补心汤 治妇人阴户生疮，名曰 疮，或痛或痒，如虫行状，脓水淋沥，阴蚀已尽，治
之当补心养胃。（汤名补心，我不知其所以补？能治阴疮，我不知其所以治？当问之知者）
人参 茯苓 前胡 半夏（汤泡七次） 川芎（各七钱半） 陈皮 枳壳（去穣，麸炒） 紫苏 桔
梗干姜 甘草（各五钱） 当归 白芍药（各一两） 熟地黄（一两半）
上锉，每服四钱，加姜枣煎服。如湿热有虫者，去姜、苏、参、梗四味，加苦参、北艾、
桃仁、吴茱萸水炒黄连。
藿香养胃汤 治阳明经虚，不荣肌肉，阴中生疮不愈。（此名养胃固宜，第以阴中生疮，
而归之阳明经虚，岂以上失生气而自腐欤？以此而推，则食小米而阴 乃愈者，亦此意也）
藿香 薏苡仁 神曲（炒） 乌药（去木） 砂仁 半夏曲 茯苓 白术 人参（各五分） 荜
澄茄 甘草（各三分半）
上锉，姜枣煎服。
一方 治阴内生疮，脓水淋沥，或痒痛。（此方清热导湿，活血排脓生肌，乃太阴阳明
少阴厥阴正法也）
升麻 白芷 黄连 木通 当归 川芎 白术 茯苓
上锉，水煎服，更用塌肿汤浴洗。
塌肿汤 治妇人阴户生疮或痒痛，或脓水淋沥。
甘草 干漆（各三钱） 生地黄 黄芩 当归 川芎（各二钱） 鳖甲（炙，五分）
上锉作一剂，用水数碗煎数沸，去滓，时常洗患处。
治阴疮方
芜荑 川芎 黄芩 甘草 黄连 白芷 附子 矾石 雄黄（各六铢）
上 咀，取猪脂四两，合煎敷之。
治妇人阴疮与男子妒精疮大同小异方
黄丹 枯白矾 蓄 本（各一两） 荆芥 蛇床子（研极细） 白蛇皮（一条，烧灰） 硫黄（各半两）
上为细末，另以荆芥、蛇床子煎汤温洗，软帛渗干，清油调涂。如疮湿，干末掺之。
治疳疮方 因月后便行房，致成湛浊（湛浊为经事断续不了了也），伏流阴道，疳疮遂
生，瘙痒无时，生用胡椒、葱白作汤，一日两三度淋洗，却服后药。
黄 （盐水炙） 菟丝子（酒浸蒸） 沙苑蒺藜（炒） 黑牵牛（以补药配牵牛，以燥湿合通利，何
也） 赤石脂 龙骨
上为末，炼蜜丸，桐子大，每服二十丸，燕窝蒸酒澄上清者吞下。（燕窝酒奇）
黄芩汤洗方 疗妇人阴中生疮。（活血清热，燥湿杀虫）

二钱半也。）
上切，以水五升，取四升，洗疮，日三度。
雄黄散（活血开结杀虫）
雄黄 川芎 当归 北细辛 川椒 藜芦 辰砂
上为末，绵裹纳阴中，又敷外疮上，忌如
常法。
当归汤 治阴蚀。
当归 川芎 芍药 甘草（各二两） 地榆（三两）
一方有蛇床子，不用川芎。
上细切，以水五升，煮取三升，去滓熏洗，日三夜二。
又方（燥湿生肌）
五倍子 甘草 滑石 黄丹（各等分）
上为末，先以甘草汤洗，然后敷之。
肘后方 治妇人阴户生疮，作痒或痛。（燥湿杀虫）
杏仁（炒） 雄黄 白矾（各五钱） 麝香（二分）
上为细末，敷入阴中。一方单用硫黄研细，敷之亦效。
铜绿散 治男妇阴部湿淹疮。（燥湿去腐生肌）
五倍子（五钱） 白矾（一钱） 乳香（五分） 轻粉（一字） 铜绿（少许）
上为末，洗净掺之。
麝香杏仁散 治妇人阴疮。（入肝开窍杀虫）
麝香（少许） 杏仁（不拘多少，烧存性）
上为细末，如疮口深，用小绢袋子二个，盛药满，系口，临上床炙热，安在阴中，立愈。
柏蛤散 治下疳湿疮。
黄柏（以磁锋刮末） 蛤粉（各等分）
上掺上即愈。盖黄柏去热，蛤粉燥湿故也。
又方
平胃散加贯众末（贯众杀虫除热），每服二钱，煮熟猪肝拌药，纳阴户，数日可安。
补心汤：治疗妇女阴户生疮，病名叫做“妬疮”，症状表现为或痛或痒，感觉像虫子在爬一样，脓水淋漓不断，导致阴部组织被腐蚀殆尽。治疗时应当补益心气、调养胃气。（注：方名叫补心，但我不知道它如何起到补心的作用？能治疗阴疮，我也不知道它为何能治？这应当去询问懂行的人。）
药材及用量：人参、茯苓、前胡、半夏（用汤浸泡七次）、川芎（各七钱半）；陈皮、枳壳（去除瓤，用麸皮炒制）；紫苏、桔梗、干姜、甘草（各五钱）；当归、白芍药（各一两）；熟地黄（一两半）。
以上药物切碎，每次服用四钱，加入生姜和大枣煎煮后服用。如果伴有湿热且有虫的情况，去掉干姜、紫苏、人参、桔梗这四味药，加入苦参、北艾、桃仁、用吴茱萸水炒制的黄连。
