以上研为细末，两岁以下的儿童服用一字量，三岁以上的服用半钱，用薄荷汤送服，根据患儿大小酌情增减剂量。
Treats infants and children with *madou chuang* (smallpox or measles-like exanthematous diseases) when the rash is about to erupt, presenting with high fever throughout the body, low mood, and loss of appetite. Taking this formula can eliminate the pathogen internally and ensure that the sores heal without leaving scars.
Zicao Rong (Arnebiae Radix et Rhizoma), Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma), Nuomi (Oryza Sativa Glutinosa Semen) (each 0.5 liang), Gancao (Licorice Root) (1 fen, honey-fried).
Grind the above ingredients into a coarse powder. For each dose, take 4 qian, add one zhan of water, and decoct until reduced to 6 fen. Strain out the dregs and take the liquid warm; re-decoct the dregs for a second dose. This is an extraordinary prescription for treating exanthematous diseases.
Treats infantile acute convulsion (*ji jing feng*), chronic convulsion (*man jing feng*), and stubborn accumulation diseases.
Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis) (3 da qian), Shuiyin (Mercurius) (size of a soap nut, stir-fried together with Qiean/Black Lead until it forms cinnabar-like grains), Hanshimián (Cold Food Noodle), Huangming Jiao (Colla Corii Asini) (stir-fried until scorched, ground into powder, each 2 qian), Tiannanxing (Arisaematis Rhizoma) (3 liang), Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma) (7 liang), Baifuzi (Typhonii Rhizoma) (2 liang), Chuanwu (Aconiti Radix) (0.5 liang, raw, skin and navel removed).

Treats infantile chronic spleen wind (*man pi feng*), where vomiting and diarrhea lead to weakness, lethargy, and drowsiness, potentially leading to wind-epilepsy.
Houpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex) (remove rough bark, fry with ginger juice), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Tianma (Gastrodiae Rhizoma) (remove rhizome base), Boshang Liuhuang (Sulfur from overseas) (each 0.5 liang), Quanxie (Scorpio) (remove toxicity), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix) (remove hard stem remnants), Renshen (Ginseng Radix) (remove rhizome base), Guanzi Gui (Cinnamomi Cortex) (remove rough bark, do not expose to direct fire, each 1 fen).
Grind the above into powder. Soak in wine, mix with steamed wheat cake dough to form pills the size of a corn kernel. Take one pill per dose, crush it, and swallow with warm rice gruel.
Another prescription:
Quanxie (Scorpio) (2 pieces, wrapped in Qing Bohe Ye/Fresh Mentha Haplocalycis Folium and roasted), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) (two pieces the size of a fingertip), Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba) (15 stalks, each 5 cun long, remove joints).
Grind finely into powder. For children under two years old, administer a dose equivalent to "yi zi" (approx. 0.3-0.5g); for children over three years old, administer 0.5 qian. Take with Bohe Tang (Mint Decoction), adjusting the dosage according to the child's size and condition.
