斤，银器内煎数十沸，倾出候冷，入无灰酒两盅，约五大盅，重汤稍热，通口急服，
一日饮尽为妙。如患数日者，亦宜急服之。（此法传之于吴安世云∶吾家三世用之，无不奇验。又闻
猎者云∶凡误中药箭，急饮麻油，则药毒不行，后果于西山，亲观人被虎箭穿股者，号叫不忍闻，急以麻油灌
之，良久遂定。又闻郑学谕德甫云∶矩尊人曾用之有验）
如意酒（潘佩候） 一切痈疽疮毒服之，解毒消肿止痛。
新鲜大如意草（《纲目》名夜叉头草，又名犁尖
草。）每用一两捣烂，滚酒冲入，少顷挤汁温服，渣敷肿上缚住，三服愈。
如无新鲜者，取叶阴干，为末。为丸服亦可。
痈疽未成即消，已成即溃，已溃即敛。（凌秘）
蛇蜕（不拘多少，用阴阳瓦 存性）
研细，每早晚俱用米糕蘸食。
保安万灵丹（《正宗》） 痈疽疔毒，对口发背，发颐，风湿风温，湿痰流注，附骨
阴疽，鹤膝风证，左瘫右痪，口眼 斜，半身不遂，气血凝滞，遍身走痛，步履艰辛，
偏坠疝气，偏正头风头痛，破伤风，牙关紧闭，截解风寒，无不应验。
茅苍术（半斤） 全蝎 何首乌 川乌（泡去皮尖） 荆芥穗 草乌（泡去皮尖） 炙甘草
川芎 钗石斛 羌活 明天麻 麻黄 北细辛 防风 全当归（各一两） 明雄（六钱）
上为细末，炼蜜丸弹子大，每药一两，分作四丸，一两作九丸，一两作六丸，三
样做下，以备年岁老壮，病势缓急取用，预用朱砂六钱，乳细为衣，瓷罐收贮。如恶
疮初起二三日之间，或痈疽已成至十朝前后，但未出脓者，状若伤寒，头痛烦渴，拘
急恶寒，肢体疼痛，恶心呕吐，四肢沉重，恍惚闷乱，坐卧不宁，皮肤壮热，又治伤
寒，四时感冒，传变瘟疫，但恶寒身热，表证未尽者，俱宜用之。用连须葱白九根煎
汤一茶盅，将药一丸，乘热化开，通口服尽，被盖出汗为效。如服后汗迟，再用葱
白汤催之，后必汗如淋洗，渐渐褪下覆盖衣物，其汗自收自敛，患者自然爽快，其
病如失。但病未成时，随即消去，已成者，随即高肿。如溃脓诸疾，无表证相兼，不
必发散者，只用热酒化服。此方原载内科诸风瘫痪门中。
陈实功先生用以发散疮毒，其功甚捷，详观此方，乃治肿疡之神丹也。
澄按∶此方固乃发散肿疡之神丹，然药性猛烈，只宜于强壮藜藿之人。凡无憎
寒壮热，及平日表虚气弱，素多痰火，并有孕妇人，临经女子，均宜禁服。
太乙紫金丹（即紫金锭，又名玉枢丹。）解诸毒，疗疮肿，利关窃，通治百病，立建奇
功，真能起死回生。凡居家出入，兴大兵，动大工，不可无之。
山慈姑（洗净，二两） 五倍子（捶碎洗净） 千金子（去壳去油净，各一两） 飞朱砂 明雄 当
门子（各三钱） 红芽大戟（去芦根焙，一两五钱）
以上药于净室中各为细末，候端午七夕，或天德月德日合，以糯米浓粥汤和匀，
杵千下。凡合药，切忌妇人鸡犬见。每锭一钱，每服一锭或半锭，开水磨服。病在
上者必吐，在下者必利，吐利后以温粥补之。
一、治饮食药毒、菌毒、河豚毒，自死牛、马、猪、羊等毒肉，误食必胀闷昏
卧，急用水磨一锭灌之，或吐或泻，立苏。
一、治痈疽发背、对口疔疮、天蛇毒、杨梅疮，每用无灰清酒磨服，外用水磨涂
疮上，日夜数次，觉痒自消。
一、治喉痹喉风、喉疔乳蛾等证，并用薄荷汤磨服，一锭即见消散。
一、治绞肠痧、乌痧胀，通腹搅痛非常，用清水磨服一锭。
一、治妇人邪气鬼胎，用石菖蒲煎汤，磨服一锭即消。
一、治自缢溺水，魇梦鬼魅迷人，但心头微温者，俱用姜汁磨服，立苏。
一、治恶蛇疯犬毒蝎，溪涧诸恶虫伤人，随即发肿，攻刺走痛，或闷绝喊叫，命
在须臾，即用清酒磨下一锭，仍取他人口涎磨敷伤处，再服葱汤一大碗，被盖出汗，其人必活。
一、治天行时疫，延门传染，用米汤磨浓涂鼻孔中，仍以白汤磨服少许，即不传染。
一、治传尸痨瘵，诸药不效者，每用一锭，清水磨服，三日即下恶物。有女子
患痨瘵，方士教服此锭，片时吐下小虫十
余条，后服药合丸，其病顿愈。以此相传，活人不记其数，此真济世卫生之宝药也。
万病解毒丸（《锦囊》）痈疽发背，鱼脐毒疮，药毒草毒，蛇毒兽毒，诸恶疮病，解毒收功。
续随子（取仁，去油取霜） 五倍子 全蝎（各五钱） 山豆根 山慈姑（各一两） 朱砂 雄黄
（各二钱） 麝香（一钱） 红芽大戟（七钱）
先将五倍子、全蝎、山豆根、山慈姑、大戟，入木臼捣成细末，次研续随子、雄
黄、朱砂、麝香，和匀，用糯米糊丸，分作三十五丸。端午、七夕、重阳、腊日净
室修合，每服一丸，生姜蜜水磨下，并水浸研敷患之处。
飞龙夺命丹（《正宗》）治恶疽发背，不痛或麻木，或呕吐昏愦。
蜗牛（二十个，另研） 蟾酥 乳香（去油） 铜绿 轻粉 胆矾 没药（去油） 血竭 朱砂
（各一钱） 明矾 雄黄（各一钱） 冰片 麝香（各三分）
研细。将研烂蜗牛和丸如绿豆大，如丸不就，入些酒糊丸，每服七丸，或九丸，
或十一丸，用葱白三五寸，病患自嚼吐于男左女右掌中，包药在内，用暖酒和葱送
下，如人行五里，汗出为度，无汗再用葱研烂裹药服之。此外科之圣药也。
蟾酥丸 诸恶疮服之，微汗即消。
雄黄 乳香（去油，各一钱） 蟾酥（一分）
用黄酒打面糊丸绿豆大，每服三丸，用葱白汤下，不愈再一服。
忍冬圆（《集验》）疗渴疾，即愈之后，须防发痈疽，此圆大能止渴消毒，并治五
痔瘿瘤等证。
金银花（根茎花叶俱可用，不拘多少）
入瓶内，以无灰好酒浸，用糠火煨一宿，取出晒干入甘草少许，研为细末，以
所浸酒打面糊丸如桐子大，每服五十丸至百丸，不拘时，酒送下。
十宝丹（《济生》）
海蚌（二十一个） 朱砂 轻粉 寒水石（ ）
雄黄 铜绿（各二钱） 血竭 蟾酥 胆矾（各一钱） 麝香（五分）
研极细，酒丸桐子大，朱砂为衣，大人服七丸，小儿三丸，先嚼葱白头三根，吐
男左女右手心包药吞之，黄酒送下，尽醉，被盖出汗。外用万灵丹点之，内服此丸，诸
毒无不内消，此外科之至宝也。救诸苦难，尤为便捷，有志者宜共珍之。
百效丸（金茂存）治一切大毒恶疮，无论已溃未溃。
草乌头（酒浸半日，刮去皮，切片炒） 马前子（切薄片炒黄色，筛去毛，净） 全当归（切片，酒拌，
晒干，炒） 麻黄（去节，不见火，晒脆） 直僵蚕（酒洗、炒，去丝） 穿山甲（炒，去沙，各一两）
大甘草（不见火，晒干，研，五钱）
上研细，葱汁熬汤，水法为丸如芥子大，晒干，瓷瓶密贮。高年者五六分，中
年者七八分，少年者三分，孕妇忌服。凡服俱用葱汁白汤送下，务须避风取汗，如
出汗后，必须次日辰巳时方可起床见风，如不遵戒守，汗出见风，则手足坚硬。凡犯
此者，即用甘草末，酒调服即解。
神仙一醉忍冬汤
银花藤 蒲公英（各一两） 没药（去油） 乳香（去油） 雄黄（各二钱）
上药用酒一瓶，封固煮千余沸，再加白蜜四两，生葱七根，再煮数沸去葱，尽
量饮醉，以大蒜压之，取汗即愈。
五香追毒丸 治一切无名肿毒，初起有余之证，疔疮去毒定痛，内消妙法。
乳香（去油） 血竭 巴豆霜 老君须 母丁香 连翘 没药（去油） 沉香 广木香
苦丁香（各一钱二分）
上为末，炼蜜为丸如芡实大，朱砂为衣，每服一丸或二丸，空心食前酒送下，行二三次后，用冷粥补之。
小蟾酥丸 治一切疔疮、肿毒、时毒，初起发汗。
蟾酥（一分） 明雄（三分） 蜈蚣（一条）
研细，酒糊丸桐子大，每服五丸，葱酒送下，热处发汗散之。
发背肿毒。 雄黄、牛蹄壳洗净，火 存性，研细末，酒调服五钱，次日服四
钱，酒调下。重者三服全愈，轻者或三四钱神效。
九流疽阴毒仙方
蜘蛛（一个，用银罐化存性） 川贝母（五钱，去心）
共乳细末，分作二三服，甜酒调服，少刻周身作战，次日根据前，再服一次，其疽
毒尽消，人若虚弱，其药分三日服，恐担不起。
初起发背无名肿毒疔疮。
桃芽（三月采，阴干） 桑芽（三月采，阴干，各二钱） 铁锈 雄黄 蟾酥（酒浸化，各一钱）
研细，捣丸如红豆大。每用一丸，入五寸长葱头内，湿纸包煨香，细嚼，热酒送下，出汗自消。
舌化丹 治疔疮、无名肿毒。
辰砂 血竭 硼砂 乳香（去油） 没药（去油） 雄黄 蟾酥（人乳浸化） 轻粉 冰片
麝香（各等分）
共乳细末，于净室中至诚修合，勿令妇人、鸡、犬见，用头生乳捣和丸如小麦
大，每用三丸，含舌下噙化，咽下，出汗自消，如无汗以热酒催之。
冷水金丹 肿毒恶疮，兼治痰痞老痰，翻胃噎食，伤寒发汗。
海浮石 飞罗面（各三两） 乳香（去油） 没药（去油） 牛蒡子（各一两） 冰片 麝香（各一钱）
用蟾酥三钱七分五厘，酒浸化为丸绿豆大，以飞过辰砂五钱为衣。轻者冷水送
下一丸，重者三丸，牙痛只用一丸。忌鸡、鱼、小米一日，戒怒郁忧闷，气恼费心力。
神化丹（一名醉消散）痈疽疔毒，一切无名肿毒，初起服之立消，双解表里，疏通
经络，以毒攻毒，削坚导滞如神。
黑丑（头末） 母丁香 槟榔 何首乌 荆芥 荆三棱（醋炒） 熟地 蓬莪术（醋炒）
巴豆 五灵脂 大黄 白豆蔻（去壳） 桂枝 穿山甲 当归 赤芍药 川乌 小茴香

