胡桃肉（用汤浸泡后去皮） 破故纸（即补骨脂，炒制） 大枣（煮熟后去皮、去核）
将上述药物各等分研成细末。每次服用二钱，用温酒调服，饭前服用。
【川乌头散等方】治疗男子七种疝气，疼痛放射至小肠，急迫疼痛且牵引抽搐，痛苦难以忍受。
川乌头（一枚，重三钱的，炮制，去除皮和脐部） 干蝎（完整的，十四枚，去毒并炒制） 盐（炒制，三钱）
将上述药物切碎，用水一碗，煎煮至剩余七分一盏的量，滤去药渣，放温后一次服下，空腹或饭前服用。
【金铃子散等方】治疗膀胱疝气，导致下元闭塞，大小便不通，疼痛难以忍受。
金铃子肉（四十九枚，锉碎如豆子大小，不要弄得太碎。取巴豆四十九枚，去皮但不弄碎，与金铃子肉一起处理）
将上述除巴豆以外的两味药研成细末。每次服用二钱，用温酒调服，饭前服用。
【地胆虫散等方】治疗膀胱寒疝，局部肿胀坚硬且疼痛。

Fennel Fruit (Stir-fried) [Fructus Foeniculi], Green Tangerine Peel (Soaked in water, white pith removed) [Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae], Jing Sanleng (Processed and sliced) [Rhizoma Sparganii], Areca Seed (Select those shaped like a chicken heart; each of the above four herbs is one tael) [Semen Arecae], Costus Root (Half a tael) [Radix Aucklandiae].
The above ingredients are ground into a fine powder. For each dose, take two qian, add a pinch of salt, and brew with boiling water. Take at any time.
[Hei Qianniu Wan etc.] Treats Xiao Chang Shan Qi (Small Intestine Hernia).
Black Morning Glory Seed (Three qian) [Semen Pharbitidis], Fennel Fruit (One tael, stir-fried) [Fructus Foeniculi], Corydalis Rhizome (Half a tael, stir-fried) [Rhizoma Corydalis], Aurantium (Remove albedo, half a tael, stir-fried with bran) [Fructus Aurantii].
The above ingredients are ground into a fine powder. For each dose, take two qian, mix with hot wine, and take before meals.
[Hutao Rou San etc.] Treats Xiao Chang Qi (Small Intestine Qi disorder).
Walnut Kernel (Soaked in water, skin removed) [Semen Juglandis], Psoralea Fruit (Stir-fried) [Fructus Psoraleae], Jujube (Boiled, skin and pit removed) [Fructus Jujubae].
The above ingredients are mixed in equal proportions and ground into a fine powder. For each dose, take two qian, mix with warm wine, and take before meals.
[Chuan Wutou San etc.] Treats seven types of Shan Qi (Hernia) in men, where pain radiates to the small intestine, causing urgent pain and pulling spasms that are unbearable.
Aconite Lateral Root (One piece, weighing three qian, processed, skin and umbilicus removed) [Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata], Dried Scorpion (Whole, fourteen pieces, detoxified and stir-fried) [Scorpio], Salt (Stir-fried, three qian) [Natrii Chloridum].
The above ingredients are chopped, decocted in one bowl of water until reduced to seven-tenths of a cup, strained, cooled to warm temperature, and taken in one dose on an empty stomach or before meals.
[Jinlingzi San etc.] Treats Bladder Shan Qi (Bladder Hernia), causing blockage of the lower origin, inability to urinate or defecate, and unbearable pain.
