漏芦汤 治诸痈疽疔肿，无论是阴是阳，未破之毒，兼初溃红肿尚未尽消，及湿烂疥疮
等症
漏芦二钱五分 紫花地丁 荆芥 当归（酒洗） 连翘 薄荷 白芷 升麻各一钱 麻
黄三钱 大黄二钱 生甘草四分
水二钟，煎八分，食远服，盖衣取汗，渣再煎温服。第二日诸药同前麻黄一钱，大黄二
钱五分，甘草六分，照前煎温服。第三日，诸药同前麻黄、大黄、甘草各一钱，照前煎温服
。凡患大毒，腠理秘固，此宜于三味加减缓缓而疏表之，其红肿未尽，照第三日之方再服一
二帖无碍。如不欲表，麻黄少用或不用亦可；如大便不实，大黄少用或不用亦可。此药欲汗
则盖衣热服，不欲汗不盖温服。如上部加桔梗，头上加川芎，面上加蔓荆子，酒水各半煎，
临睡服。中部照本方不加。下部加牛膝，空心服。北方人生便毒，服利药正气受伤，皮浓不

神灯照熏药 雄黄 朱砂 血竭 没药各二钱 麝香四分
上五味求极真者，研细末，绵纸裁为条，长尺许，阔四指。每条用药三分卷成捻，以真
麻油蘸透，扶病起坐，或侧身卧定，点着药捻对患处离半寸许，自毒之红晕外照起而内周遭
，徐徐旋转，旋至中央，更须将捻猛力向外一提，药气从灯头渐渐而入，毒瓦斯从火头上一提
而出，其灯必灭。篦去灯煤，再点再照，视毒之大小，用捻之多寡或三五根或八九根，以意
酌量用之。照至三根，肿处觉得宽畅；照至五六根，肿皮即皱，痛随减。漏芦汤或前后进之
，得微汗痛人自觉爽矣。照后勿信人言敷贴别药，过半日此药既尽，疼痛稍作，仍前照一次
，日日如此，照二三日，其毒麻木不疼。自初发照起，照至肿平色白内消而止。毒盛不能内
消者，日夜煎药一贴，照熏两次则以已成之毒尽化为脓，不砭自穿，贴后二膏。阳毒有椒眼
，数十照久脱落，如蜂窝状一头，或如烂肺条条片片，或如粉糊，或紫血水恶肉腐尽，新肉
渐生如榴子，不用生肌散而口自合矣。如阴毒外皮不烂，毒肉内化稠脓，当头自破，二膏日
换一次，肉满而止。
腊矾丸 治初肿及内消已成之毒，能护心固膜，实脏腑，止痛，化死肌，催毒安速，穿
逐败脓，生新肉，外科中始终该服之圣剂也。凡患痈疽之证，先失其治，致毒瓦斯上攻心包络
而呕逆作。又有阴疽，庸医误投凉药而呕逆者，急服是药以救之，日二三服。不应则危已哉
。黄蜡二两，分为五分；明矾三两，研末分为五分。先以明矾分置瓷碗中，将黄蜡一分入杓
内化开，投矾末中，乘热捏成团，近火边烤丸如梧子大，丸毕再将矾蜡连照化投丸之，每服
二三十丸，温酒送或米饮清汤皆可送。上部食后服，中部食远服，下部空心服，日一服或二
三服。
白玉膏 凡溃后之疮，即将此膏涂于太乙膏中贴之。倘阳痈大溃，死皮卷笼，贴久自化
，不劳刀钩，日换一次贴肉。条条片片而落，新肉累累而生，脓尽肉平口合矣。
白蜡 黄蜡各五钱 铅粉一两 龙骨 海螵蛸 象牙（焙） 凤凰蜕（焙） 鸡内金（焙）
蜗牛（焙） 轻粉 乳香（枯） 没药（枯） 以上各一钱共研为末 白粉霜一钱（另研。
如无，红粉霜代之） 水银一钱 樟脑四钱（研）先将鲜猪板油熬净二两，锅内熔化，次投
黄白蜡化，再投铅粉，再投九味细药，搅冷，将凝方入水银、粉霜、樟脑，急搅冷定，埋土
出火毒，花椒、葱、槐条煎汤洗过贴之。
太乙膏 大生地 玄参 白芷 当归 赤芍 肉桂（香辣者）各五钱 真芝麻油一斤浸
上药，春秋五日，夏三冬七日。急用不浸亦可，入锅熬黑去渣，加飞过黄丹八两，收熬至滴
