布袋内 令光莹。如丈夫元脏虚冷，真阳不固，三焦不和，上热下冷，夜梦交合，觉来盗汗
，面无精光，肌体燥涩，耳内虚鸣，腰背疼痛，心气虚乏，精神不宁，饮食无味，日渐瘦悴
，膀胱久冷，夜多小便；妇人月事愆期，血海久冷，恶露不止，赤白带下，及阴毒伤寒，面
青舌卷，阴缩难言，四肢厥冷，不省人事，急用枣汤吞一二百丸，即便回阳，命无不活。但
是一切冷疾，盐酒盐汤空心吞下三四十丸，妇人艾醋汤下。此药大能调治荣卫，升降阴阳，

治虚劳羸瘦乏力可食，倦怠多惊畏。

黑锡丸方：
黑铅、硫黄（各三两，意思是如硫黄与黑铅各用三两，即以黑铅约八两，在铫子内熔化后去除杂质，将硫黄放入其中），微炒，香沉香（各半两）。
先将砂子研细，其余药物研成粉末，一起放入碾槽中研磨均匀，从早晨到傍晚，以出现黑色光泽为度。用酒调糊制成梧桐子大小的药丸，阴干，装入布袋中摩擦使其光亮莹润。
如果是男子元脏虚冷，真阳不固，三焦功能不和，表现为上热下冷，夜间梦交，醒来盗汗，面色无神，肌肤干燥涩滞，耳内虚鸣，腰背疼痛，心气虚弱匮乏，精神不安宁，饮食无味，日渐消瘦憔悴，膀胱久冷，夜间小便多；女子月经延期，血海久冷，恶露不止，赤白带下，以及阴毒伤寒，面色青紫，舌体卷缩，阴器收缩难以言语，四肢厥冷，不省人事，急用枣汤送服一二百丸，即可回阳救逆，性命无不保全。但是所有寒性疾病，空腹用盐酒或盐汤送服三四十丸，妇人则用艾叶醋汤送服。此药大能调理营卫，升降阴阳，安定治疗虚劳羸瘦乏力可食，倦怠多惊畏。
石斛散方：
石斛（四钱，去根，洗净，细切，酒炒），牛膝（酒浸，水洗，焙干），柏子仁（去皮，研碎），肉苁蓉（酒浸，水洗，焙干），诃子肉（炮制），青橘皮，柴胡（去苗，洗净），人参（去芦头），熟地黄（酒洒，九蒸九晒，焙干，称量，各三钱），茯苓（四钱，去皮），甘草（二钱，炙），干姜（一钱，一半炮制），神曲（碎炒），麦麸（各六钱）。
以上药物研为细末。每次服用二钱，用米饮调服，饭前每日二至三次。
This is the authentic prescription from Ciji Temple in Danyang.
Heixi Wan (Black Tin Pill) Formula:
Heiqian (Lead), Liuhuang (Sulfur) (each 3 liang; meaning if using 3 liang each of Sulfur and Lead, take approximately 8 liang of Lead, melt it in a diao [crucible], remove impurities, then add the Sulfur), stir-fry lightly, Xiangchenxiang (Fragrant Agarwood) (each half liang).
First grind sand into fine powder, pulverize the remaining herbs into powder, mix them evenly in a grinding mill, working from morning till evening, until a black luster appears. Form pills the size of a Chinese quince seed using wine paste, dry them in the shade, place them in a cloth bag, and rub until they are smooth and glossy.
For men with deficiency-cold of the Yuan Zang (Primordial Viscera), insecure True Yang, disharmony of the Sanjiao (Triple Burner), presenting with heat above and cold below, nocturnal emissions during dreams, spontaneous sweating upon waking, lackluster complexion, dry and rough skin, tinnitus due to deficiency, pain in the waist and back, deficiency of Heart Qi, restlessness of spirit, loss of taste for food, gradual emaciation and debility, chronic cold of the Bladder, and frequent urination at night; for women with delayed menstruation, chronic cold of the Blood Sea, persistent lochia, red and white leukorrhea, as well as Yin-Du Cold Damage (Yin Toxin Cold Pathogen) presenting with cyanotic face, curled tongue, retracted genitals making speech difficult, cold limbs, and unconsciousness, urgently swallow 100-200 pills with jujube decoction to restore Yang immediately, ensuring survival. For all kinds of cold diseases, swallow 30-40 pills on an empty stomach with salted wine or salt water; for women, use mugwort vinegar decoction. This medicine greatly regulates Ying and Wei (Nutritive and Defensive Qi), ascends and descends Yin and Yang, and treats deficiency consumption with emaciation, fatigue, poor appetite, lassitude, and frequent fright.
Shihu San (Dendrobium Powder) Formula:
Shihu (Dendrobii Caulis) (4 qian, remove roots, wash cleanly, cut finely, stir-fry with wine), Niuxi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix) (soak in wine, wash with water, bake dry), Baiziren (Biota Seed) (remove skin, grind), Rongsheng (Cistanche Stem) (soak in wine, wash with water, bake dry), Heziren (Arecae Pericarpium) (pao processed), Qingju pi (Green Tangerine Peel), Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix) (remove sprouts, wash cleanly), Renshen (Ginseng Radix) (remove rhizome), Shudihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata) (sprinkle with wine, steam nine times and sun-dry nine times, weigh, each 3 qian), Fuling (Poria) (4 qian, remove skin), Gancao (Licorice Root) (2 qian, honey-fried), Ganjiang (Dried Ginger) (1 qian, half pao processed), Shenqu (Medicated Leaven) (crushed and stir-fried), Maichun (Wheat Bran) (each 6 qian).
Grind all ingredients into fine powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with rice drink, taken before meals, two to three times daily.
