治疗鬼舐头（一种面部黑斑病）的方剂。（出自《本草》）
用烧焦的猫粪。与腊月（农历十二月）的猪脂混合后敷在患处。
所谓面部的黑点，像乌麻斑，像雀卵色，稀疏时如棋子散布，密集时连针都插不进去。这都是由于风邪客居在皮肤，痰饮浸渍所致。消散它们固然有固定的方剂，但如果靠涂抹化妆品来去除，朝夕从事，又怎么能够停止呢？面部的黑斑，是由于脏腑内有痰饮，或者皮肤受到风邪侵袭，导致气血不调，从而产生黑斑。五脏六腑及十二经脉，都上行于面部。血液的运行，同时荣养表里。如果痰饮积聚在脏腑，风邪侵入腠理，使气血不和，或涩滞或浑浊，不能荣养皮肤，所以变生黑斑。
防风膏：治疗面部黑斑。涂抹后能使皮肤光润。
药材：防风、藁本、辛夷、芍药、当归、白芷、牛膝、商陆、细辛、密陀僧、川芎、独活、葳蕤、木兰皮、蕤仁（各二两）、杏仁、丁香、鸡舌香、零陵香、珍珠屑、麝香、油（一斤）。
用法：除珍珠屑和麝香外，其余药物根据稀稠程度适量加入，临睡前涂于面部。
长春散：治疗风刺粉刺。常用可使面部皮肤光泽。
药材：甘松、藁本、藿香、白附子、细辛、广陵香、小陵苓、茅香、白檀、三柰子、川芎、白芷、脑（冰片，半斤）、牵牛子（四两）、皂角（二斤半）、绿豆（一升）。
用法：以上药物研成细末，加入白面一斤，混合均匀。之后加入脑（冰片）再次混合均匀，使用效果很好。
治疗面部黑斑粉刺，以及面部皮肤皱纹定型后的年轻态恢复方。
药材：白芨（二两半）、白术（五两）、白芷、细辛、白附子、防风、白茯苓、白石脂、土瓜根、蕤仁、葳蕤（各三两）、白矾、藁本、川芎（各一两半）、当归（一两）、白玉屑、琥珀末、珍珠末、钟乳粉（各半两）。
用法：以上药物捣碎过筛为细末，取鸡蛋清和蜂蜜等量混合，搓成药条，装入布袋中，悬挂在门上阴干。六十日后，药条坚硬如铁即可使用。再次捣碎研为细末。每晚用浆水（淘米水）洗脸后，用猪脂调制药粉涂抹。经过六十天，面部皮肤如同刚剥壳的鸡蛋般光滑。
治疗外用膏剂，主治面部黑斑。
药材：白芷、白蜡（各二两）、白附子、辛夷、防风、乌头、零陵香、藿香、葳蕤（各半两）、藁本、商陆、麝香（各六钱）、麻油（一合）、羊脂（五合）、牛脂、鹅脂（各一升）。
用法：以上药物薄切，用醋浸泡透彻。
白瓜丸：治疗面部黑斑。使面色光白。
药材：白瓜子仁（三两）、陈橘皮（三分）、白芷、藁本、远志、杜蘅、车前子、当归、云母粉、白石脂（各一两）、天门冬、细辛、柏子仁、栝蒌根、黄丹（各半两）。
用法：以上药物捣碎过筛为末，炼蜜调和并捣击三五百下，制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用不限时候，用温酒送服三十丸。
治疗粉渣皱纹及茸毛，使面部悦泽光润，恢复到十四五岁时的状态。
药材：黄芪、白术、白蔹、葳蕤、土瓜根、商陆、蜀水花、鹰屎白、防风、白芷、细辛、青木香。