水成珠，倾冷水中二三次，摊膏罩白玉膏贴之。疮收口后，新肉微突，贴久自平，护之为佳。
戒煎 发物、鸡鱼牛肉、蛳螺羊肉及心肺肠肝、糟笋面筋、黄瓜韭葱姜椒辛辣之物，绿豆豆
芽、酒色气恼、烙饼煎炙及秽恶之人、行经妇女、阴臭口臭之人，生粉瓜果、硬冷难化、浓
味生冷冷水等物，惟宜淡糕白老米粥饭，不可太饱，又不可太饥，茶饭粥食宜少而频。
余论
凡遇显症，内以漏芦汤次第表之，外用神灯以火引火，使毒内外分消，不半日而凶证随
减，轻者自平，重者根据方再服再照，始终进蜡矾丸护心固膜、止痛排脓。贴白玉膏、太乙膏
去腐生新，肉平口合，万法归一，真神方也。
脏腑积毒痈疽作，助胃壮气为内托。佐以行经活血宜，更参时令并经络。太阳经分脑顶
背，痈发黄连消毒最。二防二活甘桔兼，当归六黄生熟地（芩连 柏生熟地又治盗汗）。参
翘知泽与陈皮，苏木蒿本同为剂。尻臀生痈是太阳，宜用内托羌活汤；黄 酒柏当归尾，防
蒿翘陈甘桂苍。臂痈经属阳明分，白芷升麻汤可饮；生芩酒芩经桔甘，酒 倍入同良酝。疮
生腿内近膝股，此是太阳厥阴部； 柴翘桂土瓜根，生地柏羌防尾伍。腿之外侧少阳是，微
侵阳明痛难履；炙甘 柏桂柴翘，归尾升麻大力子。肺痈枳桔配黄 ，薏苡栝蒌贝母归；防
已杏仁甘草节，又加百合与桑皮。口吐脓血似肺痈，更兼口臭口能容；发灰量入消风散，米
饮浓调服数钟。乳痈乳硬用青皮，甘节蒌翘芎主之；未溃刺桃并橘叶，溃加参芍与归 。蒲
公英、忍冬藤，酒水各一升；乳痈并恶肿，试效古今称。腹痛，脉滑数无力，此是肠痈病应
的，可服云母膏一两〈云母膏方 蜀椒（去目微炒）、白芷、赤芍、肉桂、当归、菖蒲、黄
、白芨、芎 、黄芩、夜合皮、附子、良姜、茯苓各五钱，甘草四两，桑皮、柏叶、槐枝、
柳枝各二两，木香、龙胆、白蔹、防风、浓朴、桔梗、柴胡、松脂、人参、苍术、陈皮（细
锉）各五钱，入清油四十两，浸七日，文武火煎，以柳篦不住手搅，匝沸下火，沸定，又上
火，如此三次，以药老黄色为度，去渣再熬，后入黄丹十四两，没药、盐花、麒麟竭、麝香、
乳香各五钱，螵蛸、云母各四两，不住手搅，将凝又熬，滴水成珠为度，瓷器收贮。候温，
将水银二两以手细弹铺上。用时先刮去水银，或服或贴，能治一切疮肿伤折等病，外以牛胶
酒溶化液〉。痈疽入囊者，湿热流肝经；更以补阴佐，临危亦可生。囊痈肿而裂，托以桴炭
木；既托又何如？ 包以紫苏叶。紫花射干治便毒，请君寻三寸足；生姜食前煎而服，得
利数行任趋躅。牵牛牛蒡子（酒煨），大黄破故纸；便毒用等分，酒调一两饵。若治便毒脓
已结，丹溪妙法为君说；大黄连翘各三钱，二钱浓朴甘草节；三七桃仁三片姜，三钱枳实分
三帖。玉茎皮塌长而肿，小柴胡里黄连用；若还两胁气上冲，少加黄柏泻火攻。茎中坚硬服
青皮，散风之药佐之宜；更将何药敷其内，丝瓜子汁调五倍。男子下疳奚，生姜酒水煎服。
脑痈发背去木通。发背误服凉药，食少困顿，肌肉不生，去木通，少用当归，倍浓朴、陈皮。
流注加独活。打破伤折在头，去木通加川芎、陈皮。经年腰痛加萆 ，酒煎再加玄胡索。脚
气加槟榔、木通、穿山甲。坚硬不穿加穿山甲、独活、麻黄、黄连须，加葱。无脓或薄血清
水，或脓如
连翘败毒散 治痈疽发背、疔疮，一切无名肿毒，憎寒壮热二日至四五日者。

