紫金锭 一名神仙太乙丹。一名玉枢丹。一名万病解毒丹。解除一切中毒积毒，虫毒蛊
毒，茵蕈、砒石、死牛、死马、河豚等毒，及时行瘟疫，山岚瘴气，喉闭喉风，癫邪鬼气，
狂乱迷死，牙关紧急，小儿急惊等证。凡行兵兴役之处，尤不可无。
文蛤（捶破洗焙，净末，三两） 山茨菰（去皮，净末，二两） 千金子（去油取霜，一两） 红芽
大戟（去芦，焙干为末，一两五钱） 麝香（另研，三钱）
上用糯米煮浓饮为丸，分作四十锭。每服半锭，用井花水或薄荷汤磨服，利一、二次，
用粥止之。若治痈疽恶毒，汤火蛇虫犬兽所伤，以东流水磨服，并敷患处。如治癫邪鬼气，
鬼胎，挛急疼痛，须暖酒磨服。凡修合时日，须用端午、七夕、重阳，或天德、月德日，于
净室焚香修制。凡奇怪之病，屡用如神，效验不可尽述，医家、大家，皆不可一日无之。
《三因》解毒丸 治误食毒草，或中蛊毒，并百物毒，救人于必死。
板蓝根（洗净晒干，四两） 贯众（去毛） 青黛（研） 生甘草（各一两）
上为末，炼蜜丸，桐子大，另以青黛为衣。如稍觉精神恍惚，即是误中诸毒，急取十五
丸嚼烂，用新汲水送下即解。或用水浸蒸饼丸，尤佳。
蓝根散 解毒药热药诸毒。
蓝根（锉，一握） 芦根（锉，一握） 绿豆（三钱，研） FS 脚（一合，研）
上先将二根，以水一碗，煎至七分，去滓，次入后药，和匀，分三服。或一、二服利下
恶物，不用再服。
白扁豆散 解诸毒入腹及砒毒。
用白扁豆不拘多少，为细末，入青黛等分，细研，再入甘草末少许。巴豆一枚，去壳不
去油，别研为细末，取一半入药内。外以砂糖一大块，用水化开和药，共成一大盏饮之，毒
随利去，后却服五苓散之类。
八毒赤丸 方在攻阵。治一切邪崇鬼疰等毒。
饮食中毒
凡中饮食毒，而觉烦热胀满者，急用苦参三两，苦酒一升半，煮半沸，陆续饮之，吐食
出即瘥。或以水煮亦得。或用犀角汤亦可解。
中酒毒 饮酒中毒者，经日不醒是也，谓之中酒。
黑豆一升煮汁，温服一盏，不过三盏即愈。
解面毒
只以萝卜生啖之，或捣汁服之。麦面大热，萝卜能解其性。或用大蒜嚼食之，亦善解面毒。
解一切食毒 解一切饮食之毒，及饮酒不知中何毒，卒急无药可解者。
荠 生甘草（各二两）
上锉细。以水五盏，同煎取二盏，停冷去滓，分三服。一方∶加蜜少许，同煎服之，解一切毒。
食鱼中毒
凡食鱼后中毒物烦乱者，用陈皮浓煎汁服之即解。
河豚毒
五倍子 白矾（等分）
上为细末，水调服之。一方∶凡中河豚鱼毒，一时困殆，仓卒无药，急以清油多灌之，
使毒尽吐出即愈。
解河豚鱼脍及食狗肉不消胀满毒。
芦柴根，鲜者捣汁饮之，干者煎汁温饮之。
解食鳝鱼龟鳖虾蟆自死禽兽等毒
豆豉一合，新汲水煎浓，顿温服之可解。
中蟹毒
凡食蟹中毒，用紫苏叶浓煮汁饮之；或用紫苏子捣汁饮之亦良。或捣藕汁，或捣蒜汁饮
之俱可解。或用冬瓜汁，或食冬瓜亦可。
食牛马肉中毒
粉草擂无灰酒服，当吐泻。若渴者不可饮水，饮水必死。一方∶淡豆豉擂入乳服之即解。
食鸡子毒
好醋饮之即愈，未愈再服。
食斑鸠毒
葛粉二合，水调服可解，姜汤调服亦解。
解花椒毒 有服川椒气闭欲绝者。
冷水饮之解，地浆水更妙。
解诸菜毒
食后多腹胀者，是毒也，以醋解之。
解蕈毒
忍冬叶生啖之愈，或煎浓汁饮之。崇宁间，苏州天平山白云寺僧五人，行山间，得蕈一
丛甚大，摘而食之，发吐，三人急采怨鸯草生啖之即愈；二人不甚吐，至死。此即忍冬藤，
亦名金银花，亦名鹭鸶藤也。
解巴豆毒 其证口干，两脸赤，五心热，下利不止。
干姜（炮） 黄连（微炒，各等分）
上为细末。每服二钱，水调下，如人行五里许再服。又方∶煮绿豆汤冷服之即愈。一方
∶黄连、甘草煎汁，凉饮之。一方∶芭蕉根叶捣汁饮之，利止而安。
解砒毒 凡中砒毒者，其人烦躁如狂，心腹绞痛，头眩呕吐，面色青黑，四肢逆冷，六
脉洪数。饮食中得者为易愈，若空心酒醋服者难救。
