When wind-pathogens cause excessive illness, including all hemorrhoids and fistulas in the seven orifices, and severe pain in the head, eyes, ears, and teeth, as well as severe pain in the waist, legs, heart, abdomen, and hypochondrium: if medication is effective, it is Wind; if ineffective, it is Qi stagnation; if slightly effective, the Wind has left but Qi remains.
