治妇人阴中生痔方 九窍有肉突出者皆名为痔。（肉突为痔，人尝未谙，乌头醋洗，
亦所未知）
用乌头七个烧存性，用小瓦罐盛酽醋淬
之，乘热熏，候通手沃之良。
洗方 治茄子疾。
茄皮 白矾 马椿头根 朴硝 泽兰 锻石（炒少许）
上煮，水熏洗。
敷药 治茄子疾。
朴硝为末，黄荆柴烧沥调敷，或浓铁浆水调敷。
又方 治茄子疾，心躁连绵，黄水易治，白水难愈。
用生枳壳为散，煎汤熏洗。却用绵帛包枳壳滓，纳入阴中，即日渐消。
当归散 治妇人阴中突出一物，长五六寸，名阴挺，又名 疝。
当归 黄芩（各二两） 牡蛎（一两半） 皮（炙一两） 赤芍药（五钱）
上为末，每服二钱，食前温酒调下，滚汤亦可。如不应，更以补中益气汤，倍加升麻、柴
胡兼服之。
又方 治阴挺。（治在肝）
当归 穿山甲 蒲黄（炒各半两） 辰砂（一钱） 麝香（少许）
上为末，每服二钱，酒调下尤效。
三茱丸 治阴中生一物所大牵引，腰腹膨胀，痛至甚，不思饮食，皆因多服热药及煎
爆，或犯非理房事，兼意淫不遂，名阴挺。
食茱萸 吴茱萸（汤浸，微炒） 山茱萸肉 舶上 香 白蒺藜 桔梗（慢火炒） 青皮（去白，
各一两） 五味子 海藻（洗焙） 大腹皮（酒洗，晒干） 川楝子（去核） 玄胡索（各一两二钱半）
上为末，酒糊丸，如桐子大，每服三十五丸，木通汤下。下虚加川乌炮去皮，肉桂去
粗皮，各一两；腰腹痛甚，加桃仁去皮尖、麸炒别研，青皮去白，枳实去穣，各一两，真南木香
七钱半，服之。一方每服二钱，生地黄汤调，仍用金毛狗脊、五倍子、白矾、水杨根、鱼腥
草、山黄连各一两为散，分作四服，以有嘴瓦罐煎熟，预以银锡作一长小筒，下透罐嘴，嘴
上贯挺上，先熏后洗，立效。更服白薇散、凌霄花少许煎。
一捻金丸 服前药未效，却用此。（此是肝家药）
玄胡索 舶上 香 吴茱萸（炒） 川楝子（去核） 青木香（各二两）
上为末，粳米饭糊丸，如桐子大，每服三十五丸，空心木通汤服。又用梅花脑子半钱，
铁孕粉一钱，水调刷上（脑子辛凉透髓，铁粉以金平肝，散而制之，诚治法之正也）。如阴
畔生 ，以凉血余每服三钱，加凌霄花少许煎，空心服，立效。
治妇人阴挺出下脱方
桂心（一方作川椒） 吴茱萸（一两，生用） 戎盐（二两）
上药并炒令色变，捣罗为末，以绵裹如指大，纳阴中，日再易之，甚妙。
又方 川椒 川乌头（并生用） 白及（各半两）
上捣罗为末，绵裹一钱纳阴中，深三寸，腹中热即止，来日再用之。
又方 蛇床子（五两） 乌梅（二七枚） 以水五升，煮取三升，去滓，稍热洗之，每日夜三五度用。
又方 硫黄 乌贼骨（各半两） 捣罗为末敷之。
又方 铁精细研，以羊脂调，布裹炙热熨之，以瘥为度。
又方 用羊脂煎令适暖，取涂上，以铁精敷之，多少令调，以火炙布暖熨肛上，渐涂纳
之，然后末磁石酒服方寸匕，日三。
熏洗法 用荆芥穗、臭椿树皮、藿香叶煎汤，熏洗即入。
托药 用蓖麻子叶有九角者好，飞过白矾为末，以纸片摊药托入。
掺药 先以淡竹根煎汤洗，仍用五倍子、白矾为末，干掺立效。
敷药 用温盐水洗软，却用五灵脂烧烟熏，次用蓖麻子研烂，涂上吸入，如入即洗去。
治疗妇女阴户中生痔的方子：九窍中有肉突出来的都称为痔。（肉突出来就是痔，人们常常不了解；用乌头醋洗的方法，也很少有人知道。）
用乌头七个，烧至存性（保留药性），放入小瓦罐中，用浓醋淬炼，趁热气熏蒸，待温度适宜时淋洗，效果很好。
清洗方：治疗“茄子疾”（指阴户肿胀如茄子状）。
茄皮、白矾、马椿头根、朴硝、泽兰、锻石（炒少许）
以上药物煮水，先熏后洗。
敷药：治疗“茄子疾”。
朴硝研为末，用黄荆柴燃烧出的沥液调和外敷，或者用浓铁浆水调和外敷。