以地浆水顿服，若吐出，又服，所谓洗净腹中毒，全凭地上浆是也。其法掘地成坑，以
水灌注，搅成混水饮之，谓之地浆。
又方∶解砒毒最良，此为第一。
用生绿豆半升擂粉，入新汲水搅和，去 取汁饮之。
又方∶用新鲜羊血、鸭血饮之，皆可解。一方∶用甘草汁同蓝汁饮之即愈。
钩吻毒
钩吻生池旁，与芹菜相似，无他异，惟茎有毛，以此别之，误食杀人。解之之法，用荠
八两，水六升，煮取二升。分温二服（此即甜桔梗也）。一方用桂汤效。
解附子等药毒
凡服附子酒多，而觉头重唇裂血流，或见内热诸证，急用绿豆、黑豆嚼服，或捣汁饮之
，或浓煎二豆汤常饮食之。凡服散风药过多，以致闷乱不省，以醋灌之，或浓煎甘草同生姜
自然汁顿饮之。一方；大豆汁、饧糖、枣汤，并能解附子毒。一方∶用田螺捣碎调水饮之。
解乌头草乌毒
甘草煎浓汤服之。或米醋调沙糖俱可解。
解半夏毒
生姜捣汁饮之。有中此毒，口不能言，倒地将死者，速用姜汁灌之，须臾自苏。
解斑蝥芫青毒
猪脂油和大豆汁饮之。
解藜芦毒
雄黄为末，温酒调服一钱。一方∶煮葱汁服。
解雄黄毒
汉防己煎汤饮之。有用雄黄擦疮，或熏阴囊疮受毒者，防己煎汤洗数次愈。
解杏仁毒
蓝子研水服则解。
解服丹毒
地浆服之为上。一方∶用蚌肉食之良。
解中药箭毒
交广黎人以焦铜作箭，中人破皮即死。粪清饮之立解，患处以粪涂洗之。
解盐卤毒
凡妇女有服盐卤垂危者，急取活鸭或鸡，斩去头，将颈塞口中，以热血灌之可解。若卤
多者，必数只方足尽收其咸毒。
解漆毒
一州牧以生漆涂囚眼，囚即盲。适一村叟见而怜之，语之曰∶汝急寻蟹捣碎，取汁滴眼
内，漆当随汁流散，疮亦愈矣。如其言，觅得一小蟹用之，目睛果愈，略无损。或成红斑烂
疮，取生蟹黄涂之，不数次即愈。一方∶用杉木煎汁洗之。

文蛤（敲破洗净焙干研成细末，三两） 山慈菇（去皮洗净研成细末，二两） 千金子（去油取霜，一两） 红芽大戟（去芦头焙干研成细末，一两五钱） 麝香（单独研磨，三钱）
以上药物用糯米煮成的浓汁作为粘合剂制成丸药，分成四十锭。每次服用半锭，用井水或薄荷汤磨化后服下，若腹泻一两次，喝粥即可止泻。如果治疗痈疽恶毒，或被汤火、蛇虫犬兽所伤，用东流水磨化后内服，并外敷患处。如果是治疗癫邪鬼气、鬼胎（中医指腹中结块如孕状之疾）、痉挛疼痛，需用温酒磨化后服用。凡配制此药的时间，必须选择端午、七夕、重阳，或天德、月德吉日，在洁净室内焚香制作。凡是奇奇怪怪的疾病，多次使用如神效，疗效无法尽述，医家和富贵人家，都不可一日没有此药。
《三因方》解毒丸：治疗误食毒草，或中蛊毒，以及各类物品之毒，能在必死之际救人。
板蓝根（洗净晒干，四两） 贯众（去毛） 青黛（研细） 生甘草（各一两）
以上药物研成细末，用炼蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸药，另用青黛为衣。如果稍觉精神恍惚，就是误中了各种毒，急忙取十五丸嚼烂，用新汲冷水送下即可解毒。或者用水浸过的蒸饼和药制丸，效果更好。
蓝根（锉碎，一握） 芦根（锉碎，一握） 绿豆（三钱，研碎） 防己（一合，研碎）
先将两种根，用水一碗，煎至七分，去渣，然后加入后面的药，搅拌均匀，分三次服用。如果服一两次后排出恶物，就不再需要服用。
用白扁豆不拘多少，研成细末，加入等分的青黛，细细研磨，再放入少许甘草末。巴豆一枚，不去壳也不去油，另外研成细末，取一半加入药中。外面用一大块砂糖，用水化开调和药粉，共成一盏量饮下，毒随大便排出，之后却服用五苓散之类的药物。
八毒赤丸：方剂见攻阵篇。治疗一切邪崇鬼疰等毒。
饮食中毒
凡是中了饮食之毒，感到烦热胀满的，急忙用苦参三两，苦酒（醋）一升半，煮至半沸，陆续饮下，吐出食物后即痊愈。或者用水煮也可以。或者用犀角汤也可以解毒。
黑豆一升煮汁，温服一盏，不超过三盏即可痊愈。
解面毒
只吃生萝卜，或者捣汁服用。麦面性大热，萝卜能解其性质。或者嚼食大蒜，也能很好地解面毒。
