主治除热解毒去肠胃各种热血痢。水痢。及诸热毒。肿毒痈疽鱼口。杨梅诸恶疮。
丸。忍冬不拘多少。花茎根叶俱可用。无灰酒浸。糠火煨一宿。取出晒干。加甘草少许。研
末。即以所浸酒煮米糊为丸梧子大。每服五六十丸至百丸。温酒下。治渴疾愈后。预防发痈
疽。及五痔瘿漏。忍冬花露。银花蒸露治温热痧痘痈疽梅毒血痢。小儿胎毒热毒诸疮痘毒制
汞毒。忍冬汤。金银花一两。黑料豆二两。土茯苓四两。甘草二钱。水煎服。治梅
饮酒助药力。按此药为去大小肠炎之圣品。盲肠慢性炎。服之亦效。惟当专用银
杨梅。则金银可以并用。
主治行水。利湿。泻膀胱火。逐三焦水。头旋耳鸣。消渴。痰饮。呕吐。痞满。风寒
痹。心下水痞肿胀。节骨挛缩疝痛。香港脚。妇人产难乳难。泽泻散。泽泻赤茯苓枳壳（
各七钱五分。木通猪苓槟榔各一两。牵牛二两五钱。研末。每服二钱。生姜葱白煎汤
日二三次。治香港脚。二便秘涩。膀胱气壅。心腹痞闷。以利为度。又方。泽泻紫苏石苇（去
毛炙）蒲黄赤茯苓当归琥珀（另研）槟榔各一两。枳壳（麸炒）桑螵蛸（炒）各五钱。官桂
七钱五
分。研末。每服二钱匕。冬葵子或木通煎汤调下。治冷淋。泽泻汤。泽泻半夏柴胡生姜各三
钱。桂心炙草各一钱。茯苓人参各二钱。地骨皮 心各五钱。石膏八钱。竹叶一把。水煎温
服。日三次。治漏气。
主治清除热毒，去除肠胃各种热血痢疾、水样腹泻以及各类热毒、肿毒、痈疽、鱼口疮、杨梅疮等恶疮。
丸剂：忍冬不拘数量，花、茎、根、叶均可使用。用无灰酒浸泡，在糠火中煨烤一夜，取出晒干，加入少许甘草，研成粉末。用所浸泡的酒煮米糊制作成梧桐子大小的药丸。每次服用五六十丸至一百丸，温酒送服。用于治疗渴疾（糖尿病）痊愈后，预防痈疽复发，以及五痔、瘿瘤、漏管等症。
忍冬花露、金银花蒸露：用于治疗温热病、痧痘、痈疽、梅毒、血痢，以及小儿胎毒、热毒引起的各种疮疡和痘毒，还可制约汞毒。
忍冬汤：金银花一两，黑料豆二两，土茯苓四两，甘草二钱，水煎服。用于治疗梅毒。饮酒可助药力。按语：此药是治疗大小肠炎的圣品，盲肠慢性炎症服用也有效。唯独应当专用金银花；若治杨梅疮，则金银花可以并用。
泽泻主治：行水利湿，清泻膀胱之火，驱逐三焦之水。用于头眩耳鸣、消渴、痰饮、呕吐、痞满、风寒痹痛、心下痞硬肿胀、关节骨骼挛缩疝痛、香港脚（脚气病）、妇人难产及乳汁不通。
泽泻散：泽泻、赤茯苓、枳壳各七钱五分，木通、猪苓、槟榔各一两，牵牛子二两五钱，研成粉末。每次服用二钱，用生姜、葱白煎汤送服，每日二三次。用于治疗香港脚、二便涩滞、膀胱气机壅塞、心腹痞闷，以通利为度。
又一方：泽泻、紫苏、石苇（去毛炙）、蒲黄、赤茯苓、当归、琥珀（另研）、槟榔各一两，枳壳（麸炒）、桑螵蛸（炒）各五钱，官桂七钱五分，研成粉末。每次服用二钱匕，用冬葵子或木通煎汤调下。用于治疗冷淋。
泽泻汤：泽泻、半夏、柴胡、生姜各三钱，桂心、炙甘草各一钱，茯苓、人参各二钱，地骨皮、丹心各五钱，石膏八钱，竹叶一把，水煎温服，每日三次。用于治疗漏气。
Indications: Clears heat and eliminates toxins; removes various types of bloody dysentery, watery diarrhea, and other heat-toxins, swelling-toxins, carbuncles, sores, fish-mouth ulcers, yaws, and other malignant sores from the intestines and stomach.