又一方：治疗“茄子疾”，若心中烦躁连绵不断，流黄水容易治愈，流白水难以痊愈。
用生枳壳研为散剂，煎汤熏洗。然后用绵帛包裹枳壳的药渣，纳入阴中，日渐消退。
当归散：治疗妇女阴中突出一物，长五六寸，名为阴挺，又名疝。
当归、黄芩（各二两）、牡蛎（一两半）、[缺字，疑为地骨皮或类似皮类药]（炙一两）、赤芍药（五钱）
以上研为末，每次服用二钱，饭前用温酒调服，滚开水也可以。如果无效，再用补中益气汤，加倍加入升麻、柴胡同时服用。
又一方：治疗阴挺。（病位在肝）
当归、穿山甲、蒲黄（炒，各半两）、辰砂（一钱）、麝香（少许）
以上研为末，每次服用二钱，酒调服效果更佳。
三茱丸：治疗阴中生出一物，牵引疼痛剧烈，腰腹膨胀，痛得厉害，不想吃东西。这都是因为多服热药及煎炸爆炒食物，或者犯忌房事，加上意淫不得满足所致，名为阴挺。
食茱萸、吴茱萸（汤浸，微炒）、山茱萸肉、舶上沉香、白蒺藜、桔梗（慢火炒）、青皮（去白，各一两）、五味子、海藻（洗焙）、大腹皮（酒洗，晒干）、川楝子（去核）、玄胡索（各一两二钱半）
以上研为末，用酒糊制成丸药，如梧桐子大，每次服用三十五丸，木通汤送下。若下焦虚损，加制川乌去皮、肉桂去粗皮，各一两；若腰腹痛剧烈，加桃仁去皮尖、麸炒后另研，青皮去白，枳实去瓤，各一两，真南木香七钱半，服用。另一法：每次服用二钱，生地黄汤调服，仍用金毛狗脊、五倍子、白矾、水杨根、鱼腥草、山黄连各一两研为散，分作四次服用，用有嘴的瓦罐煎熟，预先用银锡做一个长小筒，套在罐嘴上，将筒口对准患处，先熏后洗，立即见效。再服用白薇散、少量凌霄花煎汤。
一捻金丸：服用前面的药无效，则用此方。（这是治肝的药物）
玄胡索、舶上沉香、吴茱萸（炒）、川楝子（去核）、青木香（各二两）
以上研为末，用粳米饭糊制成丸药，如梧桐子大，每次服用三十五丸，空腹时用木通汤送服。另外用梅花脑子半钱，铁粉一钱，用水调匀涂抹患处（脑子辛凉透髓，铁粉以金平肝，散而制约之，确实是正确的治疗方法）。如果阴部边缘生疮，用凉血余每服三钱，加少量凌霄花煎汤，空腹服用，立即见效。
治疗妇女阴挺出下脱的方子
桂心（一方用川椒代替）、吴茱萸（一两，生用）、戎盐（二两）
以上药物一起炒至变色，捣碎过筛为末，用棉布包裹如手指粗细，纳入阴中，每天更换两次，非常奇妙。
又一方：川椒、川乌头（均生用）、白及（各半两）
以上捣碎过筛为末，棉布包裹一钱重纳入阴中，深入三寸，腹中感到热时就停止，第二天再用。
又一方：蛇床子（五两）、乌梅（十四枚），用水五升，煮取三升，去渣，稍热时清洗，每日早晚各三五次使用。
又一方：铁精细研，用羊脂调和，用布包裹加热熨烫，以痊愈为度。
又一方：用羊脂煎至适暖，取涂患处，撒上铁精，多少适量，用火烤布暖熨肛门上，逐渐涂抹纳入，然后末磁石用酒送服方寸匕，每天三次。
托药：用蓖麻子叶有九个角的为好，飞过白矾研为末，用纸片摊药托入。
**Prescription for Hemorrhoids in the Female Genitals**
All fleshy protrusions from the nine orifices are termed hemorrhoids (hemorrhoids). [Fleshy protrusion is called hemorrhoid, a concept often misunderstood; the method of washing with Aconitum carmichaelii and vinegar is also rarely known.]
