粉尤妙。
蜂蜜主治：润肠，养脾，益气，补中，调和营卫，通利三焦，止痛，解毒，消除各种疾病，调和百药。
治疗心腹部的血瘀刺痛。
蜂蜡主治：补中，接续断绝（促进组织修复），益气，治疗下痢脓血，孕妇胎动不安导致的下血。
露蜂房主治：惊痫，恶疽附骨，痈根在脏腑，历节肿出疔肿，止风虫牙痛，清洗乳痈。
蜜挺方：取蜂蜜二合，在铜器中用微火煎煮，等到像饴糖一样的状态时，搅入少许皂角和细辛的细末，制成可以丸剂的程度，趁热捻成挺剂，一头尖大如手指，大约长半寸，纳入肛门内，不久即可通便。凡是伤寒便秘不可用药攻下的情况，此法最好。
蜜柏散：黄柏不拘多少，用蜜炙至灰色，研成细末，临睡前干掺患处，治疗口疮久不愈合，忌食酒、醋、酱。
蜜髓煎：蜂蜜一碗，猪骨髓五两，煮熟后分十次服用，每日三次，治疗中蛊毒引起的腹内坚痛，面目青黄，病情变化无常。
蜂房膏：露蜂房（炙）、蛇蜕（炙）、玄参、蛇床子、黄柏各三分，杏仁一两五钱，乱发（鸡蛋大小）、铅丹、蜂蜡各二两。先将蜂房、蛇蜕、玄参、蛇床子、黄柏锉碎，用棉布包裹浸入酒中一夜，不要让酒太多。用油八两，放入杏仁、乱发煎煮十五沸，待乱发完全消尽后用棉布过滤，再倒入锅中，然后加入铅丹、蜂蜡又煎煮五到七沸，倒出，用瓷盆收贮。每次取少许，贴在疮上，一天换一次，治疗热毒、瓦斯毒结成瘰疬。
蜂姜丸：蜂房、香附（童便浸泡）、白僵蚕、蛤粉、瓜蒌仁、苦杏仁、神曲各等分，加姜汁、竹沥、蜂蜜制成丸剂，如弹子大小，每次服用一丸，含化，治疗酒嗽。
白蜜汤：白蜜一两，生地汁一盏，酒半盏，先煎生地及酒五到七沸，加入蜂蜜搅匀，分两次服用，治疗堕胎后恶血不出。
白蜡膏：生地、当归各一两，麻油一两，煎药至枯黑去渣，加入白蜡一两，熔化搅匀，冷却后即成膏。每次取少许涂抹患处，治疗一切痈疽、背疽、汤火伤，能生肌去腐止痛，加入乳香、没药、龙骨、血竭、儿茶、轻粉尤其好。
Honey (Fengmi) is indicated for: moistening the intestines, nourishing the spleen, benefiting qi, tonifying the middle jiao, harmonizing Ying and Wei (nutritive and defensive levels), unblocking the Triple Burner (Sanjiao), relieving pain, detoxifying, eliminating various diseases, and harmonizing hundred herbs.
It treats stabbing pain in the heart and abdomen due to blood stasis.
Beech Wax (Mifengla) is indicated for: tonifying the middle, healing fractures/ruptures (promoting tissue repair), benefiting qi, treating dysentery with pus and blood, and bleeding due to fetal restlessness in pregnant women.
Dew Honeycomb (Lufengfang) is indicated for: convulsions and epilepsy, malignant sores attached to bones, carbuncles rooted in the viscera, joint swelling and carbuncle eruptions, stopping wind-worm toothache, washing mammary abscesses.
Honey Suppository Formula (Miting): Take two he of honey, simmer gently in a copper vessel until it resembles maltose syrup. Stir in a small amount of fine powder of Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus (Zaojiao) and Asari Radix (Xixin). Form into pills while hot, shape into suppositories with one end sharp and as thick as a finger, approximately half cun long. Insert into the anus; bowel movement will occur shortly. This method is best for constipation in Cold Damage (Shanghan) where purgative drugs are contraindicated.
Honey and Phellodendron Powder (Mibai San): Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex) in any quantity, honey-fried until gray, ground into fine powder. Apply dry to the lesion before sleep. Treats chronic mouth ulcers not healing. Avoid alcohol, vinegar, and soy sauce.
Honey and Marrow Decoction (Misui Jian): One bowl of honey, five liang of pig bone marrow. Cook thoroughly, divide into ten doses, taken three times daily. Treats abdominal firmness and pain caused by gu poison, greenish-yellow complexion, and unpredictable disease changes.
Honeycomb Ointment (Fengfang Gao): Lu Feng Fang (Dew Honeycomb, roasted), She Tui (Snake Slough, roasted), Xuanshen (Scrophulariae Radix), Shechuangzi (Cnidii Fructus), Huangbo (Phellodendri Cortex) each 3 fen; Xingren (Apricot Seed) 1 qian 5 zhu; Luanfa (Tangle of Human Hair, size of an egg), Qiandan (Lead Tetroxide), Mifengla (Beech Wax) each 2 liang. First, chop Lu Feng Fang, She Tui, Xuanshen, Shechuangzi, and Huangbo finely, wrap in cotton, and soak in wine overnight (do not use too much wine). Use 8 liang of oil, add Xingren and Luanfa, boil fifteen times. When the hair dissolves completely, filter through cotton. Return to the pot, then add Qiandan and Mifengla, boil five to seven times. Pour out and store in a porcelain basin. Apply a small amount to the sore once daily. Treats scrofula formed from heat toxin or gas toxin.
Honeycomb and Ginger Pill (Fengjiang Wan): Feng Fang (Honeycomb), Xiang Fu (Cyperi Rhizoma, soaked in child's urine), Bai Jiang Can (Bombyx Batryticatus), Ge Fen (Concha Meretricis), Gualou Ren (Trichosanthis Semen), Ku Xingren (Bitter Apricot Seed), Shen Qu (Medicated Leaven) in equal parts. Add Jiang Zhi (Ginger Juice), Zhu Li (Bamboo Sap), and honey to form pills the size of a bullet. Take one pill per dose, dissolve in the mouth. Treats cough due to alcohol consumption.
White Honey Soup (Baimi Tang): Bai Mi (White Honey) 1 liang, Shengdi Zhi (Rehmanniae Juice) 1 zhan, Wine 0.5 zhan. First boil Shengdi and wine for five to seven boils, add honey, stir well, divide into two doses. Treats retained lochia after abortion.
White Wax Ointment (Bailagao): Shengdi (Rehmanniae Radix) and Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) each 1 liang, Mah You (Sesame Oil) 1 liang. Boil herbs until dark black, remove dregs. Add Baila (White Beeswax) 1 liang, melt and stir well. It becomes ointment upon cooling. Apply a small amount to the affected area. Treats all kinds of carbuncles and sores, back carbuncles, scalds and burns. Promotes flesh regeneration, removes necrotic tissue, and relieves pain. Adding Ruxiang (Olibanum), Moyao (Myrrha), Longgu (Fossilized Bones), Xuexie (Dragon's Blood), Ercha (Katechu), and Qingfen (Calamina) is especially effective.
