秦皮（去粗皮） 黄柏（去粗皮） 黄连（去须） 甘草（生用） 五倍子
上件各等分 咀。每用一大匙，水一中碗入砂糖一弹子大，同煎至八分，绵滤令净，乘
热洗
退翳除昏，消瘀肉。止眵泪，疗隐涩。
龙骨（一钱） 白垩土（一钱） 铜青（半钱） 轻粉（一字） 脑子（一字）
上件并研令细，每用一字，白汤泡洗。
治眼睑赤烂。
乳香（一钱半，别研） 黄连（去须，一两） 荆芥（一百穗） 灯心（一百茎）
上件 咀。每用三钱，水二盏煎至一盏，滤去滓，热洗。
治妇人血风眼。
乌贼鱼骨（二钱） 铜青（一钱）
上为细末。每用一钱，热汤泡洗。如冷，再荡令热，更洗一次。
治风眼连睑赤烂，隐涩疼痛。
干姜（一两，洗净） 铜绿（一钱）
上件为细末。每用一字，于铜盂内以沸汤浸，澄清洗眼，渐渐闪开眼，放药入眼内，连
睑通
治风毒上攻，两眼暴赤肿痛，隐涩难开。
干姜（不以多少）
上件 咀。每用二钱，以薄绵紧裹，沸汤泡，乘热洗之。如冷，再荡令热，洗一次。
治暴赤眼，肿痛难开，或生翳障。
铜青（一钱） 杏仁（四枚，去皮尖） 轻粉（少许）
上并研令细，搜和分作四丸。每用一丸，汤化开洗。
治疗肝经风热，导致眼睛红肿疼痛、干涩难以睁开，病程长久不愈，此方能显著消除红眼症状，缓解疼痛。

以上药材各取等份，切碎。每次使用一大匙，加入一碗水及一块弹丸大小的砂糖，共同煎煮至剩余八分水量，用绵布过滤使药液洁净，趁热清洗眼部。
退去翳膜，消除昏蒙，消散瘀肉。止住眼屎和流泪，治疗干涩感。

以上药材一并研磨成细末，每次使用一字量，用白开水冲泡后清洗眼部。
治疗眼睑边缘红肿溃烂。
乳香（一钱半，单独研磨） 黄连（去除须根，一两） 荆芥（一百穗） 灯心草（一百茎）
以上药材切碎。每次使用三钱，加入两盏水煎煮至一盏，过滤去除药渣，趁热清洗。
治疗妇女血风引起的眼疾。
乌贼鱼骨（二钱） 铜青（一钱）
以上药材研成细末。每次使用一钱，用热水冲泡清洗。如果变冷，再加热使其变热，再次清洗一次。
治疗风邪引起的眼睑红肿溃烂，伴有干涩疼痛。
干姜（一两，洗净） 铜绿（一钱）
以上药材研成细末。每次使用一字量，在铜盆中用沸水浸泡，澄清后用于洗眼，逐渐眯起眼睛，将药液滴入眼中，连同眼睑一起处理。
治疗风毒上攻，导致双眼突然红肿疼痛，干涩难以睁开。
干姜（用量不限）
以上药材切碎。每次使用二钱，用薄棉布紧紧包裹，用沸水冲泡，趁热清洗眼部。如果变冷，再加热使其变热，清洗一次。
治疗突发红眼，肿痛难开，或者产生翳障。
铜青（一钱） 杏仁（四枚，去皮尖） 轻粉（少许）
以上药材一并研磨成细末，混合制成四丸。每次使用一丸，用汤水化开后清洗眼部。
Treats wind-heat in the Liver channel, causing redness and pain in the eyes, dryness and difficulty in opening them, with prolonged duration without healing. This formula can significantly arrest red eye conditions and relieve pain.
Qinpi (Cortex Fraxini, remove coarse bark) Huangbai (Cortex Phellodendri, remove coarse bark) Huanglian (Rhizoma Coptidis, remove stamens) Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae, raw) Wubeizi (Galla Chinensis)
Take equal parts of the above ingredients, cut into small pieces. For each use, take one large spoonful, add one bowl of water and a piece of rock sugar the size of a bullet, decoct together until eight-tenths remains, filter through cotton cloth to make it clear, and wash while hot.
Resolves nebulae and clears dimness, eliminates fleshy growths (pterygium). Stops discharge and tearing, treats dryness.
Longgu (Os Draconis, 1 qian) Baie Tu (Terra Alba, 1 qian) Tongqing (Chalcanthite, 0.5 qian) Qingfen (Calomelas, 1 zi) Naobing (Borneolum Syntheticum, 1 zi)
Grind all the above ingredients into fine powder. For each use, take 1 zi, soak and wash with plain boiled water.
Treats redness and ulceration of the eyelids.
Ruxiang (Resina Frankincense, 1.5 qian, ground separately) Huanglian (Rhizoma Coptidis, remove stamens, 1 liang) Jingjie (Herba Schizonepetae, 100 spikes) Dengxin (Medulla Junci, 100 stems)
Cut the above ingredients into small pieces. For each use, take 3 qian, add two cups of water, decoct until one cup remains, filter out the dregs, and wash while hot.
Treats blood-wind eye disease in women.
Wuzeiyu Gu (Endoconcha Sepiae, 2 qian) Tongqing (Chalcanthite, 1 qian)
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. For each use, take 1 qian, soak and wash with hot water. If it cools down, reheat it and wash again once.
Treats wind-eye with continuous eyelid redness and ulceration, accompanied by dryness and pain.
Ganjiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis, 1 liang, washed clean) Tonglü (Verdigris, 1 qian)
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. For each use, take 1 zi, immerse in boiling water in a copper basin, let it settle, and use the clear liquid to wash the eyes. Gradually blink the eyes open, place the medicine into the eyes, treating both the eyeball and the eyelids.
Treats wind-toxin attacking upwards, causing sudden redness, swelling, and pain in both eyes, with dryness and difficulty in opening them.
Ganjiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis, as needed)
Cut the above ingredients into small pieces. For each use, take 2 qian, wrap tightly in thin cotton, steep in boiling water, and wash while hot. If it cools down, reheat it and wash once more.
Treats sudden red eye, severe swelling and pain making it difficult to open, or formation of nebulae/opacities.
Tongqing (Chalcanthite, 1 qian) Xingren (Semen Armeniacae Amarum, 4 seeds, remove skin and tips) Qingfen (Calomelas, a small amount)
Grind all ingredients together into fine powder, mix and form four pills. For each use, dissolve one pill in warm water and wash the eyes.