蜈蚣（一条）
各乳细末，称准和匀，水法为丸如萝卜子大，朱砂为衣。每服三分，热酒吞下，
尽醉为度，被盖出汗。孕妇忌服，体虚禁用。
梅花点舌丹（临济超真大和尚）
白梅花（阴干，一钱二分） 冰片 犀牛黄 蟾酥 熊胆（各一钱） 珍珠 麝香（各六分） 朱
砂硼砂 葶苈 乳香（去油） 没药（去油） 沉香 血竭 雄黄（各二钱）
上乳细，将入乳浸蟾酥、熊胆为丸，每重三四厘，水飞金箔为衣，晒二日瓷瓶收
贮。修合时预为斋戒三日，忌鸡、犬、妇人见闻。
此丹专治对口痈疽、发背疔疮、瘰 乳疖、一切无名肿毒，每用一丸，含于舌
底，随舌运动，不可停止，舌下化去一半时，用白酒尽量饮醉出汗。如重者，先用
酒送下二丸，再噙化一丸。如七岁小儿，用酒化服一丸。患处不用敷药膏药，自能生
肌长肉，收口全愈。孕妇忌服。
一方减硼砂、珍珠、葶苈、血竭、熊胆，加轻粉、蜗牛、胆矾、铜绿。
秘授万灵一粒九转还丹（临济超字辈宝聚和尚）治一切危急等证。
真鸦片（三两，冬研夏炖。看鸦片真伪法∶真者成块，视之如鸦毛片之色，研开加黄泥，嗅之如青草味而
带香，嚼之如黄连苦，此为真者。伪者，亦成块，绿色或黑色，研开亦黑色并不香，虽贱无用） 犀牛黄
真麝香（各一钱二分，去毛） 百草霜（九钱）
上为细末研匀，然后将白米饭二两四钱，研如糊，再下前四味，再研匀为丸，每
丸重三厘，丸完用朱砂为衣，衣完入大封筒内封固，放在翻转脚炉盖内，将包扎好
草纸盖好，微微炭火烘三柱香，每炷香摇动炉盖三次，三三见九，名曰九转还丹，香
完移过炉盖，待冷拆封，入瓷瓶内听用。凡用此丹，大人每服一丸，小儿八九岁一丸
作二次服。四、五、六、七岁一丸作三次服。三岁未周一丸作四次服。无论大人小
儿，倘误多服，以浓茶饮之即解。孕妇忌服。修合时，务必三日前斋戒，忌妇女、鸡、犬见之。
汤引开后∶
一、伤寒头痛发热，生姜、葱白汤下。
一、赤带，滑石、甘草汤下。
一、伤风无汗恶寒，麻黄、桂枝汤下。
一、阴证身冷自汗，干姜、肉桂汤下。
一、中风口眼歪斜，天麻、胆星汤下。
一、小儿急慢惊风，薄荷汤下。
一、产后瘀血作痛，桃仁、红花、山楂汤下。
一、妇女经水不调，香附、艾叶汤下。
一、偏正头风，羌活、白芷汤下。
一、霍乱吐泻，藿香、木瓜、生姜汤下。
一、痰结头痛，甘菊、天麻汤下。
一、噤口痢，人参、升麻、黄连、石莲子汤下。
一、赤痢，黄连汤下。
一、白痢，木香汤下。
一、赤白痢，黄连、木香汤下。
一、虫胀，青皮、萝卜子汤下。
一、水肿，茯苓、泽泻汤下。
一、虫牙，川椒、良姜汤下。
一、火牙，石膏汤下。
一、青盲眼，甘菊、枸杞子汤下。
一、伤风咳嗽，生姜、紫苏汤下。
一、久嗽寒痰，生姜、陈皮汤下。
一、久嗽痰水，石膏、知母汤下。
一、肺虚劳嗽，人参、麦冬、五味子汤下。
一、冷风哮喘，紫苏、款冬花汤下。
取药材一斤，在银器中煎煮数十次沸腾后，倒出等待冷却，加入无灰酒两盅（约五大盅），隔水稍微加热，一口气快速服下，一天内饮完为妙。如果患病已有数日，也应当立即服用。（此法由吴安世传授说：我家三代使用此方，无不神奇有效。又听猎人讲：凡是误中中药箭，急饮麻油，则药毒无法发作，后来在西山亲眼看到有人被虎箭射穿大腿，痛苦呻吟不忍听闻，急忙灌入麻油，许久之后才安定下来。又听郑学谕德甫说：他的父亲曾用此法验证有效）
如意酒（潘佩候制） 治疗一切痈疽疮毒，服用后可解毒、消肿、止痛。
新鲜大如意草（《本草纲目》名为夜叉头草，又名犁尖草。）每次用一两捣烂，用滚开的酒冲入，片刻后挤出汁液温服，药渣敷在肿胀处并包扎固定，服用三次即可痊愈。
如果没有新鲜的，取叶片阴干，研成粉末。制成丸剂服用也可以。
痈疽未形成时即能消散，已形成时即能溃破，已溃破时即能收敛愈合。（凌秘记载）
蛇蜕（数量不限，用阴阳瓦煅烧至存性）
研细，每天早晚都用米糕蘸着吃。

