椒红丸 治元脏伤惫，目暗耳聋。服此百日，觉身轻少睡足有力，是其效也；服及三年
，心智爽悟，目明倍常，面色红悦，须发光黑。
川椒（去目并合口者，炒出汗，捣取红一斤） 生地黄（捣自然汁，熬取浓汁，一升）
上将生地汁熬至稀稠得所，和椒末捣丸，梧子大。每空心温酒下三、四十丸。合药时，
勿令妇人鸡犬见。有诗曰∶其椒应五行，其仁通六义。欲知先有功，夜间无梦寐。四时去烦
劳，五脏调元气，明目腰不疼，身轻心健记。别更有异能，三年精自秘，回老返婴童，康强
不思睡，九虫顿消亡，三尸自逃避。若能久饵之，神仙应可冀。
《局方》牡蛎散 治诸虚不足，及大病后体虚，津液不固，常常自汗。
黄 （蜜炙） 麻黄根 牡蛎（ 淬醋中，各二钱半）
水一钟半，加小麦百粒，煎八分，食远温服。
牡蛎白术散 治漏风证，以饮酒中风，汗多，食则汗出如洗，久而不治，必成消渴。

《宣明》白术散 治虚风多汗，食则汗出如洗，少气痿弱，不治必为消渴证。

上为末。每服一钱，温水调下，不拘时。如恶风，倍白术；如多汗而肿，倍牡蛎。按∶
此方虽与前同，而用法不同，故并存之。
神效麦面汤 治心虚盗汗。
麦面（炒黄色，一钱） 防风 白术 牡蛎（ ，醋淬） 黄 （蜜炙，一钱半）
水一钟半，枣二枚，煎八分，调服辰砂妙香散极效。在后十五。
黄 汤 方在补阵。治自汗盗汗。
《圣惠》宁肺散 治新久咳嗽，肺气不通，咯唾脓血，自汗咳嗽，常年不愈者，服之立
止，并坐卧不安，语言不出等证。

上为细末。不拘时，乌梅汤调下。
《选要》安眠散 治上喘咳嗽久而不止。

上共为末，蜜丸，弹子大。临睡嚼服一丸。一方用罂粟子半斤，淘净焙干，炒黄为末，
沙糖丸，弹子大，每服一丸，临卧绵包含化。
《统旨》润肺丸 治咳嗽。

上为末，蜜丸噙化。久嗽者，加罂粟壳。
《良方》辰砂妙香散 治心气不足，惊痫，或精神恍惚，虚烦少气少睡，夜多盗汗，心
虚遗精白浊，服之安神镇心。

上以金樱煎膏如饧，入前三味药末和丸，桐子大。空心盐酒下三十丸。服久精神完固，
大能延年。平时服食，忌葵菜、车前子。
《医林》金锁匙丹 治男妇精滑，遗泄不禁，梦与鬼交。

《御药》玉锁丹 治精气虚滑，遗泄不禁。

上为末，用熟山药去皮为膏和丸，小豆大。空心米汤下三十丸。
经验水陆二仙丹 治精脱肾虚，梦遗白浊等证，与补阴药同用，甚有奇效。
金樱膏（一斤）
用金樱子不拘多少，入粗麻布袋内擦去毛刺，捣烂入缸，以水没头，浸一、二宿，滤去
，取汁以棉滤二、三次，却入铜锅，用桑柴文火熬成膏，取起，以瓷瓶收贮听用。
芡实粉（一斤）
上二味和匀，丸桐子大。每服二、三百丸，空心淡盐汤下。
经验金樱丸 治梦遗精滑，小便后遗溺。

《良方》固真散 治才睡着即泄精。此二味大能涩精固真气，暖下元。

《济生》固精丸 治下元虚损，白浊如脂，或胞气虚寒，腰重少力，小便无度并效。

《百一》固元丹 治元脏久虚，遗精白浊五淋，及小肠膀胱疝气，妇人赤白带下，血崩
便血等疾，以小便频利为效。
好苍术（刮净，米泔浸咀片，一斤，择坚而小者佳，惟茅山者尤妙。分作四分制之。一分，
用小茴香、食盐各一两同炒。一分用川椒、补骨脂各一两同炒。一分用川乌头、川楝子肉各
一两同炒。一分用醇醋、老酒各半斤同煮干，焙燥）
上连炒诸药同为末，用酒煮糊丸，桐子大。每服三、五十丸，男以温酒，女以醋汤空心
下。此高司法方也。
《御药》秘元丹 治内虚里寒，自汗时出，小便不禁。
白龙骨（三两） 诃子肉 砂仁（各一两） 灵砂（二两）
上为末，煮糯米粥丸，桐子大。每服五十丸，空心盐酒下。
韭子丸 治虚劳寒脱漏精。