藿香养胃汤：治疗阳明经虚弱，不能荣养肌肉，导致阴中生疮久不愈合。（注：此方名为养胃是适宜的，但将阴中生疮归结为阳明经虚弱，难道是因为上部失去生气而导致自腐吗？由此推断，吃小米而阴疮痊愈的道理，也是基于此意。）
药材及用量：藿香、薏苡仁、神曲（炒制）、乌药（去除木质部分）、砂仁、半夏曲、茯苓、白术、人参（各五分）；荜澄茄、甘草（各三分半）。
以上药物切碎，加生姜和大枣煎煮服用。
另一方：治疗阴内生疮，脓水淋漓，或痒或痛。（注：此方具有清热利湿、活血排脓生肌的功效，这是针对太阴、阳明、少阴、厥阴病的正治之法。）
以上药物切碎，加水煎煮服用，另外使用塌肿汤清洗患处。
药材及用量：甘草、干漆（各三钱）；生地黄、黄芩、当归、川芎（各二钱）；鳖甲（炙制，五分）。
以上药物切碎为一剂，用水数碗煎煮几沸，滤去药渣，时常清洗患处。
治疗阴疮的方子：
药材及用量：芜荑、川芎、黄芩、甘草、黄连、白芷、附子、矾石、雄黄（各六铢）。
以上药物捣碎，取猪脂四两，合在一起煎煮后外敷。
药材及用量：黄丹、枯白矾、蓄草、本（各一两）；荆芥、蛇床子（研成极细粉末）；白蛇皮（一条，烧成灰）；硫黄（各半两）。
以上药物制成细末，另外用荆芥、蛇床子煎汤温洗，用软布吸干水分，用清油调和药粉涂抹。如果疮面湿润，则直接撒干粉。
治疗疳疮的方子：因月经刚结束就进行房事，导致浊邪滞留（浊邪指经血断续不尽），伏流于阴道，从而生出疳疮，瘙痒无时。先用生胡椒、葱白煮汤，一日淋洗两三次，然后再服用后面的药物。
药材及炮制：黄芪（用盐水炙制）、菟丝子（酒浸蒸制）、沙苑蒺藜（炒制）、黑牵牛（以补药配伍牵牛子，以燥湿配合通利，这是什么道理呢？）、赤石脂、龙骨。
以上药物制成粉末，用炼蜜做成梧桐子大小的丸药，每次服用二十丸，用燕窝蒸酒后澄清的上层液体送服。（燕窝酒的使用很奇特。）
药材及用量：当归、大黄、黄芩、川芎、雄黄、矾石（各二分）；黄连（一分。凡方中注明“分”字的，读音同“忿”，每一分等于二钱半。）
以上药物切碎，用水五升，煎取四升，用来清洗疮口，每日三次。
以上药物制成粉末，用棉布包裹纳入阴中，同时外敷于外部疮口，忌口遵循常规方法。
药材及用量：当归、川芎、芍药、甘草（各二两）；地榆（三两）。
以上药物细细切碎，用水五升，煮取三升，滤去药渣，先熏后洗，每日三次，夜间两次。
又一方（功效：燥湿生肌）
药材及用量：杏仁（炒制）、雄黄、白矾（各五钱）；麝香（二分）。
以上药物制成细末，敷入阴中。另一单方只用硫黄研细，敷之也有效。
药材及用量：五倍子（五钱）、白矾（一钱）、乳香（五分）、轻粉（一字）、铜绿（少许）。
以上药物制成粉末，洗净患处后掺药。
以上药物制成细末，如果疮口较深，用两个小绢袋装满药粉，系好袋口，临睡前加热，放入阴中，立即痊愈。
柏蛤散：治疗下疳湿疮。
又一方：
Bu Xin Tang (Heart-Nourishing Decoction): Treats women with sores in the vaginal orifice, known as "Du Chuang" (envy sores). Symptoms include pain or itching, a sensation resembling insects crawling, continuous discharge of pus and fluid, leading to complete erosion of the genital tissue. Treatment should focus on tonifying Heart Qi and nourishing Stomach Qi. (Note: The formula is named Bu Xin, but I do not know how it tonifies the Heart; nor do I understand why it treats genital sores. This should be asked of those knowledgeable.)