以上药物研成细末，炼蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸剂，每药一两分为四丸，或一两作九丸，或一两作六丸，制作三种规格，以备年老体壮、病势缓急不同而取用，预先用朱砂六钱，研磨细腻作为包衣，用瓷罐收贮。如果是恶疮初起二三天之间，或者痈疽已成至十天左右，但尚未出脓的，症状像伤寒，头痛烦渴，拘急恶寒，肢体疼痛，恶心呕吐，四肢沉重，神志恍惚闷乱，坐卧不宁，皮肤高热，以及治疗伤寒，四季感冒，传变瘟疫，只要表现为恶寒身热，表证未尽的，都适宜使用。用带须葱白九根煎汤一茶盅，将药丸一枚，趁热化开，一口气服尽，盖被子出汗为见效。如果服药后出汗迟缓，再用葱白汤催促，之后必然汗如雨下，渐渐褪去覆盖的衣物，汗水自然收敛，患者自然感到爽快，疾病如同消失。但是病未形成时，随即消散；已形成者，随即高肿。如果已经溃脓的各种疾病，没有表证兼夹，不需要发散的，只用热酒化开服下。此方原本记载于内科诸风瘫痪门中。
陈实功先生用它来发散疮毒，功效非常快捷，详细观察此方，是治疗肿疡的神丹。
顾澄按语：此方确实是发散肿疡的神丹，然而药性猛烈，只适宜于身体强壮、饮食粗劣之人。凡是没有憎寒壮热，以及平日表虚气弱，素来多痰火，还有孕妇，临经女子，都应当禁止服用。
太乙紫金丹（即紫金锭，又名玉枢丹。） 解各种毒，疗治疮肿，利通关窍，通治百病，建立奇功，真能起死回生。凡是居家出入，兴办大工程，动大工役，不可没有此药。
山慈姑（洗净，二两） 五倍子（捶碎洗净） 千金子（去壳去油净，各一两） 飞朱砂 明雄黄 当门子（麝香，各三钱） 红芽大戟（去芦根焙干，一两五钱）
以上药物在洁净室中分别研成细末，等到端午、七夕，或天德月德吉日合药，用糯米浓粥汤和匀，杵捣千下。凡是合药，切忌让妇女、鸡犬看见。每锭一钱，每次服用一锭或半锭，开水磨服。病在上部的必定呕吐，在下部的必定腹泻，吐泻后用温粥补养。
一、治疗饮食药毒、菌毒、河豚毒，自死牛、马、猪、羊等毒肉，误食必然胀闷昏卧，急用水磨一锭灌服，或吐或泻，立刻苏醒。
一、治疗痈疽发背、对口疔疮、天蛇毒、杨梅疮，每次用无灰清酒磨服，外用水磨涂在疮上，日夜数次，感觉痒感自然消除。
一、治疗喉痹喉风、喉疔乳蛾等证，都用薄荷汤磨服，一锭即可见到消散。
一、治疗绞肠痧、乌痧胀，通腹搅痛非常剧烈，用清水磨服一锭。

