以上药材研成细末，用炼蜜制成丸药，大小如弹子。病情重者每次服用一丸，细细咀嚼后用茶清送服；病情轻者根据情况临时增减剂量，服药后微微出汗。
治疗男性和女性咳嗽、气机郁积，呕吐痰涎，头目昏晕，半身不遂，中风偏瘫失语，口眼歪斜，其他药物无法治愈的情况。
乌叠泥（即孩儿茶） 天南星（各三两） 半夏（七两） 天麻（一两，酒浸后焙干） 白附子（二两）。
以上药材分别取净末，除了南星和半夏直接取生粉末外，将这两种药粉装入绢袋中，放入瓷器内，用新水浸泡，白天日晒、夜间露置三天三夜。每天早晨用香丸送服，每日服用两次。药物只需阴干，不要晒干或焙干。
好川乌（一两，生用） 无名异（二两，研碎） 石亭脂（一两，生用，研碎）。
以上药材研成细末。
外敷药方：草乌 白芷 防风 独活 羌活。
以上药材等分研成细末，用数条鲜生地龙研烂，加酸米醋调匀后外敷。

以上两种药材同炒，直到斑蝥焦碎，吹去斑蝥不用，只留下没有斑蝥粉末的胡椒，将胡椒碾成细末，仅作为一次服用量。
治疗男性和女性急性心气腹痛。

The above are ground into fine powder, mixed with refined honey to form pills the size of a bullet. For severe cases, take one pill per dose, chew thoroughly, and swallow with clear tea water; for mild cases, adjust the dosage as needed. A slight sweat should occur after administration.
Treats men and women with cough, qi accumulation, vomiting of phlegm and saliva, dizziness of the head and eyes, hemiplegia, wind-stroke with hemiplegia and aphasia, deviation of the mouth and eyes, which other medicines cannot cure.
Wu Die Ni (Children's Tea / Catechu) Tian Nan Xing (Arisaematis Rhizoma) (each 3 liang) Ban Xia (Pinelliae Rhizoma) (7 liang) Tian Ma (Gastrodiae Rhizoma) (1 liang, soaked in wine and dried) Bai Fu Zi (Typhonii Rhizoma) (2 liang).
Take the pure powder of each. Except for Tian Nan Xing and Ban Xia which are used as raw powder, place these two powders in a silk bag, put them in a porcelain vessel, soak in fresh water, expose to sun during the day and dew at night for three days and nights. Take with aromatic pills every morning, twice a day. The medicine should only be dried in the shade, not sun-dried or baked.
Hao Chuan Wu (Aconiti Radix Lateralis Preparata - Raw) Wu Ming Yi (Fossilia Oxyskeleti Mastodontis) (2 liang, crushed) Shi Ting Zhi (Lithii Carbonas) (1 liang, used raw, crushed).

The above are equal parts ground into fine powder, mixed with several fresh Di Long (Pheretima) pounded into a paste, and adjusted with sour rice vinegar for external application.
Ban Mao (Mylabris) (7 pieces, head and wings intact) Hu Jiao (Piperis Nigris Fructus) (49 grains).
Stir-fry the two together until Ban Mao is scorched and broken. Blow away the Ban Mao and do not use it. Keep only the Hu Jiao free of Ban Mao residue, grind the Hu Jiao into fine powder. This amount constitutes a single dose.
Treats men and women with acute heart-qi abdominal pain.
