (each 1 sheng). Mix with water, steam until vapor permeates. Boil in a pot, leach to obtain approximately five sheng of clear liquid.

Grind all into powder. Mix the aforementioned ash liquid into a paste-like consistency. Place in a porcelain box, bury in earth for five to seven days, then take out for use. Prick the scar/nevus, dot with a fine bamboo stick, apply medicine again. Repeat up to three times. When a scar appears, wash with water. Avoid ginger, vinegar, and meat-free foods.
Ru Sheng Gao (Like-Sage Ointment) (from Yang Shi's Formula)
Hei Dou Geng Hui (Black Bean Stem Ash), Qiao Mai Jie Hui (Buckwheat Stalk Ash), Qie Geng Hui (Eggplant Stem Ash), Sang Chai Hui (Mulberry Firewood Ash), Kuang Hui (Mineral Ash), Tan Hui (Charcoal Ash). Grind all equal parts into powder. Leach with three bowls of water to obtain juice.