一、治疗传尸痨瘵，各种药物无效的，每次用一锭，清水磨服，三日即排出恶物。有女子患痨瘵，方士教服此锭，片刻吐出落下小虫十余条，后来服药合丸，其病顿时痊愈。以此相传，救活的人不计其数，这真是济世卫生的宝药。
万病解毒丸（出自《锦囊秘录》） 治疗痈疽发背，鱼脐毒疮，药毒草毒，蛇毒兽毒，各种恶疮病，解毒收功。
续随子（取仁，去油取霜） 五倍子 全蝎（各五钱） 山豆根 山慈姑（各一两） 朱砂 雄黄（各二钱） 麝香（一钱） 红芽大戟（七钱）

飞龙夺命丹（出自《外科正宗》） 治疗恶疽发背，不痛或麻木，或呕吐昏愦。
蜗牛（二十个，另研） 蟾酥 乳香（去油） 铜绿 轻粉 胆矾 没药（去油） 血竭 朱砂（各一钱） 明矾 雄黄（各一钱） 冰片 麝香（各三分）
研细。将研烂的蜗牛和丸如绿豆大小，如果丸不成，加些酒糊丸，每次服用七丸，或九丸，或十一丸，用葱白三五寸，病患自己嚼吐在男左女右掌心中，包裹药在内，用暖酒和葱送下，如人行走五里路，以出汗为度，无汗再用葱研烂裹药服下。这是外科的圣药。
蟾酥丸 治疗各种恶疮，服用后微汗即消。
雄黄 乳香（去油，各一钱） 蟾酥（一分）
用黄酒打面糊丸如绿豆大，每次服用三丸，用葱白汤送下，不愈再服一次。
忍冬圆（出自《集验方》） 治疗渴疾，即使痊愈之后，须防复发痈疽，此圆大能止渴消毒，并治疗五痔瘿瘤等证。
金银花（根茎花叶俱可用，数量不限）
放入瓶内，用无灰好酒浸泡，用糠火煨一夜，取出晒干加入少许甘草，研为细末，用所浸的酒打面糊丸如桐子大，每次服用五十丸至一百丸，不拘时间，酒送下。
十宝丹（出自《济生方》）
海蚌（二十一个） 朱砂 轻粉 寒水石（煅） 雄黄 铜绿（各二钱） 血竭 蟾酥 胆矾（各一钱） 麝香（五分）