解一切食毒
解各种饮食之毒，以及饮酒不知中了什么毒，突然紧急无药可解的情况。
以上锉细。用水五盏，同煎取二盏，冷却去渣，分三次服用。另一方法：加少许蜂蜜，同煎服用，可解一切毒。
食鱼中毒
凡是吃鱼后中毒感到烦乱的，用陈皮浓煎汁服用即可解毒。
以上研成细末，用水调服。另一方法：凡是中了河豚鱼毒，一时困顿危急，仓促间无药，急忙大量灌服清油，使毒全部吐出即愈。
解河豚鱼脍及食狗肉不消胀满毒。
芦柴根，新鲜的捣汁饮用，干燥的煎汁温饮。
解食鳝鱼龟鳖虾蟆自死禽兽等毒
豆豉一合，用新汲水煎浓，趁温热顿服即可解毒。
中蟹毒
凡是吃蟹中毒，用紫苏叶浓煮汁饮用；或者用紫苏子捣汁饮用也很好。或者捣藕汁，或捣蒜汁饮用都可以解毒。或者用冬瓜汁，或吃冬瓜也可以。
食牛马肉中毒
粉草（甘草）擂碎后用无灰酒服用，应当吐泻。如果口渴不可饮水，饮水必死。另一方法：淡豆豉擂碎后加入乳汁服用即可解毒。
食鸡子毒
好醋饮用即可痊愈，未愈再服。
解蕈毒（蘑菇毒）
忍冬叶生吃可愈，或者煎浓汁饮用。崇宁年间，苏州天平山白云寺五位僧人，在山间行走，发现一丛很大的蘑菇，采摘食用后，发生呕吐，三人急忙采鸳鸯草生吃即愈；两人呕吐不严重，最终死亡。这就是忍冬藤，又名金银花，又名鹭鸶藤。
以上研成细末。每次服用二钱，用水调下，如人行走五里左右再服。又一方：煮绿豆汤冷服即愈。另一方：黄连、甘草煎汁，凉饮。另一方：芭蕉根叶捣汁饮用，利止而安。
解砒毒
凡是中砒霜毒的人，其人烦躁如狂，心腹绞痛，头晕呕吐，面色青黑，四肢逆冷，六脉洪数。饮食中得者为易愈，若空腹饮酒醋服用者难救。
以地浆水顿服，如果吐出，再服，所谓洗净腹中毒，全凭地上浆是也。其法是掘地成坑，注水灌注，搅成混水饮用，称为地浆。
又一方：解砒霜毒最良，此为第一。
用生绿豆半升擂成粉，加入新汲水搅和，去渣取汁饮用。
又一方：用新鲜羊血、鸭血饮用，皆可解毒。另一方：用甘草汁同蓝汁饮用即愈。
钩吻毒
钩吻生长在池旁，与芹菜相似，无其他差异，只有茎上有毛，以此区别，误食杀人。解毒之法，用荠菜八两，水六升，煮取二升。分两次温服（此即甜桔梗也）。另一方用桂枝汤有效。
解附子等药毒
凡是服用附子酒过多，而感到头重唇裂血流，或出现内热诸证，急忙用绿豆、黑豆嚼服，或捣汁饮用，或浓煎二豆汤常当饮食服用。凡是服用散风药过多，以致闷乱不省人事，用醋灌之，或浓煎甘草同生姜自然汁顿饮。一方：大豆汁、饴糖、枣汤，都能解附子毒。一方：用田螺捣碎调水饮用。
解半夏毒

Zijin Ding (Purple Gold Pill), also known as Shenxian Taiyi Dan (Immortal Supreme Elixir), Yushu Dan (Jade Pivot Pill), and Wanbing Jiedu Dan (Ten Thousand Diseases Detoxification Pill). It can resolve all kinds of poisoning and accumulated toxins, including insect poison, Gu poison (toxic substances made from poisonous insects), mushroom poison, arsenic stone poison, dead cattle and horse meat poison, pufferfish poison, etc., as well as seasonal epidemics, mountain miasma, throat closure and wind (severe sore throat with obstruction), manic