气之暴绝。止虚寒之滑痢，止虚损之泄精，治腰肾之寒冷，健脚膝之痛弱。坚精骨而消积聚，

风冷而除顽痹，化五金而下气逆，息二毒而止霍乱。阳毒阴毒。

女子阴疮，为末常敷之。（验方第一。）

汤丸皆可，治一切疝气痛，兼偏坠绕脐冲心，乃小肠气痛也。冲心加半夏、枳壳。（诸方第

将莱菔（萝卜）挖空孔洞，纳入硫黄，用糠火煨制后使用，或者用酒煮后使用。以曾青作为引导药，畏惧细辛和朴硝。
味道酸，性质热，有毒性。能温暖精气、壮阳，杀虫、治疗疮疡，止血、平抑疥癣，消除咳嗽、驱除邪祟。外敷于妇女外阴溃烂处，可消除小儿慢风气突然断绝的危象。止住虚寒引起的滑脱痢疾，止住虚损导致的遗精，治疗腰肾寒冷，改善脚膝疼痛无力。坚固精髓骨骼并消除积聚，疏散风冷并去除顽固痹症，化解五金矿物之气并降逆气，平息两种毒邪并止住霍乱。适用于阳毒和阴毒病症。
产于南海各国。
女子阴部疮疡，研成粉末经常外敷。（验方第一。）

各种恶疮，与荞麦粉加水混合做成饼状，晒干收藏，使用时细细研磨，用凉水调和外敷。（第三方。）

溃疡白膜，与白矾一起搽涂。（第六方。）
饮酒导致的红鼻头，与白矾、轻粉一起搽涂。（第七方。）

极度寒冷四肢厥逆烦躁，腹部寒冷无脉搏，这是阴证伤寒。研成粉末，用艾叶汤送服，出汗即愈。（第九方。）
冷泻和白泻，与黄蜡制成丸剂服用。（第十方。）
呃逆病势危急，与乳香共同研成粉末，用酒煎煮后闻其气味即可停止。再用热物熨烫小腹下方，效果奇妙。（第十一方。）
头痛难以忍受，脉象弦而牢实，取硫黄二两，石膏一两，半夏一两，硝一钱五分，姜汁泛丸，每次服用二十丸。（第十二方。）
硫黄汤：由硫黄、荔核、川芎、吴茱萸、大茴香、木香、乳香、橘核组成。
汤剂或丸剂均可，治疗各种疝气疼痛，兼治偏坠、绕脐冲心，这是小肠气痛。若气冲心胸，加半夏、枳壳。（诸方第一。）
Hollow out a radish (Raphani Semen), insert the substance, and roast it using bran fire for use, or decoct it in wine. Use Chrysocolla (Cengqing) as an guiding herb; it is incompatible with Asari Radix (Xixin) and Mirabilite (Puxiao).
Acidic in taste, hot in nature, and toxic. It warms essence and strengthens yang, kills parasites, treats sores, stops bleeding, alleviates scabies, relieves coughs, and dispels malevolent influences. Applied externally to women's vulvar erosion, it resolves sudden collapse of slow wind qi in children. It arrests slippery dysentery due to deficiency-cold, stops seminal emission due to deficiency, treats coldness of the waist and kidneys, and strengthens painful and weak feet and knees. It consolidates essence and bones, dissipates accumulations, disperses wind-cold, removes stubborn bi-syndrome, transforms the qi of the five metals, directs rebellious qi downward, extinguishes two types of toxins, and stops cholera-like vomiting and diarrhea. It is indicated for Yang toxin and Yin toxin syndromes.
It originates from various countries in the South Sea.
For female genital sores, grind into powder and apply frequently. (Verified Formula 1.)
For coldness of the Yumen (vaginal opening), decoct in water and wash frequently. (Formula 2.)
For all kinds of malignant sores, mix with buckwheat flour and water to form a cake, dry it in the sun for storage, finely grind when needed, and apply externally mixed with cool water. (Formula 3.)
For ulcerated flesh in sores, apply powder externally. (Formula 4.)
For infantile oral thrush, mix with water and apply to the sole of the foot. (Formula 5.)
For white patches in ulcers, apply together with Alum (Bai Fan). (Formula 6.)
For alcoholic rhinophyma (red nose), apply together with Alum (Bai Fan) and Calomel (Qing Fen). (Formula 7.)
For pain on the nose, mix with cold water and apply. (Formula 8.)
For extreme cold, limb reversal with restlessness, abdominal coldness, and absent pulse, indicating Yin syndrome Cold Damage: Grind into powder and take with Mugwort decoction; recovery occurs with sweating. (Formula 9.)
For cold diarrhea and white diarrhea, take in pill form prepared with yellow beeswax. (Formula 10.)
For critical hiccups, grind together with Frankincense (Ruxiang) into powder, decoct in wine, and inhale the aroma to stop immediately. Additionally, apply hot compresses to the lower abdomen for excellent results. (Formula 11.)
For unbearable headache with wiry and firm pulse: Take Sulfur (Liuhuang) 2 liang, Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao) 1 liang, Pinellia Rhizome (Banxia) 1 liang, Natrii Sulfas (Xiao) 1 qian 5 fen, and make pills with ginger juice. Take 20 pills per dose. (Formula 12.)
Sulfur Decoction: Composed of Sulfur (Liuhuang), Litchi Seed (Lihe), Ligusticum Rhizome (Chuanxiong), Evodia Fruit (Wuzhuyu), Star Anise (Dahuixiang), Costus Root (Muxiang), Frankincense (Ruxiang), and Tangerine Seed (Juhe).
Both decoction and pills are effective for treating all types of hernia pain, including lateral descent, periumbilical pain radiating to the heart, which is Qi pain of the small intestine. If Qi rushes to the heart, add Pinellia Rhizome (Banxia) and Bitter Orange Pericarp (Zhike). (First among all formulas.)