神仙一醉忍冬汤

以上药用一瓶酒，封固煮一千多沸，再加白蜜四两，生葱七根，再煮几沸去掉葱，尽量饮醉，以大蒜压之，取汗即愈。
五香追毒丸 治疗一切无名肿毒，初起有余之证，疔疮去毒定痛，内消妙法。

以上为末，炼蜜为丸如芡实大，朱砂为衣，每次服用一丸或二丸，空心食前酒送下，排便二三次后，用冷粥补之。
小蟾酥丸 治疗一切疔疮、肿毒、时毒，初起发汗。
蟾酥（一分） 明雄黄（三分） 蜈蚣（一条）
研细，酒糊丸如桐子大，每次服用五丸，葱酒送下，在热处发汗散之。
发背肿毒。 雄黄、牛蹄壳洗净，火煅存性，研细末，酒调服五钱，次日服四钱，酒调下。重者三服全愈，轻者或三四钱神效。
九流疽阴毒仙方
蜘蛛（一个，用银罐化存性） 川贝母（五钱，去心）
共研细末，分作二三服，甜酒调服，片刻周身作战，次日根据前法，再服一次，其疽毒尽消，人若虚弱，其药分三日服，恐担不起。
初起发背无名肿毒疔疮。
桃芽（三月采，阴干） 桑芽（三月采，阴干，各二钱） 铁锈 雄黄 蟾酥（酒浸化，各一钱）
研细，捣丸如红豆大。每次用一丸，入五寸长葱头内，湿纸包煨香，细嚼，热酒送下，出汗自消。
舌化丹 治疗疔疮、无名肿毒。
辰砂 血竭 硼砂 乳香（去油） 没药（去油） 雄黄 蟾酥（人乳浸化） 轻粉 冰片 麝香（各等分）
共研细末，在洁净室中至诚修合，勿令妇人、鸡、犬看见，用头生乳捣和丸如小麦大，每次用三丸，含舌下噙化，咽下，出汗自消，如无汗以热酒催之。
冷水金丹 肿毒恶疮，兼治痰痞老痰，翻胃噎食，伤寒发汗。
海浮石 飞罗面（各三两） 乳香（去油） 没药（去油） 牛蒡子（各一两） 冰片 麝香（各一钱）
用蟾酥三钱七分五厘，酒浸化为丸绿豆大，以飞过辰砂五钱为衣。轻者冷水送下一丸，重者三丸，牙痛只用一丸。忌鸡、鱼、小米一日，戒怒郁忧闷，气恼费心力。
神化丹（一名醉消散） 痈疽疔毒，一切无名肿毒，初起服之立消，双解表里，疏通经络，以毒攻毒，削坚导滞如神。
黑丑（头末） 母丁香 槟榔 何首乌 荆芥 荆三棱（醋炒） 熟地 蓬莪术（醋炒） 巴豆 五灵脂 大黄 白豆蔻（去壳） 桂枝 穿山甲 当归 赤芍药 川乌 小茴香 草乌 杏仁（炒） 全蝎（去足） 连翘 麻黄 甘草 桔梗 斑蝥 雄黄 朱砂（各三钱） 乳香（去油） 没药（去油，各二钱） 麝香（五分） 大蜈蚣（一条）
各研细末，称准和匀，水法为丸如萝卜子大，朱砂为衣。每次服用三分，热酒吞下，喝醉为度，盖被子出汗。孕妇忌服，体虚禁用。
梅花点舌丹（临济超真大和尚制）
白梅花（阴干，一钱二分） 冰片 犀牛黄 蟾酥 熊胆（各一钱） 珍珠 麝香（各六分） 朱砂 硼砂 葶苈 乳香（去油） 没药（去油） 沉香 血竭 雄黄（各二钱）
以上研细，将入乳浸蟾酥、熊胆为丸，每重三四厘，水飞金箔为衣，晒二日瓷瓶收贮。修合时预为斋戒三日，忌鸡、犬、妇人见闻。
此丹专治对口痈疽、发背疔疮、瘰疬乳疖、一切无名肿毒，每次用一丸，含于舌底，随舌运动，不可停止，舌下化去一半时，用白酒尽量饮醉出汗。如重者，先用酒送下二丸，再噙化一丸。如七岁小儿，用酒化服一丸。患处不用敷药膏药，自能生肌长肉，收口全愈。孕妇忌服。
一方减硼砂、珍珠、葶苈、血竭、熊胆，加轻粉、蜗牛、胆矾、铜绿。
秘授万灵一粒九转还丹（临济超字辈宝聚和尚制） 治疗一切危急等证。
真鸦片（三两，冬研夏炖。看鸦片真伪法：真者成块，视之如鸦毛片之色，研开加黄泥，嗅之如青草味而带香，嚼之如黄连苦，此为真者。伪者，亦成块，绿色或黑色，研开亦黑色并不香，虽贱无用） 犀牛黄 真麝香（各一钱二分，去毛） 百草霜（九钱）
以上为细末研匀，然后将白米饭二两四钱，研如糊，再下前四味，再研匀为丸，每丸重三厘，丸完用朱砂为衣，衣完入大封筒内封固，放在翻转脚炉盖内，将包扎好草纸盖好，微微炭火烘三柱香，每炷香摇动炉盖三次，三三见九，名曰九转还丹，香完移过炉盖，待冷拆封，入瓷瓶内听用。凡用此丹，大人每服一丸，小儿八九岁一丸作二次服。四、五、六、七岁一丸作三次服。三岁未周一丸作四次服。无论大人小孩，倘误多服，以浓茶饮之即解。孕妇忌服。修合时，务必三日前斋戒，忌妇女、鸡、犬见之。