Pills: *Jin Yin Hua* (Honeysuckle) in any quantity; flowers, stems, roots, and leaves are all usable. Soak in wine without ash, roast overnight over chaff fire, take out and dry in the sun. Add a small amount of *Gan Cao* (Licorice), grind into powder. Use the soaking wine to boil rice paste to form pills the size of wutong seeds. Take 50-60 to 100 pills each time, with warm wine. Treats recurrence prevention of carbuncles and sores after recovery from thirst disease (diabetes), as well as five types of hemorrhoids, goiter, and fistulas.
*Jin Yin Hua* Dew and Steamed Dew: Treats warm-heat diseases, sand-pox, carbuncles, syphilis, bloody dysentery, pediatric fetal toxin, heat-toxin-induced sores and pox, and can counteract mercury toxicity.
*Jin Yin Tang* (Honeysuckle Decoction): *Jin Yin Hua* (Honeysuckle Flower) 1 liang, *Hei Liao Dou* (Black Soybean) 2 liang, *Tu Fu Ling* (Smilax Glabra Rhizome) 4 liang, *Gan Cao* (Licorice Root) 2 qian. Decoct in water and take orally. Treats syphilis. Drinking alcohol enhances the medicinal efficacy. Note: This herb is a supreme remedy for enteritis and colitis; it is also effective for chronic appendicitis. Exclusively use *Jin Yin Hua*; however, when treating yaws, both *Jin Yin Hua* and *Yin Hua* can be used together.
*Ze Xie* (Alisma Rhizome) Indications: Promotes urination and drains dampness; clears bladder fire; expels water from the Triple Burner. Used for vertigo, tinnitus, xiao ke (wasting-thirst syndrome), phlegm-fluid retention, vomiting, epigastric fullness, wind-cold bi-syndrome, subcardiac stiffness and swelling, joint and bone contracture with hernia pain, hong zhang jiao (foot qi/podagra), difficult labor, and insufficient lactation in women.
*Ze Xie San* (Alisma Powder): *Ze Xie* (Alisma Rhizome), *Chi Fu Ling* (Red Poria), *Zhi Ke* (Aurantium Fruit) each 7 qian 5 fen; *Mu Tong* (Akebia Stem), *Zhu Ling* (Polyporus), *Bing Lang* (Areca Seed) each 1 liang; *Qian Niu* (Pharbitis Seed) 2 liang 5 qian. Grind into powder. Take 2 qian each time, decocted with fresh ginger and scallion white, twice or three times daily. Treats foot qi, constipation and urinary difficulty, bladder qi stagnation, and epigastric oppression; stop when bowel/bladder movement is restored.
Another prescription: *Ze Xie* (Alisma Rhizome), *Zi Su* (Perilla Leaf), *Shi Wei* (Pyrrosia Leaf) (dehired and roasted), *Pu Huang* (Typha Pollen), *Chi Fu Ling* (Red Poria), *Dang Gui* (Angelica Sinensis), *Hu Po* (Amber) (separately ground), *Bing Lang* (Areca Seed) each 1 liang; *Zhi Ke* (Aurantium Fruit) (bran-fried), *Sang Piao Xiao* (Mantis Egg-case) (roasted) each 5 qian; *Guan Gui* (Cinnamon Bark) 7 qian 5 fen. Grind into powder. Take 2 qian-bi each time, mixed with decoction of *Dong Kui Zi* (Malva Seed) or *Mu Tong* (Akebia Stem). Treats cold lin (dysuria).
*Ze Xie Tang* (Alisma Decoction): *Ze Xie* (Alisma Rhizome), *Ban Xia* (Pinellia Tuber), *Chai Hu* (Bupleurum Root), *Sheng Jiang* (Fresh Ginger) each 3 qian; *Gui Xin* (Cinnamon Heart), *Zhi Gan Cao* (Honey-fried Licorice Root) each 1 qian; *Fu Ling* (Poria), *Ren Shen* (Ginseng Root) each 2 qian; *Di Gu Pi* (Lycium Bark), *Dan Xin* (Salvia Root Heart) each 5 qian; *Shi Gao* (Gypsum Fibrosum) 8 qian; *Zhu Ye* (Bamboo Leaf) one handful. Decoct in water, take warm, three times daily. Treats lou qi (leaking qi syndrome).