上为末，炼蜜丸，桐子大。每服二、三十丸，空心黄 汤下。
《三因》家韭子丸 治少长遗溺，及男子虚剧，阳气衰败，小便白浊，夜梦遗精。此药
补养元气，进美饮食。按∶此方当除去石斛，倍用菟丝，庶乎尤效。
家韭子（炒，六两） 鹿茸（酥炙，四两） 肉苁蓉（酒浸） 牛膝（酒浸） 熟地 当归（各二两）

心忡气短，时有盗汗，小便滑数。

《局方》茯菟丸 治思虑太过，心肾虚损，真阳不固，尿有余沥，或小便白浊，梦寐遗精等证。

酒糊丸，桐子大。每服三、五十丸，空心盐汤或米汤下。一方有北五味子四两，兼治三消。
猪肚丸 治小便频数。
莲子（一斤，以猪肚一个，同煮一周日，取出去皮心焙干为末） 舶茴香 破故纸 川楝子
母丁香（各一两）
上为末，炼蜜丸，桐子大。每服五十丸，空心温酒送下。
经验猪肚丸 止梦遗泄精，进饮食，健肢体，此药神应。瘦者服之自肥，莫测其理。
白术（面炒，五两） 苦参（白者，三两） 牡蛎（左扇者， 研，四两）
上为末，用雄猪肚一具，洗净，以瓷罐煮极烂，木石臼捣如泥，和药再加肚汁捣半日，
丸如小豆大。每服四、五十丸，日进三服，米饮送下。久服自觉身肥而梦遗永止。
《良方》三仙丸 治梦遗精滑。
益智仁（二两，用盐二两同炒，去盐） 乌药（一两半，炒） 山药（一两，炒）
上为末，山药煮糊丸，桐子大。每服七十丸，空心茯苓汤送下。
（丹溪）九龙丸 治肾虚精滑。
金樱子 枸杞 山茱萸 莲蕊 莲肉 当归 熟地 芡实 白茯苓（各等分）
上为末，酒糊丸，桐子大。每服五、六十丸，或酒或盐汤下。
小温金散 治心肾虚热，小便赤白淋沥，或不时自汗等证。
人参 莲肉（去心） 巴戟肉 益智 黄 （蜜炙） 麦冬（去心） 赤茯苓 萆 （酒浸
炒） 炙甘草（各一钱）
灯心十茎，枣一枚，水煎服。
（仁斋）莲子六一散 治心经虚热赤浊。
石莲子（六两） 炙甘草（一两）
为末。每服三钱，灯心汤调下。
《和剂》威喜丸 治元阳虚惫，精滑白浊遗尿，及妇人血海久冷，淫带梦泄等证。
白茯苓（去皮，四两，切块，同猪苓二钱五分同于瓷器内煮二十余沸，取出晒干，不用猪
苓） 黄蜡（四两）
上以茯苓为末，熔黄蜡搜和为丸，如弹子大。每空心细嚼，满口生津，徐徐咽服，以小
便清利为效。忌米醋，惟糠醋可用，尤忌气怒动性。
椒红丸：治疗元脏（肾与命门）受损疲惫，导致视力模糊、听力下降。服用此药一百天，会感觉身体轻盈、睡眠减少但精力充沛，这就是它的疗效；服用满三年，心智变得敏锐清醒，视力加倍明亮，面色红润光泽，胡须头发变得黑亮。
川椒（去除椒目及闭合的果实，炒至出汗，捣取红色部分一斤） 生地黄（捣碎取自然汁，熬制成浓汁一升）
将上述生地黄汁熬至稀稠适度，与椒末混合捣匀，制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次空腹用温酒送服三四十丸。制药时，不要让妇女和鸡狗看见。有诗云：这花椒对应五行，其仁通达六义。若想知晓先验功效，夜间应无梦境干扰。四季消除烦劳，五脏调和元气，明目且腰不痛，身轻心健记忆力强。另有奇异效能，三年后精气自秘，返老还童，健康强壮不想睡觉，九虫顿时消亡，三尸自然逃避。若能长期服用，成仙的希望或许可期。
《局方》牡蛎散：治疗各种虚损不足，以及大病之后体质虚弱，津液不固，经常自汗。
黄芪（蜜炙） 麻黄根 牡蛎（煅淬醋中，各二钱半）
用水一钟半，加小麦一百粒，煎至八分，饭后稍远时温服。
牡蛎白术散：治疗漏风证，因饮酒后受风所致，汗多，进食时汗出如洗，久治不愈，必发展成消渴病。
牡蛎（煅，一钱） 白术（炒） 防风（各二钱）
用水二钟，煎至八分，饭后稍远时温服。
《宣明》白术散：治疗虚风多汗，进食时汗出如洗，气短痿弱，不治必成为消渴证。

