Suitable for cases where the penis has undergone purgation to eliminate toxins, yet symptoms have not subsided.
Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus Spina (100 grains, stir-fried with bran until black), Forsythiae Fructus (one and a half taels), Menthae Haplocalycis Herba (half tael, sun-dried), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (three qian, half raw, half honey-fried).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take one large qian per dose, mixed with tea or wine as preferred, taken after meals.
Treats sores, tinea, scabies, and phthisis-like conditions, as well as purple and white vitiligo. (The following are formulas for scabies and tinea.)
Realgar (ground separately), Orpiment (ground separately), Arsenicum (ground separately. Each of these three is half qian), Alum (ground separately), Minium, Cnidii Fructus (take the powder).

Sophorae Tomentosae Ramulus, Coptidis Rhizoma (remove roots), Phellodendri Cortex (each of these three is two taels), Crotonis Fructus (half tael, shell removed).
Add all ingredients to one jin of high-quality Sesame Oil and decoct until yellow. Filter out the dregs using cotton cloth. Then add four taels of Beeswax and boil into an ointment. Remove from heat, add Mercurii Subchloridum (half tael), mix evenly, and apply by rubbing.
Treats itching caused by scabies.
Sulfur (ground separately), Myristicae Semen, Isodonis Herba, Natrii Nitras (ground separately), Cnidii Fructus, Coptidis Rhizoma (remove roots), Evodiae Fructus (stir-fried), Veratris Rhizoma (the above ingredients).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, mix with raw Sesame Oil, and apply to the affected area.
Treats wind-dampness complicated by heat, resulting in skin tinea that persists for a long time.
Campsis Radix (one fen), Alum (one fen, ground separately), Realgar (half qian, ground separately), Arisaematis Rhizoma (half tael), Coptidis Rhizoma (remove roots, two qian).
Pound and sieve the above ingredients into a fine powder. Break the skin lesion, mix the medicine with Ginger Juice, and rub it on. If the tinea is not itchy, simply mix with oil and rub.
