Four liang each of *Saposhnikoviae Radix* (Fangfeng), *Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma* (Gancao), *Schizonepetae Spica* (Jingjie), *Atractylodis Rhizoma* (Cangzhu) (decoct in same juice until fragrant). Three jin of fresh *Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma* (Xianchangpu) (decoct in same juice until fragrant). Decoct with one bowl of wine until fragrant and dry. Check火候 (heat control), take out, soak in water overnight to remove fire toxicity, dry, grind to powder. Make pills with aged rice for upper body, paste for lower body. Day 1-3: 1.5 qian per dose. Day 4-6: 2 qian per dose. Day 7-9: 2.5 qian per dose. Take twice daily. After nine days, repeat initial dosage cycle, take with wine.