delirium attributed to evil spirits, madness and coma, trismus (lockjaw), acute convulsions in children, and other syndromes. In places where military campaigns or heavy labor are conducted, this medicine is especially indispensable.
Wenge (Clam Shell) (crushed, washed, dried, and ground into fine powder, 3 liang) Shancigu (Cremanthodium Rhizome) (peeled, washed, and ground into fine powder, 2 liang) Qianjinzi (Croton Seed) (oil removed, frost obtained, 1 liang) Hongya Daji (Euphorbia Humifusa Root) (rhizome removed, dried and ground into fine powder, 1.5 liang) Shexiang (Musk) (ground separately, 3 qian)
Use thick rice gruel boiled from glutinous rice as a binder to form pills, divided into forty pieces. Take half a piece per dose, grind it with well water or mint decoction, and take orally. If diarrhea occurs one or two times, stop it by drinking congee. For treating carbuncles, sores, malignant toxins, or injuries caused by scalds, burns, snakes, insects, dogs, or beasts, grind it with flowing water from the east for internal use, and apply externally to the affected area. For treating manic delirium, ghost fetus (abdominal mass resembling pregnancy), spasms, and pain, grind it with warm wine for internal use. The preparation time must be chosen on Duanwu Festival, Qixi Festival, Double Ninth Festival, or days blessed by Tiande or Yuede deities, prepared in a clean room with incense burning. For strange diseases, repeated use yields miraculous effects; the efficacy cannot be fully described. Physicians and wealthy families should never be without it for a day.