以上药物研为细末。每次服用一钱，温水调下，不限时间。如果怕风，加倍使用白术；如果多汗且浮肿，加倍使用牡蛎。按语：此方虽然与前一方相同，但用法不同，故并存记录。
神效麦面汤：治疗心虚导致的盗汗。
麦面（炒至黄色，一钱） 防风 白术 牡蛎（煅，醋淬） 黄芪（蜜炙，一钱半）
用水一钟半，大枣二枚，煎至八分，调服辰砂妙香散效果极佳。（辰砂妙香散见后方第十五方）
《圣惠》宁肺散：治疗新发或久咳，肺气不通，咯吐脓血，自汗咳嗽，常年不愈者，服用后立即停止，并缓解坐卧不安、无法言语等症状。
乌梅肉（七分） 罂粟壳（二钱，去筋，蜜炙）
以上研为细末。不限时间，用乌梅汤调下。
《选要》安眠散：治疗上气喘咳久而不止。

《统旨》润肺丸：治疗咳嗽。

以上研为细末，和二种膏，加酒浸蒸饼为丸，梧桐子大。每次服用三五十丸，空腹盐汤送下。
《和剂》金锁正元丹：治疗真气不足，遗精盗汗，视力模糊耳鸣，呼吸短促，四肢酸倦，一切虚损等症状。

（万氏）金锁思仙丹：治疗男子嗜欲过度，精血不固，这是涩以去脱的药剂。

以上将金樱煎膏如饴糖状，入前三味药末和丸，梧桐子大。空腹盐酒送下三十丸。久服精神完固，大能延年。平时服用，忌食葵菜、车前子。

金樱膏（一斤）
用金樱子不拘多少，装入粗麻布袋内擦去毛刺，捣烂入缸，以水没过头部，浸泡一至两个夜晚，滤去渣滓，取汁用棉过滤二三次，再放入铜锅，用桑柴文火熬成膏，取出，用瓷瓶收贮备用。
芡实粉（一斤）
以上两味和匀，丸梧桐子大。每次服用二三百丸，空腹淡盐汤送下。
经验金樱丸：治疗梦遗精滑，小便后遗溺。