Take one jin of the medicinal materials, decoct in a silver vessel for dozens of boiling times, pour out and wait until cool, add two cups of unadulterated wine (approximately five large cups), warm slightly in a double boiler, and take rapidly in one go. It is best to finish drinking within one day. If the disease has persisted for several days, it should also be taken immediately. (This method was transmitted by Wu Anshi, who said: "My family has used it for three generations without fail, achieving miraculous results." I have also heard hunters say: "Whenever someone is accidentally shot with a poisoned arrow, drinking sesame oil quickly prevents the poison from spreading." Later, at Mount Xi, I personally witnessed someone whose thigh was pierced by a tiger trap arrow, screaming in unbearable pain; hastily pouring sesame oil into him, he gradually calmed down after a while." Zheng Xueyu Defu also said: "My father used this method and verified its efficacy.")
Ruyi Wine (Prescribed by Pan Peihou) Indicated for all carbuncles, ulcers, sores, and toxins; taking it detoxifies, reduces swelling, and relieves pain.
Fresh Dayflower Herb (*Commelina communis*, known as *Yexiaotou Cao* or *Lijian Cao* in *Bencao Gangmu*). Use one liang per dose, pound until mashed, mix with boiling wine, squeeze out the juice after a short while, and take warm. Apply the residue to the swollen area and bind firmly. Three doses will cure.
If fresh herbs are unavailable, take the leaves, dry them in the shade, and grind into powder. Making pills is also acceptable.
For carbuncles and ulcers not yet formed, they will dissipate; if formed, they will suppurate; if suppurated, they will heal. (Recorded by Ling Mi)
Snake Slough (Quantity unspecified, calcined in a yin-yang tile until preserved character).
Grind finely. Dip in rice cake and eat morning and evening.
Bao'an Wanling Dan (From *Waike Zhengzong*) Indicated for carbuncles, ulcers, ding sores, back carbuncles, parotid swelling, wind-dampness, wind-warmth, damp-phlegm flowing accumulation, deep bone yin abscesses, crane-knee wind syndrome, left hemiplegia, facial paralysis, right hemiplegia, qi-blood stagnation, wandering pain throughout the body, difficulty walking, inguinal hernia, headache due to wind attacking the head, tetanus, trismus, releasing wind-cold. No case fails.