Ingredients and Dosages: Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Fuling (Poria), Qianhu (Peucedani Radix), Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum cum Ginger et Alum - soaked in decoction seven times), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma) (each 7.5 qian); Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium), Zhike (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus - pith removed, stir-fried with bran); Zisu (Perillae Folium), Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (each 5 qian); Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba) (each 1 liang); Shudihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata) (1.5 liang).
Crush the above ingredients. For each dose, take 4 qian, add fresh ginger and jujube, decoct with water, and drink. If damp-heat with parasites is present, remove Ganjiang, Zisu, Renshen, and Jiegeng, and add Kushen (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix), Bei Ai (Artemisiae Argyi Folium), Taoren (Persicae Semen), and Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma) stir-fried with Wuzhuyu (Evodiae Fructus) water.
Huoxiang Yangwei Tang (Agastache-Stomach-Nourishing Decoction): Treats deficiency of the Yangming Meridian, failing to nourish muscles, resulting in persistent sores in the vagina. (Note: Naming this formula Yangwei [Stomach-Nourishing] is appropriate. However, attributing vaginal sores to Yangming deficiency implies that loss of vital energy at the upper part leads to self-corruption. By extension, the reason millet consumption heals such sores lies in this same principle.)
Ingredients and Dosages: Huoxiang (Patchouliae Herba), Yiyiren (Coicis Semen), Shenqu (Massa Medicata Fermentata - stir-fried), Wuyao (Linderae Radix - woody part removed), Sharen (Amomi Fructus), Banxia Qu (Pinelliae Rhizoma Fermentatum), Fuling (Poria), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) (each 5 fen); Bichengqie (Piperis Kadsurae Fructus), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (each 3.5 fen).
Crush the above ingredients, decoct with fresh ginger and jujube, and drink.
Another Formula: Treats sores inside the vagina with continuous pus discharge, or itching and pain. (Note: This formula clears heat, guides out dampness, invigorates blood, drains pus, and generates flesh. It is the standard treatment for Taiyin, Yangming, Shaoyin, and Jueyin patterns.)
Ingredients: Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma), Mutong (Akebiae Caulis), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Fuling (Poria).
Crush the above ingredients, decoct with water, and drink. Additionally, wash the affected area with Tasong Tang.
Tasong Tang: Treats sores in the vaginal orifice of women, causing itching or pain, or continuous pus discharge.
Ingredients and Dosages: Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Ganqi (Kadsurae Caulis) (each 3 qian); Shengdihuang (Rehmanniae Radix), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma) (each 2 qian); Biejia (Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum - roasted) (0.5 qian).
Crush the above ingredients into one dose. Boil in several bowls of water for a few boils, strain, and wash the affected area frequently.
Formula for Treating Genital Sores:
Ingredients and Dosages: Wuyi (Chaulmoograe Semen), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata), Fanshi (Alumen), Xionghuang (Realgar) (each 6 zhu).
Crush the above ingredients. Take 4 liang of pig lard, combine and boil, then apply externally.
Formula for Treating Female Genital Sores and Male Du Jing Chuang (Jealous Sperm Sores), Which Are Largely Similar:
Ingredients and Dosages: Huangdan (Minium), Ku Bai Fan (Alumen Exsiccatum), Xu (Polygoni Avicularis Herba), Ben (Ligustici Wallichii Rhizoma) (each 1 liang); Jingjie (Schizonepetae Herba), Shechuangzi (Cnidii Fructus - ground to fine powder), Bai She Pi (Boid Skin - one strip, burned to ash), Liuhuang (Sulfur) (each 0.5 liang).
Grind all into fine powder. Separately, decoct Jingjie and Shechuangzi in water for warm washing. Dry the area with soft cloth. Mix the powder with pure sesame oil and apply. If the sore is wet, sprinkle the dry powder directly.