《局方》锁精丸：治疗白浊白带，小便频数。

另一方用五倍子。
以上研为细末，酒糊为丸，梧桐子大。每次服用三十丸，空腹温酒送下。
（东垣）固真丸：治疗精滑久不愈。

《直指》固精丸：治疗肾虚有火，精滑，心神不安。
黄柏（酒炒） 知母（酒炒，各一两） 牡蛎（煅） 龙骨（煅） 莲蕊 芡实 山茱萸 远志（甘草制） 茯苓（各三钱）
以上研为细末，山药糊为丸，梧桐子大。每次服用五十丸，空腹温酒送下。
《百一》固元丹：治疗元脏久虚，遗精白浊五淋，及小肠膀胱疝气，妇人赤白带下，血崩便血等疾病，以小便频利为见效标志。
好苍术（刮净，米泔浸咀片，一斤，择坚而小者佳，惟茅山者尤妙。分作四分制之。一分，用小茴香、食盐各一两同炒。一分用川椒、补骨脂各一两同炒。一分用川乌头、川楝子肉各一两同炒。一分用醇醋、老酒各半斤同煮干，焙燥）
以上连炒诸药同为细末，用酒煮糊为丸，梧桐子大。每次服用三五十丸，男用温酒，女用醋汤空腹送下。此为高司法方。
《御药》秘元丹：治疗内虚里寒，自汗时出，小便不禁。
白龙骨（三两） 诃子肉 砂仁（各一两） 灵砂（二两）
以上研为细末，煮糯米粥为丸，梧桐子大。每次服用五十丸，空腹盐酒送下。
韭子丸：治疗虚劳寒脱漏精。
韭子（炒） 车前子 天雄（制） 菟丝子（酒煮另捣） 龙骨（各一两） 鹿茸（酥炙） 干姜（炮） 桑螵蛸（炒，各三钱）
以上研为细末，炼蜜为丸，梧桐子大。每次服用二三十丸，空腹黄芪汤送下。
《三因》家韭子丸：治疗老少遗尿，及男子虚剧，阳气衰败，小便白浊，夜梦遗精。此药补养元气，增进饮食。按语：此方当除去石斛，倍用菟丝，庶乎尤效。
家韭子（炒，六两） 鹿茸（酥炙，四两） 肉苁蓉（酒浸） 牛膝（酒浸） 熟地 当归（各二两） 菟丝子（酒煮） 巴戟肉（各一两半） 杜仲（炒） 石斛 桂心 干姜（炮，各一两）
酒糊为丸，梧桐子大。每次服用五七十丸，加至百余丸，食前温酒、盐汤任下。凡小儿遗尿者，多因胞寒，亦禀受阳气不足也，作小丸服之。
小菟丝子丸：治疗肾气虚损，目眩耳鸣，四肢倦怠，夜梦遗精。

用山药糊为丸，梧桐子大。每次服用五十丸，空腹温酒、盐汤任下。另一方有一两五味子，治小便多而不禁。
《局方》大菟丝子丸：治疗肾气虚损，五劳七伤，脚膝酸痛，面色黎黑，目眩耳鸣，心忡气短，时有盗汗，小便滑数。

