【苍术灸法】
取一块苍术，长度约七分，将一端削尖，另一端截平。将尖端插入耳内，在平坦的一端放置如筷子头大小的艾炷进行艾灸。
【掠髭发方（乌须发）】
大诃子（一个）、母丁香（十五个）、百药煎（一钱）、针砂（少许，用醋炒七次）、高茶末。
以上药材研成极细粉末。用一大碗水，煮沸数次，不去药渣，装入洁净的瓷器中。每晚临睡前，用温浆水洗净胡须后，涂抹此药。
功效：坚固牙齿、疏散风邪、调理气机、使胡须变黑。
【白茯苓散】
白茯苓、辽参、细辛（去叶）、香附子（炒制，去毛）、白蒺藜（炒制，去刺角）、川芎、缩砂仁（以上各等分）。
以上药材研成细末。早晚用温水刷牙时配合使用。
【乌髭发方】
生胡桃皮、生石榴皮、生柿子皮。
先将生酸石榴挖去内部瓤籽，挑选优质的丁香，装满石榴壳，称好总重量。然后将胡桃皮、柿子皮与装有丁香的石榴壳一起放入马粪中煨烧。
此方由南岳批注推荐。
【猪牙皂角洗发方】
猪牙皂角、生姜、西国升麻、熟地黄、木律（即黄柏）、旱莲草、槐角子、细辛、荷蒂，用量相当；青盐等分。
以上药材共同烧制成炭或灰。
功效：治疗头发脱落，用于洗发。
【甘菊花洗发方】
甘菊花（二两）、蔓荆子（一两）、干柏叶（一两）、川芎（一两）、桑白皮（一两，净选）、白芷（一两）。
以上药材切碎。每次取药二两，用五大碗浆水，煎煮至剩三碗，滤去药渣，用来洗头。
功效：滋养头发，对于头发脱落者尤为适宜。
【生姜人参擦发方】
生姜皮（焙干，一两）、人参（一两）。
以上药材研成细末。每次取一块生姜，切断断面蘸取药末，在脱发处擦拭，每两天使用一次。
[Snail]
Crush the whole snail thoroughly and apply it beside the ear to expel the centipede.
[Cangzhu Moxibustion Method]
Take a piece of Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma), approximately 7 fen in length. Sharpen one end and flatten the other. Insert the sharpened end into the ear canal, and place an moxa cone the size of a chopstick head on the flat end for moxibustion.
[Luezi Formula (For Darkening Beard)]
Heqiao (Terminalia Chebula Fruit) (one fruit), Mudingxiang (Mother Clove Bud) (15 buds), Baiyaojian (Fermented Tea Cake) (1 qian), Zhensha (Iron Filings, stir-fried seven times with vinegar) (a small amount), Gaocha Mo (High Tea Powder).
Grind the above ingredients into an extremely fine powder. Boil in one large bowl of water several times without straining the dregs. Store in a clean porcelain vessel. Every night before bed, wash the beard with warm rice water, then apply this medicine.
Efficacy: Strengthens teeth, dispels wind, regulates qi, and darkens the beard.
[Bai Fuling San]
Bai Fuling (Poria), Liaoshen (Ginseng from Liaoning), Xixin (Asarum, leaves removed), Xiangfuzi (Cyperi Rhizoma, stir-fried, hairs removed), Bai Jili (Tribuli Fructus, stir-fried, spines removed), Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome), Suosha (Amomi Fructus Rotundus) (all in equal parts).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Use with warm water for brushing teeth in the morning and before bed.
[Darkening Beard Formula]
Sheng Hetaopi (Fresh Walnut Peel), Sheng Shiliupi (Fresh Pomegranate Peel), Sheng Shizipi (Fresh Persimmon Peel).
First, hollow out the inside pulp and seeds of a fresh sour pomegranate. Select high-quality Dingxiang (Clove Buds) and fill them completely into the pomegranate shell. Weigh the total weight. Then, place the walnut peel, persimmon peel, and the pomegranate shell filled with cloves together into horse manure and roast/bake them.
This formula was recommended by Nanyue.
[Zhu Ya Zao Jiao Hair Wash Formula]
Zhu Ya Zao Jiao (Gleditsia Sinensis Fruit Spine), Shengjiang (Fresh Ginger), Xiguo Shengma (Anemarrhena Asphodeloides Rhizome from the West), Shu Dihuang (Prepared Rehmannia Root), Mulu (Phellodendri Cortex, i.e., Huangbai), Hanliancao (Ecliptae Herba), Huaijiaoizi (Sophorae Tonkinensis Fructus), Xixin (Asarum), Heti (Lotus Leaf Stalk). Use equal amounts. Qingyan (Halite) in equal proportion.
Burn the above ingredients together until charred or turned to ash.
Efficacy: Treats hair loss; used for washing hair.
[Ganjuhua Hair Wash Formula]
Ganjuhua (Chrysanthemi Flos) (2 liang), Manjingzi (Viticis Fructus) (1 liang), Ganbaiye (Dried Cupressi Cacumen) (1 liang), Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome) (1 liang), Sangbaipi (Morus Alba Root Bark, cleaned) (1 liang), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix) (1 liang).
Cut the above ingredients into small pieces. For each use, take 2 liang of the herbs, add five large bowls of Jiangshui (fermented rice water), decoct until reduced to three bowls. Strain the dregs and use the liquid to wash the hair.
Efficacy: Nourishes hair growth; particularly suitable for those suffering from hair loss.
[Shengjiang Renshen Hair Rub Formula]
Shengjiang Pi (Dried Ginger Peel, baked dry) (1 liang), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) (1 liang).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Each time, take a piece of fresh ginger, cut off the end, dip it into the powder, and rub it onto the area of hair loss. Apply once every two days.