Grind all above into fine powder. Mix with refined honey to make pills the size of mustard seeds. One liang of medicine is divided into four pills, or nine pills, or six pills, producing three specifications for use according to age and severity. Coat with six qian of Cinnabar Powder (*Cinnabaris*), finely ground. Store in a porcelain jar. For malignant sores just starting (2-3 days), or carbuncles/ulcers formed up to ten days but not yet suppurating, presenting with symptoms resembling cold damage (headache, irritability, thirst, stiffness, aversion to cold, limb pain, nausea, vomiting, heavy limbs, mental confusion, restlessness, high fever), or for treating cold damage, seasonal flu, or spreading plague where there is aversion to cold, fever, and incomplete exterior syndrome, this formula is suitable. Decoct nine green onion whites with roots in one teacup of water. Dissolve one pill in the hot liquid and drink completely. Cover with blankets to induce sweating. If sweating is delayed, administer green onion water again to promote it. Profuse sweating will follow, gradually subsiding as blankets are removed. The patient will feel refreshed, and the illness will vanish. However, if the disease is not yet formed, it will dissipate immediately; if formed, it will swell prominently. For diseases that have already suppurated without accompanying exterior syndrome requiring release, dissolve and take with hot wine only. This formula originally appeared in the Internal Medicine section on Wind Paralysis.
Mr. Chen Shigong used it to disperse sore toxins, with very rapid effect. Observing this formula closely, it is a divine pill for treating external swellings.
Cheng notes: This formula is indeed a divine pill for dispersing external swellings, but its properties are fierce. It is only suitable for robust individuals with coarse diets. It is contraindicated for those without aversion to cold and high fever, those with weak exterior qi and deficiency, those prone to phlegm-fire, pregnant women, and women during menstruation.
Taiyi Zijin Dan (Also known as Zijin Ding or Yushu Dan.) Resolves various toxins, treats sores and swellings, opens orifices, treats hundred diseases, achieves miraculous results, truly reviving the dead. Essential for daily life, military campaigns, and large construction projects.
Fritillaria Bulb (*Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus*) (washed, two liang) Chinese Gallnut (*Chinese Galla*) (crushed and washed) Croton Seed (*Crotonis Fructus*) (shelled, oil removed, each one liang) Flown Cinnabar (*Cinnabaris*) Realgar (*Realgar*) Moschus (*Moschus*) (each three qian) Red Root Euphorbia (*Euphorbiae Humifusae Radix*) (rhizome removed, baked, one liang five qian)
In a clean room, grind each herb separately into fine powder. Combine on auspicious days such as Dragon Boat Festival, Qixi Festival, or Tian De/Yue De days. Mix with thick glutinous rice porridge soup, pound a thousand times. Strictly avoid letting women, chickens, or dogs see the process. Each tablet weighs one qian. Take one or half a tablet, ground in boiled water. If the disease is upper, vomiting will occur; if lower, diarrhea will occur. Replenish with warm porridge after vomiting/diarrhea.
1. For food/drug poisoning, fungal/toxic meat poisoning, pufferfish poisoning, or eating toxic meat from self-dead cattle, horses, pigs, sheep causing bloating, coma, and drowsiness: Immediately灌 (administer) one tablet ground in water. Vomiting or diarrhea will occur, leading to immediate recovery.
2. For carbuncles, back sores, mouth-opposite ding sores, snake venom, syphilis: Grind with unadulterated clear wine for internal use. Grind with water for external application to the sore, several times day and night. Itching will subside naturally.
3. For throat obstruction, wind-throat, throat ding, tonsillar swelling: Grind with mint tea. One tablet causes dissipation.
4. For intestinal colic, black abdominal distension with severe abdominal pain: Grind one tablet in clear water.
5. For women's evil qi ghost fetus: Grind one tablet in Calamus Rhizome (*Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma*) decoction. It dissipates.
6. For hanging, drowning, nightmares, spirit possession, provided the heart remains slightly warm: Grind in ginger juice. Immediate recovery.
7. For bites from venomous snakes, mad dogs, scorpions, or harmful stream insects causing immediate swelling, stabbing pain, wandering pain, or sudden collapse/shouting with life in danger: Grind one tablet in clear wine. Also apply saliva from another person ground on the wound. Drink a large bowl of green onion soup, cover with blankets to sweat. The patient will survive.
8. For epidemic diseases spreading through households: Grind thick rice water, apply to nostrils. Take a small amount ground in plain water to prevent transmission.
9. For consumption tuberculosis (*Fei Lao*) unresponsive to other drugs: Take one tablet ground in clear water. Black matter will be discharged in three days. A woman with consumption vomited and passed over ten small worms after taking this tablet. Subsequent pill therapy cured her completely. Passed down through generations, saving countless lives. This is truly a precious medicine for saving the world and preserving health.
Wanbing Jiedu Wan (From *Jinnang*) Indicated for carbuncles, back sores, fish-umbilical toxic sores, drug/herb poisons, snake/beast poisons, all malignant sores. Detoxifies and concludes treatment.
Spurge Seed (*Sparganii Semen*) (kernel taken, oil removed to make frost) Chinese Gallnut (*Chinese Galla*) Scorpion (*Scorpio*) (each five qian) Sophora Root (*Sophorae Tonkinensis Radix*) Fritillaria Bulb (*Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus*) (each one liang) Cinnabar (*Cinnabaris*) Realgar (*Realgar*) (each two qian) Moschus (*Moschus*) (one qian) Red Root Euphorbia (*Euphorbiae Humifusae Radix*) (seven qian)
First, pound Chinese Gallnut, Scorpion, Sophora Root, Fritillaria Bulb, and Euphorbia in a wooden mortar into fine powder. Then grind Spurge Seed, Realgar, Cinnabar, and Moschus. Mix evenly. Make pills with glutinous rice paste, dividing into thirty-five pills. Prepare in a clean room on Dragon Boat Festival, Qixi, Double Ninth, or Laba Festival. Take one pill per dose, ground in ginger-honey water. Also soak and grind externally for application to the affected area.
Feilong Duoming Dan (From *Waike Zhengzong*) Indicated for malignant carbuncles/back sores, lack of pain or numbness, vomiting, fainting, or confusion.

Grind finely. Mix with pounded snail to make pills the size of mung beans. If difficult to form, use wine paste. Take seven, nine, or eleven pills per dose. Chew three to five cun of green onion white, spit into the palm (left for men, right for women), wrap the pill inside, and swallow with warm wine mixed with onion. Sweating after walking five li indicates efficacy. If no sweat, grind onion with the pill and take again. This is the holy medicine for external surgery.
Chansu Wan Indicated for all malignant sores. Microsweat leads to resolution.

Make pills the size of mung beans using yellow wine wheat paste. Take three pills per dose with green onion white water. Repeat if necessary.
Rendong Yuan (From *Jiyi Fang*) Treats thirst diseases. Even after recovery, prevention of carbuncle recurrence is needed. This pill stops thirst, detoxifies, and treats five hemorrhoids, goiter, and tumors.
Honeysuckle Flower/Bud (*Lonicerae Japonicae Flos*) (roots, stems, flowers, leaves all usable, quantity unspecified)
Soak in good unadulterated wine in a bottle. Simmer over bran fire overnight. Remove, dry, add a little Licorice Root (*Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma*), grind to fine powder. Make pills with the soaking wine wheat paste, size of sesame seeds. Take fifty to one hundred pills, anytime, with wine.
Shibao Dan (From *Jisheng Fang*)

Grind extremely fine. Make pills with wine, size of sesame seeds. Coat with Cinnabar. Adults take seven pills, children three. First chew three green onion white tips, spit into palm (left for men, right for women), wrap pill, swallow. Send down with yellow wine until drunk. Cover with blankets to sweat. Externally apply Wanling Dan. Internally take this pill. All toxins dissipate internally. This is the supreme treasure of external surgery. Convenient for relieving suffering. Those interested should cherish it.
Baixiao Wan (Prescribed by Jin Maocun) Indicated for all major toxic malignant sores, whether ulcerated or not.

