食前米饮调下。仍用草鞋底炙热按入。治肛脱不收。忌房事。
【主治功效】补益中气。增益精气，助长阳气。温暖腰部和膝盖。治疗五劳七伤。因色欲过度导致的形体消瘦憔悴。心腹疼痛。陈旧性瘀血形成的结块。癖症和瘕聚（腹内结块）。
【方剂一：腽肭脐酒】
肾虚导致精气寒冷者适用。将腽肭脐浸泡在酒中，研磨至烂糊状，加入酒曲和米进行酿造。随意饮用。可助长阳气，增益精髓，破除症结。具有极大的补益作用。
【方剂二：皮丸】
【主治功效】凉血。治疗目障（眼部遮蔽感或视力障碍）、鼻衄（鼻出血）、鼻息（鼻塞或呼吸异常）、反胃、呕吐食物、腹痛、疝积、肠风（便血）、泻血、赤白痢疾、蛊毒引起的下血、阴部肿痛牵引腰背、五种痔疮及阴部溃烂。能解除各种药物的毒性或药力。
【组成与制法】刺皮（烧至存性）一枚，蚺蛇头（烧至存性）一枚，魁蛤一枚，蛴螬（焙干）三个，红娘子三个，虻虫（均去除头、足、翅）三个，水蛭（用糯米炒熟）三个，蜘蛛（焙干）三个，斑蝥（去除头、足、翅）三个，桂心五钱，大黄五钱，黄连五钱，龙骨（单独研磨）五钱，麝香（单独研磨）五钱，汞五钱，川椒（炒制）五钱，芒硝一两，石膏一两，穿山甲（炙烤）三片，枯白矾二钱五分，滑石（水飞法处理）二钱五分，甘遂（用胡麻炒熟后去掉胡麻）二钱五分，蜈蚣（炙烤）一条半，附子（炮制）两枚，巴豆（去皮、膜、心、油）十五粒，雷丸十五粒。以上药材研成细末，用蜂蜜制成如小豆大小的丸剂。每次服用一丸，空腹时服一次，睡前服一次。用于治疗乌癞（一种严重的皮肤病），若感觉尿道中疼痛，说明有虫排出；疼痛剧烈则减少一丸，疼痛轻微则增加一丸，以病愈为限度。
【又方】
刺皮一两（炙焦），槐花（微炒），艾叶（炒黄），白芍，枳壳（炒），地榆，川芎，当归，白矾（煅制），黄贯众各五钱，头发（烧至存性）三钱，猪后悬蹄垂甲（炙焦）十枚，盈尺长的皂角一根（去皮、弦，酥炙至黄色）。以上药材研成细末，用蜂蜜制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用五十丸，饭前用米汤送服。用于治疗各种痔疮出血，伴有里急后重和疼痛。
【方剂三：皮散】
刺皮一张（在罐内烧至存性），磁石（火煅后醋淬七次）五钱，桂心三钱，鳖甲（炙焦黄）一枚。以上药材研成细末。每次服用二三钱，饭前用米汤调服。同时需用草鞋底烤热后按敷患处。用于治疗肛门脱出无法收回。禁忌房事。
[Indications] Tonifies the Middle Jiao (Middle Burner). Benefits essence and assists Yang Qi. Warms the waist and knees. Treats the Five Exhaustions and Seven Injuries. Emaciation and deterioration due to sexual excess. Heart and abdominal pain. Accumulation of old blood forming masses. Pi syndrome (lateral abdominal mass) and Jia accumulation (abdominal mass).
[Formula 1: Ascaris Wine]
Applicable for Kidney deficiency with cold essence. Soak Ascaris (Sea Otter Penis) in wine, grind until mushy, add yeast and rice to brew. Drink at will. Assists Yang Qi, benefits essence and marrow, breaks up accumulations. Greatly tonifies the body.
[Formula 2: Pi Wan (Skin Pill)]
[Indications] Cools Blood. Treats eye obstruction (visual impairment or sensation of veil), epistaxis (nosebleed), nasal congestion/abnormal breathing, regurgitation, vomiting food, abdominal pain, hernia accumulation, intestinal wind (hematochezia), bloody diarrhea, dysentery (red and white), lower bleeding caused by gu poison, swelling and pain of the yin organs radiating to the back, five types of hemorrhoids, and erosion of the yin. Resolves the effects/toxicity of various drugs.