一切毒，使血从大便内下。即真人活命饮去贝母、防风、陈皮，加大黄、木鳖、僵蚕、栝蒌
仁各一钱。
托里消毒散（与瘰 通看） 治痈疽将溃者，能固脾胃，使毒瓦斯不内攻。

益气养荣汤（益气养荣汤方详瘰 ） 凡病势缓而人不足者宜先服之。
代刀方 有脓不穿者，用晚蚕茧（出空者）一枚，烧研酒下。一方加指甲于茧内更妙。

蛇头草（一名婆婆针线包，子内有似杨花者）水浓煎，入陈酒半盅服取汗。如有鲜者，
渣敷尤妙。

铅粉三两 血竭 朱砂各一两 银朱五钱乳汁调敷，外用猪腰子（竹刀切片）粘贴，待
粘贴待臭黑去之，如煎，敷贴至不臭不黑而止，并治疔疮恶毒。

治溃烂者用蚂蝗收毒，然而危矣。
治搭手 大蜂房，入香油点滴患处即愈。又方，独蒜、板艾灸之。

朱砂一两，雄黄五钱，麝香三分，并研，用火酒少许化蟾酥二钱和匀，入瓶临时水调，
搽顶拨出紫血愈。又端午日收 草为末酒下。

槐花末酒下五七钱。

苍耳草、枸杞根、菊花叶捣汁白者佳，和汤服，渣敷。

荔枝肉十枚，霜梅十个，银朱五钱，溏鸡屎调敷，重者加蜒蚰十条。

蜒蝣一条，乌梅肉一个，捣敷留顶，如觉痛以冷水拭周遭，少时觉热而愈。

治面上水疔，浮麦烧存性，灯盘下油调搽。

漏芦汤：治疗各种痈疽疔肿，无论是阴证还是阳证，对于未破溃的毒疮，以及刚破溃但红肿尚未完全消退，还有湿烂疥疮等症状。
配方：漏芦二钱五分，紫花地丁、荆芥、当归（用酒清洗）、连翘、薄荷、白芷、升麻各一钱，麻黄三钱，大黄二钱，生甘草四分。
用法：用水两钟，煎至八分，在饭后服用，服药后盖好衣服以取汗，药渣再次煎煮温服。第二天，所有药物同前，仅麻黄改为钱，大黄二钱五分，甘草六分，照前法煎煮温服。第三天，所有药物同前，麻黄、大黄、甘草各一钱，照前法煎煮温服。凡是患大毒，腠理闭塞坚固，此方宜在三味药基础上加减，缓缓疏解表邪；如果红肿未尽，照第三日的方子再服一二帖无妨。如不想发汗，麻黄少用或不用也可以；如大便不成形，大黄少用或不用也可以。此药若想发汗则盖衣热服，不想发汗则不盖衣温服。如病在上部加桔梗，头部加川芎，面部加蔓荆子，酒水各半煎煮，临睡前服用。中部照本方不加。下部加牛膝，空腹服用。北方人患便毒，服用泻药导致正气受伤，皮厚不破，可用神灯照熏药。
制法：以上五味药求其极真者，研成细末，用绵纸裁成长约一尺、宽四指的纸条。每条用药三分卷成药捻，用真麻油浸透。扶病人坐起，或侧身躺定，点燃药捻对着患处距离半寸许，从毒的红晕外开始照射并向内环绕，徐徐旋转，旋至中央时，更须将药捻猛力向外一提，药气从灯头渐渐进入，毒气从火头上一提而出，此时灯必灭。篦去灯煤，再点再照，视毒的大小，决定用药捻的多寡，或三五根或八九根，凭心意酌量使用。照到三根时，肿处觉得宽畅；照到五六根时，肿皮即皱，疼痛随之减轻。漏芦汤可前后交替使用，得微汗后疼痛的人自觉爽快。照后不要听信他人之言敷贴其他药物，过半日此药既尽，疼痛稍作，仍前照一次，日日如此，照二三日，其毒麻木不疼。自初发照起，照至肿平色白内消而止。毒盛不能内消者，日夜煎药一帖，照熏两次则以已成之毒尽化为脓，不砭自穿，贴后二膏。阳毒有椒眼，数十照久脱落，如蜂窝状一头，或如烂肺条条片片，或如粉糊，或紫血水恶肉腐尽，新肉渐生如榴子，不用生肌散而口自合矣。如阴毒外皮不烂，毒肉内化稠脓，当头自破，二膏日换一次，肉满而止。