Use seven pieces of *Aconitum carmichaelii* (Chuanwu), calcined to retain its properties. Place them in a small earthenware jar and quench with strong vinegar. Fumigate with the heat while hot, and once the temperature is tolerable, wash thoroughly. This is effective.
**Washing Prescription**
For treating "Eggplant Disorder" (referring to vulvar swelling resembling an eggplant).
*Solanum melongena* peel, Alum (*Baimingfan*), *Toona sinensis* root, Mirabilite (*Puxiao*), *Lycopus lucidus*, Calcined slag (*Duanshi*) (lightly stir-fried).
Boil these herbs in water, fumigate first, then wash.
**Topical Application**
For treating "Eggplant Disorder".
Grind Mirabilite into powder. Mix with the distillate from burning *Vitex negundo* branches for topical application, or mix with concentrated iron-rich water for application.
**Another Prescription**
For treating "Eggplant Disorder". If accompanied by persistent mental restlessness, discharge of yellow fluid is easy to cure, but discharge of white fluid is difficult to heal.
Use raw *Aurantii fructus immaturus* (Zhiqiao) ground into powder. Decoct for fumigation and washing. Then, wrap the dregs of Zhiqiao in cotton silk and insert them into the vagina. The swelling will gradually subside day by day.
**Danggui San**
For treating a woman having a protruding object from the vagina, 5-6 cun long, termed Yin Ting (vaginal prolapse), also known as Shan (hernia).
*Danggui* (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) (2 liang each), Muli (Ostreae Concha) (1.5 liang), [Missing character, likely a bark herb] (roasted, 1 liang), Chishao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra) (5 qian).
Grind all into powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with warm wine before meals. Boiled water may also be used. If ineffective, administer Buzhong Yiqi Tang (Tonify the Middle and Augment the Qi Decoction) with increased doses of Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma) and Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix).
**Another Prescription**
For treating Yin Ting. [The pathology lies in the Liver.]
*Danggui*, Pangshanjia (Manis Squama), Puhuang (Pollinis Typhae), Chen Sha (Cinnabar) (1 qian), Shexiang (Musk) (a small amount).
Grind into powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with wine for better efficacy.
**San Zhu Wan**
For treating a mass arising in the vagina causing severe traction pain, abdominal distension, intense pain, and loss of appetite. This is caused by excessive intake of heating foods, fried/baked items, improper sexual activity, or unfulfilled lust, termed Yin Ting.
Shi Zhuyu (Evodiae Fructus edulis), Wuzhuyu (Evodiae Fructus) (soaked in water, lightly roasted), Shanzhuyu (Corni Fructus), Boshang Xiang (Agarwood), Baijili (Tribuli Fructus), Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix) (slow-fire roasted), Qingpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium viride) (peel removed, 1 liang each), Wuweizi (Schisandrae Fructus), Haizao (Sargassum), Dafupi (Arecae Pericarpium) (washed in wine, sun-dried), Chuanlianzi (Meliae Fructus) (pits removed), Yanhusuo (Corydalis Rhizoma) (1.25 liang each).
