上件与 茹末同研匀。每用三钱，生麻油调成膏，抓破疮疥擦之，日三、两次用。
治紫癜风。
硫黄（研细）
上以茄蒂蘸药少许痛擦，良久以温汤洗去。
治遍身疮疥，或痛或痒，久不愈者。
白花蛇（五两） 乌蛇（一条）
上二味用水净洗、控干，去头尾并项后肉二寸不用，其余约二寸长截段，用无灰酒一斗、

白僵蚕（二十四枚，炒去丝嘴） 蝎梢（五枚，去毒微炒） 地龙（三条）
上件研令极细，分作二服，小儿作五服，温酒调下。服药了，然后澡浴。
治大人、小儿一切风热毒瓦斯，攻注遍身，疮疥瘾疹疼痛。（以下淋洗方。）

上件 咀。每用五钱，水三升，煎三、五沸，通手淋渫患处。
治风热客搏皮肤，瘙痒、瘾疹、 、疮疡、疥癣抓之水出，侵淫不止。或风气
肿。
枫香（别研） 荆芥穗（二味各三两） 大黄 苦参 当归 升麻 白蒺藜 枳壳（去
穣，炒。
上同焙干，碾为细末，入枫香和匀。每用五钱，水三升同煎三、五沸，通手淋洗。
治疗疥癣。
麝香（三钱，单独研磨） 水银（一分，与白锡一分混合，制成汞齐/红粉状） 轻粉（一钱半，单独研磨）
茹草（取末，
以上药材与茹草末一同研磨均匀。每次使用三钱，用生麻油调成膏状，抓破疮疥处进行擦拭，每日使用两到三次。
治疗紫癜风。

以上药物用茄子蒂蘸取少许药粉用力擦拭，过一段时间后用温水洗去。
治疗全身疮疥，或痛或痒，久治不愈者。

以上两味药材用水洗净、控干，去掉头尾以及项后两寸的肉不用，其余部分约截成二寸长的段，用无灰酒一斗浸泡
治疗一切疥癣。
白僵蚕（二十四枚，炒制后去掉丝嘴和头足） 蝎梢（五枚，去毒后微炒） 地龙（三条）
以上药材研磨至极细，分作两次服用，小儿分五次服用，用温酒送服。服药完毕后，再进行洗浴。
治疗大人、小儿一切风热毒气，攻注全身，导致疮疥瘾疹疼痛。（以下为淋洗方。）
荆芥（四两） 苦参（四两） 防风（去掉芦头） 川芎 当归（洗净焙干） 白蒺藜 香白芷 地榆
以上药材切碎。每次使用五钱，加水三升，煎煮三至五沸，温度适宜时淋洗患处。
治疗风热客搏皮肤，瘙痒、瘾疹、脓疱、疮疡、疥癣抓破后流水不止，浸淫蔓延。或风气引起的肿胀。
枫香（单独研磨） 荆芥穗（这两味各三两） 大黄 苦参 当归 升麻 白蒺藜 枳壳（去掉瓤，炒制）
以上药材一同焙干，碾为细末，加入枫香调和均匀。每次使用五钱，加水三升同煎三至五沸，温度适宜时淋洗。

Moschus (3 qian, ground separately) Hydrargyrum (1 fen, combined with 1 fen of Stannum to form amalgam) Calomelas (1.5 qian, ground separately)
Rutae Fructus (take the powder),
Grind the above ingredients uniformly with the Rutae Fructus powder. Use 3 qian each time, mix with raw Sesami Oleum (Sesame Oil) to form a paste, apply by rubbing onto broken lesions of scabies and tinea, use two to three times daily.
Treats purple macular dermatosis (Zidianfeng).
Sulfur (ground finely)
Dip the stalk of an eggplant into a small amount of the medicine and rub vigorously. After some time, wash off with warm water.
Treats generalized scabies and sores on the body, whether painful or itchy, that persist for a long time without healing.
Bungarus multicinctus (White-scaled snake) (5 liang) Elaphe carinata (Black-brown snake) (one whole)
Clean the above two herbs with water, drain dry, remove the head, tail, and two cun of flesh from behind the neck; cut the remainder into segments approximately two cun in length, and soak in one dou of unadulterated wine.
Treats all types of scabies and tinea.
Bombyx Batryticatus (Silkworm) (24 pieces, stir-fried and remove silk mouth/head/legs) Scorpio (5 pieces, detoxified and lightly stir-fried) Pheretima (Earthworm) (3 pieces)
Grind the above ingredients to an extremely fine powder. Divide into two doses for adults, five doses for children. Take with warm wine. After taking the medicine, then take a bath.
Treats wind-heat toxic qi in adults and children attacking the whole body, causing scabies, urticaria, and pain. (Below is a washing prescription.)
Schizonepetae Herba (Jingjie) (4 liang) Sophorae Flavescentis Radix (Kushen) (4 liang) Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng, remove radicle) Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong) Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui, washed and dried) Tribuli Fructus (Bajili) Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi) Sanguisorbae Radix (Diyu)
Cut the above ingredients into small pieces. Use 5 qian each time, add three sheng of water, boil for three to five boils. Wash the affected area when the temperature is suitable.
Treats wind-heat invading and clashing with the skin, causing itching, urticaria, pustules, sores, scabies, continuous oozing after scratching, spreading erosion. Or swelling caused by wind qi.
Liquidambar Formosana Resin (Fengxiang, ground separately) Schizonepetae Spica (Jingjiesui) (both 3 liang) Rheum Palmatum Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang) Sophorae Flavescentis Radix (Kushen) Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui) Cimicifugae Rhizoma (Shengma) Tribuli Fructus (Bajili) Aurantii Fructus (Zhike, remove albedo, stir-fried)
Stir-fry the above together until dry, grind into a fine powder, mix evenly with Liquidambar Formosana Resin. Use 5 qian each time, add three sheng of water, boil for three to five boils. Wash the affected area when the temperature is suitable.