配方：天花粉、甘草节、乳香、白芷、赤芍、贝母各二钱，没药、归尾（酒洗）一钱，防风八分皂。
用法：酒一碗半，纸封勿令泄气，慢火煎至一碗，能饮者服后再饮三五杯，侧卧觉痛稍定则生，背。
沃雪汤：治疗腹内生痈疽，及一切毒，亦即真人活命饮去防风。用：归身、白芍、加黄、连翘、射干、青皮、木香、甚者加大黄。
内消散：治疗肠痈便毒，及一切毒，使血从大便内下。即真人活命饮去贝母、防风、陈皮，加大黄、木鳖、僵蚕、栝蒌仁各一钱。
托里消毒散（与瘰 通看）：治疗痈疽将溃者，能固脾胃，使毒瓦斯不内攻。
配方：金银花、陈皮各三钱，天花粉、黄 （生）各二钱，防风、当归（酒洗）、川芎、白芷、桔梗、浓朴（姜炒）、穿山甲（炙）、皂角刺（炒）各一钱，酒水各一盏煎服。已溃而虚者，去陈皮、花粉、山甲、角刺，加人参、薄桂、甘草。
益气养荣汤（益气养荣汤方详瘰 ）：凡病势缓而人不足者宜先服之。
代刀方：有脓不穿者，用晚蚕茧（出空者）一枚，烧研酒下。一方加指甲于茧内更妙。外用雄。
退管方：蟹壳一个，鳖头骨一个，俱瓦上焙研，炼蜜丸如桐子，每日空心酒下二丸，能不间。
生肌散：硼砂（主药）、没药各二钱，乳香、儿茶、血竭、赤石脂、海螵蛸、水银、黑铅龟版（炒）、鳖甲（炒）各一钱，轻粉三分。
作痒加白芷，并为末。将铅煎化，入药末研极细掺疮。一方 加象皮、白螺壳；一方 加螵蛸、龙骨；一方 用上四味加黄连、黄柏、轻粉；一方 用上五味各三分，加冰片、珍珠各。
又方：白死竹（无人见处佳）蘸菜油烧之，取滴下油搽生肉，神效。又方，黄柏为末，入雄猪。
又方：乌梅烧灰存性敷之。
生肌止痛膏：香油二两，黄蜡一两（同化），寒水石（ ）一两，黄丹一钱，纸摊贴之。
又方：治凸出 肉，乌梅捣烂，加蜜摊贴效。
治面项浮肿生毒：用狗尿涂之愈。
治 腮（一名虾蟆瘟）：干葛、柴胡、紫苏、黄芩、连翘、玄参、桔梗、金银花、防风、薄荷。
又方：田螺肉和飞面捣，醋敷，如干，以醋润之，一日夜愈。
又方：青靛花敷。
治气颈：海带、昆布、黄芩各一两，并酒炒。猪眼肉二十一个，瓦上焙。为末，五更酒下一。
治喉鹅：壁钱七个，明矾七厘，油头发三根缚壁钱于银簪上，烧存性。初起吹之即消，如无。
又方：薄荷一两，山豆根五钱，青黛二钱，硼砂、儿茶各一钱五分，加冰片吹。
又方：治皮浓有脓而不出者，雄鸡肫肝内黄皮（阴干）为末，吹之即破。又方，蛇蜕（ ）吹之。
治对口：茄蒂七个，何首乌五钱，酒煎露一宿，空心服，取微汗，不过三服。又方，猪眼稍。
又方：红菜头叶加盐捣敷。
又方：雄黄、人中白、雄蜒蝣（背上有白纹者是，二条）捣烂敷之。
又方：荞麦面（要新磨者）水调作圈围疮，将肥大雄鸡就圈滴血，注满一周时效。

