苈（隔纸炒）川贝母（煨黄）木通各一两。杏仁（炒）防己各二两。研末。枣肉和丸梧子大。

五十丸。食前桑白皮煎汤下。治咳嗽。面目浮肿。喘促不安。小便赤色及水蛊。又方。
苈（隔纸炒）泽泻椒目杏仁桑白皮猪苓各五钱。研末蜜丸梧子大。每服二十丸。葱白汤下。

具有活血、止血、止痛、催产、通乳、利尿的功效。适用于难产。
【王不留行散方】
药材：王不留行（八月八日采集）、蒴藋细叶（七月七日采集）、桑根白皮（三月三日采集）。
制法：将上述药材烧成灰但保留药性，其余药材分别研磨后混合制成散剂。
用法用量：每次服用一方寸匕。
主治：金疮（金属利器造成的创伤）。伤口较小者，直接将药粉撒在患处；妇女产后也可服用。
【葶苈相关方剂】
【主治功效】
具有祛痰、降气、止咳、平喘、消肿、通利水道的作用。适用于面目浮肿、胸中痰饮等症。
【葶苈丸方一】
药材：葶苈子（隔纸炒制）、川贝母（煨至黄色）、木通各一两；杏仁（炒制）、防己各二两。
制法：研成粉末，用枣肉调和制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂。
用法用量：每次服用五十丸，饭前用桑白皮煎汤送服。
主治：咳嗽、面目浮肿、气喘不安、小便赤色以及水蛊病。
【葶苈丸方二】
药材：葶苈子（隔纸炒制）、泽泻、椒目、杏仁、桑白皮、猪苓各五钱。
制法：研成粉末，用蜂蜜调和制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂。
用法用量：每次服用二十丸，用葱白汤送服。
主治：涌水疾。症状表现为行走时腹部鸣响，声音如同囊袋包裹水浆流动的声音。以大小便通畅为治愈标准。
【葶苈子散方】
药材：葶苈子一两，白术五两，桑白皮、郁李仁各二两。
制法：研成粗末。用水六升煮取药液二升。
用法用量：分三次温服。
主治：妊娠期间全身红肿。待小便通畅后病情即可痊愈。
【又方】
药材：甜葶苈（炒制）、桔梗、瓜蒌子、薏苡仁、升麻、桑白皮、葛根各一两，炙甘草五钱。
制法：制成散剂。
用法用量：每次服用三钱，用水煎服。
主治：肺痈引起的胸膈胀满、上气喘急、身体和面目均浮肿、鼻塞声重、嗅觉失灵。
【葶苈薏仁方】
药材：葶苈子（酒炒后研磨）八分，薏苡仁五钱，贝母一钱六分，甘草节一钱五分，陈皮一钱二分，黄芩（酒拌），桔梗，忍冬藤，白及各一钱，生姜一片。
制法：用水煎煮。
用法用量：饭后缓缓服用。
主治：肺痈初期溃破，咳吐脓血。
加减法：若初起无脓，加防风；若溃破后脓液排尽，加人参；若久不愈合，去掉葶苈子，加入合欢皮。
[Indications]
Promotes blood circulation, stops bleeding, alleviates pain, induces labor, promotes lactation, and promotes urination. Indicated for dystocia (difficult childbirth).
[Wangbuliuxing San Formula]
Ingredients: Wangbuliuxing Semen (Vaccariae Seed) (harvested on the 8th day of the 8th lunar month), Shuoxiao Xiye Folium (Desmodii Oxyphylli Folium) (harvested on the 7th day of the 7th lunar month), Sanggen Cortex (Mori Cortex) white bark (harvested on the 3rd day of the 3rd lunar month).
Preparation: Calcine the ingredients to ash while preserving their medicinal properties; grind the remaining herbs separately and mix them into a powder.
Dosage: Take one "Fangcunbi" (a square-inch measure) per dose.
Indications: Jinchuang (traumatic injuries caused by metal weapons). For small wounds, apply the powder directly to the lesion; it may also be taken by women postpartum.
[Tingli Related Formulas]
[Indications]
Eliminates phlegm, directs Qi downward, stops cough, calms asthma, reduces swelling, and promotes water metabolism. Indicated for edema of the face and eyes, and phlegm-fluid retention in the chest.
