首用第一煎方
全当归 穿山甲（切碎，微炒） 甘草节 没药（去油） 柴胡 乳香（去油） 天花粉 川
贝母 皂角刺 赤芍（各三钱） 防风 连翘 肉桂（各二钱四分） 金银花 广陈皮（各七钱五
分） 白芷（二钱一分）
上各称准，分作三剂，每日一剂。用黄酒一斤，水一斤，煎至一斤为度。宜
砂罐煎之，温服取汗二次。水酒减半，照上温服取汗，戒口味，不过三服即愈。看
何部位，照后加味治之，神效。头上加 本；面上加升麻、白芷；顶上加升麻、桔
梗、羌活；腹加白芷、柴胡；背加皂角刺；胸加栝蒌；腰加羌活、独活；胁肘加柴胡、
青皮；臂上加肉桂、羌活；耳后加升麻、柴胡、独活、桔梗；四肢加肉桂、金银花；肩
膊加肉桂、升麻∶脚底加肉桂、牛膝；疮成加肉桂、皂角刺。以上引经药各加一钱。
煮枣神方。（《家秘》）
何首乌（半斤） 天花粉 威灵仙 鳖甲（炙） 金银花 皂角刺 川萆 白僵蚕
木通 白芷 麻黄 蝉退 当归 苍术 川芎（各二两） 生大黄 生地（各四两） 全蛇蜕（一两）
上药用水一斗，磁锅内煎至五六升，去渣净，拣大黑枣五斤入汁，再煎收至药汁
干为度，将枣晒干，不时食数枚。毒渐消，口自收，落靥而愈。
消风败毒散
归尾 川芎 生地 赤芍 黄芩 干葛 升麻（各一钱） 川黄连 防风 黄柏
连翘（各八分） 羌活 金银花 蝉蜕 甘草（各五分）
水煎二三剂热服。
初起必加大黄二钱，芒硝一钱五分。通利，恶物去净后即勿用。
廿四味风胜饮（《说约》）毒发出时用。
防风 荆芥 白芷梢 连翘 苦参 赤芍 黄连 地骨皮 白鲜皮 黄芩
山栀子 归尾 木瓜 金银花 蝉蜕 薏苡仁 黄柏 僵蚕 五加皮 甘草
白蒺藜 皂角刺（各一两） 土茯苓（白实者，三斤）
上部疮多，倍加川芎；下部疮多，倍加木通；疮痛加羌活、独活；体虚加人参、
茯苓，去栀子。分作五六十剂，每日水煎二剂服。忌牛肉、烧酒，猪肝肠，盐宜炒
过食，不炒恐生癣。此方起死回生，活人甚众。
羊肉发药（《说约》）。梅疮初起，皮肤燥痒，上部多者。
蝉蜕 川芎 当归（各三钱） 威灵仙（一两） 麻黄（春用七钱，夏用五钱，秋用九钱，冬用二两二钱）
先用羊肉一斤，水十碗，煎七碗，去羊肉入前药于汁内，煎至三碗去渣。一日
内早、午、晚分三次服完。用羊肉好酒过口，吃尽被盖取汗，或吐或泻三四次，以
粥补住，内毒日解，外毒自发。忌牛、狗、鹅、鸡，火酒、茶、醋等物。每早食仙枣
三枚。如病患不能饮酒，或虚极者，服胰子汤。
仙枣方 大黑枣二十一枚去核，入胡粉三分，逐用线扎紧，放小砂罐，略放
水煮熟，露一宿，空心吃三枚，冷茶送下。
胰子汤（《说约》）。杨梅人虚气弱，不能汗下，用此解毒托散，方能送毒外出。

草（六分） 白僵蚕（七条，炒，研） 土茯苓（二斤，米泔浸一二时，打豆大，勿犯铁器，井花水洗净） 肥皂

陈酒、河水各二碗，煎一半，入前药并胰子一付去油净，同煎一碗，空心服，取
汗。忌口如前，虚弱甚者，加人参。
猪肉茯苓汤（《说约》）。梅毒下体先见，遂及遍身，筋骨酸痛，二便涩滞。
牛膝 苍耳子 甘草 全当归 蛤粉 金银花 红花 天花粉 皂角刺（各二钱）
蝉蜕（二十一个） 土茯苓（洗净，木槌打碎） 精猪肉（各四两） 穿山甲（二十一片，土炒，研） 大黄（大便
结，用一两，如常者，用五钱，自利者，不用）
生白酒三碗煎一半，空心服。猪肉过口，大便利三四次后，以粥补住。
仙遗粮汤（《说约》）
土茯苓（即仙遗粮，洗净，木槌打碎，二两） 皂角子（五个，切片，微炒） 当归 白鲜皮 川芎
薏苡仁 木通 威灵仙 防风 金银花 木瓜 茅苍术（各一钱） 甘草（五分） 人参（疮
久气分虚者加入）
水二碗，煎八分，看病上下，食前后服。腿脚之下加牛膝一钱。病浅者一月可
退；病深者百日可痊。此疮欲发，先发下疳，预服此方，能免发疮也。此治梅疮初
起，筋骨疼痛，数月延绵不已，并治杨梅风毒，误服轻粉，瘫痪不能动履之良方也。食忌同前。
解毒天浆饮 梅疮不问新久，遍身溃烂及筋骨作痛者。
土茯苓（二两） 防风 当归身 蝉蜕 防己 白鲜皮 连翘 海风藤 皂角针
金银花 川芎 木瓜 苡仁（各一钱） 天花粉（二钱） 甘草（五分，下部加牛膝一钱）
水二盅，煎八分。临服入酒一杯，量病上下服之。

金银花（五钱） 土茯苓（取牵连疙瘩，长者名钻筋透骨草，四两，实者六两）
忌见铁器，用井水六碗煎三碗，任服。忌醋、盐，戒房事。如无独核肥皂子，便
用肥皂子七个，打开看内有黑色、黄色，油腻味的，俱不可用，只拣青草色的方可用；
皂荚子如虫蛀的，便用十个。如初生鱼口，浑身筋骨疼痛，即宜服此，便可不发梅疮。
此方得之异传，活人千万，功效甚捷。但服是药，日日须吃白水肉，以免心嘈，不可少也。
经验梅疮方（《锦囊》）
麻黄 穿山甲 白芷 威灵仙 蝉蜕（各二钱） 生黄 （一钱）
生羊肉一斤，水五碗煎三碗，将药取起，入药在汤内煎至二碗，热服盖被，出汗为度。
杨梅疮杨梅风方（《锦囊》）
土茯苓（四两） 川当归 金银花 牛膝（各二钱） 皂荚子 甘草 防风 羌活 川
芎（各一钱） 熟地（三钱）
水煎三盅，三次服。
又方（《锦囊》）
土茯苓（四两） 金银花 皂角（各五钱）
水煎汤，另用大肥皂核烧存性为末，每用三分调服。
梅疮神方（《启玄》）
川黄连 川芎 胡黄连 当归（各一钱） 土茯苓（二两） 猪胰子（一个）
酒水各盅半，煎一盅，看疮上下分食前后服。
二皂饮（沈员峤。）
肥皂子（独核者二十粒） 皂角子（三十粒） 苦参 金银花（各一两）
河水碗半，井水碗半，煎一碗，露一宿，次早空心热服，其毒自消。
又方
土茯苓（四两） 蝉蜕 皂角刺 肥皂子 僵蚕（各一钱）
水三碗，煎一碗，服一七除根。
人参 苓汤
土茯苓（四两） 人参（一分） 土黄 （三钱，如无以黄 代之）
水十五茶盅，煎汤当茶，只食淡肉，忌咸。
杨梅疮服此，永无结毒之患。（《济生》）
胡黄连（三钱） 牛膝 川黄连（酒炒，各一钱）
加新鲜土茯苓一斤，洗净木槌子打碎，水八碗，瓦罐内煎至四碗，入猪胰子一个，
