治骨折碎，或骨出HT ，先整端正，却服此药，如飞禽六畜所伤，亦能治。
硼砂（一钱五分） 水粉 当归（各一钱）
上为末，每服二钱，煎苏木汤调服，后但饮苏木汤，立效。
治打折伤损。
接骨木（半两，即蒴 也） 乳香（半两） 赤芍药 当归 川芎 自然铜（各一两）
上为末，用黄蜡四两溶入前末搅匀，众手丸龙眼大。如打伤筋骨及闪痛不堪忍者，用一
丸，热酒浸开热呷，痛便止。若大段伤损，先整骨，用川乌、草乌等分为末，生姜汁调贴之
。挟定服药，无不效者。
愚按∶前三方俱效者备录之，以便修用。

上为末，用黄蜡四两，溶化入前末，速搅匀，丸弹子大，每服一丸，酒化服。
愚按∶接骨散、没药丸，元气无亏者，宜用。若肾气素怯，或高年肾气虚弱者，必用地
黄丸、补中益气汤，以固其本为善。
治破伤风邪初在表者，急服此药以解之，稍迟则邪入于里，与药不相合矣。
羌活 防风 甘草 川芎 本 当归 芍药（各四两） 地榆 细辛（各二两）
上每服五钱，水煎。
治疗骨折碎裂，或者骨头脱位（HT），先进行整复端正，然后服用此药。即使是飞禽走兽抓咬造成的损伤，也能治疗。

以上药物研为细末，用黄蜡四两熔化后融入前面的药末中搅拌均匀，众人用手搓成如龙眼大小的丸剂。如果是被打伤筋骨以及闪挫疼痛难以忍受的，取一丸，用热酒浸泡化开趁热喝下，疼痛就会停止。如果是严重的损伤，先整复骨头，用川乌、草乌等分研为细末，用生姜汁调和后贴敷患处。固定好患部并服药，没有不有效的。
我按语：前三方都有效，所以全部记录下来，以便修理使用。

我按语：接骨散、没药丸，元气没有亏损的人，适宜使用。如果肾气素来怯弱，或者高龄肾气虚弱的人，必须用地黄丸、补中益气汤，以巩固根本为好。

以上每次服用五钱，用水煎煮，调服蜈蚣散，效果显著。
Treats comminuted fractures or dislocated bones (HT). First, reduce and align the bone properly, then administer this medicine. It can also treat injuries caused by bites or scratches from birds and livestock.
Borax (1.5 qian) Shuifen Danggui (each 1 qian)
Grind the above into powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with a decoction of Suxmu Tang (Sappan Wood Decoction). Subsequently, drinking only Suxmu Tang will yield immediate results.
Treats fractures and soft tissue injuries.
Jiegu Mu (Adansonia digitata Stem), i.e., Shuodiao (3 liang) Ruxiang (Frankincense Resin) (3 liang) Chishao Yao (Red Peony Root) Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Radix) Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome) Ziran Tong (Pyritum) (each 1 liang)
Grind the above into powder. Melt 4 liang of yellow beeswax and mix it thoroughly with the aforementioned powders. Roll into pills the size of longan fruits. For severe pain due to struck tendons and bones or sprains that are unbearable, take one pill, soak it in hot wine until dissolved, and drink it while warm; the pain will cease immediately. In cases of major trauma, first reduce the bone, then grind Chuanwu (Aconitum Carmichaelii Lateralis Radix Praeparata) and Caowu (Aconitum Kusnezoffii Rhizome) in equal proportions into powder, mix with fresh ginger juice, and apply topically. Immobilize the injury and take the internal medicine; there will be no failure in efficacy.
My commentary: The previous three formulas are all effective, so they are recorded in full for practical use.
Treats pain in tendons and bones due to blunt force trauma, blood rebellion with fainting, retention of blood stasis causing abdominal pain, or distension and stuffiness in the chest and diaphragm.
Moyao (Myrrha) Ruxiang (Frankincense Resin) Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome) Chuanjiao (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium) Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix) Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Radix) Taoren (Persicae Semen) Xuexie (Draco Sanguis) (each 1 liang) Ziran Tong (Pyritum) (4 qian, calcined seven times)
Grind the above into powder. Melt 4 liang of yellow beeswax and incorporate it into the powder, stirring quickly to ensure uniformity. Form into pills the size of bullet seeds. Take one pill per dose, dissolved in wine.
My commentary: Jiegu San (Bone-Setting Powder) and Moyao Wan (Myrrh Pill) are suitable for patients whose Yuanqi (Primary Qi) is not depleted. For those with inherently weak Kidney Qi or elderly patients with deficient Kidney Qi, Dihuang Wan (Rehmannia Pill) and Buzhong Yiqi Tang (Decoction for Invigorating the Middle and Augmenting Qi) should be used to consolidate the root constitution.
For wind-pathogen invading the exterior stage of broken-skin tetanus, administer this medicine urgently to resolve it. If delayed, the pathogen will enter the interior, rendering the medicine ineffective.
Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix) Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix) Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome) Bencao (Ligustici Wallichii Rhizoma et Radix) Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Radix) Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix) (each 4 liang) Diyu (Sanguisorbae Radix) Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma) (each 2 liang)
Take 5 qian per dose, decoct in water.
For broken-skin tetanus where exterior symptoms have not yet transmitted to the interior, administer this medicine urgently.
Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix) Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix) Duohuo (Angelicae Pubescentis Radix) Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome) (equal parts)
Take 5 qian per dose, decoct in water, and mix with Wugong San (Centipede Powder) for administration. This yields significant efficacy.
