凡阴囊被人扯破者，用鸡子黄油，并金毛狗脊毛，薄摊涂油于上，次敷封口药；又用截血膏敷贴，或乌龙
膏敷贴亦可。内服加减紫金丹，洗用紫苏叶煎水洗之。
凡阴囊有青黑紫色肿者，用定痛膏加赤芍、草乌、良姜、肉桂各少许打和，用韭叶捣烂同贴。如无韭叶，
用葱叶亦可。仍服利小水之药。
定痛膏 治打仆伤损，动筋折骨，跌磕
木石压伤肿痛。

上共为末，加马齿苋一两，捣极烂，和末一处，用生葱汁老酒和炒暖敷。

背者，自后身大椎骨以下，腰以上之通称也。其骨一名脊骨，一名膂骨，俗呼脊梁骨。其形一条居中，共二
十一节，下尽尻骨之端，上载两肩，内系脏腑，其两旁诸骨，附接横叠，而弯合于前，则为胸胁也。先受风寒，后
被跌打损伤者，瘀聚凝结，若脊筋陇起，骨缝必错，则成伛偻之形。当先揉筋，令其和软，再按其骨，徐徐合缝，
背膂始直。内服正骨紫金丹，再敷定痛散，以烧红铁器烙之，觉热去敷药，再贴混元膏。

凡是阴囊出现青黑紫色肿胀的，用定痛膏加入赤芍、草乌、良姜、肉桂各少许调和均匀，用韭菜叶捣烂后一同贴敷。如果没有韭菜叶，用葱叶也可以。同时仍要服用利小便的药物。
定痛膏 治疗跌打损伤，筋伤骨折，被木石撞击或压伤导致的肿痛。
以上药物共同研为细末，加入马齿苋一两，捣烂至极，与药末混合在一起，用生葱汁和老酒调和，炒热后敷贴。
背部，是从身后大椎骨以下、腰部以上的统称。它的骨头一个名字叫脊骨，另一个名字叫膂骨，俗称脊梁骨。它的形状是一条居中排列，共有二十一节，下端尽于尻骨的末端，上端承载双肩，内部联系脏腑，其两侧的诸骨，附着连接横叠，弯曲合拢于前方，就构成了胸胁。先受风寒侵袭，后又遭受跌打损伤的，瘀血聚集凝结，如果脊筋隆起，骨缝必然错位，就会形成驼背畸形。应当先揉捏筋骨，使其变得柔和松软，再按压骨骼，徐徐使骨缝复位，背部的脊柱才能恢复挺直。内服正骨紫金丹，再外敷定痛散，用烧红的铁器熨烫患处，感觉热度时去掉热敷物，再贴上混元膏。
For cases where the scrotum is torn by external force, apply chicken egg yolk oil (Jizi Huang You) and the golden-haired root hairs of *Cibotium barometz* (Jinmao Gouji Mao). Spread the oil thinly over the wound, then apply a sealing paste (Fengkou Yao); alternatively, apply Jiexue Gao (Blood-Stop Paste) or Wulong Gao (Black Dragon Paste). Internally administer Jiajian Zijin Dan (Modified Purple Gold Pill), and wash the area with a decoction of Perilla Leaf (Zisu Ye).
For cases where the scrotum presents with cyanotic, black, or purple swelling, mix Dingtong Gao (Pain-Calming Paste) with small amounts of Red Peony Root (Chishao), Aconite Root (Caowu), Galangal Rhizome (Liangjiang), and Cinnamon Bark (Rougui). Blend these ingredients and apply them together with mashed chive leaves (Jiuye). If chive leaves are unavailable, green onion leaves (Congye) may be used. Concurrently, administer herbs that promote urination.
Dingtong Gao (Pain-Calming Paste): Treats contusions and injuries, tendon damage, bone fractures, and swelling/pain caused by impacts from wood or stones.
Ingredients:
Hibiscus Leaf (Furong Ye) - 2 liang
Bauhinia Bark (Zijing Pi)
Angelica Pubescens Root (Duhuo)
Arisaema Rhizome (Nanxing, raw)
Angelica Dahurica Root (Baizhi)
(Latter four ingredients: 5 qian each)
Process: Grind all ingredients into a fine powder. Add 1 liang of Purslane (Machixian), mash it thoroughly until extremely soft, and mix it with the powder. Combine with juice from raw green onions and aged wine, heat slightly, and apply as a warm compress.

The back (Bei) refers generally to the region from the Dazhui point (GV14) downwards to above the waist. The bones in this region are known as the spinal column (Jigu) or the lumbar spine (Lvgu), commonly called the backbone. Structurally, it forms a single central column consisting of twenty-one segments. It extends downward to the tip of the coccyx (Kaogu) and upward to support both shoulders. Internally, it connects with the zang-fu organs. The bones on either side attach and stack horizontally, curving forward to form the chest and hypochondrium. In cases where wind-cold invasion precedes traumatic injury, blood stasis accumulates and coagulates. If the spinal tendons become prominent, the intervertebral spaces must be misaligned, resulting in kyphosis (hunchback deformity). Treatment should begin by massaging the tendons to soften them, followed by gentle manipulation of the bones to realign the joints. Only then will the dorsal spine return to straightness. Internally administer Zhenggu Zijin Dan (Bone-Setting Purple Gold Pill), externally apply Dingtong San (Pain-Calming Powder), and use hot iron cauterization (moxibustion-like heat therapy). Remove the heat source when warmth is felt, then apply Hunyuan Gao (Primordial Paste).