《济生》菟丝子丸：治疗小便多，致失禁。

《局方》茯菟丸：治疗思虑太过，心肾虚损，真阳不固，尿有余沥，或小便白浊，梦寐遗精等症状。
菟丝子（制，五两） 白茯苓（三两） 石莲肉（二两）
酒糊为丸，梧桐子大。每次服用三五十丸，空腹盐汤或米汤送下。另一方有四两北五味子，兼治三消。
猪肚丸：治疗小便频数。
莲子（一斤，以猪肚一个，同煮一周日，取出去皮心焙干为末） 舶茴香 破故纸 川楝子 母丁香（各一两）
以上研为细末，炼蜜为丸，梧桐子大。每次服用五十丸，空腹温酒送下。
经验猪肚丸：止梦遗泄精，进饮食，健肢体，此药神应。瘦者服之自肥，莫测其理。
白术（面炒，五两） 苦参（白者，三两） 牡蛎（左扇者，煅研，四两）
以上研为细末，用雄猪肚一具，洗净，以瓷罐煮极烂，木石臼捣如泥，和药再加肚汁捣半日，丸如小豆大。每次服用四五十丸，日进三服，米饮送下。久服自觉身肥而梦遗永止。
《良方》三仙丸：治疗梦遗精滑。
益智仁（二两，用盐二两同炒，去盐） 乌药（一两半，炒） 山药（一两，炒）
以上研为细末，山药煮糊为丸，梧桐子大。每次服用七十丸，空腹茯苓汤送下。
（丹溪）九龙丸：治疗肾虚精滑。
金樱子 枸杞 山茱萸 莲蕊 莲肉 当归 熟地 芡实 白茯苓（各等分）
以上研为细末，酒糊为丸，梧桐子大。每次服用五六十丸，或酒或盐汤送下。
小温金散：治疗心肾虚热，小便赤白淋沥，或不时自汗等症状。
人参 莲肉（去心） 巴戟肉 益智 黄芪（蜜炙） 麦冬（去心） 赤茯苓 萆薢（酒浸炒） 炙甘草（各一钱）
灯心十茎，枣一枚，水煎服。
（仁斋）莲子六一散：治疗心经虚热赤浊。
石莲子（六两） 炙甘草（一两）
为细末。每次服用三钱，灯心汤调下。
《和剂》威喜丸：治疗元阳虚惫，精滑白浊遗尿，及妇人血海久冷，淫带梦泄等症状。
白茯苓（去皮，四两，切块，同猪苓二钱五分同于瓷器内煮二十余沸，取出晒干，不用猪苓） 黄蜡（四两）
以上将茯苓为末，熔黄蜡搜和为丸，如弹子大。每次空腹细嚼，满口生津，徐徐咽服，以小便清利为见效标志。忌米醋，惟糠醋可用，尤忌气怒动性。
Jiaohong Wan (Pepper Red Pill): Treats damage and exhaustion of the Yuan Zang (Kidney and Mingmen), leading to blurred vision and deafness. After taking this medicine for one hundred days, one will feel the body is light, sleep decreases but energy is sufficient; this is its efficacy. After taking it for three years, the mind and intelligence become sharp and clear, vision doubles in brightness, complexion becomes ruddy and lustrous, and beard and hair turn black and shiny.
Chuanjiao (Sichuan Pepper) [processed by removing pepper eyes and closed fruits, stir-fried until moisture evaporates, pounded to take one jin of red part] Shengdihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Recens, pounded to extract natural juice, boiled down to obtain one sheng of thick juice).
Boil the above Shengdihuang juice until the consistency is appropriate, mix with pepper powder, pound into pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take thirty to forty pills each time on an empty stomach with warm wine. When preparing the medicine, do not let women or chickens/dogs see it. There is a poem saying: This pepper corresponds to the Five Elements, its kernel communicates with the Six Meanings. If you wish to know the initial efficacy, there should be no dreams at night. Eliminate fatigue in all four seasons, harmonize Qi and Yuan energy in the five zang organs, brighten eyes and stop waist pain, make the body light and heart healthy with good memory. There are further miraculous effects: after three years, essence and spirit are naturally preserved, returning old age to infancy, health and strength without desire for sleep, nine worms suddenly perish, three corpses naturally flee. If taken for a long time, the hope of becoming an immortal may be expected.
Muli San (Oyster Shell Powder) from *Ju Fang*: Treats various deficiencies and insufficiencies, as well as physical weakness after severe illness, unsecured fluids, and frequent spontaneous sweating.
Huangqi (Astragali Radix, honey-fried) Mahuanggen (Ephedrae Radix et Rhizoma) Muli (Ostreae Concha, calcined and quenched in vinegar, each two qian and half).
Use one zhong and a half of water, add one hundred wheat grains, decoct to eight parts, take warm shortly after meals.
Muli Baizhu San (Oyster Shell and Atractylodes Macrocephala Powder): Treats Lou Feng syndrome (wind leakage), caused by wind strike after drinking alcohol, excessive sweating, sweating profusely like washing during meals; if untreated for a long time, it will inevitably develop into Xiao Ke (Wasting-Thirst).
Muli (Ostreae Concha, calcined, one qian) Baizhu (Atractodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, stir-fried) Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, each two qian).
Use two zhong of water, decoct to eight parts, take warm shortly after meals.
Baizhu San (Atractylodes Macrocephala Powder) from *Xuan Ming*: Treats deficiency wind with excessive sweating, sweating profusely like washing during meals, shortness of breath and flaccidity; if untreated, it will inevitably become Xiao Ke syndrome.
Baizhu (Atractodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, two liang) Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, five liang) Muli (Ostreae Concha, calcined, six qian).
Pulverize the above ingredients. Take one qian each time, mixed with warm water, at any time. If sensitive to wind, double the amount of Baizhu; if sweating excessively with edema, double the amount of Muli. Note: Although this formula is the same as the previous one, the method of use differs, so both are recorded.
Shenxiao Maimian Tang (Divine Efficacy Wheat Flour Decoction): Treats nocturnal sweating due to Heart deficiency.
Maimian (Tritici Farina, stir-fried to yellow, one qian) Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix) Baizhu (Atractodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) Muli (Ostreae Concha, calcined, quenched in vinegar) Huangqi (Astragali Radix, honey-fried, one qian and half).
Use one zhong and a half of water, two jujubes, decoct to eight parts, mix with Chensha Miaoxiang San (Cinnabar Wonderful Fragrance Powder) for excellent effect. (See Formula 15 later).