治发背初起：金银花五两，生甘草节五钱，河水、井水各五碗，砂锅煎至五碗，入酒一碗。
又方：金墨（磨浓，于晕外画圈）、雄猪胆汁、姜汁等分，于圈内时时涂之，留顶出毒瓦斯，三日后出干脓而愈。
又方：莲房（烧存性，盖土地一夜），桐油调敷。
治发背已成（冷陷者难治）：茅根一两，当归、连翘、白术、金银花各五钱，芭蕉根二钱，皂刺、半夏、姜黄各二钱，黄 一钱五分，甘草（生）一钱，水五碗，煎三碗，分三次服。
又方：蛇头草（一名婆婆针线包，子内有似杨花者）水浓煎，入陈酒半盅服取汗。如有鲜者，渣敷尤妙。
又方：铅粉三两，血竭、朱砂各一两，银朱五钱，乳汁调敷，外用猪腰子（竹刀切片）粘贴，待粘贴待臭黑去之，如煎，敷贴至不臭不黑而止，并治疔疮恶毒。

又方：荔枝肉十枚，霜梅十个，银朱五钱，溏鸡屎调敷，重者加蜒蚰十条。
又方：蜒蝣一条，乌梅肉一个，捣敷留顶，如觉痛以冷水拭周遭，少时觉热而愈。
又方：治面上水疔，浮麦烧存性，灯盘下油调搽。
又方：治嘴上疔，雄黄一分，和露天铁绣、食盐各少许，用刀挑开，上药揉进，再掺在膏药上贴之。总之，菊花捣汁一升（春苗冬根）服之，虽危亦救，渣加蜗牛捣贴。
治手指生蛇头：雄猪胆套住，一日一换。又方，雄黄一钱，乳香五分，蜈蚣一条，为末，鸡。