Grind fine. Make pills with green onion juice decoction water method, size of mustard seeds. Dry and store tightly in porcelain bottles. Elderly: 5-6 fen. Middle-aged: 7-8 fen. Young: 3 fen. Pregnant women contraindicated. Always send down with green onion juice plain water. Must avoid wind and induce sweating. After sweating, do not get up or expose to wind until Chen/Si hours (7-11 AM) the next day. Violating this leads to stiff hands and feet. If this occurs, take Licorice powder mixed with wine to resolve.
Shenxian Yizui Rendong Tang
Honeysuckle Vine (*Lonicerae Japonicae Caulis*) Dandelion (*Taraxaci Herba*) (each one liang) Myrrh (*Myrrha*) (oil removed) Frankincense (*Olibanum*) (oil removed) Realgar (*Realgar*) (each two qian)
Seal one bottle of wine with the herbs. Boil over a thousand times. Add four liang of white honey and seven raw green onions. Boil a few more times, remove onions. Drink until drunk. Press with garlic to induce sweating. Cure.
Wuxiang Zhuidu Wan Indicated for all unnamed swellings/toxids, initial excess syndromes, ding sores removing toxin and stopping pain, excellent method for internal dissipation.

Grind to powder. Make pills with refined honey, size of euryale seeds. Coat with Cinnabar. Take one or two pills on an empty stomach before meals with wine. After two or three bowel movements, replenish with cold congee.
Xiao Chansu Wan Indicated for all ding sores, swellings/toxins, seasonal toxins. Induces sweating initially.

Grind fine. Make pills with wine paste, size of sesame seeds. Take five pills with green onion wine. Induce sweating in a warm place to disperse.
Back Carbuncle Swelling/Toxin. Realgar (*Realgar*), Ox Hoof Shell (cleaned, calcined, ground fine). Mix with wine, take five qian. Next day take four qian with wine. Severe cases: three doses cure completely. Mild cases: three or four qian effective.
Jiuliu Ju Yin Du Xian Fang
Spider (*Araneus* or similar) (one, calcined in silver pot) Chuanbei Mother Bulb (*Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus*) (five qian, core removed)
Grind fine together. Divide into two or three doses. Take with sweet wine. Body will tremble shortly. Repeat next day according to previous method. Toxin will dissipate completely. If patient is weak, divide medicine over three days to avoid overwhelming the body.

Shehua Dan Indicated for ding sores, unnamed swellings.

Use three qian seven li five li of Toad Venom (*Bufonis Venenum*), dissolved in wine, to make pills size of mung beans. Coat with five qian of flown Cinnabar (*Cinnabaris*). Mild cases: one pill with cold water. Severe cases: three pills. Toothache: one pill only. Avoid chicken, fish, millet for one day. Avoid anger, depression, worry, emotional distress, and excessive mental effort.
Shenhua Dan (Also known as Zuixiao San) Indicated for carbuncles, ding toxins, all unnamed swellings. Taking at onset causes immediate dissipation. Releases both exterior and interior, unblocks meridians, uses toxicity to attack toxicity, breaks hardness and guides stagnation miraculously.

Grind each fine. Weigh accurately and mix evenly. Make pills with water method, size of radish seeds. Coat with Cinnabar. Take three fen per dose, swallow with hot wine until drunk. Cover with blankets to sweat. Pregnant women contraindicated. Weak constitution prohibited.

Grind fine. Soak Toad Venom and Bear Gallbladder in human milk to make pills. Each weighs three to four li. Coat with gold leaf prepared by water flotation. Dry for two days, store in porcelain bottles. Fasting and purification for three days prior to preparation. Avoid chickens, dogs, women seeing the process.
This pill specifically treats mouth-opposite carbuncles, back ding sores, scrofula, breast boils, all unnamed swellings. Take one pill, place under tongue, move with tongue continuously until half dissolves. Drink white wine until drunk to induce sweating. For severe cases, first send down two pills with wine, then hold one under tongue. For seven-year-old children, dissolve one pill in wine. Do not apply external ointments/plasters to the lesion; flesh will regenerate naturally, wounds will close and heal. Pregnant women contraindicated.
Alternative prescription: Reduce Borax, Pearl, Lepidium Seed, Dragon's Blood, Bear Gallbladder. Add Calomelas, Snail, Alum, Malachite.
Misou Wanling Yili Jiuzhuan Huan Dan (Prescribed by Baoju Monk of Linji Chao Lineage) Indicated for all critical conditions.
True Opium Poppy (*Papaveris Somniferi Fructus*) (three liang, ground in winter, steamed in summer. Test for authenticity: True opium forms lumps, color like crow feather flakes. When ground with yellow mud, smells like grass with fragrance. Tastes bitter like Coptis. Grind to fine powder. Mash two liang four qian of white rice into paste. Add the four ingredients above, grind evenly. Make pills, each weighing three liang. Coat with Cinnabar. Seal in a large tube. Place inside an inverted foot warmer lid. Cover with wrapped straw paper. Bake gently with charcoal fire for three incense sticks. Shake lid three times per incense stick. "Three threes make nine," hence named Jiuzhuan Huan Dan. After incense burns out, move lid, let cool, open, store in porcelain bottle. Adults take one pill per dose. Children aged 8-9: one pill divided into two doses. Ages 4-7: one pill divided into three doses. Under 3 years: one pill divided into four doses. If overdosed by anyone, drink strong tea to resolve. Pregnant women contraindicated. Fasting for three days prior to preparation. Avoid women, chickens, dogs seeing the process.