Huangqi Tang (Astragalus Decoction): See Bu Zhen (Tonification Array). Treats spontaneous sweating and nocturnal sweating.
Ningfei San (Lung-Calming Powder) from *Sheng Hui*: Treats new and chronic cough, obstruction of Lung Qi, expectoration of pus and blood, spontaneous sweating with cough, chronic non-healing cases; taking it stops symptoms immediately, and also treats restlessness in sitting/lying and inability to speak.
Wumei Rou (Fructus Mume Carnis, seven fen) Yingsuqiao (Papaveris Pericarpium, two qian, remove veins, honey-fried).
Pulverize the above into fine powder. Take at any time, mixed with Wumei Tang (Mume Fruit Decoction).
Anmian San (Sleep-Calming Powder) from *Xuan Yao*: Treats persistent upper asthma and cough.
Kuantonghua (Flower of Forsythia) Maimendong (Ophiopogonis Radix) Wumei Rou (Fructus Mume Carnis) Foercao (Androses Herba) Juhong (Exocarpium Citri Reticulatae) Zhigancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, honey-fried) Sushe (Papaveris Pericarpium, honey-fried, one qian).
Pulverize the above. Use one zhong of water, decoct to eight parts, add a piece of beeswax the size of a jujube pit to melt, take warm before sleep.
Baiyaojian (Hundred Medicines Fermented Cake) by Danxi: Strongly arrests cough, stops it immediately.
Baiyaojian (Fermented Cake) Hezi (Chebulae Fructus) Jingjiesui (Schizonepetae Spica) (equal parts).
Pulverize into extremely fine powder, form pills with honey for sucking.
Sanmiao Tang (Three Marvels Decoction) from *Ji Cheng*: Treats chronic cough.
Wumei Rou (Fructus Mume Carnis, two pieces) Beizao (Chinese Jujube, three pieces) Sushe (Papaveris Pericarpium, honey-fried, four pieces).
Use one zhong and a half of water, decoct to seven parts, take after meals.
Jiuxian San (Nine Immortals Powder): Treats all types of persistent cough.
Renshen (Ginseng Radix) Kuantonghua (Flower of Forsythia) Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix) Sangbaipi (Mori Cortex) Wuweizi (Schisandrae Fructus) Ejiao (Asini Corii Colla) Beimu (Fritillariae Bulbus) Wumei (Fructus Mume, each five fen) Yusushhe (Papaveris Pericarpium, two qian, honey-fried).
Use one zhong and a half of water, one slice of ginger, one jujube, decoct to seven parts, take shortly after meals.
Jiesou Wan (Cough-Arresting Pill): Treats chronic cough causing loss of Qi and voice; use this to astringe. Not suitable for new coughs.
Hezi Rou (Chebulae Fructus Carnis) Baiyaojian (Fermented Cake) Jingjiesui (Schizonepetae Spica) (equal parts).
Pulverize into fine powder, form pills with honey for sucking.
Wuweizi Wan (Schisandra Pill): Stops cough miraculously.
Wuweizi (Schisandrae Fructus, five qian) Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, two qian and half) Wenhai (Arcae Concha) Fenghuaxiao (Natrii Sulfas Efflorescens) (each one qian).
Pulverize the above, refine honey to form pills the size of Euryale Seed. Suck.
Yingsu Wan (Poppy Pill): Treats all chronic and consumptive coughs, cured with one dose.
Yingsuqiao (Papaveris Pericarpium) (half new, remove stem, cut, dry-roasted; half old, soak to remove membranes, stir-fried, each one liang).
Pulverize together, form pills with honey the size of a bullet. Chew one pill before sleep. Another method uses half a jin of Yingsuzi (Papaveris Semen), wash clean, dry-roast, pulverize, form pills with rock sugar the size of a bullet, take one pill each time, wrap in silk and suck before bed.
Runfei Wan (Lung-Moistening Pill) from *Zong Zhi*: Treats cough.
Hezi (Chebulae Fructus) Wuweizi (Schisandrae Fructus) Wubeizi (Gallae Chinensis) Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (equal parts).
Pulverize the above, form pills with honey for sucking. For chronic cough, add Yingsuqiao (Papaveris Pericarpium).
Chensha Miaoxiang San (Cinnabar Wonderful Fragrance Powder) from *Liang Fang*: Treats insufficient Heart Qi,惊痫 (startle epilepsy), or mental confusion, deficiency heat with shortness of breath and insomnia, frequent nocturnal sweating, Heart deficiency causing spermatorrhea and white turbidity; taking this calms the spirit and settles the Heart.
Huangqi (Astragali Radix) Shanyao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma, stir-fried with ginger juice) Fuling (Poria) Fushen (Poria with Hostwood) Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix, processed with Licorice decoction, each one liang) Renshen (Ginseng Radix) Zhigancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, honey-fried) Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix) (each five qian) Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix, two qian) Shexiang (Moschus, one qian, separately ground) Zhusha (Cinnabaris, three qian, separately ground).
Pulverize the above. Take two qian each time, at any time, mixed with warm wine or Maimian Tang (Wheat Flour Decoction).
Wang Jinggong Miaoxiang San (Prime Minister Wang's Wonderful Fragrance Powder) from *Ju Fang*: Calms spirit and preserves essence, settles Heart Qi.