治 心毒：桐油垢（久住瓶上刮下）作丸，清菜汤下十丸，吐出血块、血脓自愈，温糊粥调理。

Loulu Decoction (Cistanche and Rhubarb Decoction): Treats various carbuncles, ulcers, and furuncles, whether Yin or Yang syndromes. It is indicated for unruptured toxic swellings, as well as those just ruptured with residual redness and swelling, and conditions like wet, rotting scabies.
Ingredients: Radix Euphorbiae Humifusae (Loulou) 2.5 qian; Caulis Siegesbeckiae (Zihua Diding), Herba Schizonepetae (Jingjie), Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui, washed with wine), Fructus Forsythiae (Lianqiao), Herba Menthae (Bohe), Radix Angelicae Dahuricae (Baizhi), Rhizoma Cimicifugae (Shengma) each 1 qian; Radix Ephedrae (Mahuang) 3 qian; Radix et Rhizoma Rhei (Dahuang) 2 qian; Radix Glycyrrhizae Uralensis (Sheng Gancao) 4 fen.
Preparation and Administration: Use two zhong of water, decoct to obtain eight fen. Take the decoction after meals. Cover with clothing to induce sweating. The dregs can be decocted again and taken warm. On the second day, use the same herbs as above, but change Mahuang to 1 qian, Dahuang to 2.5 qian, and Gancao to 6 fen. Decoct and take warm as before. On the third day, use Mahuang, Dahuang, and Gancao each at 1 qian, along with the other herbs. Decoct and take warm as before. For severe toxicity where the pores are closed and firm, this formula should be modified by adding/subtracting three key ingredients to gently release the exterior. If redness and swelling persist, taking one or two doses of the Day 3 formula is safe. If sweating is not desired, use less or no Mahuang; if stools are loose, use less or no Dahuang. To induce sweating, cover with clothes and take hot; to avoid sweating, do not cover and take warm. For upper body symptoms, add Radix Platycodi (Jiegeng); for head symptoms, add Rhizoma Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong); for facial symptoms, add Fructus Viticis (Manjingzi). Decoct with half wine and half water, and take before sleep. For middle body symptoms, follow the base formula without additions. For lower body symptoms, add Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae (Niuxi) and take on an empty stomach. For Northern residents suffering from inguinal abscess (biandu) where purgatives have damaged righteous qi and the skin is thick preventing rupture, use Shen Deng Zhao Xun Yao (Divine Lamp Fumigation Medicine).
Shen Deng Zhao Xun Yao (Divine Lamp Fumigation Medicine): Realgar (Xionghuang), Cinnabar (Zhusha), Dragon's Blood (Xuexie), Myrrh (Moyao) each 2 qian; Moschus (Shexiang) 4 fen.
Preparation: Select the purest materials and grind into a fine powder. Cut soft cotton paper into strips about one chi long and four fingers wide. Roll three fen of the powder into a wick for each strip. Soak thoroughly in genuine sesame oil. Have the patient sit up or lie on their side. Light the wick and hold it about half a cun away from the lesion. Start illuminating from the outer edge of the red halo and move inward in circles. When reaching the center, sharply pull the wick outward. The medicinal vapor enters via the lamp flame, while the toxic vapor exits with the upward pull, extinguishing the lamp. Remove the soot, relight, and continue. The number of wicks used (3-5 or 8-9) depends on the size of the lesion. After three wicks, the swelling feels relieved; after five to six wicks, the skin wrinkles and pain decreases. Alternate with Loulu Decoction. Mild sweating brings relief. Do not apply other plasters immediately after fumigation. If pain returns after half a day, repeat the fumigation daily for 2-3 days until the area becomes numb and painless. Continue until the swelling subsides and turns white internally. For severe toxicity that cannot resolve internally, decoct one dose daily and fumigate twice. This will convert the formed toxin into pus, which will rupture spontaneously without need for lancing. Apply subsequent ointments. For Yang toxins with pepper-like eyes, prolonged fumigation causes them to fall off like honeycombs, rotten lung tissue, powder paste, or purple bloody fluid with necrotic flesh, while new flesh grows like pomegranate seeds. The wound heals naturally without using Shengji San. For Yin toxins where the outer skin is intact but internal flesh liquefies into thick pus, the center ruptures naturally. Change the two ointments once daily until the wound fills with healthy flesh.