[Tingli Wan Formula I]
Ingredients: Tinglizi Semen (Lepidii Semen) stir-fried between paper, Chuanbeimu Bulbus (Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus) baked until yellow, Mutong Caulis (Akebiae Caulis) each 1 liang; Xingren Semen (Armeniacae Semen) stir-fried, Fangji Radix (Stephaniae Tetrandrae Radix) each 2 liang.
Preparation: Grind into powder, blend with date flesh, and form pills the size of wutong seeds.
Dosage: Take 50 pills per dose, administered before meals with a decoction of Sangbaipi Cortex Mori Radicis Cortex.
Indications: Cough, edema of the face and eyes, restless panting, red urine, and Shuigu disease (ascites/water accumulation).
[Tingli Wan Formula II]
Ingredients: Tinglizi Semen (Lepidii Semen) stir-fried between paper, Zexiae Rhizoma (Alismatis Rhizoma), Jiaomui Pericarpium Zanthoxyli (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium), Xingren Semen (Armeniacae Semen), Sangbaipi Cortex Mori Radicis Cortex, Zhuling Sclerotium (Polypori Sclerotium) each 5 qian.
Preparation: Grind into powder, blend with honey, and form pills the size of wutong seeds.
Dosage: Take 20 pills per dose, administered with a decoction of Congbai Scallion White.
Indications: Yongshui disease (hydrops). Symptoms include abdominal borborygmi resembling the sound of water sloshing in a bag when walking. Treatment is considered effective when urination and defecation are unobstructed.
[Tinglizi San Powder]
Ingredients: Tinglizi Semen (Lepidii Semen) 1 liang, Baizhu Rhizoma (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) 5 liang, Sangbaipi Cortex Mori Radicis Cortex, Yuliren Fructus Pruni (Pruni Semen) each 2 liang.
Preparation: Grind into coarse powder. Decoct with 6 sheng of water until reduced to 2 sheng.
Dosage: Divide into three doses and take warm.
Indications: Generalized edema during pregnancy. The condition resolves once urination becomes free.
[Another Formula]
Ingredients: Tian Tingli Semen (Sweet Lepidii Semen) stir-fried, Jiegeng Radix (Platycodonis Radix), Gualouzi Fructus Trichosanthis (Trichosanthis Semen), Yiren Semen Coicis (Coicis Semen), Shengma Rhizoma Cimicifugae (Cimicifugae Rhizoma), Sangbaipi Cortex Mori Radicis Cortex, Gegen Radix Puerariae (Puerariae Radix) each 1 liang, Zhi Gancao Radix Glycyrrhizae (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Preparata) 5 qian.
Preparation: Make into a powder.
Dosage: Take 3 qian per dose, decoct with water and take orally.
Indications: Feiyong (lung abscess) causing distension and fullness in the chest and diaphragm,急促 panting, generalized edema of the body and face, nasal congestion with heavy voice, and loss of smell.
[Tingli Yiren Formula]
Ingredients: Tinglizi Semen (Lepidii Semen) wine-fried and ground 8 fen, Yiren Semen Coicis (Coicis Semen) 5 qian, Beimu Bulbus Fritillariae (Fritillariae Bulbus) 1 qian 6 fen, Gancao Jie Radix Glycyrrhizae (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma nodules) 1 qian 5 fen, Chenpi Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium) 1 qian 2 fen, Huangqin Radix Scutellariae (Scutellariae Radix) mixed with wine, Jiegeng Radix (Platycodonis Radix), Rendong Teng Caulis Lonicerae (Lonicerae Caulis), Baiji Bulbus Bletillae (Bletillae Rhizoma) each 1 qian, Shengjiang Rhizoma Zingiberis (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens) 1 slice.
Preparation: Decoct with water.
Dosage: Take slowly after meals.
Indications: Early stage of lung abscess rupture with expectoration of pus and blood.
Modifications: If no pus initially, add Fangfeng Radix Saposhnikoviae (Saposhnikoviae Radix); if pus is exhausted after rupture, add Renshen Radix Ginseng (Ginseng Radix); if healing is delayed, remove Tinglizi Semen (Lepidii Semen) and add Hehuanpi Cortex Albiziae (Albiziae Cortex).