Renshen (Ginseng Radix) Longgu (Fossilia Ossis Mastodi, five-colored ones) Yizhi (Alpiniae Oxymatanga Fructus) (each one liang) Baifushen (Poria with Hostwood, white) Baifuling (Poria, white) Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix, processed) Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, honey-fried) (each five qian) Zhusha (Cinnabaris, flown, two qian and half).
Pulverize the above. Take two qian each time on an empty stomach and before sleep, mixed with warm wine.
Jinsuo Dan (Golden Lock Pill) from *Ben Shi*: Treats dream emission and spermatorrhea, insecure locking.
Bo Huixiang (Foeniculi Fructus, imported) Huluba (Trigonellae Semens) Poguzhi (Psoraleae Fructus, stir-fried) Bailonggu (Fossilia Ossis Mastodi, white) (each one liang) Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix, one liang and half) Hutao Rou (Juglandis Semen Carnis, thirty pieces, pounded into paste) Yangshen (Ovis Ren, three pairs, cut open, rubbed with half a liang of salt, roasted熟, pounded into paste).
Pulverize the above, mix with the two pastes, add wine-soaked steamed dough to form pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take thirty to fifty pills each time on an empty stomach with salt water.
Jinsuo Zhengyuan Dan (Golden Lock Upright Origin Pill) from *He Ji*: Treats insufficiency of True Qi, spermatorrhea and nocturnal sweating, blurred vision and tinnitus, shallow breathing, soreness and fatigue of limbs, and all deficiency syndromes.
Buguzhi (Psoraleae Fructus, one liang, soaked in wine, stir-fried) Rourongrong (Cynomorii Herba, washed in wine, dried) Zijiba ji (Morindae Officinalis Radix, remove heart) Huluba (Trigonellae Semens, stir-fried, each one jin) Wenhai (Arcae Concha, eight liang) Fuling (Poria, peeled, six liang) Longgu (Fossilia Ossis Mastodi, two liang) Zhusha (Cinnabaris, three liang, separately ground).
Pulverize into fine powder, form pills with wine paste the size of Sophora seeds. Take twenty pills each time on an empty stomach with warm wine or salt water.
Jinsuo Sixian Dan (Golden Lock Thinking Immortal Pill) by Wan Shi: Treats men with excessive lust, insecure essence and blood; this is an astringent formula to prevent collapse.
Lianrui (Nelumbinis Stamen) Qianshi (Euryales Semen) Shilianzi (Stones of Nelumbo Nucifera) (each ten liang) Jinyingao (Prinsepiae Extract, three jin).
Boil Jinyingzi (Prinsepiae Fructus) into a paste like maltose, mix with the powders of the first three ingredients to form pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take thirty pills on an empty stomach with salt wine. Long-term use consolidates spirit and greatly prolongs life. Avoid eating sunflower shoots and Plantago seeds during daily consumption.
Jinsuo Shidan (Golden Lock Key Pill) from *Yi Lin*: Treats men and women with slippery essence, uncontrollable emission, and dreaming of intercourse with ghosts.
Fuling (Poria) Fushen (Poria with Hostwood) (each two qian) Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix, processed) Longgu (Fossilia Ossis Mastodi, calcined, each three qian) Zuogu Muli (Ostreae Concha from left shell, calcined, four qian).
Pulverize the above, form pills with wine paste the size of Sophora seeds. Take forty pills each time on an empty stomach with salt water or wine.
Yusuo Dan (Jade Lock Pill): Treats opening of the Jade Gate, chronic spermatorrhea, leaking like water, unable to control.
Wenhai (Arcae Concha, eight liang) Baifuling (Poria, white, two liang) Bailonggu (Fossilia Ossis Mastodi, white, one liang).
Pulverize into fine powder, form pills with rice paste the size of Sophora seeds. Take seventy pills each time on an empty stomach with light salt water, take another dose before sleep for extreme efficacy.
Yusuo Dan (Jade Lock Pill) from *Yu Yao*: Treats deficiency and slipperiness of essence and spirit, uncontrollable emission.
Longgu (Fossilia Ossis Mastodi) Lianhua Rui (Nelumbinis Stamen) Jitouzi (Euryales Semen) Wumei Rou (Fructus Mume Carnis) (equal parts).
Pulverize the above, use cooked Shanyao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma) peeled into paste to form pills the size of adzuki beans. Take thirty pills on an empty stomach with rice water.
Experience Shuilu Erxian Dan (Water and Land Two Immortals Pill): Treats essence depletion and Kidney deficiency, dream emission and white turbidity; used with Yin-tonifying medicines, it has miraculous effects.
Jinyingao (Prinsepiae Extract, one jin).
Take as much Jinyingzi (Prinsepiae Fructus) as needed, put in a coarse hemp bag, rub off hairs and thorns, pound rotten, put in a vat, cover with water, soak for one or two nights, filter out dregs, take juice, filter twice or thrice with cotton, then put in a copper pot, boil with slow fire from mulberry wood into paste, take out, store in porcelain bottle for use.
Qianshi Fen (Euryales Semen Powder, one jin).
Mix the above two ingredients evenly, form pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take two to three hundred pills each time on an empty stomach with light salt water.
Experience Jinying Wan (Prinsepia Pill): Treats dream emission and slippery essence, post-urination incontinence.

