以上药材研为极细末，用无根井花水调和涂抹，如果干了再涂，经过一夜即可痊愈。

以上药材研为细末，用炼蜜制成丸药，大小如弹子，每次服用一丸，饭前服用，用童便化开送服，病情重者服用一丸半。

以上药材切碎，加水四碗，在砂瓶中煎至两碗，加入好酒一碗，再煎至两碗，放温后分几次服用。若有皂角刺、左缠藤，则加上述药物五倍量。
If pus is present within the ulcer but cannot discharge spontaneously, and the lesion is deep, apply medicinal powder into the ulcer opening using a paper wick dipped in the medicine.
Bai Shaoyao (Radix Paeoniae Alba) (3 qian), Chuanxiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong) (1 liang), Xiang Baizhi (Radix Angelicae Dahuricae) (1 liang), Qingfen (Calomelas) (3 qian).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. If the ulcer surface is flat, sprinkle the powder directly onto the wound.
To treat non-healing ulcer openings.
Moyao (Resina Olibani) (1 qian), Huangdan (Lithargyrum) (1 qian, processed by water flotation), Chi Lian (Radix Bupleuri? *Note: Likely refers to a specific local herb or typo for Chi Shao/Bai Lian contextually, but kept as literal entity extraction*), Ku Bai Fan (Alumen Exsiccatum) (1 qian), Bai Jiao (Animal Glue) (2 qian), Huangbai (Cortex Phellodendri) (1 qian).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. First, wash the area with decoction of scallion white and salt water, dry it, and apply the medicinal powder to the ulcer opening.
To treat various malignant ulcers on the body, as well as pain in the ears, neck, and head in children.
Banmao (Mylabris) (5 pieces), Chan Qiao (Periostracum Cicadae) (5 pieces), Qingfen (Calomelas) (1 qian), Binglang (Areca Seed) (3 pieces), Xiang Baizhi (Radix Angelicae Dahuricae) (2 qian), Shechuangzi (Fructus Cnidii) (2 qian), Liuhuang (Sulfur) (2 qian).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, sieve them, then add Qingfen (Calomelas) and grind again until extremely fine. Mix with sesame oil and apply topically; immediate effect is expected.
To treat various non-healing ulcers, Regenerating Flesh Powder formula.
Chi Lian (Radix... fried), Bai Lian (Radix Bletillae Striatae) (fried), Huangbai (Cortex Phellodendri) (fried, each 3 qian), Qingfen (Calomelas) (1 qian).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Cleanse the area with scallion white and grain water before application.
Topical paste for treating various malignant ulcers.
Dahuang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei), Tu from the east-facing wall.
Grind the above ingredients into an extremely fine powder. Mix with unrooted well water and apply. Reapply if it dries; healing occurs overnight.
To treat Xiao Ding (soft carbuncle) with continuous yellow exudate. (Formula of Shi Xiang.)
Chi Shaoyao (Radix Paeoniae Rubra) (2 liang), Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis) (2 liang), Shanzhizi (Fructus Gardeniae) (2.5 liang), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae), Qianniu (Semen Pharbitidis) (head powder, 1.5 liang), Dahuang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei) (3.5 liang).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Form pills with refined honey, sized like quail eggs. Take one pill per dose, before meals, dissolved in urine of a young boy. For severe cases, take one and a half pills.
To treat various boils, furuncles, and other toxic heat ulcers.
Fangfeng (Radix Saposhnikoviae), Gancao Jie (Node of Radix Glycyrrhizae), Chi Shaoyao (Radix Paeoniae Rubra), Mian Huangqi (Radix Astragali), Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis), Baizhi (Radix Angelicae Dahuricae) (each 0.5 liang).
Cut the herbs into small pieces. Decoct in four bowls of water in a clay pot until reduced to two bowls. Add one bowl of good wine, and decoct again until reduced to two bowls. Let cool to warm temperature and divide into several doses for oral administration. If Zaojiaoci (Spina Gleditsiae Sinensis) or Zuochan Teng (Caulis Uncariae cum Uncis) are used, increase the dosage of these herbs fivefold compared to the others.