再煎至二碗，再将猪胰子一个铲碎入药内，同胰子一日服尽。
宝灵丹 毋论梅疮初起已溃，服此神效。并治结毒下疳串毒，以及男女内外不可明言之处恶毒等证。
珍珠（豆腐包，煮透，研） 滴乳香（去油） 广木香 真血珀（另研） 没药（去油） 沉香 冰片（各
一钱） 西牛黄（五分） 辰砂（水飞，五钱） 真胎骨（不拘多少，沉香煎水制过） 滴乳石（三钱，用零陵香、
紫背天葵、甘草、茅香各三钱，水煎一伏时收取研用）
上药各味另研，照分两配合，再研千余下，瓷瓶收贮。每用丹三分加飞白面二
分和研极匀，分作三服，每服用新鲜土茯苓一斤，刮去粗皮，以木槌打碎入砂铫内，
加河水十碗，煎至六碗，每用二碗调服上丹一分七厘。如患者中气不足，土茯苓只
用十两，大便不通加百草霜五分调服；脓水多加当归、白芷各一钱五分；毒在上部，
加川芎、桔梗各三钱；在咽喉加玄参三钱；在腰加杜仲三钱；在胁加柴胡、防风各三
钱；在下部加牛膝、苡仁、防己各三钱。俱加入土茯苓汤中煎服。服过如毒瓦斯不行，小
便不利，可于土茯苓汤中加利水等味，服之自利，一料除根。
琥珀牛黄丸 治杨梅破烂，并一切疽痈久溃，脓水不干者。
琥珀 猪牙皂 木香（各一钱） 人中白（ ） 轻粉 雄黄 朱砂 乳香（去油） 没药
（去油） 白芷（各三钱） 当归（二钱） 西牛黄（三分） 槐花（炒，一两） 丁香（春夏一钱五分，秋冬三钱）
上为极细末，酒糊为丸如萝卜子大，初服五丸，五日后服七丸，又五日后服九丸，
又五日后仍服七丸，又五日后只服五丸，周而复始，俱用土茯苓甘草煎汤下，其毒消散如神。
又方
芝麻 槐角子（各一升）
同炒研细，每清晨白汤调服二合，七日即愈。
又方 陈琉璃阴阳瓦焙研极细，土茯苓煎汤调服二钱。
又方
白果肉 红枣肉 肥皂子（各四十九粒）
共捣为丸，每早土茯苓汤送下三钱。
又方 羊粪不拘多少，阴阳瓦焙存性，每服三钱，好酒送下，数服自愈。
又方
红枣肉 核桃肉 轻粉（各三钱）
共研细作丸，分九服。每服三十丸，朱砂为衣，疮上食后服，疮下空心服。七日疮愈，换
用花椒七粒泡汤送下。
梅疮神效丸（《锦囊》）
棉花核（炒） 肥皂核（炒黄） 广胶（麸皮拌，炒）
槐花米（炒） 马料豆（炒） 麻子（炒，各半升）
为末，雄猪胆汁为丸，每服五钱，酒送下，生在上身者加穿山甲土炒，二两。
又方（《锦囊》）
朱砂（二钱） 雄黄（一钱五分） 苦参 荆芥 天麻 麻黄 面粉 牛蒡子 槐角子（各三钱）
上为末，用糖心鸡蛋为丸，桐子大，每服三十丸，用鸡汤或羊肉汤送下，一日一
服，表出毒瓦斯，再不发。忌一月房室。神效。
杨梅疮后肿块方（《锦囊》）
冷饭团（十五两） 防风 薏苡仁 木通 金银花 防己 白鲜皮 木瓜 皂角刺
茯苓（各五钱） 白芥子（四钱） 归身（七钱）
分二十服。每用水煎，空心、午饭后、晚饭前各一服。忌鸡、鱼、生冷、房事及
煎炒、茶酒，十余日立效。虚弱人加人参五钱，其妙不可尽述。
梅疮遍身臭烂 大蛤蟆一只，竹刀腹上割一小孔，将大红枣填满，再加蟾酥
五分，用线扎好，麻油半斤入砂锅内炙至黄色为度，取出研细，瓷瓶收贮。每服三
分，无灰酒调服取汗，五日痊愈。
忍冬汤
金银花（一两） 黑料豆（二两） 土茯苓（四两） 甘草（三钱）
白水煎。每日一剂，酒助药力。
金蝉脱甲酒 梅疮不拘新久轻重，
皆验。并治结毒，筋骨疼痛，诸药不效者更妙。好酒五斤，大蛤蟆一个浸酒内，封
瓶口，煮两柱香取起。待次日随量之大小饮醉为度。冬夏盖被出汗为效；所剩之酒，
次日只服量之一半，酒尽疮愈。服酒后七日不见风，要紧。忌口味、房事，百日除根。
久不收口 陈肥腊肉切薄片粘贴，日三易，先以千里光煎水洗之。
神应散
何首乌 天花粉 荆芥穗 苦参 防风（各一两） 肥皂核（烧存性） 薄荷叶（各五钱）
共为末，分十服。每日用新鲜白土茯苓八两，雄猪肉四两，入前药，一服用水
七碗煮烂去渣，其肉听食，其汤代茶饮之，不过十日痊愈，再无余毒。如善啖肉者，可作大剂与之。
先天一气酒 治杨梅疮筋骨疼痛。铅七斤打成片，剪碎，用上好堆花烧酒十
五斤，将铅片浸酒内，泥封坛口，隔汤文武火煮一昼夜，埋土中，一七退火气，早
晚任服一二杯。待筋骨不痛，然后服八宝丹收功。
蜒蝣槐花丸（沈员峤）。槐花拣净炒，研细，用蜒蝣捣丸，空心酒服三钱。
口上杨梅疮 先将豆腐渣焙热，将布囊盛之。熨嘴，俟作痒时以胆矾涂之即愈。
翠云散
铜绿 胆矾（各五钱） 熟石膏 轻粉（各一两）
共研极细末，瓷瓶收贮，湿疮干掺。干疮公猪胆汁调点，一日点三次，自愈。
又方 杏仁四十九粒，泡去皮、尖，压去油取霜，研极细，入轻粉三钱，冰片
五分，再研匀，猪脊髓调点。若疮一二个既大且硬，可先用白降丹少许拔去毒瓦斯，后用此药收功。
鹅黄散（《正宗》） 梅疮溃烂成片，脓秽多而疼甚者宜之。
石膏（ ） 黄柏（炒） 轻粉（各等分）
研为细末，干掺烂上，即可生疤，再烂再掺，毒尽乃愈，此解毒止痛收干之妙药也。
梅疮点药（《启玄》）
白砒 精猪肉（各一两） 红枣肉（五钱）
共捣如泥，外用黄泥固好， 红取出研细末，用鹅胆调搽如神。
又不疼点药（《启玄》）
真轻粉 杏仁皮 松花粉（各一钱） 冰片（一分）
用鹅胆汁调搽。
梅疮灵药（《启玄》）
水银 皂矾（各一两） 火硝 明矾 青盐（各一两二钱五分）
共研，入阳城罐内，盐泥固济，先文后武，打三炷香，取出冷定听用，点梅疮
神效。一方多雄黄、朱砂各三钱。
白粉霜（点杨梅疮。）
水银（一两） 食盐 明矾 皂矾 火硝（各二两） 雄黄 朱砂（各三钱）
【首用第一煎方】
全当归、穿山甲（切碎，微炒）、甘草节、没药（去油）、柴胡、乳香（去油）、天花粉、川贝母、皂角刺、赤芍（各三钱）；防风、连翘、肉桂（各二钱四分）；金银花、广陈皮（各七钱五分）；白芷（二钱一分）。
