头垢：主要功效是治疗淋证、小便闭塞不通。（名医所收录的内容）【疗效】（《陶隐居/陶弘景》记载）：将头垢制成丸剂服用，可治疗噎膈及劳复（病后因劳累而复发），再次使用能使人体色悦泽者更佳。（《名医别录》记载）：将头垢烧过后，用热水调制成梧桐子大小的丸剂，饮服一丸，治疗伤寒病后防止劳复，有验证效果。○ 用头垢的水调服一小豆大小的量，可治疗各种邪气鬼魅之症。○ 头垢可治疗紧唇（嘴唇紧绷肿胀），外敷效果奇妙。○ 头垢一分，用熟水调下，可治疗马肝中毒致死。○ 头垢可治疗竹木刺扎入肉中无法取出的情况，涂抹后即可取出。○ 旧腻头巾浸泡取汁，温服一升，可治疗时行病后的劳复口渴。○ 旧头巾上的垢屑一钱匕，在热汤中溶化后服用，可主治食用自死鸟兽肝脏引起的中毒。○ 积存三年的头垢，主要治疗突然心痛，用沸水煮取汁液饮用，将头垢放在空闲处的碗中覆盖一夜，第二天打开即愈。【配伍治疗】头垢与酸浆煎膏同服，治疗噎膈病立刻痊愈。○ 少许头垢与热牛粪合用，治疗被狗咬伤后严重发作疮疡者有效。○ 头垢配合苦参末，用酒调匀外敷，治疗蜈蚣咬人疼痛难忍者，立刻见效。【解毒】解蛊毒及蕈毒（蘑菇毒），用米饮或酒送服，以呕吐为度。

Those with cold Zang organs should not consume too much dairy like milk cakes or cheese; although referring to cow and sheep milk, they are all within the transformation of Yin and Yang.) (*Mingyi Bielu* records): Milk from a newborn male infant treats red, painful, and tearful eyes; also treats amenorrhea; drinking three *he* allows flow to resume. If one accidentally eats snake meat or beef and is near death, drinking one *sheng* of human milk leads to immediate recovery. To identify if snake meat was eaten, check if hair lies backward smoothly. [Supplementary Actions] (*Ri Hua Zi Ben Cao* records): Tonifies Qi, treats emaciation and sallow complexion, moisturizes skin and hair. [Combined Treatments] Combined with sparrow droppings to clear redness of the eyes. ○ Mix five *he* of human milk with five *he* of three-year-old aged soybean paste, grind together, squeeze out juice through raw cloth, and administer small amounts frequently at any time to treat sudden stroke with aphasia and stiff tongue root; speech will return after some time.

(*Mingyi Bielu* records): Burn head scurf, mix with hot water to form pills the size of *Wutong* seeds, and swallow one pill to prevent relapse due to overexertion after typhoid fever, which has verified efficacy. ○ Dissolve a quantity of head scurf the size of a small bean in water and take orally to treat various evil spirits and demonic influences. ○ Head scurf applied topically treats tight lips (swollen/tight lips) with excellent results. ○ One *fen* of head scurf taken orally with cooked water treats poisoning from horse liver leading to death. ○ Apply head scurf to remove bamboo or wood splinters embedded in flesh; they will emerge immediately. ○ Soak old greasy headbands, extract juice, warm and drink one *sheng* to treat thirst caused by relapse due to overexertion after epidemic disease. ○ Melt one *qianbi* of headband scurf in hot soup and drink to treat poisoning from eating self-deceased birds or beasts' livers. ○ Three-year-old accumulated head scurf mainly treats sudden heart pain; boil in boiling water, extract juice, and drink. Place the scurf in a bowl in an idle place, cover it, and leave it overnight; opening it the next day reveals cure. [Combined Treatments] Boil head scurf with sour liquid to make a paste and take orally to instantly cure dysphagia. ○ A small amount of head scurf combined with hot cow dung is effective for severe wound infection following dog bites. ○ Mix head scurf with *Sophora flavescens* powder, apply externally with wine to treat centipede bites causing unbearable pain, providing instant relief. [Detoxification] Resolves gu poison and mushroom poison; dissolve in rice water or wine and administer, stopping when vomiting occurs.
