驱风丹 专治远年近日。不问阴阳二证。脚足肿痛不可忍。
香港脚冲心的症状，表现为胸膈部胀满憋闷，气逆喘促急促，严重的会出现呕吐。这是因为风湿毒邪之气，最初从足部发起。
凡是出现气机突然上逆、胸膈逆满、上气喘急、烦闷欲死的情况，病情危急者死亡迅速，不可不立即治疗。
半夏汤：治疗香港脚风毒发作。如果不及时治疗，毒邪攻心就会致死。如果居住在偏远地区没有药物，会导致横死。其常用主要药物包括：半夏（洗净）、青木香、吴茱萸、木瓜子、犀角屑、大黄、生姜、橘皮（平时须常备）、槟榔、茯苓。
若突然出现……竹叶汤：治疗凡是进入八月后，气机逐渐安定，并非意气大发者。若出现多唾或吐痰时感觉心慌心悸、胸闷的情况，可用此方。药材包括：麦门冬（三两，去心）、小麦（五合，用绵布包裹）、竹叶（切一升）、生姜（二两）、石膏（四两，碎后用棉布包裹）。
槟榔汤：治疗寻常的气机胀满。每三日服用两剂汤药。药材包括：槟榔（七枚，捣碎）、橘皮（一两）、厚朴（二两）、生姜（四两）、吴茱萸（二两）。以上药材用水二升，煮取适量药液。
木香丸：治疗香港脚冲心。经常服用可补泻兼施，预防发作。药材包括：木香（一两）、槟榔、大黄（锉碎炒制一两）、桂枝（去掉粗皮三钱）、火麻仁（二两）、姜屑（一分）、诃黎勒（煨制去核）、枳壳（去掉瓤麸炒）、山茱萸、牛膝（酒浸切片焙干）、附子（炮制去皮脐）、萆薢（微炒）、川芎、独活（去掉芦头）、羚羊角（研细）、前胡（去掉芦头）、牵牛子（炒捣取粉各三钱）。以上药材制成粉末。
立效散：治疗香港脚攻心。此方非常有效，消散肿气极灵验，以及一切突发肿胀都能治疗。药材包括：大槟榔（七枚，连皮捣碎）、生姜（各二两）、橘皮、吴茱萸、紫苏（焙干）、木瓜（各一两）。以上药材切碎，以水煎煮。
犀角汤：治疗香港脚。若风热轻微而毒邪入胃，仅表现为心闷烦热，想要冷水洒在胸面部，干呕且喜欢呼叫，气息几乎断绝。药材包括：犀角屑、木香、羚羊角屑、人参、竹茹、沉香（锉碎）、射干（各二两）、麦门冬（去心焙干）、赤茯苓。以上药材粗捣筛过，每次服用适量，再服。用水浸泡去除杂质。
灵飞散：治疗香港脚冲心闷极严重者。药材包括：干蝎（全蝎炒制一两）、巴戟天（去心一两）、阳起石（研细三分）、硼砂（去掉夹杂石头生研三分）、真……白焙）、硫磺……。空腹服用，温热送服。若出现上气急促，有此症状者，尤其适宜服用，不限时候。
射干丸：治疗肾虚受风，香港脚冲心，疝气下坠，小便频数，膝盖冷腰疼，时时心闷，气急欲绝，四肢……药材包括：射干（八钱）、昆布（八钱，洗净）、通草（四钱）、犀角（六钱，屑）、杏仁（一两，去皮尖炒）、汉防己（……钱）、葶苈子（……利）。空腹服用，煮槟榔桑根白皮送下更佳。忌食生菜、热麸、荞麦、蒜、炙肉、粘腻食物及醋物。
