弓伤全睛突出，并治打伤眼珠肿痛，急以手揉入，勿见风，取精猪肉切薄片，摊
在热钵上，候肉热急贴伤处，冷则更换。

蜣螂（十个，去壳、去白肉） 土狗（三个） 妇人发（ 灰少许）
同研如泥，浓涂之，以两手蹙之，箭头自出。
箭伤 三七根三钱，好酒煎露一宿，服之即愈。
中毒箭 急饮麻油数碗，其毒自解。
中毒箭 蓝汁一升饮之，并淋伤上。若无蓝汁，以青布清水绞汁饮，并淋伤上。
针刀、箭镞折在肉里 象牙屑和水敷之。

白蔹 半夏（各等分）
上为末，每用淡姜汤调服一钱，日三，至二十日即出。
又方（《圣惠》）。蝼蛄取汁涂其上自出。

又方 捣鼠肝或鼠脑涂之即出。
铅子入肉（吴天序）。用面和成作圈，围受伤处，以白苋菜捣烂纳围内，不过三四
次，铅子即出。或用蜂蜜冲酒饮醉，亦出。
毒箭 煮藕汁饮。
又方 捣生葛根汁饮之。
又方 雄黄研敷。
箭穿耳并割耳 热马粪敷上止痛。
又方 妇人月经或月经布，涂于伤处。
弓弩造成的伤害导致眼球完全突出，以及治疗被打伤后眼珠肿痛的情况，应立即用手将眼球揉回眼眶内，注意避免见风。取精瘦猪肉切成薄片，摊在热钵上，待肉变热后迅速贴敷在受伤处，肉冷了就更换。

Injuries caused by bows and crossbows result in the complete protrusion of the eyeball, as well as swelling and pain of the eyeball due to blunt trauma. Immediately use your hand to massage the eyeball back into the orbit. Avoid exposure to wind. Take lean pork meat, cut it into thin slices, place them on a hot bowl, wait until the meat is warm, and then quickly apply it to the injured area. Replace with fresh warm meat when it cools down.

*Scarabaeus sacer* (Dung Beetle) [10 pieces, remove shell and white viscera] *Gryllotalpa orientalis* (Mole Cricket) [3 pieces] Human hair ash [a small amount]
Grind together into a paste, apply thickly to the wound, and press around with both hands; the arrowhead will naturally emerge.
Arrow injury: *Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma* (Sanqi) [3 qian], decocted in good wine and left exposed overnight. Ingest to achieve immediate cure.
Poisoned arrow injury: Immediately drink several bowls of sesame oil; the toxin will resolve spontaneously.
Poisoned arrow injury: Drink one sheng of indigo juice and simultaneously pour it over the wound. If indigo juice is unavailable, wring out the juice from blue cloth soaked in clear water for ingestion and application to the wound.

Aged cured pork meat (remove skin and bone, mash) Human fingernails Ivory [each 2 qian]
Grind into fine powder, mix evenly with wax-meat, and apply around the periphery of the wound; the arrowhead will emerge.
Lead bullet embedded in the flesh: Pour mercury into the wound; the lead will melt and flow out along with the mercury.
Arrow injury: Powderize *Herba Siegesbeckiae* (Liujinu) and sprinkle it onto the wound.
Arrowheads or metal blade injuries penetrating bone and vessels, with foreign bodies not expelled. (From *Yi Zong Ru Men*)

Grind the above into powder. For each dose, take 1 qian mixed with light ginger soup, three times daily. After twenty days, the foreign body will be expelled.
Another prescription (from *Sheng Hui Fang*): Extract juice from *Gryllotalpa orientalis* (Mole Cricket) and apply to the site; the foreign body will self-extract.
Another prescription (from *Sheng Hui Fang*): Apply mouse brain to the site; the foreign body will self-extract.
Another prescription (from *Sheng Hui Fang*): Place high-quality lodestone on the site; the foreign body will self-extract.
Another prescription: Mash mouse liver or mouse brain and apply to the site; the foreign body will immediately be expelled.
Lead bullet embedded in the flesh (Prescription by Wu Tianxu): Form a ring using flour dough, encircling the injured area. Mash *Amaranthus tricolor* leaves (Xian Cai) and pack them inside the ring. Within three to four applications, the lead bullet will be expelled. Alternatively, drink honey diluted in wine until intoxicated, which also facilitates expulsion.
Poisoned arrow: Decoct lotus root juice and drink it.
Another prescription: Juice extracted from fresh *Puerariae Radix* (Ge Gen) should be drunk.
Another prescription: Apply powdered *Realgar* (Xionghuang) externally.
Arrows piercing the ear and cutting the ear: Apply hot horse manure to the area to relieve pain.
Another prescription: Apply menstrual blood or used menstrual cloth to the wound.