以上药物分别称准分量，分为三剂，每日一剂。用黄酒一斤、水一斤，煎煮至剩下一斤为限度。宜用砂罐煎煮，温服以出汗两次为宜。若用水和酒减半，照此法温服取汗，忌口（清淡饮食），不超过三剂即可痊愈。根据病变部位，参照以下方法加味治疗，效果神奇。头部加藁本；面部加升麻、白芷；头顶加升麻、桔梗、羌活；腹部加白芷、柴胡；背部加皂角刺；胸部加瓜蒌；腰部加羌活、独活；胁部及肘部加柴胡、青皮；手臂加肉桂、羌活；耳后加升麻、柴胡、独活、桔梗；四肢加肉桂、金银花；肩膊加肉桂、升麻；脚底加肉桂、牛膝；疮疡已成加肉桂、皂角刺。以上引经药各加一钱。
【煮枣神方】（出自《家秘》）
何首乌（半斤）、天花粉、威灵仙、鳖甲（炙）、金银花、皂角刺、川萆薢、白僵蚕、木通、白芷、麻黄、蝉蜕、当归、苍术、川芎（各二两）；生大黄、生地（各四两）；全蛇蜕（一两）。
以上药物用水一斗，在磁锅内煎煮至五六升，滤去药渣，拣取大黑枣五斤放入药汁中，再煎煮至药汁收干，将枣晒干，随时食用几枚。毒邪逐渐消退，疮口自然收敛，结痂脱落而痊愈。
【消风败毒散】
归尾、川芎、生地、赤芍、黄芩、干葛、升麻（各一钱）；川黄连、防风、黄柏、连翘（各八分）；羌活、金银花、蝉蜕、甘草（各五分）。
水煎二三剂，热服。
初起时必加大黄二钱、芒硝一钱五分。使大便通畅，恶物排净后即停用。
【廿四味风胜饮】（出自《说约》）用于毒邪发出时使用。
防风、荆芥、白芷梢、连翘、苦参、赤芍、黄连、地骨皮、白鲜皮、黄芩、山栀子、归尾、木瓜、金银花、蝉蜕、薏苡仁、黄柏、僵蚕、五加皮、甘草、白蒺藜、皂角刺（各一两）；土茯苓（选白色坚实的，三斤）。
上部疮多者，加倍加入川芎；下部疮多者，加倍加入木通；疮痛者加羌活、独活；体质虚弱者加人参、茯苓，去掉栀子。分为五六十剂，每日水煎两剂服用。忌食牛肉、烧酒、猪肝、猪肠，盐宜炒过后食用，不炒恐怕生癣。此方起死回生，救人甚众。
【羊肉发药】（出自《说约》）。杨梅疮初起，皮肤干燥瘙痒，上部多发者适用。
蝉蜕、川芎、当归（各三钱）；威灵仙（一两）；麻黄（春季用七钱，夏季用五钱，秋季用九钱，冬季用二两二钱）。
先用羊肉一斤、水十碗，煎至七碗，去掉羊肉，将上述药物放入药汁中，煎至三碗，滤去药渣。一天内早、午、晚分三次服完。服药后用羊肉和好酒送服，吃完后盖被取汗，或呕吐或腹泻三四次，随后喝粥调养，体内毒邪日渐解除，体外毒邪自发排出。忌食牛、狗、鹅、鸡肉，以及火酒、茶、醋等物。每天早晨吃仙枣三枚。如果患者不能饮酒，或极度虚弱者，服用胰子汤。
【仙枣方】
大黑枣二十一枚，去核，放入胡粉三分，逐一用线扎紧，放入小砂罐中，略加水煮熟，露天放置一夜，空腹吃三枚，冷茶送下。
【胰子汤】（出自《说约》）。患杨梅疮者身体虚弱气弱，不能发汗或攻下，用此方解毒托毒外出，方能将毒邪送出。
薏苡米、川芎、金银花、牛膝、木通、胡黄连、当归、川黄连、防风（各一钱）；甘草（六分）；白僵蚕（七条，炒，研末）；土茯苓（二斤，用米泔水浸泡一二小时，捣成豆大颗粒，勿接触铁器，用井花水洗净）；肥皂子（七粒，打去黑皮）。
陈酒、河水各二碗，煎至一半，加入上述药物及一个去油的猪胰子，同煎至一碗，空腹服用，以出汗为度。忌口同上，虚弱严重者，加人参。
【猪肉茯苓汤】（出自《说约》）。梅毒在下体先出现，随即遍及全身，筋骨酸痛，大小便涩滞不通。
牛膝、苍耳子、甘草、全当归、蛤粉、金银花、红花、天花粉、皂角刺（各二钱）；蝉蜕（二十一个）；土茯苓（洗净，用木槌打碎）；精猪肉（各四两）；穿山甲（二十一片，土炒，研末）；大黄（大便干结者用一两，正常者用五钱，自利者不用）。
生白酒三碗，煎至一半，空腹服用。吃完猪肉后，大便通畅三四次后，喝粥调养。
【仙遗粮汤】（出自《说约》）
土茯苓（即仙遗粮，洗净，用木槌打碎，二两）；皂角子（五个，切片，微炒）；当归、白鲜皮、川芎、薏苡仁、木通、威灵仙、防风、金银花、木瓜、茅苍术（各一钱）；甘草（五分）；人参（疮久气分虚者加入）。
水二碗，煎至八分，视病位上下，饭前或饭后服用。腿脚之下加牛膝一钱。病浅者一个月可退；病深者一百天可痊愈。此疮欲发时，先发下疳，预先服用此方，能避免发生杨梅疮。此方治疗梅疮初起，筋骨疼痛，数月缠绵不已，并治疗杨梅风毒，误服轻粉导致瘫痪不能行动的良方。饮食禁忌同上。
【解毒天浆饮】
梅疮不论新久，遍身溃烂及筋骨作痛者适用。
土茯苓（二两）；防风、当归身、蝉蜕、防己、白鲜皮、连翘、海风藤、皂角针、金银花、川芎、木瓜、苡仁（各一钱）；天花粉（二钱）；甘草（五分，下部加牛膝一钱）。
水二盅，煎至八分。临服时加入酒一杯，视病位上下服用。
【杨梅结毒】（王明宇方）
天花粉（二钱）；白僵蚕、蝉蜕（去两眼珠、脚尖）、杏仁、肥皂子（独核者）、皂荚子（以上各七个）；金银花（五钱）；土茯苓（取牵连疙瘩，长者名钻筋透骨草，四两，坚实者六两）。

水煎三盅，分三次服用。
【又方】（出自《锦囊》）
土茯苓（四两）；金银花、皂角（各五钱）。
水煎汤，另用大肥皂核烧存性研为末，每次用三分调服。
【梅疮神方】（出自《启玄》）
川黄连、川芎、胡黄连、当归（各一钱）；土茯苓（二两）；猪胰子（一个）。
酒水各盅半，煎成一盅，视疮位上下，分饭前或饭后服用。
【二皂饮】（沈员峤方）
肥皂子（独核者二十粒）；皂角子（三十粒）；苦参、金银花（各一两）。
河水碗半、井水碗半，煎至一碗，露天放置一夜，次日早晨空腹热服，其毒自消。
【又方】
土茯苓（四两）；蝉蜕、皂角刺、肥皂子、僵蚕（各一钱）。
水三碗，煎至一碗，服用一个疗程（七日）除根。
【人参苓汤】
土茯苓（四两）；人参（一分）；土黄芪（三钱，如无可用黄芪代替）。
水十五茶盅，煎汤当茶喝，只吃淡肉，忌咸。
杨梅疮服用此方，永无结毒之患。（出自《济生》）
【胡黄连方】
胡黄连（三钱）；牛膝、川黄连（酒炒，各一钱）。
加新鲜土茯苓一斤，洗净用木槌打碎，水八碗，瓦罐内煎至四碗，入猪胰子一个，再煎至二碗，再将猪胰子一个铲碎入药内，连同胰子一日服尽。
【宝灵丹】
不论梅疮初起或已溃烂，服用此方神效。并治疗结毒、下疳串毒，以及男女内外不可明言之处恶毒等证。
