上件为细末，面糊为丸如梧桐子大。每服三十丸，人参汤下，食后，稍空腹服。

治疗各种风热壅滞，大便秘结涩滞，小便赤黄，烦躁气喘胸闷，腰脚沉重疼痛，兼治香港脚（脚气病）。

黑参 龙胆草（这两味药等分）
将上述药材研成细末，用面糊制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用三十丸，用人参汤送服，饭后，稍微空腹时服用。
Treats excessive heat in the upper jiao (upper burner), swelling and pain of the throat, cracked lips and dry tongue, sores on the cheeks, and thirst with irritability caused by phlegm-heat.
*Asparagi Radix* (remove the heart, 3 fen) *Perillae Folium* (0.5 liang) *Baiyao Jian* (0.5 liang) *Heishen* (select dense ones, soak in decoction, wash, and bake dry) *Arctii Fructus* (grind separately. The above three ingredients each take 1 fen).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, mix evenly, and form pills with refined honey. Each 1 liang of powder makes 20 pills. Take one pill per dose, chew thoroughly, and swallow with ginger water after meals and before bedtime.
Treats upward congestion of deficiency heat, unclear head and eyes, red face and dry throat, cough with phlegm, thirst, and irritability.
*Heteromelae Folium* (0.5 jin) *Schizonepetae Spica* (1 liang) *Saposhnikoviae Radix* (remove the rhizome, 1 liang) *Scutellariae Radix* (used raw) *Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata* (the above three ingredients each take 1 fen) *Borneolum Syntheticum* (0.5 liang).

Treats latent pathogenic heat in the Heart and Liver meridians, dry mouth and throat, extreme thirst with desire to drink, tidal fever, irritability, red and painful eyes, cracked lips, epistaxis, dark and scanty urination, and difficulty or obstruction in urination.
*Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata* *Scutellariae Radix* *Akebiae Caulis* (the above three ingredients each take 2 liang) *Rhinocerotis Cornu* (1 liang) *Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma* (3 qian, lightly roasted).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder and form pills with refined honey, sized like sophora seeds. Take 50 pills per dose, swallow with warm boiled water after meals.
Treats all types of wind-heat stagnation, constipation with dry stools, dark yellow urine, irritability, wheezing, chest fullness, heavy and painful waist and legs, and also treats Hong Kong foot (tinea pedis/jiaqi).
*Pharbitidis Semen* (4 liang, used raw) *Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus* (2 liang, non-rotten ones, roast until fragrant, scrape off tips, strings, and seeds) *Fine Pine Soot Ink* (0.5 liang).
