治经络热，梦漏，心忪恍惚，膈热。
黄柏皮（一两）
上为细末。用生脑子一钱，同研匀，炼蜜丸如梧子大。每服十丸至十五丸，浓煎麦门冬
汤下。大智禅师方，梦遗不可全作虚冷，亦有经络热而得之。
上用半夏一两，破如豆大，用木猪苓四两，先将一半炒半夏黄色不令焦，地上出火毒，
半日，取半夏为末，糊丸如梧子大，候干，更再用前猪苓末二两，炒微裂，同用不泄沙瓶养
之，空心温酒盐汤下三四十丸，常服于申未间，冷酒下。
此药治梦遗，梦遗有数种，下元虚惫，精不禁者，宜服茴香丸；年壮气盛，久节淫欲，
经络壅滞者，宜服清心丸；有情欲动中，经所谓所愿不得，名曰白淫，宜《良方》茯苓散。
正如瓶中煎汤，气盛盈溢者，如瓶中汤沸而溢，欲动心邪者，如瓶之倾侧而出，虚惫不禁者，

作强之官，伎巧出焉。又曰∶肾气藏精，盖肾能摄精气以生育人伦者也，或敛或散，皆主于
肾，今也肾气闭，则一身之精气无所管摄，故妄行而出不时也。猪苓丸一方，正为此设，此
古方也。今盛行于时，而人多莫测其用药之意。盖半夏有利性，而猪苓导水，盖导肾气使通
之意也。予药囊中尝贮此药，缓急以与人，三五服皆随手而验。林监丞庇民，亦数服而愈。
治疗经络有热、梦遗滑精、心悸恍惚、胸膈烦热。
黄柏皮（一两）
将上述药材研成细末。取生脑子一钱，与药末一同研磨均匀，用炼蜜制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用十丸至十五丸，用浓煎的麦门冬汤送服。这是大智禅师的方子，认为梦遗不能全部归结为虚寒证，也有因经络有热而导致的。
以上述半夏一两，破开如豆子大小，取木猪苓四两，先将一半半夏炒至黄色但不令其焦糊，放置于地上以去除火毒，半天后，将半夏研为细末，用糊作为粘合剂制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂，待干燥后，再用前文所述的猪苓末二两，微炒至裂开，共同放入不渗漏的沙瓶中密封养护。空腹时用温酒盐汤送服三四十丸，常服可在申时或未时之间，用冷酒送服。
此药治疗梦遗。梦遗有多种类型：下元虚惫、精气不禁者，适宜服用茴香丸；年壮气盛、长期节制淫欲导致经络壅滞者，适宜服用清心丸；有情欲动于中，即《内经》所说的“所愿不得”，名为白淫者，适宜服用《良方》茯苓散。
这正如瓶中煮汤，气盛满溢的情况，就像瓶中的汤沸腾而溢出；情欲扰动心神的情况，就像瓶子倾斜而流出；虚惫不禁的情况，则是……
肾为作强之官，伎巧由此而出。又说：肾气藏精，肾是能够摄纳精气以繁衍人伦的器官，无论收敛还是发散，都由肾主导。如今肾气闭阻，则一身之精气无所管摄，所以妄行而出且不时发生。猪苓丸这一方剂，正是为此而设，这是古方。如今在世间盛行，但人们大多无法揣测其用药之意。大概半夏具有利性，而猪苓能引导水液，其意在于引导肾气使之通畅。我的药囊中常贮存此药，以备缓急之需给予他人，服用三五次皆随手见效。林监丞庇民，也服用数次而痊愈。
坚白茯苓不限多少，研为细末，每次服用五钱，温水调下，空腹、食前及临卧时服用，一日四五次。
To treat heat in the meridians, nocturnal emission with leakage, palpitations and mental confusion, and heat in the chest diaphragm.
Cortex Phellodendri (Huangbai) (1 liang)
Grind the above into a fine powder. Take 1 qian of natural borneol (Sheng Naozi), grind it evenly with the powder, and use refined honey to make pills the size of wutong seeds. Take 10 to 15 pills each time, administered with a strong decoction of Radix Ophiopogonis (Maidong). This is a formula from Chan Master Dazhi; nocturnal emission should not be entirely attributed to deficiency-cold, but can also result from heat in the meridians.
Take 1 liang of Rhizoma Pinelliae (Banxia), broken into pieces the size of beans. Take 4 liang of Sclerotium Polypori (Zuling). First, stir-fry half of the Banxia until yellow without burning it. Place it on the ground to eliminate fire toxicity for half a day. Then, grind the Banxia into a fine powder and use paste as a binder to make pills the size of wutong seeds. After they dry, take another 2 liang of the aforementioned Polyporus powder (Zuling), stir-fry until slightly cracked, and store them together in a non-leaking clay jar. Take 30 to 40 pills on an empty stomach with warm wine mixed with salt water. For regular use, take between the Shen (3-5 PM) and Wei (1-3 PM) hours, administered with cold wine.
This medicine treats nocturnal emission. There are several types of nocturnal emission: those with deficiency and exhaustion of the lower origin and involuntary essence discharge should take Huixiang Wan (Fennel Pill); those who are young and vigorous but have long abstained from sexual desire, leading to stagnation in the meridians, should take Qingxin Wan (Clear Heart Pill); those whose desires move within, described in the classics as "unfulfilled wishes," named Baiyin (White Turbidity), should take Fuling San (Poria Powder) from Liangfang.
It is just like boiling soup in a bottle; when qi is abundant and overflows, it is like the soup boiling over; when emotional desire disturbs the heart and causes deviation, it is like the bottle tilting and spilling out; when there is deficiency and exhaustion leading to inability to control, it is...
The Kidney is the official of strength and skill, from which ingenuity arises. It is also said that Kidney Qi stores essence; the Kidney is the organ that can grasp essence and qi to reproduce human lineage. Whether gathering or dispersing, all are governed by the Kidney. Now, if Kidney Qi is blocked, the essence and qi of the whole body will have no management, thus flowing out recklessly and at irregular times. The Zuling Wan (Polyporus Pill) formula is specifically designed for this purpose; it is an ancient formula. It is currently prevalent, but few people can fathom its medicinal intent. Generally, Pinellia has a draining nature, and Polyporus guides water; the intent is to guide Kidney Qi to become unblocked. I often kept this medicine in my medicine bag to give to others in emergencies. Three to five doses were always effective immediately. Lin Jiancheng Bimin was also cured after taking it several times.
Jianbai Fuling (Solid White Poria) in any amount, grind into a fine powder. Take 5 qian each time, mixed with warm water. Take on an empty stomach, before meals, and before going to bed. Take four to five times a day.