珍珠（豆腐包，煮透，研细）、滴乳香（去油）、广木香、真血珀（另研）、没药（去油）、沉香、冰片（各一钱）；西牛黄（五分）；辰砂（水飞，五钱）；真胎骨（不拘多少，沉香煎水制过）；滴乳石（三钱，用零陵香、紫背天葵、甘草、茅香各三钱，水煎一伏时收取研用）。
以上药物各味另研，按分量配合，再研千余下，瓷瓶收贮。每用丹三分加飞白面二分和研极匀，分作三服。每服用新鲜土茯苓一斤，刮去粗皮，以木槌打碎入砂铫内，加河水十碗，煎至六碗。每用二碗调服上丹一分七厘。如患者中气不足，土茯苓只用十两；大便不通加百草霜五分调服；脓水多加当归、白芷各一钱五分；毒在上部，加川芎、桔梗各三钱；在咽喉加玄参三钱；在腰加杜仲三钱；在胁加柴胡、防风各三钱；在下部加牛膝、苡仁、防己各三钱。俱加入土茯苓汤中煎服。服过如毒瓦斯不行，小便不利，可于土茯苓汤中加利水等味，服之自利，一料除根。
【琥珀牛黄丸】
治杨梅破烂，并一切疽痈久溃，脓水不干者。
琥珀、猪牙皂、木香（各一钱）；人中白（缺字，据语境推测可能为剂量或省略）；轻粉、雄黄、朱砂、乳香（去油）、没药（去油）、白芷（各三钱）；当归（二钱）；西牛黄（三分）；槐花（炒，一两）；丁香（春夏一钱五分，秋冬三钱）。
上为极细末，酒糊为丸如萝卜子大。初服五丸，五日后服七丸，又五日后服九丸，又五日后仍服七丸，又五日后只服五丸，周而复始。俱用土茯苓甘草煎汤送下，其毒消散如神。

芝麻、槐角子（各一升）。
同炒研细，每清晨白开水调服二合，七日即愈。

白果肉、红枣肉、肥皂子（各四十九粒）。
共捣为丸，每早土茯苓汤送下三钱。

羊粪不拘多少，阴阳瓦焙存性，每服三钱，好酒送下，数服自愈。

共研细作丸，分九服。每服三十丸，朱砂为衣，疮上食后服，疮下空心服。七日疮愈，换用花椒七粒泡汤送下。
【梅疮神效丸】（出自《锦囊》）
棉花核（炒）、肥皂核（炒黄）、广胶（麸皮拌，炒）、槐花米（炒）、马料豆（炒）、麻子（炒，各半升）。
为末，雄猪胆汁为丸，每服五钱，酒送下。生在上身者加穿山甲土炒二两。
【又方】（出自《锦囊》）
朱砂（二钱）、雄黄（一钱五分）、苦参、荆芥、天麻、麻黄、面粉、牛蒡子、槐角子（各三钱）。
上为末，用糖心鸡蛋为丸，桐子大，每服三十丸，用鸡汤或羊肉汤送下，一日一服，表出毒瓦斯，再不发。忌一月房室。神效。
【杨梅疮后肿块方】（出自《锦囊》）
冷饭团（十五两）、防风、薏苡仁、木通、金银花、防己、白鲜皮、木瓜、皂角刺、茯苓（各五钱）；白芥子（四钱）；归身（七钱）。
分二十服。每用水煎，空腹、午饭后、晚饭前各一服。忌鸡、鱼、生冷、房事及煎炒、茶酒，十余日立效。虚弱人加人参五钱，其妙不可尽述。
【梅疮遍身臭烂】
大蛤蟆一只，竹刀腹上割一小孔，将大红枣填满，再加蟾酥五分，用线扎好，麻油半斤入砂锅内炙至黄色为度，取出研细，瓷瓶收贮。每服三分，无灰酒调服取汗，五日痊愈。
【忍冬汤】
金银花（一两）、黑料豆（二两）、土茯苓（四两）、甘草（三钱）。
白水煎。每日一剂，酒助药力。
【金蝉脱甲酒】
梅疮不拘新久轻重，皆验。并治结毒，筋骨疼痛，诸药不效者更妙。好酒五斤，大蛤蟆一个浸酒内，封瓶口，煮两柱香时间取起。待次日随量之大小饮醉为度。冬夏盖被出汗为效；所剩之酒，次日只服量之一半，酒尽疮愈。服酒后七日不见风，要紧。忌口味、房事，百日除根。
【久不收口】
陈肥腊肉切薄片粘贴，日三易，先以千里光煎水洗之。
【神应散】
何首乌、天花粉、荆芥穗、苦参、防风（各一两）；肥皂核（烧存性）、薄荷叶（各五钱）。
共为末，分十服。每日用新鲜白土茯苓八两，雄猪肉四两，入前药，一服用水七碗煮烂去渣，其肉听食，其汤代茶饮之，不过十日痊愈，再无余毒。如善啖肉者，可作大剂与之。
【先天一气酒】
治杨梅疮筋骨疼痛。铅七斤打成片，剪碎，用上好堆花烧酒十五斤，将铅片浸酒内，泥封坛口，隔汤文武火煮一昼夜，埋土中，一七退火气，早晚任服一二杯。待筋骨不痛，然后服八宝丹收功。
【蜒蝣槐花丸】（沈员峤方）。槐花拣净炒，研细，用蜒蝣捣丸，空心酒服三钱。
【口上杨梅疮】
先将豆腐渣焙热，将布囊盛之。熨嘴，俟作痒时以胆矾涂之即愈。
【翠云散】
铜绿、胆矾（各五钱）；熟石膏、轻粉（各一两）。
共研极细末，瓷瓶收贮，湿疮干掺。干疮公猪胆汁调点，一日点三次，自愈。
【又方】
杏仁四十九粒，泡去皮、尖，压去油取霜，研极细，入轻粉三钱，冰片五分，再研匀，猪脊髓调点。若疮一二个既大且硬，可先用白降丹少许拔去毒瓦斯，后用此药收功。
【鹅黄散】（出自《正宗》）
梅疮溃烂成片，脓秽多而疼甚者宜之。
石膏（缺字，据语境推测可能为剂量或省略）、黄柏（炒）、轻粉（各等分）。
研为细末，干掺烂上，即可生疤，再烂再掺，毒尽乃愈，此解毒止痛收干之妙药也。

共研，入阳城罐内，盐泥固济，先文后武，打三炷香时间，取出冷定听用，点梅疮神效。一方多雄黄、朱砂各三钱。
[First Decoction Formula]
Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Pangolin Scales (Shanjiia, crushed and lightly stir-fried), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma with nodes (Gancao jie), Myrrha (resin oil removed), Bupleuri Radix (Chaihu), Frankincense (Ruxiang, resin oil removed), Trichosanthis Radix (Tianhuafen), Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus (Chuanbeimu), Gleditsiae Sinensis Spina (Zaojiaoci), Paeoniae Radix Rubra (Chishao) [each 3 qian]; Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng), Forsythiae Fructus (Lianqiao), Cinnamomi Cortex (Rougui) [each 2.4 qian]; Lonicerae Japonicae Flos (Jinyinhua), Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (Guangchenpi) [each 7.5 qian]; Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi) [2.1 qian].
Weigh each ingredient accurately, divide into three doses, one dose per day. Use one jin of yellow wine and one jin of water, decoct until one jin remains. It is advisable to use a clay pot for decoction. Take warm to induce sweating twice. If using half the amount of water and wine, take warm to induce sweating as above. Observe dietary restrictions (avoid strong flavors). Recovery will occur within no more than three doses. Based on the affected body part, add ingredients according to the following methods for miraculous effects. For the head, add Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Gaoben); for the face, add Cimicifugae Rhizoma (Shengma) and Baizhi; for the vertex, add Shengma, Platycodonis Radix (Jiegeng), and Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Qianghuo); for the abdomen, add Baizhi and Chaihu; for the back, add Zaojiaoci; for the chest, add Trichosanthis Fructus (Gualou); for the waist, add Qianghuo and Angelicae Pubescentis Radix (Duohuo); for the hypochondrium and elbows, add Chaihu and Tangerine Peel (Qingpi); for the arms, add Rougui and Qianghuo; behind the ears, add Shengma, Chaihu, Duohuo, and Jiegeng; for the limbs, add Rougui and Jinyinhua; for the shoulders, add Rougui and Shengma; for the soles of the feet, add Rougui and Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix (Niuxi); when ulcers are formed, add Rougui and Zaojiaoci. Add one qian of each of the above meridian-guiding herbs.
[Boiled Date Divine Formula] (From *Jiami*)
Polygoni Multiflori Preparata Radix (Heshouwu) [0.5 jin], Tianhuafen, Syringae Ramulus et Folium (Weilingxian), Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum (Biejia, roasted), Jinyinhua, Zaojiaoci, Dioscoreae Hypoglaucae Rhizoma (Chuanbi), Bombyx Batryticatus (Baijiangcan), Akebiae Caulis (Mutong), Baizhi, Ephedrae Herba (Mahuang), Bombyx Mori Pupa (Chantui), Danggui, Atractylodis Rhizoma (Cangzhu), Chuanxiong [each 2 liang]; Rheae Radix et Rhizoma (Shengdahuang), Rehmanniae Radix (Shengdi) [each 4 liang]; Ophichthidis Corneum Quan (Quanshetui) [1 liang].