San Yin Fang Jiedu Wan (Detoxification Pill from *Three Causes*) : Treats accidental ingestion of toxic herbs, Gu poison, and various other poisons, saving lives from certain death.
Banlangen (Isatis Root) (washed and sun-dried, 4 liang) Guanzhong (Cyrtomium Rhizome) (de-haired) Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis) (ground) Sheng Gancao (Raw Licorice Root) (each 1 liang)
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder, mix with refined honey to make pills the size of paulownia seeds, and coat them with Qingdai. If one feels slightly disoriented or spiritless, it indicates poisoning by various toxins. Immediately take fifteen pills, chew them thoroughly, and swallow with fresh cold water to detoxify. Alternatively, pills made with steamed dough soaked in water are even better.
Langen San (Blue Root Powder): Resolves toxicity from medicinal heat and various poisons.
Langen (Isatis Root) (chopped, one handful) Lugen (Reed Rhizome) (chopped, one handful) Lvdou (Mung Bean) (3 qian, ground) Fangji (Stephania Tetrandra Root) (one he, ground)
First, boil the two roots in one bowl of water until reduced to seventy percent, strain the dregs, then add the remaining ingredients, mix evenly, and divide into three doses. If foul matter is discharged after one or two doses, no further administration is needed.
Baibian Dou San (White Hyacinth Bean Powder): Resolves toxins entering the abdomen and arsenic poisoning.
Use an arbitrary amount of Baibian Dou (Hyacinth Bean), grind into fine powder, add an equal amount of Qingdai, grind finely again, and add a small amount of Gancao (Licorice) powder. Take one Badou (Croton Seed), do not remove shell or oil, grind separately into fine powder, and take half of it to add to the medicine. Mix with a large piece of rock sugar dissolved in water, combine into one cup volume, and drink. The toxin is expelled through bowel movements, followed by taking Wuling San (Five-Ingredient Powder with Poria) or similar formulas.
Badu Chi Wan (Eight-Toxin Red Pill): Formula found in the "Attack Formation" section. Treats all kinds of evil influences, ghostly afflictions, and other toxins.
Dietary Poisoning
For those who have ingested food poison and feel irritability, heat, and fullness, immediately use Kushen (Sophora Root) 3 liang and Kujiu (Vinegar) 1.5 sheng, boil until half-boiling, and drink gradually. Recovery occurs once vomit is expelled. Boiling with water is also acceptable. Xijiao Tang (Rhinoceros Horn Decoction) can also detoxify.
Alcohol Poisoning
Poisoning from alcohol consumption, characterized by unconsciousness lasting more than a day, is called "Zhongjiu" (Middle Wine).
Boil 1 sheng of Heidou (Black Soybean) in water, take one zhan (cup) warm. No more than three cups are needed for recovery.
Resolving Wheat Flour Toxicity
Eat raw radish or drink its juice. Wheat flour is very hot in nature, while radish can neutralize its properties. Chewing garlic is also effective in resolving wheat flour toxicity.
Resolving All Food Toxins
Resolves all dietary toxins, and situations where one drinks alcohol but does not know what specific toxin was ingested, requiring urgent resolution when no medicine is available.
Ji Cai (Shepherd's Purse) Sheng Gancao (Raw Licorice Root) (each 2 liang)
Chop finely. Boil in five cups of water until reduced to two cups, cool down, strain, and divide into three doses. Another method: add a little honey, boil together, and take to resolve all toxins.
Fish Poisoning
For poisoning after eating fish causing irritability, boil Chenpi (Tangerine Peel) thickly, take the juice to detoxify.
Pufferfish Poisoning
Wubeizi (Chinese Gallnut) Baifan (Alum) (equal parts)
Grind into fine powder, mix with water and take. Another method: For sudden severe pufferfish poisoning when no medicine is available, urgently灌 (pour) a large amount of clear cooking oil to induce vomiting of the toxin, leading to recovery.