用法：以上为末，以唾津调敷。

用法：以上先将髓并丹砂入乳钵中，研令极细。以鸡子白调和，令匀。入盒中盛。每用时先以浆水洗面，后涂之。

药材：白僵蚕、黑牵牛、细辛（各等分）。
用法：以上为末，如澡豆用之洗面。又浴小儿胎秽良。

The so-called black spots on the face, resembling dark sesame seeds or sparrow eggs, sparse like scattered chess pieces, or dense enough that not even a needle can fit between them, are all caused by wind-pathogens lodging in the skin and phlegm-fluids infiltrating the tissue. Although there are standard formulas to dissipate them, relying solely on cosmetic applications day and night cannot permanently resolve the issue. Facial black spots arise from phlegm-fluids accumulating within the zang-fu organs or wind-pathogens invading the skin, leading to disharmony of qi and blood, thereby generating black spots. The five zang and six fu organs, along with the twelve meridians, all ascend to the face. Blood circulation nourishes both the interior and exterior. If phlegm-fluids accumulate in the zang-fu and wind-pathogens enter the couli (interstices), causing qi and blood disharmony—either stagnation or turbidity—the skin fails to receive proper nourishment, resulting in the formation of black spots.
Fangfeng Gao (Saposhnikovia Ointment): Treats facial black spots. Application renders the skin smooth and lustrous.

Usage: Grind all ingredients into fine powder. Mix equal parts egg white and honey, roll into pill sticks, place in a cloth bag, and hang indoors to dry for sixty days until hard as iron. Grind again into fine powder. Each night, wash face with rice water, then apply the medicine mixed with lard. After sixty days, the face becomes smooth as a peeled egg.

Ingredients: Aconitum Carmichaelii Lateralis Preparatum (Baifuzi) [2 liang], Bletilla Striata Tuber (Baiji), Bletilla Striata Tuber (Bai Lian), Poria Cocos (Baifuling), Lead Monoxide (Mituo Seng), Lithospermum/Erythroxylon [Shizhi], Dafen (Lead Carbonate?) [equal parts].
Usage: Grind into powder. First wash face with cleansing agent, dry, then gradually grind with rice water to apply. One variation omits Shizhi.

Ingredients: Apricot Kernel (Xingren), Realgar (Xionghuang), Melon Seeds (Gua Zi), Angelica Dahurica Radix (Baizhi) [each 1 liang].
Usage: Exclude white beeswax, grind remaining ingredients in a mortar until fine. Add half jin of oil. Simmer gently in a pot until thickened. Add white beeswax, melt and mix well. Store in porcelain box. Apply medicine before powder daily. Greatly reduces spots.
Taoren Zaodou (Peach Kernel Bath Bean): Promotes radiance and removes black spots.

Usage: Grind fine in basin. Place Duanshi first, cover with paper. Gradually add hot water until Duanshi is wet through the paper. Collect 5 sheng of water. Use this water to cook thin glutinous rice porridge. Mix with the two ashes to form balls. Burn in charcoal fire until red hot. Cool, grind into powder. Repeat mixing with porridge and burning seven times. Then mix with cow milk and burn two more times. Finally grind into powder. Each night, after washing face, mix a small amount with saliva and apply. Next morning, wash with hot rice water. Excellent for removing spots and wrinkles.
Xingren Gao (Apricot Kernel Ointment): Treats dark, wrinkled, chapped skin, black spots, freckles, dross, acne, blemishes, and uneven yellow-black complexion. Treats all facial skin diseases.
Ingredients: Apricot Kernel (Xingren), Egg White (Jizi Bai).
Usage: Mix, fry like pancake. Apply at night. Wash with rice water next morning. One variation uses warm wine for washing.

Ingredients: Bletilla Striata Tuber (Bai Lian) [12 zhu], Kaolin (Baishizhi) [6 zhu].

Ingredients: Astragalus Membranaceus Root (Huangqi), Angelica Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Saposhnikovia Radix (Fangfeng), Sandalwood (Tanxiang), Trichosanthes Fruit (Gualou), Fragrant Angelica (Xiang Baizhi) [each half liang], Nardostachys Radix (Gansong), Lingering Fragrance Herb (Lingling Xiang), Szechwan Lovage Rhizome (Chuanxiong), Licorice Root (Gancao), Raw Dried Rehmannia Root (Sheng Gan Dihuang), Costus Root (Muxiang), Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome (Gben), Bletilla Striata Tuber (Bai Lian) [each 1 liang], Red Peony Root (Chishaoyao), Apricot Kernel (Xingren), Sesame Oil (Mayou) [1 jin].
Usage: Except for oil, chop and dry the sixteen herbs. Infuse in oil. Simmer slowly for one double-hour period (shi). Remove herbs. Re-measure oil. Add 4 qian of clear wax per liang of oil. Melt wax over fire. Filter residue with new cotton. Store in porcelain. Do not use copper/iron vessels during heating; use silver or stone vessels.