Decoct the above herbs in one dou of water in a porcelain pot until reduced to five or six sheng. Strain and clear the residue. Add five jin of large black dates to the liquid. Decoct again until the liquid is dry. Sun-dry the dates. Eat several pieces occasionally. The toxin will gradually dissipate, the sore will close, scabs will fall off, and recovery will ensue.
[Xiaofeng Baidu San]
Apii Centifolii Radix (Guiwei), Chuanxiong, Shengdi, Chishao, Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin), Puerariae Radix (Gange), Shengma [each 1 qian]; Coptidis Rhizoma (Chuanlianhuan), Fangfeng, Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex (Huangbai), Lianqiao [each 8 fen]; Qianghuo, Jinyinhua, Chantui, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) [each 5 fen].
Decoct in water, take two to three doses hot.
At the onset, definitely add Dahuang 2 qian and Mangxiao 1.5 qian. Use until bowels are unblocked and foul matter is expelled completely, then discontinue.
[Twenty-Four Herb Wind-Overcoming Drink] (From *Shuoyue*) Used when toxins erupt.
Fangfeng, Schizonepetae Herba (Jingjie), Baizhi tip, Lianqiao, Sophorae Flavescentis Radix (Kushen), Chishao, Huanglian, Lycii Cortex (Digupi), Dictamni Cortex (Baixianpi), Huangqin, Gardeniae Fructus (Shanzhizi), Guiwei, Chaenomelis Fructus (Mugua), Jinyinhua, Chantui, Coicis Semen (Yiyiren), Huangbai, Jiangcan, Acanthopanacis Senticosi Cortex (Wujiaopi), Gancao, Tribuli Fructus (Bajili), Zaojiaoci [each 1 liang]; Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma (Tufuling) [select white and solid ones, 3 jin].
For more sores on the upper body, double the amount of Chuanxiong; for more sores on the lower body, double the amount of Mutong; for painful sores, add Qianghuo and Duohuo; for weak constitution, add Ren Shen and Fuling, remove Shanzhizi. Divide into 50-60 doses. Decoct two doses daily in water. Avoid beef, distilled spirits, pork liver, and pork intestines. Salt should be fried before consumption; unfried salt may cause tinea. This formula can revive the dying and has saved many lives.
[Mutton Emission Medicine] (From *Shuoyue*). For early-stage Yangmei chancroid with dry, itchy skin, predominantly on the upper body.
Chantui, Chuanxiong, Danggui [each 3 qian]; Weilingxian [1 liang]; Mahuang (Spring: 7 qian; Summer: 5 qian; Autumn: 9 qian; Winter: 2.2 liang).
First, decoct one jin of mutton in ten bowls of water until seven bowls remain. Remove the mutton. Add the aforementioned herbs to the broth. Decoct until three bowls remain. Strain. Divide into three doses (morning, noon, evening) and consume within one day. Follow with mutton and good wine. Cover with blankets to induce sweating, or vomiting/diarrhea of three to four times. Then replenish with congee. Internal toxins resolve daily, external toxins emit spontaneously. Avoid beef, dog, goose, chicken, strong liquor, tea, vinegar, etc. Eat three "Immortal Dates" every morning. If the patient cannot drink alcohol or is extremely weak, use Pancreas Soup.
[Immortal Date Formula]
Remove pits from twenty-one large black dates. Place three fen of lead carbonate (Hufen) inside each date. Tie tightly with thread. Place in a small clay pot with a little water. Cook until soft. Leave exposed overnight. Eat three dates on an empty stomach, washed down with cold tea.
[Pancreas Soup] (From *Shuoyue*). For patients with Yangmei chancroid who are weak and qi-deficient, unable to undergo sweating or purging therapies. This formula resolves toxins and expels them outward.
Yiyiren, Chuanxiong, Jinyinhua, Niuxi, Mutong, Picrorhizae Rhizoma (Huhuanglian), Danggui, Chuanlianhuan, Fangfeng [each 1 qian]; Gancao [6 fen]; Baijiangcan (roasted, powdered) [7 strips]; Tufuling (soaked in rice wash water for 1-2 hours, pounded to bean size, avoid iron, washed with well water) [2 jin]; Soap nut seeds (remove black skin) [7 seeds].
Decoct two bowls of aged wine and two bowls of river water until half remains. Add the above herbs and one degreased pig pancreas. Simmer until one bowl remains. Take on an empty stomach to induce sweating. Dietary restrictions as above. For severe weakness, add Ren Shen.
[Pork and Tufuling Soup] (From *Shuoyue*). For syphilis starting in the lower body and spreading to the whole body, causing bone and joint pain, and difficult urination/defecation.
Niuxi, Xanthii Fructus (Cangerzi), Gancao, Danggui, Arsenici Trioxidum powder (Ge Fen - likely Galena or similar mineral powder contextually, but literally蛤粉 is Clam Shell Powder), Jinyinhua, Carthami Flos (Honghua), Tianhuafen, Zaojiaoci [each 2 qian]; Chantui [21 pieces]; Tufuling (washed, smashed with wooden pestle); Lean pork [each 4 liang]; Shanjiia (earth-fried, powdered) [21 slices]; Dahuang (use 1 liang if constipated, 5 qian if normal, none if loose stools).
Decoct three bowls of raw white wine until half remains. Take on an empty stomach. After eating the pork, wait for three to four bowel movements, then replenish with congee.
[Immortal Grain Soup] (From *Shuoyue*)
Tufuling (washed, smashed with wooden pestle, 2 liang); Gleditsia sinensis seed (sliced, lightly fried) [5 pieces]; Danggui, Baixianpi, Chuanxiong, Yiyiren, Mutong, Weilingxian, Fangfeng, Jinyinhua, Mugua, Cangzhu [each 1 qian]; Gancao [5 fen]; Ren Shen (add if chronic condition causes qi deficiency).
Decoct two bowls of water until eight fen remains. Take before or after meals depending on the location of the disease. Add Niuxi 1 qian for leg/foot issues. Superficial disease resolves in one month; deep disease resolves in one hundred days. This sore often starts with chancre; taking this formula preemptively prevents the eruption of Yangmei chancroid. It treats early-stage syphilis with persistent bone/joint pain, and paralysis caused by mistaken ingestion of calomel. Dietary restrictions as above.
[Jiedu Tianyang Yin]
For Yangmei chancroid regardless of new or old, with widespread ulceration and bone/joint pain.
Tufuling [2 liang]; Fangfeng, Danggui shen, Chantui, Paoniae Radix (Fangji), Baixianpi, Lianqiao, Sinomenii Caulis (Haifengteng), Zaojiaozhen, Jinyinhua, Chuanxiong, Mugua, Yiren [each 1 qian]; Tianhuafen [2 qian]; Gancao [5 fen, add Niuxi 1 qian for lower body].