La Fan Wan (Beeswax and Alum Pill): Treats initial swelling and internal resolution of formed toxins. It protects the heart and solidifies membranes, strengthens the zang-fu organs, stops pain, dissolves dead tissue, accelerates toxin expulsion, drains foul pus, and generates new flesh. It is a sacred pill for surgical cases. If treatment is delayed for carbuncles/ulcers, toxic vapors may attack the Pericardium causing vomiting. If Yi-Ju (Yin ulcer) patients vomit due to misprescribed cold medicines, administer this urgently, 2-3 times daily. Failure to respond indicates critical danger.
Ingredients: Yellow Beeswax (Huang La) 2 liang (divided into 5 parts); Alum (Ming Fan) 3 liang (ground and divided into 5 parts).
Preparation: Place alum portions in porcelain bowls. Melt one part of beeswax in a ladle and pour into the alum. While hot, knead into a ball, roast near fire, and shape into pills the size of Sophora seeds. Repeat melting and shaping. Take 20-30 pills with warm wine or clear rice soup. Take after meals for upper body, far after meals for middle body, and on an empty stomach for lower body. Take 1-3 times daily.
Baiyu Gao (White Jade Ointment): For post-ulceration wounds, apply this ointment onto Taiyi Gao and patch. For large Yang carbuncles with curled dead skin, prolonged application causes natural dissolution without knife hooks. Change once daily against the skin. Dead skin falls off in strips/pieces, new flesh grows abundantly, pus clears, flesh levels, and the wound closes.
Ingredients: White Beeswax (Bai La) and Yellow Beeswax (Huang La) each 5 qian; Lead Powder (Qianfen) 1 liang; Fossilized Bone Longgu (Longgu), Cuttlebone Haipiaoxiao (Haipiaoxiao), Ivory (Baked), Phoenix Slough (Baked), Chicken Gizzard Lining Jineijin (Baked), Snail (Baked), Calomel Qingfen (Qingfen), Frankincense Xiangru (Withered), Myrrh Moyao (Withered) each 1 qian, ground together. White Powder Frost Baifen Shuang 1 qian (separately ground; substitute Hongfen Shuang if unavailable). Mercury Shuiyin 1 qian. Camphor Zhangnao 4 qian (ground).
Preparation: Render 2 liang of fresh pork back fat until clean. Melt in a pot, add white and yellow beeswax, then lead powder, then the nine fine powders. Stir until cool. Just before congealing, add mercury, powder frost, and camphor. Stir rapidly until set. Bury in soil to remove "fire toxicity". Wash with decoction of Sichuan peppercorn, green onion, and locust branches before application.
Taiyi Gao (Great One Ointment): Radix Rehmanniae Preparata (Dishengdi), Radix Scrophulariae (Xuanshen), Radix Angelicae Dahuricae (Baizhi), Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui), Radix Paeoniae Rubra (Chishao), Ramulus Cinnamomi (Rougui, spicy/aromatic) each 5 qian. Steep in 1 jin of true sesame oil for 5 days (spring/autumn), 3 days (summer), 7 days (winter). If urgent, steeping is optional. Boil in a pot until black, strain dregs. Add 8 liang of calcined Yellow Dan (Huandan). Refine until drops form pearls in water. Pour into cold water 2-3 times. Spread the ointment over Baiyu Gao and apply. After wound closure, if new flesh protrudes slightly, prolonged application flattens it. Protection is recommended.
Dietary Restrictions (Jie Jian): Avoid triggering foods (fa wu), chicken, fish, beef, mutton, snails, animal hearts/livers/intestines, fermented bamboo shoots, gluten, cucumber, garlic, chives, onions, peppers, mung beans, bean sprouts, alcohol, sexual indulgence, anger, fried/grilled foods, filthy people, menstruating women, people with bad breath/genital odor, raw hard-to-digest fruits, strong flavors, cold drinks. Prefer light cakes and old white rice porridge. Do not overeat or starve. Eat small frequent meals.
Additional Remarks: For obvious symptoms, use Loulu Decoction sequentially to release the exterior externally. Use Divine Lamp to guide fire, allowing toxins to dissipate internally and externally. Severe symptoms reduce within half a day; mild cases resolve spontaneously. Severe cases repeat medication and fumigation. Always use La Fan Wan to protect the heart, solidify membranes, stop pain, and drain pus. Apply Baiyu Gao and Taiyi Gao to remove necrotic tissue, generate new flesh, level the wound, and close the opening. All methods converge to one true divine prescription.