[Composition and Preparation] Ci Pi (Cortex Acanthopanacis Senticosi, charred to retain nature) 1 unit; Rana Snake Head (Charred to retain nature) 1 unit; Kui Ge (Quahog Shell) 1 unit; Qi Cao (Ground Beetle Larva, roasted dry) 3 units; Hong Niang Zi (Red Blister Beetle) 3 units; Meng Chong (Blue Bottle Fly Larva, heads, feet, and wings removed) 3 units; Shui Zhi (Leech, stir-fried with sticky rice until cooked) 3 units; Zhi Zhu (Spider, roasted) 3 units; Ban Mao (Blister Beetle, heads, feet, and wings removed) 3 units; Gui Xin (Cinnamon Twig Heart) 5 qian; Da Huang (Rhubarb Root and Rhizome) 5 qian; Huang Lian (Coptis Rhizome) 5 qian; Long Gu (Fossilized Mammal Bones, separately ground) 5 qian; She Xiang (Musk) 5 qian; Gong (Mercury) 5 qian; Chuan Jiao (Sichuan Pepper, stir-fried) 5 qian; Mang Xiao (Mirabilite) 1 liang; Shi Gao (Gypsum Fibrosum) 1 liang; Chuan Shan Jia (Pangolin Scale, roasted) 3 slices; Ku Bai Fan (Alum, calcined) 2.5 qian; Hua Shi (Talcum, processed by water flotation) 2.5 qian; Gan Sui (Kansui Root, stir-fried with sesame seeds until cooked, seeds removed) 2.5 qian; Wu Gong (Centipede, roasted) 1.5 units; Fu Zi (Prepared Aconite Root) 2 units; Ba Dou (Croton Seed, skin, membrane, heart, and oil removed) 15 grains; Lei Wan (Polyporus Umbellatus) 15 grains. Grind all into fine powder. Make pills using honey, size of small beans. Take one pill per dose, once on an empty stomach and once before bed. Treats "Wu Lai" (a severe dermatological condition); if pain is felt in the urethra, it indicates worms are being expelled. If pain is severe, reduce by one pill; if mild, increase by one pill. Continue until cured.

Ci Pi (Cortex Acanthopanacis Senticosi, roasted until scorched) 1 liang; Huai Hua (Sophora Flower, lightly stir-fried) 1 portion; Ai Ye (Mugwort Leaf, stir-fried until yellow) 1 portion; Bai Shao (White Peony Root) 1 portion; Zhi Ke (Immature Bitter Orange, stir-fried) 1 portion; Di Yu (Sanguisorba Root) 1 portion; Chuan Xiong (Szechwan Lovage Rhizome) 1 portion; Dang Gui (Chinese Angelica Root) 1 portion; Bai Fan (Alum, calcined) 1 portion; Huang Guan Zhong (Cyrtomium Fortunei Rhizome) 1 portion; Human Hair (Charred to retain nature) 3 qian; Pig Posterior Suspended Hoof Claws (Roasted until scorched) 10 units; Zao Jiao (Gleditsia Sinensis Fruit, strip length of one chi, skin and strings removed, roasted with butter until yellow) 1 piece. Grind into fine powder. Make pills using honey, size of wutong seeds. Take 50 pills per dose, before meals with rice water. Treats various hemorrhoids with bleeding, tenesmus, and pain.
[Formula 3: Pi San (Skin Powder)]
Ci Pi (Cortex Acanthopanacis Senticosi, charred to retain nature in a jar) 1 sheet; Ci Shi (Magnetite, calcined and quenched in vinegar seven times) 5 qian; Gui Xin (Cinnamon Twig Heart) 3 qian; Bie Jia (Carapax et Plastrum Testudinis, roasted until yellow) 1 unit. Grind into fine powder. Take 2-3 qian per dose, mixed with rice water before meals. Simultaneously, apply a hot-soled straw sandal to the affected area. Treats rectal prolapse that cannot be retracted. Avoid sexual activity.