Decoct two zhong of water until eight fen remains. Add one cup of wine before taking. Take based on the location of the disease.
[Yangmei Knot Toxin] (Wang Mingyu's Formula)
Tianhuafen [2 qian]; Baijiangcan, Chantui (remove eyes and toe tips), Apricot Seed (Xingren), Soap nut seed (single kernel), Gleditsia sinensis seed [each 7 pieces]; Jinyinhua [5 qian]; Tufuling (select those connected to lumps, long ones named Zuanjin Tougu Cao, 4 liang; solid ones 6 liang).
Avoid iron vessels. Decoct six bowls of well water until three bowls remain. Take freely. Avoid vinegar, salt, and sexual intercourse. If single-kernel soap nuts are unavailable, use seven regular soap nuts. Discard those with black/yellow oily interiors; only use green grass-colored ones. If Gleditsia seeds are worm-eaten, use ten. If chancre appears with whole-body bone/joint pain, take this immediately to prevent Yangmei chancroid. This formula, passed down secretly, has saved millions and acts swiftly. While taking this medicine, eat plain boiled meat daily to prevent heart palpitations.
[Experienced Yangmei Chancroid Formula] (From *Jinnang*)
Mahuang, Shanjiia, Baizhi, Weilingxian, Chantui [each 2 qian]; Sheng Huangqi [1 qian].
Decoct one jin of raw mutton in five bowls of water until three bowls remain. Remove the mutton. Add the herbs to the soup. Decoct until two bowls remain. Take hot, cover with blankets, and sweat.
[Yangmei Chancroid and Wind Formula] (From *Jinnang*)
Tufuling [4 liang]; Chuan Danggui, Jinyinhua, Niuxi [each 2 qian]; Zaojiaozhen, Gancao, Fangfeng, Qianghuo, Chuanxiong [each 1 qian]; Shudi [3 qian].
Decoct in water to make three zhong. Take in three divided doses.
[Another Formula] (From *Jinnang*)
Tufuling [4 liang]; Jinyinhua, Zaojiao [each 5 qian].
Decoct in water. Separately, roast large soap nut shells until carbonized, powder them. Mix three fen with the decoction and take.
[Yangmei Chancroid Divine Formula] (From *Qixuan*)
Chuanlianhuan, Chuanxiong, Huhuanglian, Danggui [each 1 qian]; Tufuling [2 liang]; Pig pancreas [1 piece].
Decoct in one and a half zhong each of wine and water until one zhong remains. Take before or after meals based on the location of the sores.
[Erzhao Yin] (Shen Yuanqiao's Formula)
Soap nut seeds (single kernels) [20]; Gleditsia sinensis seeds [30]; Kushen, Jinyinhua [each 1 liang].
Decoct half a bowl of river water and half a bowl of well water until one bowl remains. Leave exposed overnight. Take hot on an empty stomach the next morning. Toxins will dissipate naturally.
[Another Formula]
Tufuling [4 liang]; Chantui, Zaojiaoci, Soap nut seeds, Jiangcan [each 1 qian].
Decoct three bowls of water until one bowl remains. Take for one course (seven days) to eradicate the root.
[Renshen Ling Tang]
Tufuling [4 liang]; Ren Shen [1 fen]; Tu Huangqi [3 qian, substitute with Huangqi if unavailable].
Decoct in fifteen tea cups of water. Drink as tea. Eat only bland meat. Avoid salt.
Taking this for Yangmei chancroid prevents knot toxins forever. (From *Jisheng*)
[Huhuanglian Formula]
Huhuanglian [3 qian]; Niuxi, Chuanlianhuan (wine-fried) [each 1 qian].
Add one jin of fresh Tufuling (washed and smashed). Decoct in eight bowls of water in a clay pot until four bowls remain. Add one pig pancreas. Decoct until two bowls remain. Chop another pig pancreas finely and add to the medicine. Consume the entire mixture with the pancreas in one day.
[Baoling Dan]
Effective for early or ulcerated Yangmei chancroid. Also treats knot toxins, chancre, and hidden toxic conditions in men and women.
Pearl (boiled in tofu, powdered), Dihxiang (degreased), Guangmuxiang, Zhen Xuupo (separately powdered), Moyao (degreased), Chenxiang, Bingpian [each 1 qian]; Xi Niuhuang [5 fen]; Chensha (water-powdered) [5 qian]; Zhen Taigu (any amount, processed with Chenxiang water); Dihushi [3 qian, prepared with Lingxiang, Zi Bei Tiankui, Gancao, Maoxiang decocted for one fush period, then powdered].
Powder each ingredient separately. Mix according to dosage. Grind over a thousand times. Store in a porcelain bottle. Take three fen of the pill mixed with two fen of sifted white flour. Divide into three doses. For each dose, decoct one jin of fresh Tufuling (scraped and smashed) in ten bowls of river water until six bowls remain. Take two bowls to mix with one qian seven li of the pill. If middle qi is deficient, use only ten liang of Tufuling. If constipated, add Baicaoshuang 5 fen. If excessive pus, add Danggui and Baizhi 1.5 qian each. If toxin is upper body, add Chuanxiong and Jiegeng 3 qian each. In throat, add Xuanshen 3 qian. In waist, add Duzhong 3 qian. In hypochondrium, add Chaihu and Fangfeng 3 qian each. In lower body, add Niuxi, Yiren, and Fangji 3 qian each. All added to the Tufuling decoction. If gas/toxin does not move and urination is difficult, add diuretics to the Tufuling decoction. One course eradicates the root.
[Hupo Niuhuang Wan]
Treats broken Yangmei chancroid and all chronic ulcers/abscesses with non-healing pus.
Hupo, Zhuyazao, Muxiang [each 1 qian]; Renzhongbai; Qingfen, Xionghuang, Zhusha, Ruxiang (degreased), Moyao (degreased), Baizhi [each 3 qian]; Danggui [2 qian]; Xi Niuhuang [3 fen]; Huaihua (fried) [1 liang]; Dingxiang (Spring/Summer 1.5 qian, Autumn/Winter 3 qian).
Grind to fine powder. Make pills with wine paste, size of radish seeds. Start with 5 pills. After 5 days, 7 pills. After another 5 days, 9 pills. Then back to 7, then 5. Cycle continuously. Take with Tufuling and Gancao decoction. Toxins dissipate miraculously.
[Another Formula]
Sesame, Huaijiaozizi [each 1 sheng].
Stir-fry together, grind fine. Take two he of the powder with warm water every morning. Cure in seven days.
[Another Formula]
Grind old glazed tile (Yinyang Wa) roasted on yin/yang kiln to fine powder. Take two qian mixed with Tufuling decoction.