Zhenren Huoming Yin (True Person Living Life Decoction): For cases where Baidu San failed to resolve after 6-7 days.
Ingredients: Tianhuafen, Gancao jie, Xiangru, Baizhi, Chishao, Fumu each 2 qian; Moyao, Guiwei (wine-washed) 1 qian; Fangfeng 8 fen.

Woxue Tang (Snow-Melting Decoction): Treats abdominal carbuncles/all toxins. Same as Zhenren Huoming Yin minus Fangfeng.
Ingredients: Guishen, Baishao, Huangqi, Lianqiao, Shegan, Qingpi, Muxiang. Severe cases add Dahuang.
Neixiaosan (Internal Dissolving Powder): Treats intestinal abscess/biandu, forcing blood out via stool. Same as Zhenren Huoming Yin minus Fumu, Fangfeng, Chenpi; add Dahuang, Mugua, Jiangcan, Gualouren each 1 qian.
Tuoli Xiaodu San (Supporting Interior and Expelling Toxin Powder): Treats impending ulceration, stabilizes spleen/stomach, prevents internal toxin attack.
Ingredients: Jinyinhua, Chenpi each 3 qian; Tianhuafen, Huangqi (raw) each 2 qian; Fangfeng, Danggui (wine-washed), Chuanxiong, Baizhi, Jiegeng, Houpo (ginger-fried), Shanjiajia (roasted), Zaocispina (fried) each 1 qian. Decoct with wine/water. For post-ulcer deficiency, remove Chenpi, Tianhuafen, Shanjiajia, Zaocispina; add Renshen, Rougui, Gancao.
Yiqi Yangrong Tang (Tonify Qi and Nourish Blood Decoction): For slow-progressing diseases with deficiency.
Daigao Fang (Knife-Replacement Formula): For pus not penetrating. Roast empty silkworm cocoon, grind, take with wine. Add fingernail for better effect. External use of Xionghuang.
Tui Guan Fang (Tube-Withdrawing Formula): Crab shell, turtle skull bone roasted and ground. Honey pills like paulownia seeds. Take 2 pills with wine on empty stomach.
Qu Lanrou Fang (Remove Rotting Flesh Formula): Badou (stir-fried until smoke/black). Grind and apply to remove old tissue and generate new.
Shengji San (Generate Flesh Powder): Pengsha (main drug), Moyao each 2 qian; Xiangru, Ercha, Xuexie, Chishizhi, Haipiaoxiao, Shuiyin, Heiqian Guiban (roasted), Biejia (roasted) each 1 qian; Qingfen 3 fen.

For Established Back Abscess (Cold sinking - difficult): Maogen 1 liang, Danggui, Lianqiao, Baizhu, Jinyinhua each 5 qian, Bajiaogen 2 qian, Zaoci, Banxia, Jianghuang each 2 qian, Huangqi 1.5 qian, Gancao (raw) 1 qian. Decoct 5 bowls water to 3 bowls. Take 3 times.
Another Formula: Shetoucao decoct strongly, add aged wine, take to sweat. Fresh dregs apply externally.
Another Formula: Qianfen 3 liang, Xuexie, Zhusha each 1 liang, Yinzhu 5 qian. Mix with milk. External: Pig kidney slices paste. Remove when smelly/black. Continue until clean. Also treats furuncles.