Pulverize into fine powder, refine honey to form pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take one hundred pills each time on an empty stomach with ginger salt water.
Suojing Wan (Lock Essence Pill) from *Ju Fang*: Treats white turbidity and leukorrhea, frequent urination.
Poguzhi (Psoraleae Fructus) Qingyan (Halite) Baifuling (Poria, white) Wuweizi (Schisandrae Fructus, stir-fried) (equal parts).
Another prescription uses Wubeizi (Gallae Chinensis).
Pulverize the above, form pills with wine paste the size of Sophora seeds. Take thirty pills each time on an empty stomach with warm wine.
Guzhen Wan (Solidify True Pill) by Dong Yuan: Treats chronic slippery essence that does not heal.
Muli (Ostreae Concha, as much as needed, calcine in clay pot, quench in vinegar seven times, pulverize).
Form pills with vinegar paste the size of Sophora seeds. Take fifty to seventy pills each time on an empty stomach with salt water.
Guzhen San (Solidify True Powder) from *Liang Fang*: Treats ejaculation immediately upon falling asleep. These two ingredients strongly astringe essence, secure True Qi, and warm the Lower Origin.

Haocangzhu (Atractodis Rhizoma, good quality, scrape clean, soak in rice water, slice, one jin, choose firm and small ones, Maoshan origin is best. Divide into four parts for processing. One part, stir-fry with one liang of Xiaohuixiang (Foeniculi Fructus) and one liang of Salt. Baifuling (Poria, white, peeled, four liang, cut into blocks, boil with two qian and half of Zhuling (Polypori Umbellati mycelium) in porcelain vessel for more than twenty boils, take out, dry, do not use Zhuling) Huangla (Beeswax, four liang).
Pulverize Fuling (Poria), melt Huangla (Beeswax) to mix and form pills the size of bullets. Chew finely on an empty stomach, swallow slowly when saliva fills the mouth; effective when urine becomes clear and smooth. Avoid rice vinegar; bran vinegar is acceptable. Especially avoid anger and emotional agitation.
