上件各等分，为细末，用生姜自然汁调，围敷，如干时，再用姜汁润。
以慈竹为之，削去青。
五倍子（多用） 白矾（少用些子）
上二味和筒煮了收起，用时再于沸汤煮令热，以筋箕筒乘热安于患处。
治疔疮。

上为细末，用黄腊一两溶开，和药成锭子，水浸少时，取出，用药时旋捏饼子如钱眼大，
将疔疮用羊骨针拨开，安药在疮口内，以膏药贴之，无膏药，面糊贴。
治疔疮。

上等分研细，将生蜜就，于角盒子内收贮，遇患先用银篦儿挑破疮口，挤出恶血，然后
用药
滴乳（半两，另研） 真绿豆粉（一两）
上为细末，煎生甘草汤调三钱，时时饮之，常令灌润胸膈。
治便痈等恶疮。
栝蒌（一个，去皮） 生姜（半两） 甘草（半两） 金银花（三钱） 牛蒡子（三钱，
微炒）
上将药不犯铜铁器捶碎，用酒一大升，煎数沸，空心温服，微利为度。
治疗十三种疔疮（一种发病急骤、危险性较大的急性化脓性疾患）。
朱砂（Cinnabaris）、胆矾（Chalcanthum）各一两半；血竭（Dragon's Blood）、铜绿（Malachite）、蜗牛（Helix Aspersa，生用）各一两；雄黄（Realgar）、白矾（Alumen，枯矾）各二两。
将以上七味药研成细末，与捣烂的蜗牛、蟾酥（Toad Venom）混合均匀，在调和药物时随时加入药粉制成丸剂，大小如鸡头，每次服用一丸，令病人先出汗以验证疗效。
治疗背疽（生于背部的痈疽）及一切恶疮，作为围敷药使用。
白芨（Bletillae Rhizoma）、白蔹（Ampelopsis Radix）、白薇（Cynanchi Atrati Radix）、白芷（Angelicae Dahuricae Radix）、白鲜皮（Dictamni Cortex）、朴硝（Natrii Sulfas）、青黛（Indigo Naturalis）、黄柏（Phellodendri Cortex）、大黄（Rhei Radix et Rhizoma）、天花粉（Trichosanthis Radix）、青露散（即芙蓉叶，Platani Folium）。
以上各药等分，研成细末，用生姜自然汁调匀，围敷于患处，若变干，再用姜汁润湿。
此法以慈竹筒制作，削去青色外皮。
五倍子（Galla Chinensis，多用）、白矾（Alumen，少用）。
将这两味药放入竹筒中煮后收起，使用时再放入沸水中煮热，趁热将竹筒扣在患处。
治疗疔疮。
金脚信（Arsenicum，二钱）、好雄黄（Realgar，二钱）、砒砂（Arsenici Trioxidum，三钱）、轻粉（Calomelas，半厘）、麝香（Moschus，一钱）、巴豆（Crotonis Fructus，四十九个）。
以上研成细末，用一两黄腊溶化，与药混合制成锭剂，用水浸泡片刻，取出。用药时随捏成饼状，大小如铜钱眼，用羊骨针拨开疔疮，将药置于疮口内，外用膏药贴敷，若无膏药，可用面糊贴敷。
治疗疔疮。
砒砂（优质者）、雄黄（优质者）。
以上等分研细，用生蜜调和，贮存在角盒内。遇患病时，先用银篦挑破疮口，挤出恶血，然后用药。
滴乳（Frankincense，半两，另研）、真绿豆粉（Phaseoli Radiati Semen，一两）。
以上研成细末，煎煮生甘草汤调服三钱，时时饮用，常令胸膈得到滋润。
治疗便痈（发生于下部的痈肿）等恶疮。
栝蒌（Trichosanthis Fructus，一个，去皮）、生姜（Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens，半两）、甘草（Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma，半两）、金银花（Lonicerae Japonicae Flos，三钱）、牛蒡子（Arctii Fructus，三钱，微炒）。
以上药物避免接触铜铁器，捶碎，用酒一大升，煎煮数沸，空腹温服，以轻微腹泻为度。
Treats thirteen types of Ding Chuang (acute, dangerous suppurative lesions).
Cinnabaris (Zhusha), Chalcanthum (Danfan) each 1.5 liang; Dragon's Blood (Xuejie), Malachite (Tonglü), Helix Aspersa (Woniu, used raw) each 1 liang; Realgar (Xionghuang), Alumen (Baifan, calcined) each 2 liang.
Grind the above seven herbs into fine powder, mix with thoroughly pounded Helix Aspersa and Toad Venom (Chansu), and add the herbal powder gradually while mixing to form pills, sized like a chicken head. Take one pill per dose, inducing sweating in the patient to verify efficacy.
Treats Beijü (carbuncle on the back) and all kinds of malignant sores, used as an external surrounding paste.
Bletillae Rhizoma (Baiji), Ampelopsis Radix (Bailian), Cynanchi Atrati Radix (Baiwei), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi), Dictamni Cortex (Baixianpi), Natrii Sulfas (Puxiao), Indigo Naturalis (Qingdai), Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai), Rhei Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang), Trichosanthis Radix (Tianguafen), Qinglu San (which is Platani Folium/Furongye).
Equal parts of the above ingredients are ground into fine powder, mixed with fresh ginger juice, and applied around the lesion. If it dries, re-moisten with ginger juice.
This method uses bamboo tubes made from Ci Zhu (Bambusa textilis), with the green skin removed.
Galla Chinensis (Wubeizi, use more), Alumen (Baifan, use less).
Boil these two ingredients together in the bamboo tube, then store. When using, boil again in boiling water until hot, and place the hot tube over the affected area.
Treats Ding Chuang.
Arsenicum (Jinjiaoxin, 2 qian), high-quality Realgar (Xionghuang, 2 qian), Arsenici Trioxidum (Pisha, 3 qian), Calomelas (Qingfen, 0.5 li), Moschus (Shexiang, 1 qian), Crotonis Fructus (Badou, 49 seeds).
Grind the above into fine powder, melt 1 liang of yellow beeswax, and mix with the powder to form ingots. Soak in water for a short time, then take out. When applying, shape into small cakes the size of a coin hole. Use a sheep bone needle to open the Ding Chuang, place the medicine inside the wound, and cover with a plaster. If no plaster is available, use flour paste.
Treats Ding Chuang.
Arsenici Trioxidum (high quality), Realgar (high quality).
Grind equal parts into fine powder, mix with raw honey, and store in a horn box. When treating, first pierce the sore with a silver comb, squeeze out the foul blood, then apply the medicine.
Frankincense (Diru, 0.5 liang, separately ground), true Phaseoli Radiati Semen (Lvdoufen, 1 liang).
Grind the above into fine powder, mix with 3 qian using decoction of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (raw), and drink frequently to keep the chest and diaphragm moistened.
Treats Bianyong (abscess in the lower body) and other malignant sores.
Trichosanthis Fructus (Gualou, 1 fruit, peeled), Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang, 0.5 liang), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, 0.5 liang), Lonicerae Japonicae Flos (Jinyinhua, 3 qian), Arctii Fructus (Niubangzi, 3 qian, lightly stir-fried).
Crush the above herbs without letting them touch copper or iron vessels. Decoct in 1 sheng of wine for several boils. Take warm on an empty stomach; mild purgation is the goal.