[Another Formula]
White ginkgo nut flesh, red date flesh, soap nut seeds [each 49 pieces].
Pound into pills. Take three qian every morning with Tufuling decoction.
[Another Formula]
Sheep dung (any amount), roasted on yin/yang kiln until charred. Take three qian with good wine. Self-cures after a few doses.
[Another Formula]
Red date flesh, walnut meat, Qingfen [each 3 qian].
Grind fine, make pills. Divide into nine doses. Each dose thirty pills, coated with Zhusha. Take after meals for upper sores, on empty stomach for lower sores. Sores heal in seven days. Switch to soaking seven Sichuan peppercorns in water to take.
[Meichuang Shenxiao Wan] (From *Jinnang*)
Cottonseed (fried), soap nut shell (fried yellow), Guangjiao (stir-fried with bran), Huaihuami (fried), Maliaodou (fried), Maziren (fried) [each half sheng].
Make powder. Form pills with male pig bile. Take five qian with wine. If sores are on the upper body, add earth-fried Shanjiia 2 liang.
[Another Formula] (From *Jinnang*)
Zhusha [2 qian], Xionghuang [1.5 qian], Kushen, Jingjie, Tianma, Mahuang, Mianfen, Niubangzi, Huaijiaozizi [each 3 qian].
Make powder. Form pills with sugar-center egg. Size of sesame seeds. Take thirty pills with chicken or mutton soup once daily. Expels toxins, prevents recurrence. Avoid sex for one month. Miraculous.
[Yangmei Chancroid Post-Knot Formula] (From *Jinnang*)
Cold rice ball [15 liang], Fangfeng, Yiyiren, Mutong, Jinyinhua, Fangji, Baixianpi, Mugua, Zaojiaoci, Fuling [each 5 qian]; Baijiezi [4 qian]; Guishen [7 qian].
Divide into twenty doses. Decoct in water. Take on empty stomach, after lunch, and before dinner. Avoid chicken, fish, raw/cold foods, sex, fried foods, tea, and alcohol. Effect seen in ten days. For weak patients, add Ren Shen 5 qian. Effects are beyond description.
[Whole Body Putrid Ulcer]
One large toad. Cut a small hole in the belly with a bamboo knife. Fill with large red dates. Add five fen of Chan Su. Tie tightly. Roast in half a jin of sesame oil in a clay pot until yellow. Grind fine. Store in porcelain. Take three fen mixed with clean wine to induce sweating. Cures in five days.
[Ren Dong Tang]
Jinyinhua [1 liang], Heiliaodou [2 liang], Tufuling [4 liang], Gancao [3 qian].
Decoct in plain water. One dose daily. Wine enhances efficacy.
[Jinchan Tuo Jia Jiu**]**
Effective for Yangmei chancroid regardless of age/severity. Also treats knot toxins and bone/joint pain resistant to other medicines. Soak one large toad in five jin of good wine. Seal and boil for two incense sticks' time. Next day, drink enough to get drunk. In winter/summer, cover with blankets to sweat. Remaining wine: take half the amount the next day. Cure when wine is finished. Avoid wind for seven days after drinking. Strictly avoid strong flavors and sex. Eradicates root in one hundred days.
[Non-healing Sores]
Apply thin slices of aged fatty cured meat. Change three times daily. First wash with Qianliguang decoction.
[Shenyingsan]
Heshouwu, Tianhuafen, Jingjie Sui, Kushen, Fangfeng [each 1 liang]; Soap nut shell (charred), Bohe Ye [each 5 qian].
Powder. Divide into ten doses. Daily, decoct eight liang fresh white Tufuling and four liang male pork with one dose of powder in seven bowls of water until soft. Strain. Eat the meat. Drink the soup as tea. Cures in ten days without residual toxin. For meat-lovers, increase dosage.
[Xiantian Yiqi Jiu**]**
Treats Yangmei chancroid bone/joint pain. Seven jin of lead sheets, cut up. Soak in fifteen jin of high-quality Sha jiu. Seal jar with mud. Boil in water bath for one day and night. Bury in earth for seven days to remove fire energy. Take one or two cups morning and evening. Once pain stops, take Babao Dan to complete treatment.
[Yanyou Huaihua Wan**]** (Shen Yuanqiao). Clean and fry Huaihua, grind fine. Pound Yan You (mayfly) to form pills. Take three qian with wine on empty stomach.
[Oral Yangmei Chancroid]
Roast tofu dregs hot. Put in cloth bag. Apply to mouth. When itching occurs, apply Danfan. Cures immediately.
[Cuiyun San**]**
Tonglv, Danfan [each 5 qian]; Shuguashi, Qingfen [each 1 liang].
Grind fine. Store in porcelain. Dry sprinkle on wet sores. For dry sores, mix with male pig bile and apply three times daily. Self-cures.
[Another Formula]
Forty-nine Almond seeds. Peel, remove tips, press out oil to get powder. Add Qingfen 3 qian, Bingpian 5 fen. Grind uniformly. Mix with pig spinal cord for application. If one or two sores are large and hard, first apply slight amount of Baijiangdan to draw out toxin, then use this formula to finish healing.
[Ehuang San**]** (From *Zhengzong**)
For extensive ulcerated Yangmei chancroid with much pus and severe pain.
Shigao (missing character, likely quantity), Huangbai (fried), Qingfen [equal parts].
Grind fine. Dry sprinkle on ulcers. Scabs form. Reapply as needed. Cures when toxin is exhausted. Excellent for resolving toxins, stopping pain, and drying.
[Yangmei Pointing Medicine**]** (From *Qixuan**)
Bai Pi, Jing Zhu Rou [each 1 liang]; Hong Zao Rou [5 qian].
Pound to paste. Seal with yellow mud. Roast until red. Grind fine. Mix with goose bile for application. Miraculous.
[Non-painful Pointing Medicine**]** (From *Qixuan**)
Zhen Qingfen, Xingren Pi, Songhua Fen [each 1 qian]; Bingpian [1 fen].
Mix with goose bile for application.
[Yangmei Ling Yao**]** (From *Qixuan**)
Shuiyin, Zaofan [each 1 liang]; Huoxiao, Mingfan, Qingyan [each 1.25 liang].
Grind together. Place in Yangcheng jar. Seal with salt mud. Fire slowly then strongly for three incense sticks. Cool. Use for pointing Yangmei. Another version adds Xionghuang and Zhusha 3 qian each.
[Baifen Shuang**]** (For pointing Yangmei chancroid)
Shuiyin [1 liang]; Shipan, Mingfan, Zaofan, Huoxiao [each 2 liang]; Xionghuang, Zhusha [each 3 qian].
