Treats *zhangchuang* (traumatic wounds caused by blunt force such as beating with a stick), where both Qi and Blood are deficient, resulting in persistent swelling and pain, tissue necrosis without ulceration, or ulceration without healing. It also addresses accompanying symptoms such as aversion to cold and fever, spontaneous sweating (*zihan*), night sweats (*daohan*), poor appetite, and limb fatigue. For individuals with weak constitutions, if the affected area presents with bluish-purple swelling but intact muscle tissue, self-healing will occur upon administration. If blood stasis is present and lancet puncture was performed prematurely, administration will facilitate the resolution of the stasis. It is particularly suitable for cases where, after ulceration, the pus is clear and thin, new flesh fails to grow, or there is dry mouth and thirst for warm liquids.

Treats *jinchuang* (wounds caused by metal weapons) and *zhangchuang*, characterized by excessive blood loss, or massive discharge of pus and blood stasis, leading to Yang Qi collapsing following Yin/Blood loss, manifesting as rapid upper-body breathing (asthma), spontaneous sweating, and night sweats.
Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma, 4 qian), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, processed, peeled, and de-navelled, 3 qian).

Treats injuries from falls and blows or sores/ulcers that damage Qi and Blood, or post-ulceration weakness due to Qi and Blood deficiency where Damp-Heat pathogenic factors invade, causing generalized soreness and softness. It also addresses situations where excessive Damp-Heat in late summer or autumn injures Lung Metal, severing the source of Kidney Water generation, leaving the Kidneys un-nourished, resulting in dark, scanty, and painful urination and irregular bowel movements. Other manifestations include flaccidity and weakness of the waist and legs, dry mouth and thirst, heavy body and numbness, dizziness and vertigo, poor appetite, spontaneous sweating and fatigue, chest fullness and shortness of breath, rebellious Qi with asthma, body heat with irritability.