Resolving Pufferfish Sashimi and Bloating from Undigested Dog Meat
Fresh Luchai Gen (Arundo Rhizome) crushed for juice, or dried boiled for warm drinking.
Resolving Toxins from Eels, Turtles, Frogs, Dead Birds/Beasts
Boil 1 he of Douchi (Fermented Soybean) in fresh water until thick, drink warm in one go to detoxify.
Crab Poisoning
For crab poisoning, boil Zisu Ye (Perilla Leaf) thickly and drink the juice; or crush Zisu Zi (Perilla Seed) for juice. Crushing Lotus Root juice or Garlic juice is also effective. Winter Melon juice or eating winter melon works as well.
Cattle/Horse Meat Poisoning
Take Fencao (Licorice) rubbed with Wu Hui Jiu (Pure Wine); expect vomiting and diarrhea. Do not drink water if thirsty, or death will ensue. Another method: Rub Dan Douchi (Light Fermented Soybean) with milk to detoxify.
Chicken Egg Poisoning
Drink good vinegar to recover; repeat if necessary.
Spotted Dove Poisoning
Mix 2 he of Ge Fen (Arrowroot Powder) with water to take; ginger tea decoction also works.
Resolving Sichuan Pepper Poisoning
For cases where Sichuan Pepper causes Qi blockage and near-death state.
Drink cold water to resolve; Earth Slurry Water (Di Jiang Shui) is better.
Resolving Vegetable Toxins
Abdominal bloating after eating vegetables indicates toxicity; resolve with vinegar.
Mushroom Poisoning
Eat fresh Rendong Ye (Honeysuckle Leaf) raw to cure, or drink thick decoction. During the Chongning era, five monks from Baiyun Temple on Tianping Mountain in Suzhou ate a large cluster of mushrooms found in the mountains, resulting in vomiting. Three monks quickly ate Yuan Yang Cao (a local herb) raw and recovered; two others had mild vomiting and died. This herb is Rendong Teng (Honeysuckle Vine), also known as Jinyinhua (Gold and Silver Flower) or Lusitanica Vine.
Croton Seed Poisoning
Symptoms include dry mouth, red cheeks, five-palm heat, and continuous diarrhea.
Ganjiang (Dried Ginger) (processed) Huanglian (Coptis Rhizome) (lightly fried, equal parts)
Grind into fine powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with water. Repeat after walking about five li. Another method: Drink cold Mung Bean Soup to recover. Another method: Decoct Huanglian and Gancao, drink cool. Another method: Crush Bajiao Genye (Banana Root and Leaf) for juice to drink; diarrhea stops and patient stabilizes.
Arsenic Poisoning
Patients exhibit irritability like madness, severe heart/abdominal pain, dizziness, vomiting, blue-black complexion, cold limbs, and surging-rapid pulse. Poison ingested with food is easier to treat; taken on an empty stomach with wine/vinegar is difficult to save.
Drink Di Jiang Shui (Earth Slurry Water) in one go. If vomited, drink again. This cleanses the stomach of toxins using earth slurry. Method: Dig a pit, fill with water, stir into muddy water, and drink.
Another method: Best for arsenic detoxification, ranked first.
Crush 0.5 sheng of raw Lv Dou (Mung Bean) into powder, mix with fresh water, strain, and drink the juice.
Another method: Drink fresh sheep blood or duck blood to detoxify. Another method: Drink Gancao juice mixed with Lan Zhi (Indigo Juice) to recover.
Gou Wen (Gelsemium) Poisoning
Gou Wen grows by ponds, resembling celery, distinguished only by hairy stems. Accidental ingestion is fatal. To detoxify: Use Ji Cai (Shepherd's Purse) 8 liang, boil in 6 sheng water until reduced to 2 sheng. Divide into two warm doses (this is Sweet Platycodon). Another method: Gui Tang (Cinnamon Twig Decoction) is effective.
Aconite Poison Resolution