Grind into powder, make pills with wine paste, size of paulownia seeds. Take 35 pills per dose, washed down with Tongcao decoction. For deficiency below, add processed Chuanwu (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata) and Rougui (Cinnamomi Cortex), 1 liang each. For severe lower back and abdominal pain, add Tao Ren (Persicae Semen) (skin and tips removed, bran-roasted and separately ground), Qingpi (peel removed), Zhishi (Aurantii Fructus immaturus) (pith removed), 1 liang each, and Zhen Nanmuxiang (Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum) 0.75 liang. Another method: Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with Shengdihuang decoction. Also use Jinmao Gouji (Dryopteris crassirhizoma Rhizome), Wubeizi (Gallae Chinensis), Baimingfan, Shuiyanggen, Yuxingcao (Houttuyniae Herba), and Shanhuanglian (Coptidis chinensis var.) each 1 liang, ground into powder, divided into four doses. Decoct in a spouted earthenware jar. Prepare a long thin tube made of silver-tin alloy, fit it over the spout, direct it towards the prolapsed part, fumigate first, then wash. Immediate effect. Follow with Baowei San (Baoweisao Powder) and a small amount of Lingxiaohua (Campsis grandiflora flower) decoction.
**Yinianjin Wan**
If previous medicines fail, use this. [This is a medicine for the Liver.]
Yanhusuo, Boshang Xiang, Wuzhuyu (roasted), Chuanlianzi (pits removed), Qingmuxiang (Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum) (2 liang each).
Grind into powder, make pills with glutinous rice paste, size of paulownia seeds. Take 35 pills per dose on an empty stomach with Tongcao decoction. Additionally, apply Banqian (Platycodi Radix? Note: text says Meihua Nao, likely Camphor or similar volatile substance) 0.5 qian and Tieyunfen (Ferrum Oxydatum) 1 qian, mixed with water and brushed onto the lesion. (Nao is pungent and cool, penetrating marrow; Iron powder uses Metal to soothe Liver, dispersing and restraining it, which is indeed the correct treatment principle). If sores appear at the vaginal margins, take Liangxueyu 3 qian per dose, add a little Lingxiaohua, decoct, and take on an empty stomach for immediate effect.
**Prescriptions for Vaginal Prolapse (Yin Ting)**
Guixin (Cinnamomi Cortex) (one formula uses Chuanjiao/Zanthoxylum instead), Wuzhuyu (1 liang, raw), Rongyan (Halitum) (2 liang).
Stir-fry all medicines until color changes, grind and sieve into powder. Wrap in cotton cloth like a finger, insert into the vagina, change twice daily. Very effective.
**Another Prescription**
Chuanjiao, Chuanwutou (Aconiti Radix) (both raw), Baiji (Bletillae Rhizoma) (0.5 liang each).
Grind and sieve into powder. Wrap 1 qian in cotton cloth, insert deeply into the vagina (3 cun). Stop when warmth is felt in the abdomen. Use again the next day.
**Another Prescription**
Sichuangzi (Cnidii Fructus) (5 liang), Wumei (Mume Fructus) (14 pieces). Decoct in 5 sheng of water until 3 sheng remain. Strain. Wash with slightly warm liquid, 3-5 times daily.
**Another Prescription**
Liuhuang (Sulfur), Wuzeigu (Sepiae Endoconcha) (0.5 liang each). Grind and sieve into powder for topical application.
**Another Prescription**
Fine powder of iron (Tiejing), mixed with sheep fat. Wrap in cloth, heat, and apply as a hot compress until healed.
**Another Prescription**
Heat sheep fat to a suitable temperature. Apply to the area, sprinkle Tiejing (iron powder) appropriately. Heat a cloth with fire and apply as a warm compress to the anus. Gradually apply and reduce the prolapse. Finally, take Cishi (Magnetitum) powder with wine, one fangcun bi (approx. 5-10 ml volume equivalent) per dose, three times daily.
**Fumigation and Washing Method**
Decoct Jingjie Sui (Schizonepetae Spica), Chouchun Shupi (Toonae Cortex), and Huoxiang Ye (Pogostemonis Folium). Fumigate and wash; the prolapse will retract.
**Supportive Medication**
Use Castor bean leaves with nine angles (considered best). Mix with refined Alum into powder. Spread on paper strips to support and insert the prolapse.
**Insufflation Powder**
First wash with Dazhugen (Phyllostachys heterocycla var. pubescens root) decoction. Then insufflate powder made of Wubeizi and Baimingfan directly. Immediate effect.
**Topical Application**
Wash and soften with warm salt water. Then fumigate with Wulingzhi (Trogopterori Faeces) smoke. Next, apply crushed castor beans. Insert if possible, then wash off.