Formula for Treating Gan Chuang (Chancre): Caused by intercourse immediately after menstruation, leading to turbid pathogenic factors lingering (turbidity refers to irregular menstrual flow), flowing into the vagina, generating chancre with constant itching. First, decoct raw pepper and scallion white, douche twice or three times daily. Then take the following medicine.
Ingredients and Processing: Huangqi (Astragali Radix - processed with salt water), Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen - soaked in wine and steamed), Shayuan Jili (Asteris Tatarici Semen - stir-fried), Hei Qianniu (Ipomoeae Semen Nigra - paired with tonics to balance drying and purging properties; combined with damp-drying agents for unblocking action), Chishizhi (Halloysit Rubrum), Longgu (Fossilia Ossis Mastodi et Scapulae).
Grind into powder. Make pills with refined honey, size of paulownia seeds. Take 20 pills per dose, swallowed with the clarified upper liquid from wine steamed with swallow's nest. (The use of swallow's nest wine is unique.)
Huangqin Tang Wash Formula: Treats sores in the vagina of women. (Functions: Invigorates blood, clears heat, dries dampness, kills parasites.)
Ingredients and Dosages: Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Xionghuang (Realgar), Fanshi (Alumen) (each 2 fen); Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma) (1 fen. Note: In formulas, "fen" is pronounced "fen" (anger), where 1 fen equals 2.5 qian).
Cut the above ingredients. Use 5 sheng of water, reduce to 4 sheng. Wash the sore three times a day.
Xionghuang San (Realgar Powder) (Functions: Invigorates blood, resolves nodules, kills parasites.)
Ingredients: Xionghuang (Realgar), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Beixixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma), Chuanjiao (Zanthoxyli Fructus), Lilu (Veratri Radix), Chencha (Cinnabar).
Grind into powder. Wrap in cotton gauze and insert into the vagina. Also apply to external sores. Observe usual dietary restrictions.
Danggui Tang: Treats Yin Shi (genital erosion).
Ingredients and Dosages: Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (each 2 liang); Diyu (Sanguisorbae Radix) (3 liang).
One variation includes Shechuangzi and excludes Chuanxiong.
Finely chop the above ingredients. Use 5 sheng of water, boil down to 3 sheng. Strain. Fumigate and wash. Three times daily, two times at night.
Another Formula (Functions: Dries dampness, generates flesh.)
Ingredients and Dosages: Wubeizi (Galla Chinensis), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Huashi (Talcum), Huangdan (Minium) (equal parts).
Grind into powder. First wash with Gancao decoction, then apply the powder.
Zhouhou Fang (from *Essential Prescriptions Worth a Thousand Gold*): Treats sores in the vaginal orifice of women, causing itching or pain. (Functions: Dries dampness, kills parasites.)
Ingredients and Dosages: Xingren (Pruni Armeniaci Semen Amarum - stir-fried), Xionghuang (Realgar), Baifan (Alumen) (each 5 qian); Shexiang (Musk) (2 fen).
Grind into fine powder. Apply into the vagina. Another single herb method uses finely ground sulfur applied externally, which is also effective.
Tonglv San (Malachite Powder): Treats damp-soaking sores in the genital area of men and women. (Functions: Dries dampness, removes putrefaction, generates flesh.)
Ingredients and Dosages: Wubeizi (Galla Chinensis) (5 qian), Baifan (Alumen) (1 qian), Ruxiang (Olibanum) (5 fen), Qingfen (Calomelas) (1 zi), Tonglv (Malachite) (a small amount).
Grind into powder. Cleanse the area and sprinkle the powder.
Shexiang Xingren San (Musk and Apricot Kernel Powder): Treats female genital sores. (Functions: Enters Liver, opens orifices, kills parasites.)
Ingredients and Dosages: Shexiang (Musk) (a small amount), Xingren (Pruni Armeniaci Semen Amarum) (any quantity, roasted until carbonized but retaining efficacy).
Grind into fine powder. If the sore cavity is deep, fill two small silk bags with the medicine, tie them, heat them before bed, and insert into the vagina for immediate cure.
Bohe San (Phellodendron and Clam Shell Powder): Treats lower chancre damp sores.
Ingredients and Processing: Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex - scraped into powder using magnetic edge), Gafen (Triticum Farroculus Pulvis / Calamine? Context suggests generic clam shell powder or similar absorbent) (equal parts).
Sprinkle directly onto the sore for cure. Huangbai clears heat, and Gafen dries dampness.
Another Formula:
Pingwei San plus Guan Zhong powder (Guan Zhong kills parasites and clears heat). Take 2 qian per dose. Cook pork liver, mix with the medicine, and insert into the vaginal orifice. Relief can be expected within a few days.
